云南省综合性医院住院病人DRGs组合方式研究

在参阅文献的基础上,采用树型模型-AID法,对云南省5所综合性医院的395307份住院病例进行了病例组合,总结出云南省DRGs病例组合方法,为合理测量医疗产出、指导医院制订合理收费标准、有效控制医疗费用上涨等提供了科学依据。

职工医疗保障制度改革四年来的回顾与展望

从建立新型的医疗保障制度、保障职工的基本医疗需求、遏制医疗费用过快增长的势头、职工个人账户资金的积累、职工对新的医疗保障制度的满意度、深化医院内部改革、规范医疗行为等方面对镇江市职工医疗保障制度改革四年来的进展情况进行了回顾。分析了存在的问题,即超总控指标逐年攀升;医院学科建设缺乏带头人;各级医院功能定位不清;经费短缺,医疗设备的添置与更新缺乏经济支撑。指出,职工医疗保障制度改革势在必行,改革对医院提出了全新要求,必然促使医院管理水平提高,医院传统的粗放经营模式必须向集约化转轨。

单病种住院费用及相关因素分析

目的分析单病种住院费用及主要影响因素,为控制医疗费用的不合理增长,加强医院的经济管理提供依据。方法资料来源于我院医院信息管理系统中病案编目子系统,应用SPSS10.0统计软件处理。结果3种疾病中,除不稳定型心绞痛外,其余疾病的住院费用均表现为药费所占比重大,检查费相对较低。性别、费别、入院时病情对人均费用均有明显影响。结论因此,应注意控制用药费用,以降低医疗费用。
