Autism spectrum disorder(ASD)is a group of heterogeneous,multi-factorial,neurodevelopmental disorders resulting from genetic and environmental factors interplay.Infection is a significant trigger of autism,especially ...Autism spectrum disorder(ASD)is a group of heterogeneous,multi-factorial,neurodevelopmental disorders resulting from genetic and environmental factors interplay.Infection is a significant trigger of autism,especially during the critical developmental period.There is a strong interplay between the viral infection as a trigger and a result of ASD.We aim to highlight the mutual relationship between autism and viruses.We performed a thorough literature review and included 158 research in this review.Most of the literature agreed on the possible effects of the viral infection during the critical period of development on the risk of developing autism,especially for specific viral infections such as Rubella,Cytomegalovirus,Herpes Simplex virus,Varicella Zoster Virus,Influenza virus,Zika virus,and severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2.Viral infection directly infects the brain,triggers immune activation,induces epigenetic changes,and raises the risks of having a child with autism.At the same time,there is some evidence of increased risk of infection,including viral infections in children with autism,due to lots of factors.There is an increased risk of developing autism with a specific viral infection during the early developmental period and an increased risk of viral infections in children with autism.In addition,children with autism are at increased risk of infection,including viruses.Every effort should be made to prevent maternal and early-life infections and reduce the risk of autism.Immune modulation of children with autism should be considered to reduce the risk of infection.展开更多

Frequency stability of oscillator commonly can be denoted by Allan variance in time domain, and by phase noise power spectrum density function in frequency domain. There is a definite transform relation of mathematics, it is to say that Allan variance of time domain can be obtained by transforming phase noise power spectrum density function, especially it is more applicable when τ < 0. 1 ms because it is very difficult to measure short - term frequency stability in time domain. The transformation relation between the two denotations of short-term frequency is used to measure Allan variance indirectly and validated by measured data.展开更多
Through analysis we found that some mesoscale anomalous regions (10 1~10 2 km) of meteorological parameters such as the special drought areas, unusual warm areas, the largest snowfall center, low pressure area toge...Through analysis we found that some mesoscale anomalous regions (10 1~10 2 km) of meteorological parameters such as the special drought areas, unusual warm areas, the largest snowfall center, low pressure area together with the epicenter area of M S=6.2 Zhangbei earthquake on January 10, 1998 are located at the same area, i.e. there appears the ″Five areas corresponding″ phenomenon. Meanwhile, three times of low pressure evolution are generated and develop in the earthquake area in five days after the occurrence of the earthquake. The abnormal variation of the lower limit of frozen soil layer shows indirectly that unusual warm in earthquake areas are related to the upward thermal conduction from the deeper layer of earth surface.展开更多

A majority of contemporary Chinese historians focus on the so-called Capitalist sprouts to analyze the historical trends and potentials of late imperial China until late twentieth century.Some Western historians,on th...A majority of contemporary Chinese historians focus on the so-called Capitalist sprouts to analyze the historical trends and potentials of late imperial China until late twentieth century.Some Western historians,on the other hand,proposed several alternative approaches to overcome the obvious Eurocentric nature of these Capitalist sprouts approaches.Following a brief discussion of the problems with both approaches,this article argues that in terms of social structural and historical trends,late imperial China during the Ming and early Qing period should be taken as an imperial agro-mercantile society with unique structural features and potentials.To present such a hypothesis,this article,first of all,identifies the major novelties as well as irreversible and structural changes in the economic sector during the Ming and early Qing period to confirm that late imperial China was a society with significant development,rather than stagnation.Secondly,it points out that when profound changes were happening,mainly in the economic sector,the imperial rule was enhanced rather than being weakened or disintegrated by these changes in economy.Thirdly,the paper highlights the main features of the agro-mercantile society indicating that this is a changing society profoundly different from the contemporary West in terms of structure and potentials.展开更多

The characteristics of the active discrete systems and active beams were discussed, especially, the stability of the active structures and the orthogonality of the eigenvectors. The notes about modes were portrayed by a model of a seven-storeyed building with sensors and actuators. The concept of the adjoint active structure was extended from the discrete systems to the beams that were the representations of the continuous structures. Two types of beams with different placements of the measuring and actuating systems were discussed in detail. One is the beam with the discrete sensors and actuators, and the other is the beam with distributed sensor and actuator function. The orthogonality conditions were derived with the modal shapes of the active beam and its adjoint active beam. An example shows that the variation of eigenvalues with feedback amplitude for the homo-configuration and non-homo-configuration active structures.展开更多
