In this work, we want to study the case where it does depend on t(and xas well). For this purpose, we make a change of unknown function V=ϕSin order to obtain a saturation-like (advection-diffusion) equation. A priori estimates and regularity results are established for the new equation based in part on what is known from the saturation equation, when ϕis independent of the time t. These results are then extended to the full saturation equation with time-dependent porosity ϕ=ϕ(x,t). In this analysis, we make explicitly the dependence of the various constants in the estimates on the porosity ϕby the introduced transport vector w, through the change of unknown function. Also we do not assume zero-flux boundary, but we carry the analysis for the case Q≡0.展开更多

It is shown how the oscillation parameters of these elements determine the mode of motion of the system (body). In this case, the motion is considered as a consequence of symmetry breaking of forces in the systems themselves, and not as a reaction of individual elements to external influences. It is shown that such a violation takes place both in the gravitational field and when the system moves by inertia. Examples of the influence of changes in phase (φ) and frequency (f) parameters of the system elements on the velocity mode of its motion in space are considered. The identity of the causes of self-motion is revealed both in the case of gravitation and inertial motion.展开更多

From the idea that “information carried by informatons” is its substance, it has been deduced that—on the macroscopic level—a gravitational field manifests itself as a dual entity, always having a field- and an induction component (Egand Bg) simultaneously created by their common sources. In this article we will mathematically deduce the Maxwell-Heaviside equations from the kinematics of the informatons. These relations describe on the macroscopic level how a gravitational field (Eg, Bg) is generated by whether or not moving masses and how spatial and temporal changes of Egand Bgare related. We show that there is no causal link between Egand Bg.展开更多

文摘The presented work examines the mechanism and conditions of self-motion in bodies as systems of interacting elements. The identity of the causes of self-motion is revealed both in the case of gravitation and inertial motion.

文摘The constant panel method within the framework of potential flow theory in the time domain is developed for solving the hydrodynamic interactions between two parallel ships with forward speed. When solving problems within a time domain framework, the free water surface needs to simultaneously satisfy both the kinematic and dynamic boundary conditions of the free water surface. This provides conditions for adding artificial damping layers.Using the Runge−Kutta method to solve equations related to time.An upwind differential scheme is used in the present method to deal with the convection terms on the free surface to prevent waves upstream.Through the comparison with the available experimental data and other numerical methods, the present method is proved to have good mesh convergence, and satisfactory results can be obtained. The constant panel method is applied to calculate the hydrodynamic interaction responses of two parallel ships advancing in head waves.Numerical simulations are conducted on the effects of forward speed, different longitudinal and lateral distances on the motion response of two modified Wigley ships in head waves. Then further investigations are conducted on the effects of different ship types on the motion response.

文摘This paper proposed an efficient research method for high-dimensional uncertainty quantification of projectile motion in the barrel of a truck-mounted howitzer.Firstly, the dynamic model of projectile motion is established considering the flexible deformation of the barrel and the interaction between the projectile and the barrel.Subsequently, the accuracy of the dynamic model is verified based on the external ballistic projectile attitude test platform.Furthermore, the probability density evolution method(PDEM)is developed to high-dimensional uncertainty quantification of projectile motion. The engineering example highlights the results of the proposed method are consistent with the results obtained by the Monte Carlo Simulation(MCS).Finally, the influence of parameter uncertainty on the projectile disturbance at muzzle under different working conditions is analyzed. The results show that the disturbance of the pitch angular, pitch angular velocity and pitch angular of velocity decreases with the increase of launching angle, and the random parameter ranges of both the projectile and coupling model have similar influence on the disturbance of projectile angular motion at muzzle.

文摘This paper is devoted to understanding the stability of perturbations around the hydrostatic equilibrium of the Boussinesq system in order to gain insight into certain atmospheric and oceanographic phenomena. The Boussinesq system focused on here is anisotropic, and involves only horizontal dissipation and thermal damping. In the 2D case R^(2),due to the lack of vertical dissipation, the stability and large-time behavior problems have remained open in a Sobolev setting. For the spatial domain T×R,this paper solves the stability problem and gives the precise large-time behavior of the perturbation.By decomposing the velocity u and temperatureθinto the horizontal average(ū,θ)and the corresponding oscillation(ū,θ),we can derive the global stability in H~2 and the exponential decay of(ū,θ)to zero in H^(1).Moreover,we also obtain that(ū_(2),θ)decays exponentially to zero in H^(1),and thatū_(1)decays exponentially toū_(1)(∞)in H^(1)as well;this reflects a strongly stratified phenomenon of buoyancy-driven fluids. In addition,we establish the global stability in H^(3)for the 3D case R^(3).
文摘In the articles “Newtons Law of Universal Gravitation Explained by the Theory of Informatons” and “The Gravitational Interaction between Moving Mass Particles Explained by the Theory of Informatons” the gravitational interaction has been explained by the hypothesis that information carried by informatons is the substance of gravitational fields, i.e. the medium that the interaction in question makes possible. We show that there is no causal link between Egand Bg.
文摘The influence of Brownian motion and thermophoresis on a fluid containing nanoparticles flowing over a stretchable cylinder is examined. The classical Navier-Stokes equations are considered in a porous frame. In addition, the Lorentz force is taken into account. The controlling coupled nonlinear partial differential equations are transformed into a system of first order ordinary differential equations by means of a similarity transformation. The resulting system of equations is solved by employing a shooting approach properly implemented in MATLAB.The evolution of the boundary layer and the growing velocity is shown graphically together with the related profiles of concentration and temperature. The magnetic field has a different influence(in terms of trends)on velocity and concentration.

文摘The present paper deals with the problem of nonparametric kernel density estimation of the trend function for stochastic processes driven by fractional Brownian motion of the second kind. The consistency, the rate of convergence, and the asymptotic normality of the kernel-type estimator are discussed.Besides,we prove that the rate of convergence of the kernel-type estimator depends on the smoothness of the trend of the nonperturbed system.

文摘Earthquake investigations have shown that near-fault pulse-like(NF-P)ground motions have unique characteristics compared to near-fault non-pulse-like(NF-NP)and far-field(FF)ground motions. It is necessary to study the seismic response of pile-supported wharf(PSW)structures under NF-P ground motions. In this study,a three-dimensional finite element numerical model is created to simulate a PSW.By imparting three types of ground motion, the engineering demand parameters(EDPs)of PSW under NF-P ground motions were analyzed and compared,in which EDPs are the maximum displacement and bending moment of the piles.Twenty intensity measures(IMs)were selected to characterize the properties of ground motions. The correlation between IMs and EDPs was explored. The results show that the piles present larger displacement and bending moment under NF-P ground motions compared to NF-NP and FF ground motions.None of the IMs have a high correlation with EDPs under NF-P ground motions, and these IMs are more applicable to FF ground motions. The correlation coefficients between EDPs and IMs under three types of ground motion were obtained, which will provide a valuable reference for the seismic design of PSWs.
