Influence of Urban Development and Construction on Ecological Water Conservancy Landscapes and Countermeasure Analysis——A Case Study of Ecological Water Conservancy Landscapes in Nanchang City,Jiangxi Province of China

Through analyzing influence of urban development and construction on ecological water conservancy landscapes,common ecological problems of existing water conservancy landscapes were explored.Causes responsible for these problems were summarized as poor knowledge about ecology,unclear objective of construction,water conservancy projects violating the principle of conserving and restoring ecological conditions,and degraded biodiversity of water environment.It was stressed that ecological construction of water conservancy landscapes should break traditional water conservancy concepts,adopt ecological treatment and build ecological landscapes;geomorphic,hydrological and hydraulic of original river systems should be maintained as much as possible;sewage not discharged to natural water directly;water circulation enhanced to promote self-purification capacity of water;necessary purification measures adopted for rivers and lakes.On the basis of above strategies,construction of ecological water conservancy landscapes in Nanchang City was taken for example to analyze problems in the previous construction and present achievements,then principles to be followed in the future construction and protection of ecological water conservancy landscapes in Nanchang City were proposed.

Development of suburb farm landscape in the process of urban-rural overall planning from the perspective of ecological economics:a case study of Chengdu City

With the accelerating development of Chinese urbanization and the widening gap between rural and urban areas,urban-rural overall planning is to be an inevitable choice for economic and social development.However,the specific patterns and methods in urban-rural overall planning are greatly different.From the persperctive of ecological economy,taking the main physical and biological pattern of the farmland as research objects,this paper analyzes the components and characteristics of farm landscape,the relationship between farm landscape exploitation and rural tourism,and the role of farm landscape exploitation in planning urban and rural development.It expatiates on the pattern,method and principle of farm landscape development.Furthermore,based on the actual development case,this paper explores how to make high-grade tourism products with scientific and reasonable farm landscape development method,how to increase peasant income,how to improve urban and rural ecological economic environment,so as to promote urban-rural overall planning.

Landscape Design Method of Sustainable Development Based on the Modest Principle

＂Over＂ phenomenon exists in all fields of society, and over thoughts and behaviors not only waste resources, but also destroy the ecological environment.Landscape design is also facing the dilemma of over planning, over design and over construction. Based on the paraphrase and explanation of ＂degree＂, the principle for modest landscape design with the concept of sustainable development was explored through the analysis on the concept of sustainable development, which emphasized the ＂degree＂ standard in landscape design, and the combination of regional features with native features to carry out ecological design, with the aim to facilitate the landscape designers to design the ＂modest＂ landscape with sustainable development.

The prominent role and remarkable achievements of landscape design in the construction of low-carbon ecological city were analyzed in the context of global environmental issues. This study stressed that landscape architecture, as a comprehensive discipline handling human-land relationship, would play a significant role in the construction of low-carbon ecological city, and finally proposed a variety of approaches of landscape design for constructing low-carbon ecological city.

Low-Impact Development(LID) of the Water Ecological Environment in Rural Areas: A Case Study of the Wei River Wetland in Fengxi New City of Xixian New Area

The problem of rural water ecological environment is becoming growingly prominent, and its ecological management is of great significance. From sponge cities to sponge villages, it is an effective way to use the low-impact development (LID) technology to solve rural water ecological environment problems. Through the investigation and analysis of the hydrology, soil, runoff, vegetation and other factors in the Wei River wetland of Fengxi New City of Xixian New Area, this study attempts to construct a LID route suitable for managing the rural water ecological environment in the northwest, so as to provide a reference for the construction of green infrastructure and sponge cities of rural areas in the northwest.

Digital Ecological Design of River Landscapes in Urbanization

By comparing landscape patterns of suburban and urban rivers in the same flow path, and analyzing patch indexes of urban river landscapes, corresponding sustainable eco-design strategies were proposed, ecodesign theory system and eco-restoration design techniques were coupled, so as to explore new digital eco-design means of urban river landscapes by targeting at regional ecological consistency.

After the Industrial Revolution,with the deterioration of the environment,the ecological thought based on the harmonious coexistence of man and nature came into being.Due to the outbreak of COVID-19,people are beginning to re-examine the relationship between man and nature,and ecological landscapes are gaining attention again.Through the overview of ecological landscapes,this paper analyzed the design ideas and design principles of ecological landscapes,sorted out the main ecological landscape architects and their thoughts at home and abroad,and put forward ecological thinking on landscape design under the background of COVID-19.

Intensive Utilization of Resources and Design of Landscape Architecture

Urban ecological environment has been seriously destructed,and the objectives of "resource-conserved and environment-friendly society" have had higher requirements on the design of landscape architecture.Intensive design of landscape architecture requires the application of ecology to create better economic and ecological benefits than the original landscape system has,so as to achieve the sustainable utilization of resources and the sustainable development of environment.The authors proposed that by following the Scientific Outlook on Development the intensive utilization of land resources,mountain,water and forest resources,energy resources is the trend of future intensive design of landscape architecture,and also an approach of realizing the coordination of resource development and eco-environment conservation.

“双减”背景下校外教育的价值与发展路径

当前,我国教育正处于提质增效、由高向强转变的关键时期,需要破解教育高质量发展的难题,“双减”改革给校外教育带来了新的机遇和挑战。校外教育作为大教育格局中的重要一环,是教育高质量发展的重要突破口,具有实践性强、开放性强、包容性强、黏合性强等特点,对教育生态重构有着不可替代的影响。因此,应重新审视校外教育的价值与作用,形成广泛共识,在教育大格局中推动校外教育的新发展:坚持以德为先,落实立德树人根本任务,将社会主义核心价值观融入校外教育全过程;以儿童为本,加强综合素质教育,提升儿童自我服务和实践能力,促进儿童全面发展;强化校外教育与家庭教育、学校教育的有机衔接,打造家校社协同育人的国民教育体系。

自然保护地社区生计保护兼容性评价

自然保护地内及其周边社区生计活动关乎生态保护成效,推动保护兼容性生计成为协同保护与发展的可行路径。针对保护兼容性生计所强调的土地的多元价值及其在保护管理下生态、文化向经济价值的转换,探索开展自然保护地社区生计活动保护兼容性评价,衡量其在与保护目标的协同性和保障社区生计可持续的程度。研究在保护兼容性生计理论体系基础上,通过比较视角阐释社区生计保护兼容性的内涵,进一步整合文化生态学、社会-生态系统理论与可持续生计框架构建生计活动保护兼容性快速评价指标体系,形成生态文化、资源管理、生态影响和生计结果4个准则层、12个评价指标,利用层次分析法和专家打分法相结合的方法对武夷山和祁连山国家公园传统产业进行评价。研究表明,该体系能够在初步判断生计活动的典型特征后,相对精准地识别生计活动在实现保护目标时的协同性和可持续性的优势与不足;案例研究表明国家公园社区的传统生计活动存在相对持久的文化传承、较强的生态系统韧性和较为稳定的经济惠益,但在资源管理体系中实现现代与传统融合、经营主体合作共赢、生态产品价值转化等方面还需内力激发和外力引导。研究建议在运用快速评价体系的基础上,对标保护兼容性生计总体模式开展更为精细的生态、经济和社会效应评价,寻求生计发展。

基于综合视角的县域国土空间冲突测度与功能优化——以江西省宜黄县为例

[目的]测度国土空间冲突强度,分区探讨国土空间冲突管理和优化国土空间利用途径,为县域国土空间可持续开发利用提供新的思路。[方法]以江西省宜黄县为例,通过景观生态指数模型、可开发强度分析、用地现状与适宜性评价叠加3种方法,以“把握景观格局—明确开发强度—摸底适宜性—实现功能优化”综合视角为导向,构建综合视角下国土空间冲突测度模型,识别乡镇尺度下空间显著冲突与区域本位基底相耦合的综合冲突类型区,进而提出功能优化措施。[结果]①2010—2020年宜黄县城镇化趋势扩大,生态空间的容纳度变低,国土空间主要表现为农业生产空间和生态空间向工矿生产空间和城镇生活空间转移。②2010—2020年宜黄县区域空间冲突强度加剧,不同时段和区域下空间冲突强度和分布情况差异显著,可控空间主要分布在南部,轻度和中度冲突在域内分布较为均匀,重度冲突主要分布在北部、中部和东部。③根据开发强度和冲突产生诱因,可将宜黄县乡镇划分为地形发展劣势区、城镇开发密集区和自然保护地集中区3类,作为空间功能优化的重点。④宜黄县乡镇尺度上空间冲突类型区分布存在差异性,表现为:农业空间与生态空间冲突>城镇空间与生态空间冲突>城镇空间冲突>农业空间冲突。⑤由综合冲突测度模型,得到宜黄县域内包含8种综合冲突组合,归并后可分为城镇扩张无序、城镇规模扩张、城镇规划不当、总体发展滞后和城镇发展滞后5种冲突类型。[结论]2010—2020年宜黄县空间冲突强度加剧,区域生态安全和粮食安全受到不断挑战。应当加强空间冲突分区管控,针对性优化区域国土空间资源开发利用。

城市基础设施复合化策略研究与实践路径——以深圳龙城公园活力谷为例

【目的】探讨城市基础设施复合化的策略与方法路径,研究如何在城市基础设施更新中实现高效、可持续的发展。【方法/过程】采用案例研究的方法,以深圳龙城公园活力谷项目为研究对象,分析其实践路径,总结出权属复合、空间复合、功能复合与“灰绿”复合4种主要策略。【结果/结论】研究发现,城市基础设施复合化的关键在于土地利用集约化、空间提升景观化以及资源协调系统化。深圳龙城公园活力谷项目通过优化土地利用,实施景观化策略,实现了基础设施与城市景观的协调统一;通过合理配置资源,提高了基础设施建设和城市发展的效率。该项目的成功实践证明,城市基础设施复合化策略不仅能提升城市空间品质,还能实现高效、可持续的发展目标,为其他城市基础设施更新提供了可行的参考路径。

旅游资源开发与景观生态安全交互胁迫时空演变研究——以赤水河流域贵州段为例

旅游资源开发与景观生态安全相互影响,厘清二者作用机制是筑牢生态安全屏障、实现旅游高质量发展的基础。该文以赤水河流域贵州段为例,构建基于网格尺度的旅游资源开发力度测算模型和景观生态安全评价模型,并利用双指数模型分析2010-2020年旅游资源开发与景观生态安全交互胁迫关系的时空演变规律。结果表明:①研究区旅游资源开发力度不断增强,高等级开发区域快速扩张,由“点状”向“带状”演进,并逐步形成以核心景区为增长极、“东北-西南”及“西北-东南”为双轴线的旅游开发空间格局。②研究区景观生态安全状况整体高位平稳,中高等级景观生态安全区域持续增加,形成景观生态安全等级较高的“西北-东南”和“东北-西南”双轴,但轴线生态安全呈波动发展。③研究区旅游资源开发与景观生态安全总体协同发展形势向好,形成以西北和西南为重点、景观生态双轴为纽带的正向协同片区,但区域具体协同路径存在差异。其中,生态本底较弱的西南和中部集中连片区在实现正向协同之前面临生态景观保护压力较大,而旅游资源开发处于初、中级的双轴中部景观生态安全变化受旅游资源开发速率影响较大。

黑龙江省生态文化景观的创意保护与开发策略研究

该研究着眼于黑龙江地区的生态文化景观,探索创新策略以促进其生态与文化的可持续性发展。基于现状问题分析和典型案例研究,该研究利用文献回顾、现场考察和专家咨询等研究手段,对黑龙江地区的生态文化景观现状及其面临的挑战进行了深入分析。研究发现,黑龙江的生态文化景观具有丰富的自然和文化资源,但面临生态保护与经济发展、基础设施建设、季节性问题等挑战。针对这些问题,提出了保护与开发并重、全季旅游产品开发、基础设施建设和绿色低碳发展等六项对策。这些对策在促进生态保护的同时,更有助于提升旅游业的发展水平,实现生态与经济的双重收益。本研究的发现不仅为黑龙江省生态文化景观的构建提供了理论支撑与操作性建议,而且为具有相似地理与文化背景的其他区域在生态文化景观的规划与发展方面提供了可参考的范例。
