Coupling coordination analysis of Mazu culture,socio-economy and ecological environment of Meizhou Island

Taking the pilgrimage,tourism and cultural island of Meizhou Island as an example,the evaluation index system of the coupling and coordinated development of“Mazu culture,socio-economy,eco-environment”(MSE)compound system was constructed.The index weights were determined by AHP-entropy method,and the coupling degree,coordinated degree,comprehensive evaluation index and grey correlation degree of MSE system of Mazu Island from 2012 to 2022 were measure.The results showed that:(1)the comprehensive evaluation indexes of the three subsystems was on the rise in general,but the evaluation index of the ecological subsystems increased relatively slowly.(2)The coupling degree was only in the running-in stage in 2012,and the other years were in the coordinated coupling stage.(3)The coupling coordination degree increased from 0.35 in 2012 to 0.82 in 2022,the coupling coordination level was changed from mild imbalance to good coordination.(4)Through the comparison of grey correlation degree,the 24 indexes in the evaluation index system had great influence on the coupling coordination degree of MSE system.The coupling coordination degree was closely related to the development of socio-economy and the spread of Mazu culture.With the rapid development of tourism brought about by the spread of Mazu culture,the pressure on the ecological environment will be increasing.Compared with the rapid growth of tourism and economy,it is equally important to strengthen environmental protection and pay attention to the quality of ecological environment development. 展开更多

This paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system for the urbanization level in China in terms of four aspects of urbanization connotation: population, economy, society, and land. A comprehensive measurement is carried out for the Chinese urbanization between 1981 and 2006 based on the Entropy method. The results show that the comprehensive level of urbanization in China has a continuous increase with the major features of economic growth and a rapid evolution of the geographical landscape, followed by population urbanization and then social urbanization of health care standard; the distinguished evolutional characteristics can also be found in each of the subsystems. The integrated evolution of urbanization has a profound effect on the resources, energy and the environment, making the land resources and energy security situation under severe pressure. Taking a total of 13 areas in Heilongjiang commodity grain base as the research objects,9 indices are selected,which are regional GDP(X1),per capita GDP(X2),total value of tertiary industry(X3),financial revenue(X4),urban fixed assets investment(X5),average salary(X6),gross industrial output value(X7),total output value of farming,forestry,husbandry and fishing(X8),and retail sales of social consumer goods(X9).Based on this,evaluation index system of regional economy is established.According to the 2006-2008 Heilongjiang Statistical Yearbook,average values within 3 years are used as analytical data.Factor Analysis Method is adopted to establish regression model and to carry out comprehensive analysis.Result shows that Heilongjiang commodity grain base has extremely uneven regional economic development in different areas.According to the score order and actual situation,the 13 areas are divided into 4 types.The first and second types are Harbin and Daqing,respectively.The third type is Qiqihaer,Suihua,Mudanjiang and Jiamusi.And the forth type is Jixi,Shuangyashan,Heihe,Yichun,Qitaihe,Hegang and Daxinganling.Suggestions for the development of these areas are put forward. 展开更多

Taking the case of Ziquejie, coupled with the heritage-abased community characteristics of the rural living environment, we establish the evaluation indicator system of satisfaction with the quality of rural living environment, and use fuzzy analysis method to analyze and process the data obtained from the questionnaire survey, to initially derive the development status and general law of evolution of the rural living environment in Ziquejie. By using conceptual model of BPEIR(Behavior-Pressure-Effect-Impact-Response) and Delphi method,we establish the evaluation index system of agricultural circular economy including four indices,namely index of socio-economic development,index of reducing input of resources,index of recycling of resources and index of safety of environment and resources.We conduct comprehensive evaluation on developmental level of agricultural circular economy from 1998 to 2007 in Hunan Province.The analysis results show that the agricultural circular economy of Hunan Province from 1998 to 2007,on the whole,has the tendency of development with annual growth rate of 1.89%.The annual decrease rate of recycling of resources and reducing input of resources from 1999 to 2003 is 25% and 11% respectively,which has become the main factor impeding development of agricultural circular economy.After the year 2003,it is mainly reducing input of resources. 展开更多

Based on the brief description of the developmental status of social economy in Jiangsu Province,the index system including 16 indexes contained in 5 subsystems is established according to the statistics from Jiangsu Statistical Yearbook-2009,the practical situation of Jiangsu Province and the connotation of circular economy.The developmental trends of circular economy of 13 prefecture-level cities in Jiangsu Province are comprehensively evaluated by using the improved extreme value treatment,analytic hierarchy process(AHP),comprehensive evaluation of herdsman and comprehensive evaluation model of grey multi-level.The results show that the developmental level of circular economy in Jiangsu Province varies hugely in different areas,the difference of the comprehensive score between the crest value and minimum value is 0.29.In the end,in view of the problems in the development of circular economy,the countermeasures and suggestions on establishing and improving the management of circular economy,the operation and supervision mechanism;accelerating the industrial transformation and intensifying resource saving and comprehensive use of resource. 展开更多

[Method] Based on basic theory of tourism environ- ment assessment and related standards at home and abroad, the evaluation indicator system and standards for tourism environment in oases of Xin- jiang were constructed according to the actual situation of the tourism environment, and then the comprehensive evaluation model was constructed to assess tourism environment in Urumqi using linear weighted sum. [Result] The comprehensive score of tourism environment in Urumqi is 6.807 68, and the tourism environment is in a good state. Resource and landscape environment is the best, followed by social service and economic environ- ment, while the other environments are bad. 基于两种评价方法的内蒙古哈素海水环境质量评价分析

为明确哈素海水质状况,推进内蒙古黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展,2021年夏季(7月)和秋季(10月),对哈素海六个监测点的水环境进行调查研究,并采用单因子评价法和模糊综合评价法分析其水环境质量和影响因素。结果表明,哈素海夏季单因子评... 为明确哈素海水质状况,推进内蒙古黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展,2021年夏季(7月)和秋季(10月),对哈素海六个监测点的水环境进行调查研究,并采用单因子评价法和模糊综合评价法分析其水环境质量和影响因素。结果表明,哈素海夏季单因子评价法各监测点水质为Ⅴ类及以上,秋季各监测点水质为Ⅳ类或Ⅴ类;哈素海夏季模糊综合评价法各监测点水质为Ⅴ类或以下,秋季各监测点水质为Ⅲ类或Ⅳ类;两种方法均表明哈素海秋季水质优于夏季。夏季后河进水口和东南湖区的水质较好,秋季黄河进水口的水质较差,且总氮、总磷是影响哈素海水质的主要因素。研究表明,单因子评价法和模糊综合评价法对哈素海水质类别评价有差异,模糊综合评价法得到的水质等级优于单因子评价法,但总体趋势基本一致,建议采用两种方法联合评价哈素海的水质。 展开更多

利用2012—2022年我国30个省(区、市)的面板数据,采用熵值法和线性加权法对新质生产力和数字经济高质量发展的综合评价指数进行测算。在此基础上,利用耦合协调度模型研究新质生产力与数字经济高质量发展的耦合协调水平。研究结果显示:... 利用2012—2022年我国30个省(区、市)的面板数据,采用熵值法和线性加权法对新质生产力和数字经济高质量发展的综合评价指数进行测算。在此基础上,利用耦合协调度模型研究新质生产力与数字经济高质量发展的耦合协调水平。研究结果显示:我国新质生产力与数字经济高质量发展的耦合协调度大致呈逐年递增的趋势;两者的耦合协调度从高到低依次为东部地区、中部地区、西部地区、东北地区;按耦合协调类型划分,东部地区已处于初级协调水平,中部地区处于勉强协调水平且基本上代表全国平均水平,西部地区和东北地区仍处于轻度失调水平;共有6个省份的耦合协调水平较高,11个省份的耦合协调水平较低,13个省份的耦合协调水平处于中间位置。基于研究结论,提出如下对策:坚持创新驱动发展战略,完善科技创新体系;深入实施区域协调发展战略,积极发挥政府职能;加大新型基础设施建设投入力度,健全创新人才培养机制。 展开更多

为贯彻落实“共抓大保护,不搞大开发”的建设思想理念,实现长江经济带绿色可持续发展,基于2001—2019年长江经济带11省市的相关数据,构建了矿产资源—区域经济—生态环境评价体系。通过设定三大子系统的优先发展级,运用熵权法、耦合协... 为贯彻落实“共抓大保护,不搞大开发”的建设思想理念,实现长江经济带绿色可持续发展,基于2001—2019年长江经济带11省市的相关数据,构建了矿产资源—区域经济—生态环境评价体系。通过设定三大子系统的优先发展级,运用熵权法、耦合协调度模型定量分析不同优先级下的矿产资源—区域经济—生态环境系统耦合协调发展水平,并从中选取最优发展模式。结果表明:长江经济带三系统耦合协调发展特征显著,整体上由轻度失调区间上升至中级协调区间,且耦合协调度值上游<中游<下游。分省来看,耦合协调程度由低到高依次为云南、江西、贵州、安徽、湖南、上海、重庆、江苏、四川、浙江、湖北。除了湖北、浙江、四川三省位于良好协调区间外,其余8省市均位于中级协调区间。同时,“经济优先”仅适用于短期发展,“环境优先”更适合长期发展。故为促进长江经济带协调可持续发展,整体上应坚持以环境保护为重心的发展战略,个体上要进一步针对不同省市采取差异化的措施。 展开更多

推动外资平稳发展对于促进地区产业升级、技术创新等具有重要作用,跨境电商综合试验区作为中国扩大对外开放的重要举措,厘清其对FDI流入的影响,有助于今后有效利用外资及促进经济高质量发展。文章采用2004—2021年278个地级市面板数据,... 推动外资平稳发展对于促进地区产业升级、技术创新等具有重要作用,跨境电商综合试验区作为中国扩大对外开放的重要举措,厘清其对FDI流入的影响,有助于今后有效利用外资及促进经济高质量发展。文章采用2004—2021年278个地级市面板数据,研究跨境电商综合试验区如何影响FDI流入,以及通过何种机制影响FDI流入。研究发现,跨境电商综合试验区能够显著促进FDI流入;机制检验发现,跨境电商综合试验区主要通过促进人力资本提高、营商环境优化来促进FDI流入;异质性检验发现,跨境电商综合试验区对FDI流入的促进效应在东部地区、数字经济发展程度高的地区、行政等级高的地区、经济规模小的地区更为明显;拓展分析发现,跨境电商综合试验区通过促进FDI流入来促进产业结构升级、技术创新、经济增长。基于此,文章从促进跨境电商综合试验区扩容、提高政策差异性等方面提出政策建议。 展开更多

北京市岩溶地下水质量评价及其生态环境效应

【研究目的】岩溶地下水是北京市重要的供水水源,在城市供水安全保障中发挥着难以替代的作用,同时又具有重要的生态功能。【研究方法】本文以2021年6月在北京市系统采集的278件岩溶地下水样化验数据为基础,以岩溶水系统为单元,开展了岩... 【研究目的】岩溶地下水是北京市重要的供水水源,在城市供水安全保障中发挥着难以替代的作用,同时又具有重要的生态功能。【研究方法】本文以2021年6月在北京市系统采集的278件岩溶地下水样化验数据为基础,以岩溶水系统为单元,开展了岩溶水单因子质量评价和综合质量评价,并首次对有机指标进行了统计和分析。【研究结果】(1)北京市岩溶水的pH、TDS和TH平均值分别为7.69、334.77 mg/L和262.01 mg/L,具有弱碱性、低盐度和低硬度的特点,地下水质量总体良好。(2)非常规指标的检出率从大到小为:苯并[a]芘(4.32%)、三溴甲烷(3.60%)和二甲苯(总量)(2.52%),应当引起足够重视。(3)北京市岩溶水水质Ⅰ~Ⅲ类总占比为82.01%,Ⅳ和Ⅴ类总占比为17.99%,超标点主要集中在山区与平原分界线处,超标指标主要有Fe、TH、NH_(3)-N、Mn、SO_(4)^(2-)、F^(-)、NO_(3)-N等。【结论】北京市生态涵养区是重要的水源补给区和生态保护区,区内岩溶水对于保障首都供水安全和保护生态环境具有重要意义,今后应通过提高植被覆盖率加强水源涵养以增加补给量,应严格控制点源和面源污染减少污染物输入,持续优化监测网络进行预警,广泛宣传增强公众生态环保意识,共同保护岩溶水的生态环境。 展开更多
