Operation and Management of Electrical Equipment in Iron and Steel Enterprises

How to ensure the reliable operation of the complex and huge electrical system composed of a large number of electrical equipment in iron and steel enterprises?Combined with working experience,the author introduces four main factors affecting the normal operation of equipment,analyzes five main problems existing in the operation and management of electrical equipment,and puts forward corresponding improvement measures,so as to improve the management level of electrical equipment in iron and steel enterprises.

The Application Value of Sanitary Wipes and Medical Alcohol+Gauze Disinfection Method in the Management and Use of Medical Equipment

Objective:To analyze the effect of sanitary wipes and medical alcohol+gauze disinfection methods on the management and use of medical equipment in hospitals.Methods:From February 2023 to August 2023,80 anorectal surgery medical instruments and equipment were randomly sampled as observation samples,and they were grouped using the random number table method(40 instruments in each group).One group was managed with sanitary wipes and medical alcohol+gauze disinfection method(observation group),and the other group was managed with medical alcohol+gauze disinfection method(control group).The degree of contamination on the surface of instruments and equipment and the staff satisfaction of both groups was noted and compared.Results:After cleaning and disinfection,the relative luminescence luminosity(RLU)value of the surface contamination of the sample instruments and equipment decreased significantly(P<0.05);and after cleaning and disinfection,the relative luminescence luminosity(RLU)of the observation group’s instruments and equipment decreased significantly,and the value was lower than that of the control group,(P<0.05);the results of the nursing job satisfaction questionnaire showed that the scores of each survey item in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,(P<0.05).Conclusion:Integrating sanitary wipes and medical alcohol+gauze disinfection method into the management and use of medical equipment not only improves the disinfection of medical instruments but also improves the job satisfaction of nursing staff.Therefore,this method should be popularized.

Optimization of dynamic sequential test strategy for equipment health management

Testing is the premise and foundation of realizing equipment health management （EHM）. To address the problem that the static periodic test strategy may cause deficient test or excessive test, a dynamic sequential test strategy （DSTS） for EHM is presented. Considering the situation that equipment health state is not completely observable in reality, a DSTS optimization method based on partially observable semi-Markov decision pro- cess （POSMDP） is proposed. Firstly, an equipment health state degradation model is constructed by Markov process, and the control limit maintenance policy is also introduced. Secondly, POSMDP is formulated in great detail. And then, POSMDP is converted to completely observable belief semi-Markov decision process （BSMDP） through belief state. The optimal equation and the corresponding optimal DSTS, which minimize the long-run ex- pected average cost per unit time, are obtained with BSMDP. The results of application in complex equipment show that the proposed DSTS is feasible and effective.

Study of Enterprise Equipment Maintenance Management Integrated Information System Based on B/S

Equipment maintenance management integrated information system is an important constituent part of enterprise IMS (Intelligent Manufacture System). The system should make the best of all kinds of information sources around the enterprise, and meet the demand for agile production. This paper presents an implementation scheme of Integrated Equipment Maintenance Management Information System Based on Internet/Intranet and gives component division scheme of each tier. This scheme adopts a three-tiers mode of B/S (Browser/Server) and software programming module based on software reusing technology. This makes the system integrated and open, makes maintenance and updating convenient, and largely increases software safety and reusability.

The TDCPR Management Mode of Engineering Equipment

The Three Gorges Project is a very large project, and its structure is very complex. International advanced engineering equipment is broadly used. The state of equipment running directly influences project building qualities and limited time. According to the factual conditions of the Three Gorges Project, the characteristics of engineering equipment are analyzed. At the same time, some theories about equipment management are induced, and the TDCPR management mode of engineering equipment of the Three Gorges Project is put forward in order to gain the aim of managing and using equipment well and speeding up the project construction.

Improving Equipment Management and Meeting the Requirements of Establishing Modern Enterprise System

Discussion on Management Model of Medical Equipment Maintenance in Hospital

With the development of technology, medical equipment plays a more important role in the modern hospital. The study reviews the issues in hospital medical equipment maintenance management, the development of the maintenance management model and the characteristics, as well as the status at home and abroad. The research has been fi nished by using literature research method, questionnaire survey method and data analysis method. Then we analyze the current status of hospital medical equipment maintenance management model to fi nd the problems. Based on the authentic and effective data from the survey, we can deduce the overview about the maintenance model in Beijing. The paper discusses the advantages and the disadvantages between the different model, and it makes suggestions on the follow aspects, such as system management, quality management, personnel management, cost management, information management perspective.

Design of a Prognostics and Health Management System for Electromechanical Equipment Through Time Stress Analysis

Time stress includes all kinds of environment and operating stress such as shock, vibration, temperature and electric current that the electromechanical system suffers in the manufacture, transport and operating process. In this paper, the conception of time stress and prognostics and health management （ PHM） system are introduced. Then, in order to improve the false alarm recognition and fault prediction capabilities of the electromechanical equipment, a novel PHM architecture for electromechanical equipment is put forward based on a built-in test （BIT） system design technology and time stress analysis method. Finally, the structure, the design and implementing method and the functions of each module of this PHM system are described in detail.

Study on Scientific and Sophisticated Equipment Management in Colleges and Universities

The authors analyzed the current equipment management situation in colleges and universities, and pointed out how to evaluate it by using scientific and sophisticated standard. There exists four main problems which are as follows: 1. Management thought is not advanced, and there is short of systematic plan. 2. Technical measures are backward, and work starting point is not high. 3. The level of personnel is low, and the development is restricted. 4. An Exploration of a New Running Mode of Equipment Management for Institutions of Higher Learning

With the great changes in China's economic mechanism, the present running modes of equipment management at most institutions of higher learning are becoming less and less effective and efficient. Being fully aware of the common problems and their characteristics, this paper proposes a new running mode which aims at these problems' permanent resolution. It involves (1) Systems such as renting, competition and paid services are to be introduced to the campus, in order to effectively associate duty with interest. (2) The present managerial pattern is to be replaced by a new running network, in which all the links cooperate with as well as restrain each other. Such a mode focuses on the “two mechanisms and four patterns,”that is, to rely on the stimulative mechanism and restraint mechanism, and to enforce such patterns as centralized management and application centralized management and common application, opening to public use, and renting and borrowing. Through persistent exploration of the inner potential of the institutions, the ratio of investment and economic efficiency will accordingly be elevated.
