This article aims to explore the development and application of AI-based interactive exhibits in Wuhan Museum of Science and Technology.By utilizing computer vision,natural language processing,and machine learning technologies,an innovative exhibit development and application system is proposed.This system employs deep learning algorithms and data analysis methods to achieve real-time perception of visitor behavior and adaptive interaction.The development process involves designing user interfaces and interaction methods to effectively enhance visitor engagement and learning outcomes.Through evaluation and comparison in practical applications,the potential of this system in enhancing exhibit interaction,increasing visitor engagement,improving educational effectiveness,and expanding avenues for scientific knowledge dissemination are validated.

基于风险评估和参展流程的大型展会疫情风险防控管理实践:以中国国际进口博览会为例

大型展会易发生传染病暴发等公共卫生风险,尤其是新冠疫情暴发后,平衡疫情防控的要求和展会办展体验度是展会行业高质量发展面临的主要难题,相关先进实践经验须进一步总结与推广。通过对5届中国国际进口博览会疫情风险防控成功经验的探索,从展会的参展流程出发,明确各流程中潜在的疫情风险。基于风险评估理论,提出“风险对象分离原则”“疫情防控和展会服务保障组织体系、运行方案和健康促进措施相结合原则”“基于参展参会流程的多点触发监测和实验室检测原则”。同时,基于对不同疫情形势下大型展会疫情防控目标和重点措施的剖析,提出健全组织体系、加强内外联动、风险分级管理、联动开展应急处置等保障模式,相关经验可为今后大型展会疫情风险防控提供参考。

An analysis of Great Salt Lake Winogradsky columns

Sergei Winogradsky illuminated revolutionary concepts and produced a tool to visualize complex microbial communities and their metabolisms over time:columns displaying aquatic consortia with variety of niches.We worked with museums in Utah to create Winogradsky columns that would highlight aesthetic properties of the Great Salt Lake(GSL)ecosystem,which has a salinity gradient from the freshwater wetlands to salt saturation.One column,constructed using haloarchaea-rich hypersaline brine and oolitic sand of the lake’s north arm,was enriched with nutrients,and resulted in the desired pink hue over time.After a seven-year maturation period,we examined the microbial taxa present in the water through 16 S/18 S rRNA and Internal Transcribed Spacer(ITS)gene sequencing.A pigment analysis revealed an abundance of bacteriochlorophyll a.The presence of this pigment coupled with the DNA sequencing results,suggest that the haloarchaea that dominate the GSL brine,were not responsible for the pink coloration,but instead Gammaproteobacteria,especially Halorhodospira species.Among the eukaryotes,the lack of phytoplankton and the abundance of fungi were noteworthy observations.These data likely relate to the reduction of oxygen in a non-aerated sealed system over time.Our second exhibit had the goal of educating museum goers about the varying salinities of Great Salt Lake.Here we employed three distinct columns of water and sediment from this salinity gradient.Observations of these columns overtime gave us information about invertebrate communities in addition to the microbial consortia.Both installations taught us about comparing an artificial environment in a museum setting to the natural ecosystem.Taken together,we present the data collected and lessons learned from using Winogradsky columns in public spaces for teaching about an important saline lake.

About Yves Klein“Yves Klein-Painter of Space”highlights three of the main aspects of Yves Klein’s work:monochromy,or the spiritual power of color;the imprint of flesh,and the canvas as a receptacle of sensitivity;and emotional power,i.e.the essence of art.Constructed in just seven years before his sudden death,Klein’s bold work,which anticipates many later trends,remains fully relevant today.The exhibition is curated by the Archives Yves Klein in collaboration with the curatorial advisor Yongwoo Lee.Yves Klein was born in 1928 in Nice,and his first job was as a judoka.It was only when he returned to Paris,in 1954,that he dedicated himself fully to art,setting out on his‘adventure into monochrome’.Animated by a quest to‘liberate color from the prison that is the line’,Yves Klein directed his attention to the monochrome which,to him,was the only form of painting that allowed to‘make visible the absolute’.By choosing to express feelings rather than figurative forms,Yves Klein moved beyond ideas of artistic representation,conceiving the work of art instead as a trace of communication between the artist and the world:an invisible truth made visible.His works,he said,were to be‘the ashes of his art’,traces of that which the eye could not see.
