Equipment maintenance management integrated information system is an important constituent part of enterprise IMS (Intelligent Manufacture System). The system should make the best of all kinds of information sources around the enterprise, and meet the demand for agile production. This paper presents an implementation scheme of Integrated Equipment Maintenance Management Information System Based on Internet/Intranet and gives component division scheme of each tier. This scheme adopts a three-tiers mode of B/S (Browser/Server) and software programming module based on software reusing technology. This makes the system integrated and open, makes maintenance and updating convenient, and largely increases software safety and reusability. 展开更多

Predicting stability of integrated circuit test equipment using upper side boundary values of normal distribution

In response to the growing complexity and performance of integrated circuit(IC),there is an urgent need to enhance the testing and stability of IC test equipment.A method was proposed to predict equipment stability using the upper side boundary value of normal distribution.Initially,the K-means clustering algorithm classifies and analyzes sample data.The accuracy of this boundary value is compared under two common confidence levels to select the optimal threshold.A range is then defined to categorize unqualified test data.Through experimental verification,the method achieves the purpose of measuring the stability of qualitative IC equipment through a deterministic threshold value and judging the stability of the equipment by comparing the number of unqualified data with the threshold value,which realizes the goal of long-term operation monitoring and stability analysis of IC test equipment. 展开更多

At present,smart substations use the IEC61850 standard based on the architectural framework of three layers and two networks to realize information digitization and advanced applications.Although the smart substation offers many improvements in design,equipment manufacturing,and construction,the intelligent devices used in smart substations are costly,and are also difficult to maintain since they are dispersed within a single unit.Functionality optimization and device integration,thus,have become important issues in smart substation development.This paper presents an integrated solution and implementation process for a smart substation system.In the process layer,an integrated intelligence component is developed that functions both as an intelligent terminal and a merging unit.In the bay layer,an integrated station-area protection measurement and control master device is designed to achieve such functions as protection,monitoring,control,fault recorder,and power quality monitoring.Finally,in the station control layer,an integrated information platform is established to bring together various system functions and to promote interactive sharing.Integration technology improves the economy and practicality of the smart substation,especially in a distribution power grid. 展开更多
