Taking the National Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center of the Central Academy of Drama as an example,this article explores the construction and development of the National Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center for the practical teaching of drama and film and television disciplines.The article first introduces the background and importance of the demonstration center and then analyzes in depth the construction content and achievements of the demonstration center from four aspects:practical teaching philosophy,practical teaching system,practical teaching resources,and practical teaching effects.Finally,the article summarizes the experience and shortcomings of the demonstration center and proposes future development directions and suggestions.

The Establishment of the Innovative and Practical Teaching Mode for Architecture Majors with the Help of “Schools-Enterprises-Governments-Research Institutions”

This paper focuses on the establishment of the teaching mode of innovative and practical architectural professionals, which is assisted by colleges and universities, enterprises, governments and research institutions. This paper believes that through the reform of the teaching mode, we can solve the problems such as the ivory-towered teaching of architecture in colleges and universities, the superficial teaching contents, inadequate teaching staff, students' poor innovation practice ability and tight professional funds. According to the training objectives, the reverse design graduation requirements, establish the relationship between training objectives, graduation requirements and practical curriculum system;on the basis of the reverse design of the practical curriculum system, establish a new relationship between the practical curriculum system and the theoretical curriculum system Finally, according to the graduation requirements, the basic curriculum, professional basic courses and professional courses are reversed. Construct a multi-dimensional and three-dimensional practical teaching mode that combines theory with practice, takes practice teaching as the main body, and combines practice inside and outside the classroom.

The Construction of New Diversified Teaching Modes Based on the Training of Workplace English Proficiency-- Research on Vocational Public English Practical Teaching

Experimental Teaching of Biology： A Professional Challenge. How Prepared Are the Teachers of High Schools of Heraklion, Greece？

In this research the education and training that had been received or wished to be acquired by the Science teachers in the experimental teaching of Biology in high schools, was investigated. It focused on the laboratory practice, didactic methods that can be used in more effective experimental teaching of Biology, pedagogic methods that can be implemented in laboratory team teaching, official and legal issues related to laboratory work and the organization of the seminars, which constituted the dependent variables of a quantitative analysis. A questionnaire consisting of closed type questions was answered by Science teachers of many specialties, who served in Secondary Education at Heraklion Crete prefecture. The asked teachers had not received adequate education in carrying out laboratory exercises of Biology neither during their university studies nor in in-service training. Most of them had taught the course theoretically but a few had carried out laboratory exercises of Biology. The need of training on issues of didactic practices and evaluation was firstly classified, with a significant percentage of methods that can be applied to provoke students＇ curiosity in scientific issues related to daily life and recognize the value of the Life Sciences by team collaboration and respect of others.

以OBE为导向的多元教学模式在实验诊断学教学改革中的应用

目的 探究以成果导向教育(outcomes-based education,OBE)为基础的多元教学模式在实验诊断学教学中的应用效果。方法 2022年2—8月,选取河北大学2019级临床专业3班、4班学生作为研究对象,共计159名学生,将3班79名学生作为对照组,4班80名为试验组。对照组学生应用传统教学模式教学,试验组学生应用以OBE为导向的多元教学模式教学,比较两组学生的总成绩、笔试成绩、课堂提问+出勤成绩,并从多维度对教学满意度进行调查,对比分析两组学生的学习效果。结果 试验组总成绩、笔试成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);两组课堂提问+出勤成绩比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。试验组学生对教学的课程设计、教学方法、教学内容、学习兴趣、学习效率、检验报告解读能力、临床思维培养能力的满意度均高于照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论OBE导向的多元教学模式在实验诊断学教改中的应用提高了学生的学习能力、学习兴趣、团结合作和沟通能力,有助于培养适应医学发展所需要的具有创新能力的实用型医学人才。
