Delineation of urban growth boundary based on FLUS model under the perspective of land use evaluation in hilly mountainous areas 被引量:1

With rapid economic development,the size of urban land in China is expanding dramatically.The Urban Growth Boundary(UGB)is an expandable spatial boundary for urban construction in a certain period in order to control the urban sprawl.Reasonable delineation of UGB can inhibit the disorderly spread of urban space and guide the normal development of the city.It is of practical significance for the construction of green urban space.The study utilizes GIS technology to establish a land construction suitability evaluation system for Nankang city,which is experiencing rapid urban expansion,and outlines the preliminary UGB under the future land use simulation(FLUS)model.At the same time,considering the coupled coordination of"Production-Living-Ecological Space",and based on the suitability evaluation,we revised the preliminary UGB by combining the advantages of the patch-generating land use simulation(PLUS)model and the convex hull model to delineate the final UGB.The results show that:1)the comprehensive score of the evaluation of the suitability of the construction of land from high to low shows the distribution of the center of the city to the surrounding circle type spread,the center of the city has the highest suitability score.The results of convex hull model show that the urban expansion type of Nankang is epitaxial.In the future,the urban expansion will mainly occur in the northern part of the city.The PLUS model predicts an increase of 3359.97 hm^(2)of construction land in Nankang by 2035,of which 2022.97 hm^(2)is urban construction land.2)The FLUS model has a prediction accuracy of 86.3%and delineates a preliminary UGB area of 9215.07 hm^(2).3)We used the results of the construction suitability evaluation,PLUS model simulation results,and convex hull model predictions to revise the originally delineated UGB.The final delineated UGB area is 8895.67 hm^(2)and it is capable of meeting the future development of the study area.The results of the delineation can promote sustainable urban development,and the delineation methodology can provide a reference basis for the preparation of territorial spatial planning. 展开更多

A field experiment was carried out at Ismailia Research Station, Ismailia Governorate from 2020-2022 to improve the growth of Khaya senegalensis and Swietenia mahagoni by using a combination of mineral fertilizer (NPK) and biological fertilizer (Azotobacter chroococcum, Bacillus megatherium, and Bacillus circulant) as recommended dose under new sandy soils conditions. Split plot designed with four treatments (Control, (50% Mineral fertilizer (M.) + 50% Biological fertilizer (Bio.)), 100% M. and 100% Bio.) of each species. Vegetative growth, leaf area, tree biomass, stored carbon, basal area, tree volume, and in the soil both of microbial account and mineral content were determined. The experimental results showed no significant differences between studied species among the most studied parameters except for Khaya senegalensis which gave the highest significant difference in root biomass and below-stored carbon than Swietenia mahagoni. Evidently, the highest significant growth parameters were 100% mineral fertilizer followed by (50% M. + 50% Bio.) as compared with control. No significant difference between 100% M. and (50% M. + 50% Bio.) of shoot dry biomass (15.19 and 12.02 kg, respectively) and above-stored carbon (0.28 and 0.22 Mt, respectively). Microbial account and mineral content in soil were improved after cultivation of tree species compared to before planting and control, especially with 50% mineral fertilizer and 50% bio-fertilizer treatment. In conclusion, a treatment containing 50% mineral fertilizer and 50% bio-fertilizer has led to the ideal Khaya senegalensis and Swietenia mahagoni growth in sandy soil for cheaper and sustainable. 展开更多

Can environmental sustainability be decoupled from economic growth? Empirical evidence from Eastern Europe using the common correlated effect mean group test 被引量:1

The European Union(EU) and Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development(OECD) aim to develop long-term policies for their respective member countries. Having observed increasing dangers to the environment posed by rising economic growth, they are seeking pathways to enable policy action on economic growth and environmental sustainability. Given the facts in theoretical and empirical studies, this study assessed the validity of the decoupling hypothesis by investigating asymmetricity in the relationship between environmental sustainability and economic growth in nine Eastern European countries from 1998 to 2017 using the cross-section augmented Dickey-Fuller(CADF) unit root, panel corrected standard error(PCSE), common correlated effect mean group(CCEMG), and Dumitrescu Hurlin causality approaches. Both population growth and drinking water are used as controlled variables. The outcomes establish strong cointegration among all the variables of interest. According to the results of CCEMG test, economic growth exerts short-term environmental degradation but has long-term environmental benefits in Eastern Europe;and population growth and drinking water exert a positive effect on environmental sustainability in both the short-and long-run. The results of Dumitrescu Hurlin causality test indicate that environmental sustainability is unidirectionally affected by economic growth. Based on these outcomes, we suggest the following policies:(1) the EU and OECD should implement member-targeted policies on economic growth and fossil-fuel use towards regulating industrial pollution, water use, and population control;and(2) the EU and OECD member countries should invest in environmental technologies through green research and development(R&D) to transform their dirty industrial processes and ensure productive energy use. 展开更多

Taking grass carps with the initial weight of about 20g as the research object,the basic feeds of grass carps were added with0.0%,0.1%,0.3%,0.6%,0.8%,and 1% of nano-sustained release sodium butyrate to prepare 6 types of experimental feeds with equal nitrogen and energy.The effects of different concentrations of nano-sustained release sodium butyrate were surveyed on growth and intestinal cell proliferation of grass carps.The experiment was carried out in cages with 50 carps per cage,and each treatment was repeated 3 times for60 days.Experimental results indicated that the addition of nano-sustained release sodium butyrate significantly promoted the growth of grass carps and significantly increased the ratio of intestinal villus to crypt depth.When the addition of nano-sustained release sodium butyrate was0.6%,the weight increase rate,specific growth rate,fullness and intestinal villus height of grass carps were the highest,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05).The study results indicated that addition of appropriate amount of nano-sustained release sodium butyrate can promote the growth of grass carps through increasing the intestinal villus height,and the suitable addition dosage was0.6%. 展开更多

可持续发展是我国学前教育事业发展的战略目标和未来向往,也是学前教育事业健康稳定发展的必有表征、必需保障和必然路径。学前教育可持续发展亟需构建科学、完善的指标体系加以指引。基于可持续发展系统论,从高度与水平、空间结构、时... 可持续发展是我国学前教育事业发展的战略目标和未来向往,也是学前教育事业健康稳定发展的必有表征、必需保障和必然路径。学前教育可持续发展亟需构建科学、完善的指标体系加以指引。基于可持续发展系统论,从高度与水平、空间结构、时间进程三个维度出发,构建了由发展度、协调度和永续度组成的学前教育可持续发展评价指标体系,并测算了当前我国学前教育可持续发展综合水平和“三度”水平,发现我国学前教育可持续发展整体处于中等水平,全国四大区域之间差异明显,发展度、协调度和永续度三者之间均衡性不足,“三度”内在构成要素之间也存在明显差异。我国学前教育可持续发展的实现,应以经费投入为重点,多措并举提高学前教育发展水平;以公平均衡为导向,推动城乡、园际学前教育协调发展;以内外合力为保障,驱动学前教育健康永续发展。 展开更多

Does digitalization mitigate regional inequalities?Evidence from China 被引量:1

Regional inequality significantly influences sustainable development and human well-being.In China,there exists pronounced regional disparities in economic and digital advancements;however,scant research delves into the interplay between them.By analyzing the economic development and digitalization gaps at regional and city levels in China,extending the original Cobb-Douglas production function,this study aims to evaluate the impact of digitalization on China's regional inequality using seemingly unrelated regression.The results indicate a greater emphasis on digital inequality compared to economic disparity,with variable coefficients of 0.59 for GDP per capita and 0.92 for the digitalization index over the past four years.However,GDP per capita demonstrates higher spatial concentration than digitalization.Notably,both disparities have shown a gradual reduction in recent years.The southeastern region of the Hu Huanyong Line exhibits superior levels and rates of economic and digital advancement in contrast to the northwestern region.While digitalization propels economic growth,it yields a nuanced impact on achieving balanced regional development,encompassing both positive and negative facets.Our study highlights that the marginal utility of advancing digitalization is more pronounced in less developed regions,but only if the government invests in the digital infrastructure and education in these areas.This study's methodology can be utilized for subsequent research,and our findings hold the potential to the government's regional investment and policy-making. 展开更多

背景:富血小板血浆水凝胶由于生长因子的突发释放与伤口部位蛋白酶的快速清除,导致生长因子在伤口部位的停留时间较短,近年来研究者关注利用水凝胶材料包封富血小板血浆,以改善富血小板血浆水凝胶的不足。目的:制备自组装多肽-富血小板... 背景:富血小板血浆水凝胶由于生长因子的突发释放与伤口部位蛋白酶的快速清除,导致生长因子在伤口部位的停留时间较短,近年来研究者关注利用水凝胶材料包封富血小板血浆,以改善富血小板血浆水凝胶的不足。目的:制备自组装多肽-富血小板血浆水凝胶,探究其对富血小板血浆生物活性因子释放的影响。方法:采用固相合成法合成自组装多肽,以D-PBS配制成溶液。将不同体积的多肽溶液分别与富血小板血浆、氯化钙/凝血酶溶液混合制备水凝胶,使体系中多肽的最终质量分数分别为0.1%,0.3%,0.5%,观察成水凝胶状态,并体外检测富血小板血浆中生长因子释放情况。将质量分数1%多肽溶液与质量分数1%人血清白蛋白溶液混合激发多肽自组装,使多肽的最终质量分数分别为0.1%,0.3%,0.5%,观察液体流动状态,并检测自组装多肽的流变力学性能。通过扫描电镜与透射电镜观察多肽(质量分数分别为0.1%,0.001%)-人血清白蛋白溶液的微观结构。结果与结论:①不同体积多肽溶液与富血小板血浆均可形成水凝胶,与富血小板血浆水凝胶相比,0.1%,0.3%多肽-富血小板血浆凝胶可缓解表皮生长因子、血管内皮生长因子的突发释放,延长释放时间至48 h。②添加人血清白蛋白后,0.1%多肽组仍呈流动液体,0.3%多肽组呈半液体状态,0.5%多肽组激发自组装形成水凝胶,确定富血小板血浆中人血清白蛋白可激发多肽自组装;随着多肽质量分数的提高,自组装多肽的存储模量越高,越容易成胶。③透射电镜下可见,添加人血清白蛋白前,多肽纳米纤维较短且无序堆积;添加人血清白蛋白后,多肽纳米纤维明显变长,并且相互交联成束,形成致密的纤维网络结构。扫描电镜下可见,添加人血清白蛋白前,多肽呈无序堆积的片状结构;添加人血清白蛋白后,多肽自组装成相互交联且有序密集排列的多孔状结构。④结果显示,新型自组装多肽可由富血小板血浆激发自组装,根据人血清白蛋白与多肽的比例可精准调节自组装效果,且多肽对富血小板血浆生长因子有缓释作用,可作为一种新型的生物材料应用于组织修复。 展开更多

This investigation is focused on conducting a thorough analysis of Municipal Solid Waste Management (MSWM). MSWM encompasses a range of interdisciplinary measures that govern the various stages involved in managing unwanted or non-utilizable solid materials, commonly known as rubbish, trash, junk, refuse, and garbage. These stages include generation, storage, collection, recycling, transportation, handling, disposal, and monitoring. The waste materials mentioned in this context exhibit a wide range of items, such as organic waste from food and vegetables, paper, plastic, polyethylene, iron, tin cans, deceased animals, byproducts from demolition activities, manure, and various other discarded materials. This study aims to provide insights into the possibilities of enhancing solid waste management in the Farmgate area of Dhaka North City Corporation (DNCC). To accomplish this objective, the research examines the conventional waste management methods employed in this area. It conducts extensive field surveys, collecting valuable data through interviews with local residents and key individuals involved in waste management, such as waste collectors, dealers, intermediate dealers, recyclers, and shopkeepers. The results indicate that significant amounts of distinct waste categories are produced daily. These include food and vegetable waste, which amount to 52.1 tons/day;polythene and plastic, which total 4.5 tons/day;metal and tin-can waste, which amounts to 1.4 tons/day;and paper waste, which totals 5.9 tons/day. This study highlights the significance of promoting environmental consciousness to effectively shape the attitudes of urban residents toward waste disposal and management. 农业科技创新在提高农产品产量和质量的同时也面临促进农户增收的困境,而生态效率的提高也可能造成农户收入不平等的问题。为进一步探究农业科技创新水平、生态效率与农户增收三者之间的关系,根据2000—2020年间湖南省的时间序列信息,... 农业科技创新在提高农产品产量和质量的同时也面临促进农户增收的困境,而生态效率的提高也可能造成农户收入不平等的问题。为进一步探究农业科技创新水平、生态效率与农户增收三者之间的关系,根据2000—2020年间湖南省的时间序列信息,利用面板向量自回归模型,采用协整检测、格兰杰检测、方差分解等各种手段,对农业科技创新水平、生态效率和农户增收质量间的相关性开展实证分析,以为处理好农业发展、农户收入和生态环境保护之间的关系提供理论参考。结果显示:农业科技创新与农户增收质量之间存在显著的双向正向关系,即科技创新在提升农业生产效率和质量的同时显著促进了农户的经济增长,但生态效率的提升在短期内未能显著转化为农户的经济收益;农业科技创新对农户增收质量的影响即时且显著,并随着时间推移而趋于稳定;在预测农户增收质量时,农业科技创新的作用明显超过生态效率。基于此,从长期规划生态效率提升、加大农业科技创新的支持与投资和增强农户生态环保意识等方面提出政策建议。 展开更多

现代农业技术的发展使水肥一体化技术成为提高农业生产效率和可持续性的重要途径。该文探讨基于水肥一体化技术的植物生长调控机制。通过构建植物生长的环境控制模型,综合考虑环境因素与植物生理反应的相互作用,通过在智能温室内设置实... 现代农业技术的发展使水肥一体化技术成为提高农业生产效率和可持续性的重要途径。该文探讨基于水肥一体化技术的植物生长调控机制。通过构建植物生长的环境控制模型,综合考虑环境因素与植物生理反应的相互作用,通过在智能温室内设置实验,实时监测土壤湿度、肥料浓度、光照强度等关键参数,并记录作物的生长速率、产量和品质。实验结果表明,合理的水肥管理策略对作物根系发育、光合作用和营养吸收具有显著促进作用,能显著提高作物产量和养分利用效率。特别是针对作物不同生长阶段的定制化水肥供给策略,对提高作物抗逆性和减少水肥流失具有重要意义。该研究不仅为现代农业生产实践提供理论依据和技术指导,还为进一步的精准农业研究和可持续发展政策制定提供参考。 展开更多
