Laser surface transformation hardening becomes one of the most modern processes used to improve fatigue and wear properties of steel surfaces. In this process, the material properties and the heating parameters are the factors that present the most significant effects on the hardened surface attributes. The control of these factors using predictive modeling approaches to achieve desired surface properties leads to conclusive results. However, when the dimensions of the surface to be treated are larger than the cross-section of the laser beam, various laser-scanning patterns are involved. This paper presents an experimental investigation of laser surface hardening of AISI 4340 steel using different laser scanning patterns. This investigation is based on a structured experimental design using the Taguchi method and improved statistical analysis tools. Experiments are carried out using a 3 kW Nd: YAG laser source in order to evaluate the effects of the heating parameters and patterns design parameters on the physical and geometrical characteristics of the hardened surface. Laser power, scanning speed and scanning patterns (linear, sinusoidal, triangular and trochoid) are the factors used to evaluate the hardened depth and the hardened width variations and to identify the possible relationship between these factors and the hardened zone attributes. Various statistical tools such as ANOVA, correlations analysis and response surfaces are applied in order to examine the effects of the experimental factors on the hardened surface characteristics. The results reveal that the scanning patterns do not modify the nature of the laser parameters’ effects on the hardened depth and the hardened width. But they can accentuate or reduce these effects depending on the type of the considered pattern. The results show also that the sinusoidal and the triangular patterns are relevant when a maximum hardened width with an acceptable hardened depth is desired. 展开更多

The results of observed apparent resistivity show: ① The process of the deformation from microcrack to main rupture on the loaded rock sample could be characterized by the precursory spatial-temporal changes in the observation of apparent resistivity; ② The precursory temporal changes of observation in apparent resistivity could be divided into several stages, and its spatial distribution shows the difference in different parts of the rock sample; ③ Before the main rupture of the rock sample the obvious ″tendency anomaly′ and ′short-term anomaly″ were observed, and some of them could be likely considered as the ″impending earthquake ″anomaly precursor of apparent resistivity. The changes and distribution features of apparent resistivity show that they are intrinsically related to the dilatancy phenomenon of the loaded rock sample. Finally, this paper discusses the mechanism of resistivity change of loaded rock sample theoretically. 展开更多

Aiming at the requirement of autonomous navigation capability of the underwater unmanned vehicle(UUV),a novel bionic method for underwater navigation based on polarization pattern within Snell’s window is proposed.Inspired by creatures,polarization navigation is a satellite-free navigation scheme and has great potential to be used in the water.However,because of the complex underwater environment,whether UUV polarization navigation can be realized is doubtful.To illustrate the feasibility of underwater polarization navigation,we firstly establish the model of under-water polarization patterns to prove the stability and predictability of the underwater polarization pattern within Snell’s window.Then,we carry out static and dynamic experiments of underwater heading determination based on developed polarization information detection equipment.Finally,we obtain underwater polarization patterns and conduct the tracking experiment at different water depths.The experimental results of the underwater polarization patterns are consistent with the simulation,which proves the correctness of the proposed model.At the water depth of 5 m,the average angle and position error of the tracking experiment are 14.3508°and 4.0812 m,respectively.It is illustrated that underwater polarization navigation is realizable and the precision can meet the real-time navigation requirements of UUV.This study promotes the improvement of underwater navigation ability and the development of marine equipment. 展开更多

大直径盾构隧道施工期渗漏分析及控制研究

盾构隧道防水设计指标余量较大但隧道施工期渗漏频发,为了提升隧道防水质量,依托某大直径盾构隧道工程,通过数值计算及室内试验开展管片接头防水能力研究,分析影响密封垫防水的主要因素,梳理施工期隧道渗漏规律及渗漏原因,提出施工期隧... 盾构隧道防水设计指标余量较大但隧道施工期渗漏频发,为了提升隧道防水质量,依托某大直径盾构隧道工程,通过数值计算及室内试验开展管片接头防水能力研究,分析影响密封垫防水的主要因素,梳理施工期隧道渗漏规律及渗漏原因,提出施工期隧道渗漏控制措施及建议,结果表明:张开量对密封垫防水能力影响较大,随着张开量增加密封垫防水能力急剧降低,错位量对密封垫防水能力影响相对较小,错位量增加时密封垫有效防水路径减小,但未错位部分密封垫仍能维持一定的应力水平,保持一定的防水能力;角部渗漏是管片接头渗漏的主要方式,由于拼装间隙,密封垫粘贴等因素影响,拼装过程中密封垫易出现堆积,造成角部密封垫难以压缩到位,压缩量不足防水能力降低出现渗漏;现场测量管片拼缝张开错位量满足设计要求,但接头仍可能出现渗漏,主要原因是管片拼装过程密封垫受力复杂多变,无法像实验室设计工况一样理想压缩,加上接缝测量位置难以反应密封垫实际压缩状态,导致管片拼装时密封垫拼装质量控制难度大,而拼装后密封垫的压缩状态决定了隧道接头的防水能力,因而盾构施工过程中,应从防水设计优化、防水材料施工,管片拼装、壁后注浆等全过程控制,提升隧道防水能力。 展开更多

为了揭示气液两相流微孔泄漏过程中的复杂泄漏特性,以空气-水为介质开展泄漏实验。实验管道内径为32 mm,破口直径为3mm,破口方位为0°、45°、90°、135°及180°。实验气液相折算速度范围分别为3.5~25.0m·s^(... 为了揭示气液两相流微孔泄漏过程中的复杂泄漏特性,以空气-水为介质开展泄漏实验。实验管道内径为32 mm,破口直径为3mm,破口方位为0°、45°、90°、135°及180°。实验气液相折算速度范围分别为3.5~25.0m·s^(-1)和0.052~0.397 m·s^(-1),涵盖波浪流、段塞流及环状流3种流型。结果表明泄漏气液量取决于泄漏影响区面积大小,主要受破口方位、流型及气液折算速度影响。对于90°、135°和180°破口,泄漏特性大致相同。环状流下泄漏气量最大,泄漏液量分布范围最广,段塞流泄漏气量居中。推导建立了气液泄漏流量、差压、干度耦合关系式,该关系式不受流型、破口方位等因素影响,可用于气液两相流微孔泄漏量预测。 展开更多

为探究云南自由贸易实验区土地利用和景观格局变化特征,协调经济发展和生态保护,促进土地资源高效可持续利用。本文通过Arc GIS 10.6、Fragstats 4.0、IDRISI 17.0以自贸区2010、2015、2020年三期遥感影像为数据源,研究分析其土地利用... 为探究云南自由贸易实验区土地利用和景观格局变化特征,协调经济发展和生态保护,促进土地资源高效可持续利用。本文通过Arc GIS 10.6、Fragstats 4.0、IDRISI 17.0以自贸区2010、2015、2020年三期遥感影像为数据源,研究分析其土地利用变化和景观格局时空演变特征,并利用CA-Markov模型,模拟预测2025年土地利用类型和景观格局。研究表明,(1)三个片区土地利用结构变化为建设用地增加,林地、耕地和未利用地减少,草地和水体基本保持不变。(2)在研究期前期,建设用地主要来源于林地和耕地,后期为未利用地,并加大对生态环境的保护力度。(3)在发展过程中,其整体景观破碎度逐渐降低,但连通性和集聚度逐渐加强,生物多样性减少;耕地、林地破碎化程度加重,聚集度和景观优势不断下降,并转换为建设用地;随着人类干扰因素不断增强,建设用地优势表现明显,聚集度高,区域景观自我调节能力增强,景观空间结构更加稳定。 展开更多

利用光谱学分析探究高温木叶黑釉瓷的实验模拟

高温木叶黑釉瓷作为一种兼具雅致和审美特点的文化符号,因其独特的装饰效果逐渐成为中国茶道文化中备受青睐的陶瓷器具。然而,其配烧技术至今仍然神秘莫测,虽得到学者们的持续关注仍未完全披露其形成和机理。为此,采用实验模拟方法并结... 高温木叶黑釉瓷作为一种兼具雅致和审美特点的文化符号,因其独特的装饰效果逐渐成为中国茶道文化中备受青睐的陶瓷器具。然而,其配烧技术至今仍然神秘莫测,虽得到学者们的持续关注仍未完全披露其形成和机理。为此,采用实验模拟方法并结合光谱学分析,通过利用样品色调角h°、饱和度C*以及反射光谱曲线和超景深显微镜观察分析釉面显微结构及其与黑釉呈色之间的关系,揭示了黑釉呈色和木叶纹清晰展现的机理,并基于传统黑釉筛选出了一组最佳的釉料配烧参数,其中Si/Al摩尔比在10.14~10.47,MgO摩尔量为0.19~0.22,CaO摩尔量为0.42~0.47,施釉厚度在0.7~0.9 mm之间可使黑釉呈现出最稳定的色泽和清晰度,并且木叶纹装饰较为理想。研究结果表明,合理的釉料配方组成及施釉厚度等对于黑釉的色调呈现和木叶纹清晰装饰具有至关重要的作用,同时,所采用的光谱学分析方法和实验模拟方法可以有效地辅助陶瓷行业中的釉料配方优选研发,有望提高制瓷工艺的精细化和智能化水平。同时,实现了对木叶黑釉显微结构与反射光谱曲线特征的解析,凸显了光谱学分析方法在陶瓷泥釉料研发方面的应用前景,有助于促进陶瓷文化的发展,为珍贵文化遗产的保护、传承和发扬提供理论支持,具有重要的实际应用价值。 展开更多

According to the theory of Matsuoka neural oscillators and with the con- sideration of the fact that the human upper arm mainly consists of six muscles, a new kind of central pattern generator (CPG) neural network consisting of six neurons is pro- posed to regulate the contraction of the upper arm muscles. To verify effectiveness of the proposed CPG network, an arm motion control model based on the CPG is established. By adjusting the CPG parameters, we obtain the neural responses of the network, the angles of joint and hand of the model with MATLAB. The simulation results agree with the results of crank rotation experiments designed by Ohta et al., showing that the arm motion control model based on a CPG network is reasonable and effective. 展开更多

The rapid changes in flow pattern due to varying channel widths will make significantly impact on the hydraulic structures and evolutions of open channel. To better understand the impact of varying width, a flume experiment with adjustable width and a depth-averaged two-dimension numerical model were used to analyze the variations of flow parameters. Our experimental results showed that flow velocity gradually increased with decreasing water depth in converging region, and decreased with increasing water depth in diverging zones. It was also found that the turbulence intensity laws in three directions were not agreed with the theoretical relationships proposed by Nezu and Nakagawa in 1993 in straight open channel flows. The flow in the channel with varying width may change from the supercritical flow to the subcritical flow as a function of Froude number. Our numerical simulations with different flow rates showed that most of the hydraulic jumps in diverging region were submerged jump and the degree of submergence increased with increasing flow rate in gradual channel transition. Methods: choose between September 2013 and September 2013 128 clinical professional students, average by using the lottery will be divided into control group and the team, every 64 students for 1 set, in surgical experimental teaching as a research courses, the teaching methods for the traditional teaching method in the control group, while the team gives PBL teaching mode, the teaching effect of the final will be two groups of students are analyzed and compared. Results: through different teaching methods for teaching, compared with control group, the group at the student's test scores, and the ability to significantly higher, the difference of both P 〈 0.05, there is statistically significant. Conclusion: using PBL teaching mode in the surgical experimental teaching effect is remarkable, can promote the students' comprehensive ability and is worth popularizing application. 展开更多

短管节流阀作为节流机构,因其结构简单而广泛应用于家用空调器中,当两相状态的制冷剂流经短管节流阀时会产生严重的噪声。设计并搭建了短管节流阀流动噪声测试台,实验研究了制冷剂流型、流量和干度对短管节流阀内流动噪声频率和声压级... 短管节流阀作为节流机构,因其结构简单而广泛应用于家用空调器中,当两相状态的制冷剂流经短管节流阀时会产生严重的噪声。设计并搭建了短管节流阀流动噪声测试台,实验研究了制冷剂流型、流量和干度对短管节流阀内流动噪声频率和声压级的影响规律,并在此基础上提出了降噪措施。实验结果表明,阀进口流型为搅浑流时产生的流动噪声声压级最大,阀进口流型为泡状流型和环状流型时产生的流动噪声较小;流动噪声的峰值频率随质量流量的增大而增大,质量流量由20 kg/h增大到80 kg/h时,流动噪声的峰值频率增大38.6%;干度由0.05增大到0.4时,流动噪声的平均声压级先增大7 dB,后减小3 dB。提出了将阀芯入口处的突扩突缩结构改为喇叭口渐缩结构的方式来实现降噪的结构优化方案,优化后的结构方案可将流动噪声的平均声压级降低2 dB。 展开更多
