Analysis on the Core Competitiveness of Rice Seed Industry in Guangxi Province Based on Diamond Model

By using diamond model, the current development status and core competitiveness of the rice seed industry in Guangxi Province were analyzed in detail from the 6 aspects of production factors, demand factors, related industries and support industries, firm strategy, chance factor and government factor, which clarified the advantages of the rice seed industry of Guangxi in the nature and technological factors, firm strategy and government policy, and the disadvantages in demand factors, production cost, infrastructure and related industries. And the corresponding countermeasures were proposed to enhance the competitiveness of the rice seed industry of Guangxi.

面向美国出口管制的关键核心技术竞争情报服务体系构建

[研究目的]面对我国关键核心技术发展受限的局面,研究探索构建面向美国出口管制的前瞻性、专业化、系统化关键核心技术竞争情报服务体系,为深化我国关键核心技术情报服务提供新思路。[研究方法]基于文献调研、内容分析等方法,指出美国对华出口管制产生的安全威胁,梳理关键核心技术竞争情报在出口管制应对中的价值,并在分析关键核心技术竞争情报服务的特点和难点的基础上,提出构建面向美国出口管制的关键核心技术竞争情报服务体系。[研究结果/结论]研究聚焦于美国对华出口管制的环境背景,围绕关键核心技术竞争情报服务体系架构的数据支撑层、技术服务层、服务应用层三个关联层级,设计并提出关键核心技术竞争情报服务体系建设策略,以期为我国关键核心技术竞争情报服务的完善提供参考。

核心竞争力提升是增强中国企业全球竞争力的重要抓手。基于2009—2022年中国沪深两市A股上市公司的数据,本文从理论和实证方面探讨环境、社会和治理(ESG)责任履行对企业核心竞争力的影响及其作用机制。研究结果表明,ESG责任履行能够促进企业核心竞争力提升,主要通过融资约束缓解效应、研发投入增强效应和人力资本提高效应三种机制产生影响。拓展研究发现,ESG责任履行有助于增强企业绿色核心竞争力。为此,政府需要引导企业深化ESG责任履行,疏通ESG责任履行提升核心竞争力的渠道,推动ESG责任履行与政府环境规制共同促进企业绿色转型。

中、美、日、韩新能源汽车产业竞争优势测度与比较研究——以锂电池汽车为例

本文基于中、美、日、韩近30年在锂电池汽车领域的专利数据,选取20个关键指标构建“技术-经济-法律”三维分析模型,并划分出关键核心专利,在此基础上应用景气综合指数法计算四国在锂电池汽车产业的竞争优势指数,并对其进行比较与分析。结果表明,中、美、日、韩在锂电池汽车领域的总体发展布局已基本到达顶峰,且于近两年呈现波动下降趋势。总体来看,美国获得竞争优势时间最早且指数发展趋势最为稳定,连续多年稳居第一;中国获得竞争优势时间最晚,但指数发展速度最快,截至2021年末,中国总体竞争优势指数与美国持平,远超日、韩两国。分维度来看,中、美分别于经济、技术维度具有绝对竞争优势;韩国在经济、法律维度发展较为稳定,但技术维度影响整体,导致整体呈现波动下降趋势;日本在各维度均呈现出明显下降趋势,仅在技术维度下降幅度较小。由此得出结论:中国经济发展带动整体,已基本实现锂电池汽车产业的技术赶超,技术维度的发展是获得持续性竞争优势的基础,因此应在保持现有锂电池汽车领域竞争优势的同时注重相关技术轨道的跨越与变迁,以获取新能源汽车产业的持续性竞争优势。

Soft Information,Core Competitive Edge and Private Relationship Lending——A Case of Village Banks

In view of the development problems of village banks,through introducing the concept of private relationship lending,the functions of soft information,the channels of village banks for collecting soft information,and the private relationship lending of village banks under Chinese rural human environment of highlighting relationship while despising rationality are proved.According to the recognition standard of core competitive edge,it can be concluded that the core competitive edge of village banks is private relationship lending.In the first place,these kinds of small and medium-sized quarter banks have competitive advantages in launching private relationship lending;in the second place,the lending businesses of village banks based on soft information attracts small and medium clients;in the third place,the private relationship lending has realized the scale economy.Furthermore,the reasons why village banks can not display the core competitive edge have been analyzed:firstly,village banks have not found that private relationship lending is their core competitive edge;secondly,the internal motivation on establishing private relationship lending of village banks is insufficient;thirdly,village banks have not prepared well in developing private relationship lending;The relevant policies and countermeasures are put forward,including transforming idea and vigorously developing private relationship lending;intensifying training and improving the quality of personnel involved;strengthening supervision and avoiding the violation behaviors of personnel involved;emulating experiences and perfecting the private relationship lending mechanism of village banks.

知识产权政策对制造业市场竞争力的影响

基于知识产权示范城市政策的准实验,利用2009—2020年中国沪深A股上市制造业企业的数据,结合三重差分模型考察知识产权保护政策对制造行业的企业市场竞争力的作用。研究发现:知识产权示范城市设立对不同制造行业的企业竞争力的影响具有差异性,高技术行业的竞争力相较于传统行业得到进一步提升;对于低股权集中度、国有性质以及大规模等特征的制造业企业,其影响存在差异。进一步分析发现,知识产权示范城市政策能够通过缓解融资约束、影响运营成本以及提高关键技术创新能力推动不同制造行业市场竞争力出现差异性变化。据此提出强化知识产权保护制度建设、完善知识产权服务体系、扶持关键核心技术创新联盟等政策建议。

Core Competitiveness Evaluation of Financial Institution with Rough Sets and Gray Correlation Analysis

The comprehensive evaluation method of enterprise core competitiveness is proposed by combining rough sets and gray correlation theories. Firstly,the initial index is screened through rough set attribute reduction algorithm,and the evaluation weight of each index is obtained through the rough set theory. Then,based on the gray correlation theory, an evaluation model is built for empirical analysis. The 30 financial institutions on the Yangtze River Delta are examined from the theoretical and empirical perspective.The result demonstrates not only the feasibility of rough set attribute reduction algorithm in the core competitiveness index system of the financial institution,but also the accuracy of the combination of these two methods in the comprehensive evaluation of corporate core competitiveness.

高校数字化转型助推一流学科建设的国际经验

高校数字化转型正在成为推动高等教育变革的重要力量,在高校人才培养、科学研究、社会服务等方面均发挥着积极作用。为借鉴国际高校数字化转型助推一流学科建设的创新经验,基于社会空间理论及核心竞争力理论构建案例分析理论框架,汇总国外五所高校数字化转型的案例,分类探讨高校在不同的教育空间中所采取的多种数字化转型举措如何作用于不同学科核心竞争力要素,进而助推一流学科建设,包括物理空间的人才培养、精神空间的数字规范、社会空间的交流合作。最后,得出高校数字化转型助推一流学科建设的研究结论:学科核心竞争力要素与教育空间形成相互对应关系,一流学科所聚焦的核心竞争力要素分属高校数字化转型作用的不同教育空间,并于其中发挥效能。高校教育数字化转型促使学科资源、学科学术与学术能力互融共生,共同作用于学科建设。基于此提出以下启示:国内高校应重视数字化转型对一流学科建设的支撑作用,协调一流学科在不同教育空间中的发展,并进一步探索一流学科对高校数字化转型的反向推动作用。

立足区域高职教育核心竞争力发展的现实需求,着眼广东省现有国家、省级高水平专业群建设的整体情况与结构,形成对广东省高职教育核心竞争力布局落点的基本描绘。对高水平专业群组群逻辑主线进行归纳提炼,提出技术演进多元化、区域优势产业特色化、院校专业发展类属化三种类型的组群走向,并进行内部细化区分。在此基础上,从专业群聚集化发展、校企协同治理机制建设、特色优势专业群打造等维度提出提升区域高职教育核心竞争力的路径。
