A Study on the Work Process-Based Practical Training Model for Basic Nursing Skills in Vocational Colleges

Objective:To explore and analyze the work process-based practical training teaching model for basic nursing skills in vocational colleges and its implementation effects.Methods:A total of 82 nursing students from our school were selected for the study,which was conducted from April 2023 to April 2024.Using a random number table method,the students were divided into an observation group and a control group,each with 41 students.The control group received conventional practical training teaching,while the observation group followed the work process-based practical training model for basic nursing skills.The assessment scores and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:The comparison of assessment scores showed that the observation group performed significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).The comparison of teaching satisfaction also indicated that the observation group had significantly higher satisfaction than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The work process-based practical training teaching model for basic nursing skills in vocational colleges can improve students’assessment scores and enhance teaching satisfaction,demonstrating its value for wider application.

The AHP analysis on Quality Evaluation oriented to Bilingual Teaching Practices in Yunnan＇ s Universities

A number of studies show that bilingual education in private universities is worth studying in recent years, but its feasibility causes many debates at the same time which students are not as superior in both English proficiency and expertise as what we have expect- ed.However, it is undeniable that teaching process of teachers becomes significant influence on students＇ learning results. In my research I focus on the comprehensive view and procedures of teaching and set up the index system for evaluation of bilingual teaching process from teachers＇ perspective. In addition, I calculate the weighted value of each index at each level by using the root method, and determine the key success factors which affecting the quality of bilingual teaching process. Lastly, taking Oxbridge college as an example, I try to study what types of factors that constitutes conditions and limitations for a successful effect for bilingual teaching and to propose the solutions for improving and self-supervising in bilingual teaching process.

Assisting Teaching Process and Management Based on the Informatization Platform

Based on the analysis of teaching environment, teaching process and course examination for the undergraduate, this paper discusses innovation of the teaching and learning reform of the curriculum for colleges and universities. In order to foster students’ innovation and creativity as the guidance, the research aims at teaching students how to learn learning during the teaching process. In the paper, it is put forward that the application of modernization methods will optimize the teaching process, through designing and developing convenient and feasible information system for teaching process control. You Complying with the school＇s education purpose of training applied talents, in colleges and universities, teaching-oriented teaching team should be read in conjunction with the construction of its evaluating index system as well as the improvement of the operation quality of teaching efficiency. In view of vague characteristic of evaluation, this paper uses analytic hierarchy process to carry on the fuzzy and synthetic appraisal for operation quality of teaching-oriented teaching teams in colleges and universities, reasonably ascertaining the weights of the evaluation indexes and improving the objectivity and accuracy of evaluation.

The Podcast as an Innovative Urban Planning Teaching Tool: Soft and Hard Skills between Discipline and Professional Identity

The expression didactic innovation has recently assumed an implicit reference to Distance Learning.For scholars,however,it was above all the critical questioning on learning models.The article explores the use of the podcast as a stimulus for engineering students to achieve new soft skills:to learn multidisciplinary contents related to planning and to acquire professional competences in digital aspects and feedbacks attribution.Experience took place over two years:this gave the opportunity to compare the activity carried out totally in presence and totally remotely(through online lessons and reviews),to draw from them issues for discussion and future implementations.

An Experimental Investigation into the Amalgamated Al2O3-40% TiO2 Atmospheric Plasma Spray Coating Process on EN24 Substrate and Parameter Optimization Using TLBO

Surface coating is a critical procedure in the case of maintenance engineering. Ceramic coating of the wear areas is of the best practice which substantially enhances the Mean Time between Failure (MTBF). EN24 is a commercial grade alloy which is used for various industrial applications like sleeves, nuts, bolts, shafts, etc. EN24 is having comparatively low corrosion resistance, and ceramic coating of the wear and corroding areas of such parts is a best followed practice which highly improves the frequent failures. The coating quality mainly depends on the coating thickness, surface roughness and coating hardness which finally decides the operability. This paper describes an experimental investigation to effectively optimize the Atmospheric Plasma Spray process input parameters of Al2O3-40% TiO2 coatings to get the best quality of coating on EN24 alloy steel substrate. The experiments are conducted with an Orthogonal Array (OA) design of experiments (DoE). In the current experiment, critical input parameters are considered and some of the vital output parameters are monitored accordingly and separate mathematical models are generated using regression analysis. The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is used to generate weights for the individual objective functions and based on that, a combined objective function is made. An advanced optimization method, Teaching-Learning-Based Optimization algorithm (TLBO), is practically utilized to the combined objective function to optimize the values of input parameters to get the best output parameters. Confirmation tests are also conducted and their output results are compared with predicted values obtained through mathematical models. The dominating effects of Al2O3-40% TiO2 spray parameters on output parameters: surface roughness, coating thickness and coating hardness are discussed in detail. It is concluded that the input parameters variation directly affects the characteristics of output parameters and any number of input as well as output parameters can be easily optimized using the current approach.

Research on the Practical Teaching of Data Structures and Algorithms Course

The success or failure of practical teaching in data structures and algorithms coxirse determines the success or failure of the course group.The reform of practical teaching in this course takes the course group as the background and aims to meet the needs of students at different levels.It proposes a hierarchical practical teaching mode involving three levels in terms of foundation,design,and synthesis driven by cases throughout the whole course group and a fine process control mechanism based on multi-stage process assessment.

Donabedian结构-过程-结果理论在临床护理教学中的应用

目的探讨Donabedian结构-过程-结果理论在临床护理教学中的应用效果。方法选取2020年7月-2021年6月上海交通大学医学院护理本科专业的6个临床护理实践基地医院的162名护生作为研究对象。基于随机数字表法,将学生分为对照组与观察组,各81名。其中对照组学生实施常规临床护理教学;观察组实施基于Donabedian结构-过程-结果理论的临床护理教学。比较2组教师教学效果、教学工作质量改进及学生对临床护理工作教学的满意度。结果观察组护生的理论知识、操作技能、人际关系技能、实践操作能力及职业价值认识的评分分别为(89.44±5.36)分、(88.37±7.91)分、(89.35±5.58)分、(87.39±7.53)分、(90.25±7.25)分,均高于对照组的(82.65±5.13)分、(74.58±7.24)分、(78.37±6.42)分、(74.55±7.64)分、(78.83±5.44)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组护生对教师的教学理论、操作技能及教学组织能力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组护生对教师的教学安排、学生管理、实践培训、教学效果评分及总评分分别为(21.19±2.01)分、(21.24±2.11)分、(20.07±2.26)分、(20.13±1.82)分、(82.63±2.26)分,均高于对照组的(18.72±2.15)分、(17.55±2.47)分(17.23±3.15)分、(18.64±3.03)分、(72.14±3.74)分、(72.14±3.74)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护生的满意度为93.83%,高于对照组的82.72%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床护理教学中,Donabedian结构-过程-结果质量理论的实施,可以有效提升教学效果,改进教学工作质量,提高学生满意度。

Practical Exploration of Online Teaching of Animal Product Processing

Online teaching has become an important part of higher education due to the continuous effects of the global COVID-19. In this paper, the online teaching of Animal Product Processing was designed and implemented from three aspects of optimization of online teaching content, organization of teaching process and implementation of online assessment. According to the analysis of the questionnaire survey and the final evaluation results, the online teaching of Animal Product Processing is well received by the students and has achieved good teaching results, providing a useful reference for colleges and universities to carry out in-depth online teaching of Animal Product Processing.
