Cameroon has rolled out immunization against HPV 16 and 18, but studies show a higher prevalence of non-16/18 HR-HPV types. Objectives: Determine the prevalence of precancerous lesions, in women with HR-HPV infection and evaluate association of digital cervicography (DC) VIA/VILI positivity with HPV serotype, as a measure of their contribution to precancer and cancer incidence. Methodology: The study was cross-sectional, descriptive, and analytic. It took place at the Etoug-Ebe and Ekoudoum Baptist Hospitals in Yaoundé, during the period April-September 2022. We reviewed the records of women screened for cervical cancer between February 2020 and December 2021 and evaluated the prevalence of lesions on digital cervicography (DC) with VIA/VILI for women positive for HR-HPV serotypes. The data were analyzed using SPSS version 20.0 for Windows. P values Results: We identified 315 cases with a positive HR-HPV deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) test, 224 (71.1%) had a DC VIA/VILI triage test done. Of these, 30 (13.4%) women had a positive DC VIA/VILI, with five women (2.2%) having lesions suggestive of cancer. Out of 11 cases positive for HPV 16 alone, 05 (45.5%) had a positive DC VIA/VILI test. Of the 14 cases positive for HPV 18 alone, 03 (21.4%) had a positive VIA/VILI, meanwhile only 19 (10.7%) of the 177 cases positive for non-16/18 HPV had a positive VIA/VILI test. Conclusion: A high proportion of women (13.4%) with HR HPV had a positive DC VIA/VILI, with a significant proportion (2.2%) having lesions suggestive of invasive cervical cancer HR-HPV serotype was associated with DC VIA/VILI positivity;HPV 16 had the strongest association (45.5%), followed by HPV 18 (21.4%), and non-16/18 HR-HPV (10.7%), suggesting a decreasing order of oncogenicity.展开更多

The existing intelligent manufacturing system cannot satisfy efcient human-robot collaborative work. However, unlike machines equipped with sensors, human characteristic information is difcult to be perceived and digitized instantly. In view of the high complexity and uncertainty of the human body, this paper proposes a framework for building a human digital twin (HDT) model based on multimodal data and expounds on the key technologies. Data acquisition system is built to dynamically acquire and update the body state data and physiological data of the human body and realize the digital expression of multi-source heterogeneous human body information. A bidirectional long short-term memory and convolutional neural network (BiLSTM-CNN) based network is devised to fuse multimodal human data and extract the spatiotemporal features, and the human locomotion mode identifcation is taken as an application case. A series of optimization experiments are carried out to improve the performance of the proposed BiLSTM-CNN-based network model. A hybrid approach which integrates all kinds of investigation methods in real environment and virtual environment is described. The real experimental environment includes the WBV(whole body vibration) test, questionnaires for human subjective sensation and motion capture. The virtual experimental environment includes the theoretical calculation on simplified 5-DOF human body vibration model, the vibration simulation and analysis within ADAMS/VibrationTM module, and the digital human biomechanics and occupational health analysis in Jack software. While the real experimental environment provides realistic and accurate test results, it also serves as core and validation for the virtual experimental environment. The virtual experimental environment takes full advantages of current available vibration simulation and digital human modelling software, and makes it possible to evaluate the sitting posture comfort in a human-vehicle system with various human anthropometric parameters. How this digital evaluation system for car seat comfort design is fitted in the Industry 4.0 framework is also proposed.展开更多

Methods: A computer program was developed to facilitate the characterization and implementation of the XCAT phantom for 4D radiation therapy applications. To verify that patient-specific motion trajectories are reproducible with the XCAT phantom, motion trajectories of the diaphragm and chest were extracted from previously acquired MRI scans of five subjects and were imported into the XCAT phantom. The input versus the measured trajectories was compared. Simulation methods of 4D-CT and 4D-cone-beam CT (CBCT) based on the XCAT phantom were developed and tested for regular and irregular respiratory patterns. Simulation of 4D dose delivery was illustrated in a simulated lung stereotactic-body radiation therapy (SBRT) case based on the XCAT phantom. Dosimetric comparison was performed between the planned dose and simulated delivered dose. Result: The overall mean (±standard deviation) difference in motion amplitude between the input and measured trajectories was 1.19 (±0.79) mm for the XCAT phantoms with voxel size of 2 mm. 4D-CT and 4D-CBCT images simulated based on the XCAT phantom were validated using regular respiratory patterns and tested for irregular respiratory patterns. Comparison between simulated 4D dose delivery and planned dose for the lung SBRT case showed comparable results in all dosimetric matrices: the relative differences were 0.3%, 4.0%, 0%, and 2.8%, respectively, for max cord dose, max esophagus dose, mean heart dose, and V20Gy of the lungs. 97.5% of planning target volume (PTV) received prescription dose in the simulated 4D delivery, as compared to 95% of PTV received prescription dose in the plan. Conclusion: We developed an integrated simulation system based on the XCAT digital phantom and illustrated its utility in 4D radiation therapy of lung cancer. This simulation system is potentially a useful tool for quality control and development of imaging and treatment techniques for 4D radiation therapy of lung cancer.展开更多

Firstly, the host image is decomposed through wavelet transform. The significant coefficients of wavelet are selected according to the human visual system (HVS) characteristics. Watermark bits are added to them. And then effectively cooperates neural networks to learn the characteristics of the embedded watermark related to them. Because of the learning and adaptive capabilities of neural networks, the trained neural networks almost exactly recover the watermark from the watermarked image. Experimental results and comparisons with other techniques prove the effectiveness of the new algorithm.展开更多

The virtual experimental environment takes full advantages of current available vibration simulation and digital human modelling software, and makes it possible to evaluate the sitting posture comfort in a human-vehicle system with various human anthropometric parameters. How this digital evaluation system for car seat comfort design is fitted in the Industry 4.0 framework is also proposed.

文摘The Architecture,Engineering and Construction Industry(AEC)undergoes digital transformation, one of the major drivers for technical innovation and dynamism to all working processes.Emerging technologies were only used to a limited extent due to the lack of will to innovate and the unavailability of appropriate orientation guiding users with a more comprehensible framework. The research defined a new gap in scientific research with the concept of Corporate Digital Responsibility(CDR)in Construction 4.0—a term representing the digitization of the branch. The traditionally conservative, highly fragmented industry is predestined for this given the advanced technology, human potential and appreciation of values.Understanding the complex possibilities of innovation and recognizing the potential impact on the sustainability of buildings and the built environment promotes the adoption of corporate responsibility. The implementation of digital strategies, secured by an adapted legal framework, would accelerate the overall human, societal and digital transformation. This primary research investigates the challenges affecting the adoption of Artificial Intelligence(AI).The study highlights in which fields CDR can significantly catalyze innovation to achieve efficient, economic construction life cycles. The study used a mix of methods with a structured literature analysis and expert interview surveys enabling a critical-reflexive analysis of key factors. It evaluates the key tasks to master technological feasibility.By assessing multiple expert perspectives, the study takes stock of the acceptance of new technologies. The findings are expected to inspire corporates, researchers and practitioners across disciplines.Necessary corporate steps are outlined in the study to lay the path for defining their own digital strategy. The study shows that new research questions require a holistic approach.

文摘With the development of information and communication technology and the advent of the Internet of Things(IoT)era,cyber-physical system(CPS)is becoming the trend of products or systems. The deep integration and real-time interaction between the physical world and the virtual world expand system functions.Although there are some CPS implementation guidelines, the virtual world is still relatively abstract compared to the concrete physical world that can be touched through the IoT.Besides that, human is a non-negligible CPS endogenous interactive intelligent component. In this paper,we propose a triple human-digital twin architecture, where the physical objects and the digital twins that are the projections of the physical entities establish the cornerstone of human functioning together. And the hierarchically distributed digital twins grow dynamically with the physical entities along the lifecycle.Furthermore, the interaction and collaboration among the physical objects, the digital twins, and the humans in their respective worlds(the expected world, the interpreted world, and the physical world)integrate the full value chain of the products in anticipation of seamless synergy. Finally,we present a power management digital companion platform for the lunar probe to demonstrate the efficacy of the architecture.
文摘Purpose: To develop and test an integrated simulation system based on the digital Extended Cardio Torso (XCAT) phantom for 4-dimensional (4D) radiation therapy of lung cancer. This simulation system is potentially a useful tool for quality control and development of imaging and treatment techniques for 4D radiation therapy of lung cancer.

文摘The design of this paper is to present the first installment of a complete and final theory of rational human intelligence. The theory is mathematical in the strictest possible sense. The mathematics involved is strictly digital—not quantitative in the manner that what is usually thought of as mathematics is quantitative. It is anticipated at this time that the exclusively digital nature of rational human intelligence exhibits four flavors of digitality, apparently no more, and that each flavor will require a lengthy study in its own right. 文摘This action research which situates itself in the context of Digital Humanities focuses on engaging students of Introductory Chinese course with an assignment to create podcasts in the form of an interview.Requiring students to integrate the aural, oral, and textural information via technology so as to carry a conversation with an interlocutor challenges them to convey their thoughts from the language they think in into meaningful ideas using the target language. In this way, students are“pushed”to convert their listening, speaking, and writing from being isolated components into a more dynamic and cohesive mode of communicating. As they explore expressing their ideas in the language they are learning, they develop the skills and sensibility needed to critically analyze their own work.Although limited in scale, the podcast format urges students to transform what they need to learn into a familiar product.

文摘An effective blind digital watermarking algorithm based on neural networks in the wavelet domain is presented. Experimental results and comparisons with other techniques prove the effectiveness of the new algorithm.
文摘We present a novel quantization-based digital audio walermarking scheme inwavelet domain. By quantizing a host audio's wavelet coefficients (Integer Lifting WaveletTransform) and utilizing the characteristics of human auditory system (HAS), the grayimage isembedded using our watermarking method. Experimental results show that the proposed watermarkingscheme is inaudible and robust against various signal processing such as noising adding, lossycompression, low pass filtering, re-sampling, and re-quantifying.
文摘A digital image watermarking algorithm based on fast curvelet transform is proposed. Firstly, the carrier image is decomposed by fast curvelet transform, and, the watermarking image is scrambled by Arnold transform. Secondly, the binary watermarking image is embedded into the medium frequency coefficients according to the human visual characteristics and curvelet coefficients. Experiment results show that the proposed algorithm has good performance in both invisibility and security and also has good robustness against the noise, cropping, filtering, JPEG compression and other attacks.
