To scientifically evaluate the equipment system of systems(SoS)contribution rate,a contribution rate calculation method based on a structural equation model(SEM)is proposed in this paper.The connotation and evaluation...To scientifically evaluate the equipment system of systems(SoS)contribution rate,a contribution rate calculation method based on a structural equation model(SEM)is proposed in this paper.The connotation and evaluation process of the equipment SoS contribution rate were redefined and standardized.To solve the existing problems in the application of the original contribution rate formula,a modified contribution rate calculation formula is proposed.Finally,the contribution rate evaluation index was divided into latent and explicit variables.The measurement and structural equations in the SEM were used to calculate and analyze the latent variables.The simulation results show that the number of defense lines of air defense weapon equipment has a greater impact on the linear configuration than the group configuration.When the number of K-type air defense weapons is sufficient,the two-layer linear configuration should be adopted with 20 air defense weapon systems.When the number of K-type air defense weapons is insufficient,the single-layer group configuration should be adopted with 12 air defense weapon systems.展开更多
Acoustic models of railway vehicles in standstill and pass-by conditions can be used as part of a virtual certification process for new trains.For each piece of auxiliary equipment,the sound power measured on a test b...Acoustic models of railway vehicles in standstill and pass-by conditions can be used as part of a virtual certification process for new trains.For each piece of auxiliary equipment,the sound power measured on a test bench is combined with meas-ured or predicted transfer functions.It is important,however,to allow for installation effects due to shielding by fairings or the train body.In the current work,fast-running analytical models are developed to determine these installation effects.The model for roof-mounted sources takes account of diffraction at the corner of the train body or fairing,using a barrier model.For equipment mounted under the train,the acoustic propagation from the sides of the source is based on free-field Green’s functions.The bottom surfaces are assumed to radiate initially into a cavity under the train,which is modelled with a simple diffuse field approach.The sound emitted from the gaps at the side of the cavity is then assumed to propagate to the receivers according to free-field Green’s functions.Results show good agreement with a 2.5D boundary element model and with measurements.Modelling uncertainty and parametric uncertainty are evaluated.The largest variability occurs due to the height and impedance of the ground,especially for a low receiver.This leads to standard deviations of up to 4 dB at low frequencies.For the roof-mounted sources,uncertainty over the location of the corner used in the equivalent barrier model can also lead to large standard deviations.展开更多

This study developed an Equipment Maintenance Management Framework (EMMF) tailored to the industry’s needs. Using surveys, interviews, and on-site visits at eight major mining companies, we identified significant variations in maintenance strategies, CMMS usage, and reliability engineering. The EMMF prioritizes predictive maintenance, efficient CMMS implementation, ongoing training, and robust reliability engineering to shift from reactive to proactive maintenance. We recommend adopting continuous improvement practices and data-driven decision-making based on performance metrics, with a phased EMMF implementation aligning maintenance with strategic business objectives. In these systems, the prefabrication ratio of the modules shoul...Modular unit systems provide an eco-friendly advanced construction method that improves productivity and reduces carbon emissions and construction waste. In these systems, the prefabrication ratio of the modules should be high in order to support these eco-friendly features. The purpose of this study was to verify the functionality and driving safety of fixing a modular unit with a high prefabrication ratio to a vehicle for transportation to the site using two novel adapter blocks specially developed for this purpose. When asked to evaluate their performance for this study, the truck drivers selected adaptor block type B as providing the highest convenience and functionality. In real-world driving experiments, maximum loads of 15 kN and 25 kN were measured on adapter block types A and B, respectively. Future improvements in the adapter blocks that take the safety ratio and the improved convenience of use into account are confidently expected to contribute to the eco-friendliness and the improved productivity of modular unit systems.展开更多

The aerospace equipment maintenance and support chain relies on aerospace equipment maintenance and support facilities, deploying various maintenance and support resources rationally according to specific requirements and principles, ultimately forming a unidirectional functional chain or network from the supply side to the demand side. This system helps address the “bottleneck” issue in the generation of aerospace equipment support capability and significantly improves the level of aerospace equipment maintenance and support. The model construction is a prerequisite for analyzing the formation and operation mechanism of the chain, and identifying factors affecting the efficiency and effectiveness of maintenance and support. With consideration of the particularity of aerospace equipment maintenance and support, the paper extensively investigates the construction of the aerospace equipment maintenance and support chain model by drawing on research achievements in modern supply chain and logistics theories, as well as model construction methods. It develops a structural diagram-based chain model, with symbols as key elements, and establishes an evaluation indicator system, providing insights into understanding and grasping the composition of the aerospace equipment maintenance and support chain effectively. Taking hydraulic support as the research object, the life evaluation system of hydraulic support is established and practice shows that the life evaluation system is feasible.
文摘An equipment maintenance system is naturally a complex dynamical system. The effective mamanagement must be based on the knowledge of the system's intrinsic dynamics. And the strueture of the maintenance system determines its behavior. This paper analyzes the basic structures and elements of a maintenance system for complex multi-components equipment. The maintenance system is considered as a dynamic system whose behavior is influenced by its structure's feedback and interaction, and the system's available resources. Building the dynamical model with Simulink, we show some results about the maintenance system's nonlinear dynamics, ods. The model can be used for understanding and which operational adjustments of maintenance which are never given by stochastic process methdetermining maintenance system behavior, towards n of maintenance requirements and timely supply of maintenance resources can be made in a more informed way.
文摘It is difficult to develop the corresponding fault diagnosis system and the software reusability is bad because the engineering equipment types are so many and their performance is diverse. This paper discussed the solution to engineering equipment integrated fault diagnosis system based on component technology, put forward the sys- tem model and gave the system frame design process and working principle. The software was designed based on the three-layer hierarchy. It is easy to rease and maintain, and the operation of the software is simple. A kind of new theory and method to develop the engineering equipment fault diagnosis system for the future was provided.
文摘The maintenance and forecast expert system of equipment based on Artificial Neural Network is composed of control, measure, failure forecast, execution, data processing module and database. The data processing module obtains the change of the controlled objects' structure and parameters, then takes correspondent measures according to the examination and diagnosis information. The failure forecast module finds the control system fault, separates the fault symptom location, tells the fault kind, estimates the magnitude and time of the fault, and finally makes evaluation and decision.

文摘Because of poor lubrication, the abrasion of the engineering equipment's key connection position (the hinge joint and so on) has become the major factor that affects the mechanical benefit. The excavator WY60 is taken as an example in this paper. The automatic grease-pouring, the working state test, and the alarm for fault of every lubricating point on the machine is accomplished by the control sub-system, the lubricating system and other correlated components. The principle and functions of the system are described. The work condition is analyzed. Finally, we present the plan of the software and the hardware of the system, and set up the fuzzy assessment model of reliability of the system.
文摘The current space launch missions are intense, and the utilization of equipment is frequent, demanding increasingly higher responsiveness and capability in maintenance and support. The aerospace equipment maintenance and support chain relies on aerospace equipment maintenance and support facilities, deploying various maintenance and support resources rationally according to specific requirements and principles, ultimately forming a unidirectional functional chain or network from the supply side to the demand side. This system helps address the “bottleneck” issue in the generation of aerospace equipment support capability and significantly improves the level of aerospace equipment maintenance and support. The model construction is a prerequisite for analyzing the formation and operation mechanism of the chain, and identifying factors affecting the efficiency and effectiveness of maintenance and support. With consideration of the particularity of aerospace equipment maintenance and support, the paper extensively investigates the construction of the aerospace equipment maintenance and support chain model by drawing on research achievements in modern supply chain and logistics theories, as well as model construction methods. It develops a structural diagram-based chain model, with symbols as key elements, and establishes an evaluation indicator system, providing insights into understanding and grasping the composition of the aerospace equipment maintenance and support chain effectively. Furthermore, it offers a reference for solving other equipment support chains’ construction and optimization problems.
