Improving innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher institutions: the impact of "Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation" education on undergraduates' entrepreneurial intentions

The exploration of the way"mass entrepreneurship and innovation"(MEI)education influences students'aspirations to become entrepreneurs has grown into an important area of analysis in studies related to higher education.This research intends to examine the consequences of MEI education on students'tendency towards entrepreneurship,and to put forward methods for augmenting the teaching of innovation and entrepreneurship in private higher educational establishments.To achieve this objective,questionnaires and semi-structured interviews were employed in the study,which involved a total of 197 students and five education experts.The statistical analysis of the questionnaire data revealed that MEI education was positively related to students'entrepreneurial intentions,and that both entrepreneurial experience and family entrepreneurial background played moderating roles in this relationship.The interview findings indicated that private universities could enhance educational reforms by designing talent training programs,developing diversified curricula,and developing more professional entrepreneurial platforms to encourage students'entrepreneurial intentions.This study offers fresh insights for improving and perfecting the mechanism of innovation and entrepreneurship education in private universities.

Entrepreneurship training:its influences on innovation potentials among nursing students

Objective:To evaluate the influences of entrepreneurship training on the innovation potential among nursing students.Methods:A quasi-experimental design was utilized to conduct this study.The study was conducted in the classroom at the faculty of nursing,and the“i Hub”center at Ain Shams University(ASU)in Cairo,Egypt.A purposive sample of 42 nursing students who participated in the“Ain Shams University-innovate”competition from the Faculty of Nursing of ASU were included in this study.Data collection tools included(1)Nursing students'innovation skills assessment questionnaire and(2)Innovative projects evaluation tool.Results:There was a statistically significant difference between the mean scores of nursing students'total innovation skills pre-and post-implementation of entrepreneurship training,where P-value<0.05.Conclusions:The results of the current study support the research hypothesis because the implementation of entrepreneurship training positively affects nursing students'innovation potential.Developing entrepreneurship education in nursing and integrating it into nursing programs will stimulate creativity,innovation,and entrepreneurship among nursing students and health care services.

Research on the Pathways for Enhancing Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competencies of Medical Students under the Background of“New Medical Science”

This study explores the innovation and entrepreneurship education model in medical education under the background of“New Medical Science,”aiming to cultivate interdisciplinary talents that can meet the future healthcare needs.With the advancement of the national innovation strategy,“New Medical Science”emphasizes not only the transmission of professional knowledge but also the development of interdisciplinary integration and innovation capabilities to address the rapid changes in medical technology.A survey was conducted to assess the innovation and entrepreneurship competencies of medical students at Pingdingshan University.The results show that students have a high level of awareness and participation in innovation and entrepreneurship education,yet there is a need to strengthen the integration of skill enhancement with professional knowledge.Based on the survey findings and theoretical foundations of innovation and entrepreneurship,the paper proposes pathways to enhance medical students’innovation and entrepreneurship abilities,focusing on strengthening faculty development,improving the curriculum system,promoting the integration of specialty and entrepreneurship,and optimizing educational models.These efforts aim to cultivate medical professionals with stronger innovation and practical capabilities,contributing to the realization of the“Healthy China”strategy.

Research on Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education Reform in Local Colleges and Universities under the Background of Industry-Education Integration

With the continuous development of China’s economy and the continuous upgrading of market demand,the demand for talent in enterprises and industries is increasingly diversified and complex,especially innovation ability has become one of the important standards to measure the quality of talent.At the same time,the difficult employment of college students is still serious,the state has issued a series of policies to encourage college students to actively start their own businesses.In this context,local universities,as an important part of higher education,are facing the critical task of innovation and entrepreneurship education reform.This paper aims to explore the current situation,problems,and reform paths of innovation and entrepreneurship education reform in local universities under the background of the integration of industry and education,in order to improve the training quality of innovative and entrepreneurial talents.

Construction of an Evaluation Index System for Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Vocational Colleges from Students’Perspective

Innovation and entrepreneurship education is an essential content in the current teaching of colleges and universities and an important driving force to promote students’employment.Currently,colleges and universities continue to strengthen the innovation of innovation and entrepreneurship teaching,and the construction of the evaluation system of innovation and entrepreneurship education is lagging.The evaluation system is an important evaluation standard for innovation and entrepreneurship teaching and the basis for educational innovation,which is also a critical part of teaching that requires attention.This paper takes the construction of the evaluation index system of innovation and entrepreneurship education in vocational colleges as the research goal and understands the function of innovation and entrepreneurship evaluation as well as the evaluation principle through the literature analysis method.It also analyzes the evaluation index system of innovation and entrepreneurship teaching from students’perspective to provide an effective reference for the implementation of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges.

Exploration of the Construction and Practice of Landscape Plant Curriculum Group Under the Visual Threshold of Mass Innovation and Entrepreneurship

Innovation and entrepreneurship education is a critical direction for deepening the teaching reform of colleges and universities in the contemporary era.As pivotal centers for talent development,colleges and universities should proactively investigate the construction and implementation of a comprehensive curriculum system dedicated to mass innovation and entrepreneurship education.This paper discusses the significance of establishing a curriculum group focused on landscape plants within the framework of mass innovation and entrepreneurship.The construction and implementation outcomes of this curriculum group are examined from five key aspects:the curriculum system and content,the faculty,the practical teaching platform,the teaching model,and the teaching evaluation system.The aim is to enhance the development of botany curricula within the landscape architecture discipline and to foster the cultivation of mass innovative and entrepreneurial talents equipped with a spirit of innovation and the capacity for entrepreneurship.

The digitization of human resource management functions can enhance the adaptability of human resource management and promote the comprehensive digital development of innovative and entrepreneurial enterprises.This article first summarizes and evaluates the connotation and research status of the digitalization of enterprise human resource management.Secondly,it analyzes the influencing factors of digitalization of human resource management in innovative and entrepreneurial enterprises from three aspects:employee factors,organizational factors,and technological factors.Finally,it designs a digitalization plan for human resource management in innovative and entrepreneurial enterprises from four aspects:analyzing the current situation,preparing thoroughly,designing plans,and building systems.It emphasizes the value of digitalization of enterprise human resource management for innovative and entrepreneurial enterprises.

乡村创新创业推动县域经济增长:理论逻辑和实证分析

鼓励乡村创新创业发展,充分激发乡村双创活力,将为推动县域经济增长提供充足内生动能和重要发展机遇。利用浙大卡特−企研团队2023年公布的“乡村创新创业指数”,基于中国2014−2021年1836个县域平衡面板数据,实证考察乡村创新创业对县域经济增长的影响效应及作用机理。结果表明:(1)乡村创新创业能够显著推动县域经济增长。乡村创新创业水平每提高1%,推动县域GDP增加4%;(2)在劳动力流出地区、实体金融和数字普惠金融服务较好的地区以及乡村振兴战略实施以来,推动作用更为显著;(3)机理检验表明,乡村创新创业主要通过促进高质量充分就业、激发消费活力和推进产业结构升级推动县域经济增长;(4)乡村创新创业对县域经济增长的影响存在门槛效应,当政府介入力度维持在合理区间时,推动作用才能得到充分发挥;(5)进一步分析发现,乡村创新创业还能够通过促进产业均衡发展、区域绿色低碳,推动县域经济高质量发展。因此应进一步支持乡村创新创业融合发展,以就业、消费和产业结构升级为重点,以提升政务服务效率、推进有为政府建设为保障,为县域经济增长乃至高质量发展凝聚充足动力。

场域视角下高校创新创业教育的现实困境与路径优化

作为当代大学转型发展的新取向与教育教学的新内容,创新创业教育旨在基于学生个性培养更具开创性的社会建设人才。从场域的视角看,形成教育新惯习、建构行动者网络与实现主体同场共生是高校创新创业教育取得良好效果的必然要求。当前创新创业教育的实践中存在既有惯习挟持、专业壁垒掣肘、隔“场”喊话盛行等问题,阻碍了高校创新创业教育的发展。为此,需要全员行动,超越教育惯习同场域结构的消极互动关系,推动高校创新创业教育微观行为与宏观结构在中观场域的层面走向统合。具体路径是基于文化生态激活主体内生动力、基于组织生态贯通协同育人体系、基于管理生态优化环境保障机制。

新工科专业教育与创新创业教育融合的研究与实践

如何化解教师学术创业承诺冲突——基于美国研究型大学的经验

美国研究型大学将教师学术创业视为延长知识生产链条、推动成果转化、履行社会服务职能的重要途径。然而,教师在学术创业过程中扮演着学者和企业家双重角色,受到学术文化与创业文化的交织影响,且难以明晰大学传统职能与学术创业之间的职责边界,从而引发承诺冲突。承诺冲突具体表现在教学、研究以及社会服务三个方面。面对教师学术创业中的承诺冲突,美国研究型大学从制度建设、文化氛围、角色认同、职责边界和分配机制入手,建立事先批准与事后披露制度,营造学术文化与创业文化共生环境,遵循学术工作与创业工作多重规范,建立利益共享分配机制,实现从冲突到互惠共赢的转化,以更好地平衡教师在学术创业、教学科研与社会服务之间的职责承诺,从而推动教师向学术型企业家过渡。

企业家精神驱动科学家创业企业可持续发展研究--以硬科技企业为例

本文以科学家创业的硬科技企业为研究对象,运用LDA主题模型分析现实情境下科学家创业企业的企业家精神体系,并采用模糊集定性比较分析方法探究该企业家精神体系对企业可持续发展的影响。研究结果表明:主要存在3条科学家创业企业可持续发展的企业家精神驱动路径,即双元主导型企业家精神驱动路径、整体协同型企业家精神驱动路径和特定匹配型企业家精神驱动路径。同时也发现了4种不利于企业可持续发展的企业家精神样态,从此揭示当前中国科学家创业企业可持续发展中的企业家精神局限。从反映科学家创业企业可持续发展特征的视角进一步分析发现,以人工智能和生物科技为代表的科学家创业企业,其存在着稳扎稳打型企业家精神驱动和使命赋能型企业家精神驱动两种路径。研究结论对于以硬科技企业为代表的科学家创业企业的高质量长远发展具有参考价值。

“双创”背景下航海类学生科创培育模式创新与实践

高素质航海人才的培养是适应海洋强国、航运强国建设的基本保障。航海类学生作为走向海洋、建设海洋、保护海洋的先行者,承担着保障船舶航行安全的重要使命。只有不断提升自身的创新能力,这些学生才能推动我国海上交通的自动化和智能化发展,并为我国的海洋强国建设作出实质性贡献。该文针对航海类学生的创新创业人才培养需求,旨在提升航海类本科生的创新创业素养。为了达到这一目标,我们对当前航海类学生在执行创新项目过程中存在的问题进行广泛的调研和深入的研究。通过对航海类大学生创新创业现状的分析,我们提出航海类学生科创培育的目标,并从竞赛平台、科研平台和项目三个方面开展相应的科创培育举措,并对人才培育成效进行总结和评估。

数字媒体创业:研究脉络、知识图谱与未来展望

在数字经济时代,数字媒体已成为创业活动的孵化或承载平台,但目前缺乏对数字媒体创业领域的系统性整合研究。以数字媒体创业为研究对象,针对WOS核心数据库中2014—2023年发表的454篇文献,运用文献计量工具进行可视化分析,探究数字媒体创业研究的演进脉络、研究现状及未来展望。研究发现:数字媒体创业研究经历了萌芽期、成长期和加速期3个演化阶段,生态系统、创业网络、商业模式、数字战略、女性创业是领域内的研究主题,转型创业、数字创业、循环经济、商业模式、创业意向、媒体、女性、数字技术是当前的研究热点,数字媒体创业内涵、模式、诱发机制及后置结果是未来的研究议题。

系统论视阈下高职院校专创教育融合的探索与实践——以海南经贸职业技术学院为例

培养具有创新创业精神、符合人力资本市场需求的高素质应用技能型人才已经成为新时代高职教育的职责,专创教育融合是实现此目标的必然选择。现有研究主要从专创教育融合的局部特征出发,系统论理论为此提供了更全面的研究视阈。本文通过对专创教育融合的文献梳理,解析系统论视阈下整体性、层次性、开放性和自组织性原理在高职院校专创教育融合中的体现,并分析高职院校专创教育融合系统中存在的共性问题,总结海南经贸职业技术学院(以下简称“海经贸”)专创教育融合系统的探索实践经验,供其他高职院校参考借鉴。
