THE EVALUATION AND ANALYSIS OF THE TOURISM RESOURCES IN JILIN PROVINCE

This paper comprehensively evaluates and analyzes the tourism resources in Jilin Province, China. And it consists of three parts. The first two parts are on the resources evaluation and analysis. Based on the results of evaluation about the structural and spatial distribution of the tourism resources, it is found that, the natural resources play fundamental roles in Jilin, while the human and cultural resources are important complementary parts as well. In the spatial distribution analysis, the resources show the characteristic of "six clusters"and "three belts"spatial relations. Four clusters are centered on the cities, which are Changchun, Jilin, Baicheng, Tonghua and Ji′an; one cluster is around the Changbai Moutains and one cluster nears the frontier at Tumen between China, Russia and P.D. R. Korea. And the three belts are: 1) The west belt. It contains Xianghai and Momoge natural protection region. The evident of this zone is its ecological and ethical tourism resources. 2)The middle belt characterized by urban traveling and recreation, including Jilin and Changchun, together with their nearby Nong′an and Siping. 3) The last belt is also the most important one, which is the east zone. It covers the Changbai Mountains, the golden triangles of Tonghua and the Tumen River. This zone is remarkable for its abundant natural landscapes and unique folk customs. In the last part the concept planning is briefly constructed for the tourism resources in Jilin Province according to the above evaluation and analysis.

Thinking on Exploitation of Tourism Resources and Development of Tourism Industry in the Republic of Kiribati

The endowment of tourism resources is the material foundation for the development of tourism industry. However,at present,there is no special study about Kiribati’s tourism resources,landscape features,and industrial development inside and outside of Kiribati. Through review and analysis,the author believes that Kiribati’s national tourism resources are rich,distinctive and have high development potential,and it will play a major role in Kiribati’s economic and social development. Its tourism resources could be exploited from 9 aspects including characteristic geography,human landscape,ecological environment,water sports and historical sites. At present,the infrastructure such as transportation and communication in Kiribati is poor,and the tourism industry is still weak and small,remains at starting stage,lacks overall planning,and professional talents are short. In summary,it is necessary to be improved in many ways. It is recommended that Kiribati should vigorously develop cultural and educational undertakings,strengthen the infrastructure construction across the country,formulate national tourism development plans,focus on the construction of five major scenic tourist areas,and stick to the green,ecological and sustainable development principle.

Research on Evaluation and Development of Industrial Heritage Tourism Resources in Textile Valley

This paper selects Qingdao Textile Valley as the research object,establishes the evaluation system of industrial heritage tourism resources,and analyzes the evaluation factors of industrial heritage tourism resources,such as resource element value,market location value,and environmental factors.Then this paper puts forward some effective suggestions to promote the development of industrial heritage tourism in Textile Valley.The results show that the measures put forward,such as fully tapping the value of resource elements,improving the surrounding traffic environment,perfecting tourism signs,perfecting local traffic routes,improving the complementarity of tourism resources,and expanding the tourist market,can scientifically and effectively protect urban industrial heritage,improve the development level of urban tourism,and speed up the transformation of new and old energy in Qingdao.

Development of Yimeng Red Tourism Resources from the Perspective of Tourist Perception

In this paper,the connotation of red tourism is explained from a new perspective firstly.On the basis of summarizing and evaluating the red tourism resources in Yimeng,combined with the current development status of red tourism in Yimeng region,based on the subjective evaluation of tourists on the development of red tourism in Yimeng region,several targeted suggestions for the development of red tourism in Yimeng are proposed.

Deep bedrock geothermal resources in the Maichen Sag,Beibuwan Basin and their potential for exploitation and utilization

The Maichen Sag in the south-central part of the Beibuwan Basin is abundant in geothermal resources that have not been widely exploited and utilized due to inadequate research on it.This study evaluated the geothermal resources in the Maichen Sag based on the regional geological setting and geothermal conditions.Grid units for assessment and a geological model for areas with geothermal resources were established using spatial analysis techniques.The spatial distribution models of the physical and thermophysical properties of the geothermal reservoirs were also built using the Kriging interpolation method.Based on the terrestrial heat flow distribution in the target areas,the spatial distribution of the geo-temperature field through the inversion under the constraints of the temperature data from boreholes were predicted.Factors such as deep geo-temperature,thermophysical properties of rocks,and terrestrial heat flow values,were integrated into this quantitative evaluation of geothermal resources through the geological modeling-based volume method and the geothermal reservoir engineering-based numerical simulation method.The results show that the Maichen Sag has favorable heat source conditions with intersected,deep-rooted faults and widely developed Upper Paleozoic fissured granite geothermal reservoirs.The northern outer slope zone at a burial depth of 3‒5 km on the tectonic plane of the basement in the sag is suggested to be a potential target area,where,as calculated using the volume method,is likely to be the home to the total geothermal resources of 80.4×10^(9)GJ(i.e.,2.75×10^(9)tonnes of coal equivalent(tce))in the bedrock geothermal reservoirs at a burial depth of 3‒6 km.The geotemperature of 172‒201℃at a formation depth of 5 km in the sag also indicates that the deep geothermal resources are of high value for exploitation.

Evaluation and analysis on the tourism resources in Hami Region based on GIS mapping technology

According to the data from the national standard classification and investigation of tourism resources(GB/T 18972-2003) in Hami region,the abundance,quality and dimensional distribution of the tourism resources in Hami region were evaluated based on GIS mapping technology.The evaluation results on the tourism resources in Hami region are described as follows:there are rich tourism resources categories;the quality of tourism resources is ordinary;the resources distribute equably;the number of the historical resources is much more than the natural resources,but the 1atter still has great potential for developing.All the results of the evaluation can provide important references for strategic decision making of Hami region.

An Empirical Study on Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation of Red Tourism Resources Based on AHP

Red tourism, which is featured with spiritual culture, resource fusion and historical socialization, is a remarkable innovation with Chinese characteristics. It is the shinning point of China’s tourism business development. This paper will show the objective and correct evaluation of red tourism resource. Firstly, it will create evaluation index system by theoretical analysis method and expert consultation method. Secondly, it will evaluate each object synthetically by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and analytic hierarchy process. Finally, through case study of General Zhang Aiping’s, Former Residence in Dazhou, Sichuan Province, conclusion and related suggestion will be achieved.

APPLICATION OF HIERARCHY ARTIFICIAL NEURAL NETWORK TO EVALUATE THE EXPLOITATIONCONDITIONS OF SURFACE MINING AREA

It always adopts the direct hierarchy analysis to value the exploitation conditions of surface mining areas. This way has some unavoidable shortcomings because it is mainly under the aid of experts and it is affected by the subjective thinking of the experts. This paper puts forwards a new approach that divides the whole exploitation conditions into sixteen subsidiary systems and each subsidiary system forms a neural network system. The whole decision system of exploitation conditions of surface mining areas is composed of sixteen subsidiary neural network systems. Each neural network is practiced with the data of the worksite, which is reasonable and scientific. This way will be a new decision approach for exploiting the surface mining areas.

基于AHP的革命老区红色旅游资源评价——以涞水县平西抗日根据地为例

充分认识并深入挖掘红色旅游资源价值是推动革命老区红色旅游高质量发展的重要基础。以河北省涞水县平西抗日根据地为例,从红色旅游资源价值、资源条件和资源影响力三个维度构建革命老区红色旅游资源评价层次模型,运用AHP层次分析法对革命老区的红色旅游资源进行综合评价,发现评价因素层的红色旅游资源价值对案例地红色旅游的影响最大。最后根据评价结果,提出未来涞水县平西抗日根据地红色旅游发展的具体路径,包括区域协同、产品升级、产业融合、市场培育等。

美食节事提振城市旅游经济发展路径研究——基于湖南湖北两省27个地级行政区的QCA分析

本文运用csQCA(清晰集定性比较分析)方法,以湖南、湖北两省27个地级行政区为例,从美食节事开发、城市配套建设、纾困促销政策三维度探讨以美食节事提振城市旅游经济发展的组态路径,研究发现:一是美食提振要素是替代变量,旅游支持要素是互补变量,二者对提振路径形成缺一不可。二是活化利用、人居环境变量分别是最重要的美食提振要素与旅游支持要素。三是存在主动提振(“活化-配套-政策”主动提振、“活化-环境”主动提振、“活化-促销”主动提振)、被动提振(“文化-环境-政策”被动提振)、全面提振(“美食-服务-政策”全面提振)三主类及五次类提振路径。

大区域陆上集中式光伏资源开发储量评估研究

以大区域陆上集中式光伏资源开发储量评估为研究对象,建立了基于太阳能理论蕴藏量、光伏资源可开发量、光伏技术可开发量、光伏规划规模4个层次的光伏资源开发储量评估理论体系及技术路线,并提出一种光伏技术可开发集中区域自动提取方法,全面评估大区域集中式地面光伏资源开发潜力。以某县县域为例,应用本文提出的方法评估出该区域光伏资源开发储量;应用该方法对某规划场址进行分析,并与工程可行性研究成果进行对比,验证了该方法评估的全面性和可实施性。

丽江市体育旅游资源开发现状与措施

体育旅游是旅游与体育系统有机融合的成果,丽江市体育旅游资源较为丰富。体育旅游资源、体育旅游市场、本土旅游品牌影响力等方面彰显了丽江市体育旅游资源开发的可行性,以及丽江市体育旅游资源开发的必要性。丽江市体育旅游资源应适应旅游新业态,构建丽江市体育旅游产业开发新体系。

基于层次分析法的泉州市康养旅游资源评价

选取泉州市作为研究对象,运用层次分析法,构建以康养旅游资源价值、康养旅游环境价值和康养旅游开发条件为准则层,以宗教类康养旅游资源、海洋康养旅游资源、非遗康养旅游资源为备选方案层的康养旅游资源评价体系,并对各评价指标进行定量分析。结果表明,泉州市康养旅游资源价值权重位列第一,占据核心地位,而备选方案层中,海洋康养旅游资源的权重最高,非遗康养旅游资源的权重次之,宗教类康养旅游资源的权重最低。根据评价结果,提出了凸显特色康养旅游资源价值、赋能多元康养、提升开发条件、重视专业人才、打造知名康养旅居地等泉州市康养旅游发展对策建议。

全域旅游背景下喀什旅游资源评价与开发策略

本文基于实地调研,针对喀什地区的旅游资源进行了深入探究。为全面评价其旅游资源的价值,本文确立了16个关键评价指标,并据此构建了一个科学评价体系。利用层次分析法和模糊综合评价法,对喀什的旅游资源进行了系统的研究。结果显示,资源数量与丰富度、民族歌舞的艺术性以及资源分布范围等指标在评价中占据重要地位,对整体评价结果产生了显著影响。这些发现不仅为喀什地区旅游资源的开发提供了重要依据,也为未来旅游规划和发展提供了有益的参考。本研究旨在推动喀什地区旅游业的持续发展,提升其在国内外旅游市场的竞争力。

红色文化资源教育功能开发模式研究

党的二十大报告明确提出,“用心用情用力保护好、管理好、运用好红色资源”,习近平总书记也提出“传承红色基因、赓续红色血脉”等重要论述。因此,该文在全面实施“时代新人铸魂工程”的重要背景下,探索红色文化资源开发的基础理论和动力机制,运用田野调查、思辨分析及实证方法相结合,结合红色文化资源发展质量评价的指标体系构建、优化模型、计算实验研究工具和方法,对红色文化资源教育功能的优化进行研究。研究发现,引导人们进一步开发红色文化资源的教材、课程、教育模式与教学方法,能够充分发挥红色文化资源在优化认知、固化信念、活化行为等方面的育人功能,有利于加强人民群众文化自信、促进文化繁荣。

新疆长城遗产资源旅游开发适宜性评价及发展模式

新疆长城遗产资源是万里长城向西的连绵延续,是长城国家文化公园的重要组成部分,对丰富新疆旅游业态、推进文化润疆和旅游兴疆的协调统一具有重要意义。文章基于驱动性和支撑性视角,从交通优势度、人口与经济、旅游区位、资源禀赋4个维度构建影响系统模型,通过熵权法测算新疆长城遗产资源旅游开发适宜性,借助ArcGIS软件将分析结果可视化,利用聚类分析分类开发新疆长城遗产资源。研究表明:新疆长城遗产资源呈带状分布,整体适宜性得分波动幅度较大,高值区初步形成吐鲁番市和阿克苏地区两个核心,中低值区比较分散;聚类效果差异明显,维度层对资源点的作用程度存在明显分异特征,交通优势度和旅游区位作用突出;提出“一带双核三区”的新疆长城遗产资源旅游发展模式。

基于网络信息的黑色旅游资源吸引力评价及空间分析

以全国黑色旅游资源为研究对象,以网络信息为数据来源,构建黑色旅游资源吸引力评价指标体系并用熵值法进行赋值评价。运用GIS空间分析方法对黑色旅游资源吸引力的空间分布特征进行分析,研究发现:①选取四个网站平台上符合条件的黑色旅游资源单体共203个,分为战争遗迹与纪念馆类、历史人物归葬地类、陵园类、监狱类、地质灾害遗迹类5种类型;②黑色旅游资源总体旅游吸引力评价值为0.335,其中,战争遗迹与纪念馆类(0.352)旅游资源的吸引力均值最高,各类资源在不同评价维度下优劣势明显;③我国黑色旅游资源点主要分布在中部和东部地区,西部和南部地区资源点分布数量较少,全部黑色旅游资源、历史人物归葬地类、陵园类资源吸引力具有空间集聚特征;④全国黑色旅游资源吸引力在空间上呈现单核心的分布格局,具有多核心的分布趋势,吸引力热点主要分布在黑色旅游资源吸引力的核心区,各个类型资源的吸引力空间分布存在差异性。基于以上研究结论,以期对我国黑色旅游资源吸引力的提升和未来发展提供针对性意见和建议。

青海囊谦县文化旅游资源特征及发展建议

为做好青海省囊谦县文化和旅游资源普查成果转化,推进文旅融合高质量发展,结合囊谦县文化和旅游资源地域分布特点和资源组合特色,提出主打高原生态旅游、高寒岩溶地貌科普研学旅游、盐文化科普研学旅游、藏传佛教文化体验旅游、格萨尔文化体验旅游、传统古村落文化体验旅游、自驾旅游、民族歌舞文化体验旅游八大品牌。将囊谦县分为香达镇综合旅游核心圈、西北部高山牧场观光旅游区、东部森林生态观光与户外休闲旅游区、西南部高山峡谷观光与宗教文化旅游区,结合囊谦县旅游发展规划,提出“一核八心两廊三区四线”整体旅游发展总体布局,全面提升囊谦县文化和旅游产业品牌化、专业化和国际化水平。
