The first two parts are on the resources evaluation and analysis. Based on the results of evaluation about the structural and spatial distribution of the tourism resources, it is found that, the natural resources play fundamental roles in Jilin, while the human and cultural resources are important complementary parts as well. In the spatial distribution analysis, the resources show the characteristic of "six clusters"and "three belts"spatial relations. Four clusters are centered on the cities, which are Changchun, Jilin, Baicheng, Tonghua and Ji′an; one cluster is around the Changbai Moutains and one cluster nears the frontier at Tumen between China, Russia and P.D. R. Korea. And the three belts are: 1) The west belt. It contains Xianghai and Momoge natural protection region. The evident of this zone is its ecological and ethical tourism resources. 2)The middle belt characterized by urban traveling and recreation, including Jilin and Changchun, together with their nearby Nong′an and Siping. 3) The last belt is also the most important one, which is the east zone. It covers the Changbai Mountains, the golden triangles of Tonghua and the Tumen River. This zone is remarkable for its abundant natural landscapes and unique folk customs. In the last part the concept planning is briefly constructed for the tourism resources in Jilin Province according to the above evaluation and analysis.展开更多

[Meth- od] By dint of layer analysis, subjective and objective model of entropy evaluation, the water quality plan in Jinghe was evaluated. Combined evalu- ation model based on information entropy were constructed, and considering the single model evaluation result, the optimal water quality plan was selected. [ Result] The combination weight result suggested that COD amount was the most essential indicator in water quality plan and embodied the importance of water environment protection, which met basic objective of environment protection and social, economic effects. Combined evalu- ation indicated that in the sixteen plans, plan 16 was of highest comprehensive evaluation value, and can be considered as optimum water quality plan. [ Conclusion] Combined evaluation model can effectively list the advantages of each evaluation model and improve the dependability of water quality plan, and provided a new research idea for the optimal evaluation of water pollution control plan.展开更多

Taking into consideration the trend of the lastcentury from the perspective of land management, adecrease in the surface of agricultural lands to theadvantage of built-up and grass lands, as well as anaccelerated decrease in the forest cover due to uncontrolledand irrational forest exploitation, has become obvious. Thefield analysis performed on the territory of Maramures Land has highlighted a high frequency of two geomor-phologic processes - landslides and soil erosion - whichhave a major negative impact on land use due to their rateof occurrence. The main aim of the present study is the GISmodeling of the two geomorphologic processes, determin-ing a state of vulnerability (the USLE model for soilerosion and a quantitative model based on the morpho-metric characteristics of the territory, derived from the HG.447/2003) and their integration in a complex model ofcumulated vulnerability identification. The modeling of therisk exposure was performed using a quantitative approachbased on models and equations of spatial analysis, whichwere developed with modeled raster data structures andprimary vector data, through a matrix highlighting thecorrespondence between vulnerability and land useclasses. The quantitative analysis of the risk was performedby taking into consideration the exposure classes asmodeled databases and the land price as a primaryalphanumeric database using spatial analysis techniquesfor each class by means of the attribute table. The spatialresults highlight the territories with a high risk to presentgeomorphologic processes that have a high degree ofoccurrence and represent a useful tool in the process ofspatial planning.展开更多
