Evaluation of Farmer Training Satisfaction Level in Hubei Province

Based on fully understanding the significance of farmer training,this paper builds the evaluation index system for farmer training satisfaction level. Then this paper employs the field survey data about Yichang and Jingzhou in Hubei Province to evaluate the farmer training satisfaction level in Hubei Province. Results show that farmers have high level of satisfaction on agricultural training in Hubei Province,and the average satisfaction level reaches 0. 8556; there are regional differences in the farmer training satisfaction level in Hubei Province; the index weight is not entirely directly proportional to the training satisfaction level in the evaluation index system. Finally,from training courses,training teachers,training organization and follow-up services,this paper brings forward the recommendations for improving farmer training satisfaction level in Hubei Province,improve farmer training system,further improve the effectiveness of training and promote farmers' quality. 展开更多

For a long time,Chinese construction industry has had disadvantages such as waste of resources,environmental pollution,long construction period,great influence by weather,low enterprise efficiency and poor benefit.While being able to solve the disadvantages of traditional buildings,prefabricated buildings,as an important starting point to achieve the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals,are far superior to traditional buildings in green and low-carbon,energy conservation and emission reduction,which can accelerate the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry.In recent years,the government has vigorously promoted prefabricated buildings,but the implementation of prefabricated buildings has been frequently hindered and the development of prefabricated buildings in China has not achieve the expected goal in many aspects.Under the high-quality development strategy proposed by the central government,how to promote the high-quality development of prefabricated buildings in China is one of the key difficulties of Chinese construction industry in the future.Therefore,it is necessary to proceed from the connotation of the high-quality development of prefabricated buildings,establish an evaluation model for the high-quality development level of prefabricated buildings through AHP and comprehensive fuzzy evaluation to master the high-quality development level of prefabricated buildings in China,and explore the reasonable paths selection forthe high-quality development of prefabricated buildings in China. 展开更多

In this manuscript,the theory of complex T-spherical dual hesitant uncertain linguistic set is discovered,which is the mixture of three different ideas like the complex T-spherical fuzzy set,dual hesitant fuzzy set,and uncertain linguistic set.The complex T-spherical dual hesitant uncertain linguistic set composes the uncertain linguistic set,truth grade,abstinence grade,and falsity grade.Whose real and imaginary parts are the subset of a unit interval,and some of their operational laws are also presented.The theory of complex T-spherical dual hesitant uncertain linguistic Muirhead mean operator,complex T-spherical dual hesitant uncertain linguistic weighted Muirhead mean operator,complex T-spherical dual hesitant uncertain linguistic dual Muirhead mean operator and complex T-spherical dual hesitant uncertain linguistic weighted dual Muirhead mean operator are discovered.Some exceptional cases of the proposed operators are also examined.A multi-attribute decision making technique is further utilized based on explored operators.Moreover,an enterprise informatization level evaluation issue is resolved by using the presented operators to verify the proficiency and capability of the discovered approaches.Finally,some comparative analysis and advantages of the explored works are further developed to express that it is more flexible and effective than the existing methods. 展开更多

Smart specialization,as an important concept in regional policy,has presented greater vitality in both theory and practice.To assess smart specialization at three different levels—smart level,specialization level,and coupling level—this paper develops an index system.We statically evaluate the level of smart specialization in the manufacturing industry in the 30 provinces and municipalities on China’s mainland using the entropy weight-TOPSIS method and then use a system dynamics model to examine the dynamic development characteristics of the level of smart specialization in each region.The findings indicate that there are considerable regional differences in the development level and speed of smart specialization among provinces and municipalities.The development of the smart specialization level of manufacturing follows a“logarithmic index”curve in terms of its shape.The level of industrial smart specialization is positively impacted by the level of industrial smartness,specialization and coupling;however,this effect is critical in scale and nature.To achieve the best effects from the development of manufacturing smart specialization,a continuous,dynamic,and integrated intervention mix should be established. 展开更多

The optimization investment policy decision of SCM-supply chain management-implementation has been analysed under symmetric and asymmetric information conditions.For both conditions,SCM implementation optional decision optimizing models have been developed.In these models,both clients and vendors try to pursue their own benefits.Based upon the principal-agent theory,the models show to what extent a principal(a client)needs to pay more to an agent(a vendor)in a context of asymmetric information.For the client it is important to understand the extra costs to be able to adopt effective strategies to stimulate a vendor to perform an optimal implementation of a SCM system.The results of a simulation experiment regarding SCM implementation options illustrate and verify the theoretical findings and confirm the general notion that the less informed party is obliged to pay information rent to the better-informed party. 展开更多

TheresultingcomprehensiveindexofChina’sindustrialmodernization is28.72. This indicatesthat, through the rapid industrialization which hastaken place over more than 20 years of reform and opening up, China has commenced its industrial modernization, which is now in the primarystage of development.
