文摘目的优化野马追Eupatorium lindleyanum DC.倍半萜内酯精制工艺。方法以野马追内酯A、B含有量为指标,动态吸附及解吸附试验优化大孔树脂吸附工艺;以夹带剂(无水乙醇)用量、萃取压力、萃取温度为影响因素,倍半萜内酯提取率为评价指标,响应面法优化CO_2超临界萃取工艺。结果最优精制工艺条件为采用AB-8型大孔树脂,提取液以40 m L/min体积流量通过树脂柱,将吸附后的树脂依次用水、20%、40%、60%、80%乙醇各3 BV洗脱,收集60%~80%部分;最优CO_2超临界萃取工艺条件为夹带剂用量30%,萃取压力35 MPa,萃取温度45℃,萃取时间2 h,CO_2体积流量40 m L/min,野马追内酯A、B总含有量由0.56%增加到39.07%。结论该方法简单可行,可用于精制野马追倍半萜内酯。
