Improving innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher institutions: the impact of "Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation" education on undergraduates' entrepreneurial intentions

The exploration of the way"mass entrepreneurship and innovation"(MEI)education influences students'aspirations to become entrepreneurs has grown into an important area of analysis in studies related to higher education.This research intends to examine the consequences of MEI education on students'tendency towards entrepreneurship,and to put forward methods for augmenting the teaching of innovation and entrepreneurship in private higher educational establishments.To achieve this objective,questionnaires and semi-structured interviews were employed in the study,which involved a total of 197 students and five education experts.The statistical analysis of the questionnaire data revealed that MEI education was positively related to students'entrepreneurial intentions,and that both entrepreneurial experience and family entrepreneurial background played moderating roles in this relationship.The interview findings indicated that private universities could enhance educational reforms by designing talent training programs,developing diversified curricula,and developing more professional entrepreneurial platforms to encourage students'entrepreneurial intentions.This study offers fresh insights for improving and perfecting the mechanism of innovation and entrepreneurship education in private universities.

Entrepreneurship training:its influences on innovation potentials among nursing students

Objective:To evaluate the influences of entrepreneurship training on the innovation potential among nursing students.Methods:A quasi-experimental design was utilized to conduct this study.The study was conducted in the classroom at the faculty of nursing,and the“i Hub”center at Ain Shams University(ASU)in Cairo,Egypt.A purposive sample of 42 nursing students who participated in the“Ain Shams University-innovate”competition from the Faculty of Nursing of ASU were included in this study.Data collection tools included(1)Nursing students'innovation skills assessment questionnaire and(2)Innovative projects evaluation tool.Results:There was a statistically significant difference between the mean scores of nursing students'total innovation skills pre-and post-implementation of entrepreneurship training,where P-value<0.05.Conclusions:The results of the current study support the research hypothesis because the implementation of entrepreneurship training positively affects nursing students'innovation potential.Developing entrepreneurship education in nursing and integrating it into nursing programs will stimulate creativity,innovation,and entrepreneurship among nursing students and health care services.

Feasibility and Path Analysis of Integrating Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education into“One-Stop”Student Communities

The“one-stop”student community provides new support for innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities.Integrating innovation and entrepreneurship education into the“one-stop”student community work enriches course materials,integrates teacher resources,improves students’participation in innovation and entrepreneurship,and solves problems such as low student participation,lack of course resources,insufficient teacher resources,and single evaluation methods in traditional classrooms.Through various means such as exploring course resources,innovating management models,and strengthening team construction,the role of“one-stop”student communities in innovation and entrepreneurship education has been fully utilized,promoting the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education.

Exploring the Digital Path of Human Resource Management in Innovation and Entrepreneurship Enterprises

The digitization of human resource management functions can enhance the adaptability of human resource management and promote the comprehensive digital development of innovative and entrepreneurial enterprises.This article first summarizes and evaluates the connotation and research status of the digitalization of enterprise human resource management.Secondly,it analyzes the influencing factors of digitalization of human resource management in innovative and entrepreneurial enterprises from three aspects:employee factors,organizational factors,and technological factors.Finally,it designs a digitalization plan for human resource management in innovative and entrepreneurial enterprises from four aspects:analyzing the current situation,preparing thoroughly,designing plans,and building systems.It emphasizes the value of digitalization of enterprise human resource management for innovative and entrepreneurial enterprises.

“互联网+”背景下材料学科大学生创新创业教育模式探究

在“互联网+”的新时代背景下,随着国民经济结构的升级换代和产业结构的不断优化,高校肩负着培养创新创业型优秀人才的重任,要加强创新创业教育改革,培养学生的创新创业意识,提高创新创业能力。目前高校创新创业教育实践中尚存在创业扶持政策不完善、高校创新创业教育体系待优化、大学生综合创新能力不足等问题,该文以材料学科为背景提出进一步加大创新创业政策扶持力度、强化政策宣传与落实力度、加强创新创业师资队伍建设、构建学科支撑的创新创业课程体系、搭建大学生产教融合创新创业平台等解决策略,通过高校、社会、政府三方协同构建大学生创新创业教育新模式,促进大学生创新创业教育更好更快地发展。

Women Entrepreneurship Index Prediction Model with Automated Statistical Analysis

Recently,gender equality and women’s entrepreneurship have gained considerable attention in global economic development.Prior to the design of any policy interventions to increase women’s entrepreneurship,it is significant to comprehend the factors motivating women to become entrepreneurs.The non-understanding of the factors can result in the endurance of low living stan-dards and the design of expensive and ineffectual policies.But female involve-ment in entrepreneurship becomes higher in developing economies compared to developed economies.Women Entrepreneurship Index(WEI)plays a vital role in determining the factors that enable theflourishment of high potential female entrepreneurs which enhances economic welfare and contributes to the economic and social fabric of society.Therefore,it is needed to design an automated and accurate WEI prediction model to improve women’s entrepreneurship.In this view,this article develops an automated statistical analysis enabled WEI predic-tive(ASA-WEIP)model.The proposed ASA-WEIP technique aims to effectually determine the WEI.The proposed ASA-WEIP technique encompasses a series of sub-processes such as pre-processing,WEI prediction,and parameter optimiza-tion.For the prediction of WEI,the ASA-WEIP technique makes use of the Deep Belief Network(DBN)model,and the parameter optimization process takes place using Squirrel Search Algorithm(SSA).The performance validation of the ASA-WEIP technique was executed using the benchmark dataset from the Kaggle repo-sitory.The experimental outcomes stated the better outcomes of the ASA-WEIP technique over the other existing techniques.

基于高校科研团队的创新创业人才培养模式探索与实践

随着国家创新创业发展战略的有力推动,高校创新创业教育改革进入快速发展新时期。目前,高校还存在着创新创业教育意识不足、创新创业教学融入度不高、创新创业师资力量匮乏、实践教学体系不完备等问题。为促进创新创业教育高质量可持续发展,该文以高校自动化专业为例,通过分析高校创新创业教育主要特点和现存问题,提出基于高校科研团队的“科教融合、产教融合、赛教融合、理实融合”四个层次的创新创业教育体系,利用科研团队的优势资源、学术氛围、实践经验,有效促进学生的创新创业思维形成和创新实践能力提升,相关措施在自动化专业创新创业教育及复合型优秀人才培养中取得显著成效。

基于预防医学专业核心价值的课程思政教育研究

目前,疾病防控与健康促进对预防医学专业教育教学改革提出了新要求。在分析预防医学专业教育的问题、开展课程思政教育必要性的基础上,构建预防医学专业核心价值体系,包括价值取向(维护和保障人民健康)、伦理道德(为了每个人健康生活)、时代使命(构建大卫生大健康的公共卫生体系)、职业要求(建设健康中国、服务大众健康)。围绕专业核心价值挖掘各门课程中的课程思政元素;开展多种课程思政教育实践方法,包括将思政教育元素融入微视频中、融入课堂教学改革中,开展主题活动实践,与创新创业教育深度融合;并统筹协调各专业课程之间的教育实践方法;从学生的课程总结、考试、章节测验中检验课程思政教育效果。基于以上努力,取得了良好的课程思政教育成效。

新时代高校劳动教育的定位及实施路径

党的十八大以来,新时代劳动教育的格局逐步形成且地位日益凸显,成为当代高校进行人才培养的核心课题。在新时代背景下,高校劳动教育的目标定位是在树立正确劳动价值观的基础上培养“高尚品格的人”、“时代发展中的人”与“全面发展的人”。因此,为了顺利推进劳动教育实践,应基于多维关系与视角综合施策,重点从推动主体间合作互补、建立“科学、综合、开放”的课程体系、确立专业支撑与条件保障、推进产学研融合等四个层面建立多维融合的新时代高校劳动教育体系,培养符合时代发展需求的高层次人才。

Influencing Factors of Cultivation and Improvement of College Students Innovation and Entrepreneurship Ability under the New Normal

The cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents is an effective guarantee to meet the strategic needs of national development under the new normal,promote the construction of an innovative country and the development of universities themselves.Combined with the questionnaire survey of colleges and universities in Heilongjiang Province,this paper analyzed factors such as the understanding of the connotation of innovation and entrepreneurship,the thinking and awareness of innovation and entrepreneurship,the demand for training methods of innovation and entrepreneurship,and the approaches to acquire knowledge and capabilities of innovation and entrepreneurship.On this basis,it came up with recommendations for promoting the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in colleges and universities,to provide an objective basis for the construction of innovative and entrepreneurial talent training models,so as to promote the effective cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in colleges and universities.

“双创”背景下能源特色高校专创融合实施路径探索——以岩石物理学基础课程为例

岩石物理学基础是能源特色高校勘查技术与工程专业最重要的专业基础课程之一。随着“双创”国家政策的提出,“双创”教育融入岩石物理学基础的教学活动中是必然趋势,也是提高勘查技术与工程专业学生综合创新能力的重要抓手。该文对“双创”背景下岩石物理学基础课程教学现状存在问题进行阐述,并对改变教育观念、丰富教学内容、改进教学方法和考核方式等方面进行课程改革的研究与探讨。

数字乡村建设影响农户创业吗?

数字乡村建设不仅重塑了农户的生产生活方式,而且催生了如电商、直播等全新的商业模式和创业形态,展现出对农户创业的深刻影响。基于社会认知理论,采用县域数字乡村指数和中国家庭追踪调查数据(CFPS)研究数字乡村建设对农户创业的影响及作用机制。研究发现:数字乡村建设能够促进农户创业;东部地区、男性、中青年和低数字素养群体促进作用更加显著;西部地区阻碍作用更显著。机制分析发现,数字乡村建设通过资源效应和信息效应提高农户创业。研究结论为大力推进数字乡村战略对农户创业带来的具体影响提供了经验证据,为农村地区贯彻“大众创业、万众创新”激活农民创新创业找到了新动力源泉,也启示决策部门应因人施策、因地制宜推进数字乡村建设,以避免“运动式”“一刀切式”数字乡村建设对农户创业的不利影响。

中国情境下的乡村创业:一个研究框架的构建

乡村创业是推进乡村产业振兴的关键抓手和实际切入点。“千村示范、万村整治”工程创造的成功经验和实践范例,不仅成为一份中国式现代化的乡村样本,还为我国乡村创业研究提供了丰富的素材,其中乡村情境是与创业活动紧密交互且不可剥离的要素,是实践和理论的研究焦点。通过梳理全球乡村创业研究脉络发现,异质性情境决定了乡村创业研究的侧重点,使不同区域开展的研究呈现发展不平衡且碎片化的特征。为推进我国乡村创业研究的内生理论发展,通过紧扣乡村创业活动与情境的互动这一核心特征,在梳理多维情境中乡村创业研究的基础上,构建中国情境下开展乡村创业研究的综合框架。该框架遵循资源依赖理论的逻辑,通过审视乡村情境各维度蕴含的资源,分析乡村创业同情境之间的资源依赖程度,强调最契合动态嵌入模式的选择。在时间、空间双重维度中,该嵌入模式的动态特征决定了乡村创业实现路径会不断演化甚至有双元嵌入融合的可能。结论进一步厘清了乡村创业的理论边界,有助于我国乡村创业研究的理论化和系统化发展,表明在学习“千村示范、万村整治”工程所蕴含的发展理念、工作方法和推进机制时需要因地制宜,分类施策,以当地乡村情境为核心,合理编排相适配的资源,选择恰当的嵌入模式以促进当地产业有序、良性发展。

数字金融、家庭异质性决策与共同富裕——基于中国家庭金融调查数据的实证

降低居民收入不平等程度是实现共同富裕的根本途径。文章基于中国家庭金融调查数据(CHFS),使用OLS、2SLS、Logit模型和分位数回归模型,考察数字金融对收入分配的影响,揭示出数字金融促进共同富裕的作用途径。研究发现,数字金融提高了低收入和高收入家庭总收入、经营性收入、工资性收入以及财产性收入,整体上有助于改善收入分配状况,但是对不同类型的收入差距具有异质性影响。具体而言:(1)数字金融改善了低收入群体的创业行为,并且对低收入群体创业行为的影响大于高收入群体,缩小了家庭经营性收入差距;(2)数字金融能够提高居民就业水平,高收入群体受益更显著,扩大了家庭工资性收入差距;(3)数字金融增加了低收入群体持有金融资产偏好,低收入群体获得资产溢价,缩小了家庭财产性收入差距。进一步研究发现,数字金融显著促进了低收入家庭增收;相较于数字信贷,数字支付和数字理财能较好地缩小收入差距;户主受教育程度较低或者户主年龄在36岁及以上的中老年家庭,数字金融的收入再分配效应更显著。

从遵从到创造:社会企业获取组织合法性的路径与策略——基于纵向单案例研究方法

基于组织合法性的制度观和战略观,探索社会企业实现组织合法性的路径及战略选择具有重要意义。通过纵向追踪社会企业佳信德润的整个创业过程,从动态角度探讨该企业在不同阶段所采取的组织行动和策略,可以发现,作为一家社会企业,佳信德润在初创期和起步期,不得不服从外部制度压力,采取遵从环境等被动策略,以获取规制合法性、道德合法性、实用合法性;在成长期和成熟期,则采取创造环境等主动策略,以提升道德合法性、实用合法性,并通过建立联盟、公开讲述、获得第三方认证、推动行业发展等方式获取认知合法性。

高校创新创业教育“赛创融合”评价机制构建

普通高校创新创业教育具有综合性、实践性、创造性等显著特征,既是大学生学习效能提高的重要途径与方法,同时也是中国式现代化建设人才所应具备的核心素养和关键能力的终极性表达。“赛创融合”是提升创新创业教育实施质量的重要路径,也是构建其长效激励机制的有效手段。化结果导向型为过程激励型的评价改革,是促进这一激励机制长效化的关键。高校和教师在“赛创融合”中不仅要能够甄别大学生在创新创业教育中的学习缺陷,还要为学生提供更好的学习指导,将大学生创新创业教育落实落细落长远,最终实现学生终身学习能力的培养。通过开发设计用于过程激励型评价的奖励函数,并以问卷获得学生状态的转移概率矩阵,基于最大化学生可能获得奖励的方式进行仿真,修正和改进评价指标,能够实现创新创业教育长效激励机制严密科学可操作,提升其过程激励型评价效能。

双创时代背景下构建创新教育生态圈培育实践创新型康复人才的探索

康复是一门多学科交叉的新兴应用型学科,康复从业人员掌握理论知识的同时,更需注重实践运用和综合创新能力的培养,而康复高等教育是培养康复专业人才的基本途径。此文分析了“双创”时代背景下,强化培养康复专业大学生实践创新能力的必要性与存在的问题;探索构建“创新教育生态圈”,培养具有较强实践能力及创新性思维的实践创新型康复专业人才,旨在为构建培养符合时代要求、符合行业需要、符合学生发展的实践创新型康复专业人才的实践模式提供参考。

如何更加高效地培养学生创新创业能力,探索出既不烦琐又可操作且广泛适用的职业教育模式,是现阶段各大高职院校亟须解决的重要课题。为进一步促进高职院校培养创新创业能力的职业教育模式改革与发展,对现有高职创新创业教育模式存在的弊端进行分析,提出“厚植学生创新创业观、完善高职院校创新创业教育体系、优化高职院校创新创业实践体系、建立健全创新创业能力培养评价机制”等策略,助力职业教育高质量发展,培养出理念先进、技术扎实、素养过硬的新时代复合型人才。

城市创新创业活力与新兴产业核心技术:空间极化、规模门槛与中介效应

城市新企业、新资本和新发明涌现是孕育新兴产业核心技术的活力源泉,对加快形成新质生产力具有重要意义。利用中国城市面板数据考察创新创业活力对新兴产业核心技术的影响及作用机制。研究发现:(1)城市创新创业活力显著促进新兴产业核心技术数量提升,在考虑一系列稳健性检验后结论仍然成立。(2)创新创业活力对新兴产业核心技术活动的影响存在“边际递增”的城市规模门槛特征,而对邻近城市产生显著的抑制作用,存在“马太效应”和“虹吸效应”。(3)城市创新创业活力对新兴产业核心技术活动的影响存在区域和梯度异质性,不同地理位置和文化区的城市存在显著差异,而资源型城市、智慧城市和创新型城市的分组回归体现了梯度性特征。(4)创新创业活力通过提升城市多样性,特别是专业化部门的多样性程度,促进新兴产业核心技术数量增长。
