The use of multimedia technology in the teaching process is the current mainstream trend in teaching development.The arrival of the all-media era is not only a huge challenge to the traditional teaching model,but also a huge opportunity for the reform of the teaching model.Combining traditional education models with modern scientific and technological means,and learning from each other’s strengths can stimulate students’subjective initiative in learning.On the other hand,it is also an important way for teachers to improve their teaching abilities.This article analyzes the opportunities brought by the all-media era to the reform of education models based on the teaching status and teaching difficulties of Korean intensive reading courses in vocational high schools,and proposes a teaching model reform strategy for Korean intensive reading courses in vocational high schools in the all-media era.

The functions of the school principal integrate managerial aspects and leadership aspects and its importance is immenseness of the operation of the school organization, both in the terms of the organization customers, the pupils, and in the terms of the organization＇s staff--teachers. Not less important is the operation and implementation of educational reforms. We have to see the role of the school principal as the most significant to the implementing of the reform in the education system.

The Realistic Review on Elementary School Mathematics Teaching Reform

It is of benefit to the development of the elementary school quality-oriented mathematics education to deepen the elementary school mathematics classroom teaching reform and review the fruits of classroom teaching. In this paper, the author, with his own teaching practice, has summarized and reviewed the fruits of elementary school classroom teaching reform in four respects： 1） ＂integration of theory with practice＂ should be highlighted in this reform; 2） the classroom teaching should focus on the improvement of students＂ ＂mathematical thinking ability＂;3） mathematics classroom teaching should conform to the reality of our daily life; and 4） mathematics classroom teaching should help the students to build the ＂mathematical model thinking＂.

Sustainability as an Ethical Aspect of the Theory-Practice Gap in Business Schools

This paper aims to reframe sustainability as an ethical aspect of the theory-practice gap in business and management education for sustainable development,which should be viewed as an integral part of knowledge produced and disseminated in business schools.The paper adopts a narrative approach to review the relevant literature on two streams of research,namely,the theory-practice gap and sustainability in reforming business schools.The synthesis and discussion of the existing literature suggest that while sustainability is frequently viewed with an ethical sentiment,the existing research overlooks its significance in bringing together knowledge and practice in business schools.This paper highlights the potential of sustainability as a theoretical lens in bridging the theory-practice gap in business schools;proposing to rethink the conceptual space that lies in ethics for further theoretical developments.The author urges business and management scholars to engage in burgeoning debates on business school reforms relating to the theory-practice gap and sustainability with an emphasis on ethics.The author contends that the neglected theoretical linkages between the theory-practice gap and sustainability provide fruitful directions for future research.Through a moral lens,business schools can move toward responsible management education for a more sustainable future.

针对土木工程及交通运输专业人才培养过程中存在的理论与实践联系不紧密、技术更新滞后、缺乏实践性综合素质培养等问题,以产教融合校企协作的理论基础和研究对象,探究了校企合作在交通运输专业人才培养中的应用和优化。提出了适用于当前高等教育和交通运输行业发展的"教育+合作"产教融合模式,对于解决交通运输专业教育体系中的问题具有一定的实践指导意义。应继续深化产教融合校企协作,加强合作机制建设,推动产学研一体化发展,培养更多高素质、适应社会需求的交通运输专业人才。

我国高中教师评价素养现状调查研究

评价素养是教师专业能力的重要组成部分。本研究构建了涵盖评价理念、评价知识和评价技能三个一级指标的教师评价素养框架,依据框架制定了《高中教师评价素养调查问卷》,开展全国性调查并收集有效问卷7213份。调查数据分析结果显示:当前我国高中教师评价素养整体表现较好,评价理念显著优于评价技能,评价知识相对薄弱,三者之间存在显著正相关;教师对自身的评价素养有较强的发展需求;影响高中教师评价素养水平的主要因素有评价素养价值认同、性别、地区、学校层次等。研究还提出了相关建议以期推动高中教师评价素养稳步提升。
