The expert system MUST (Mining Under Structures) shown in this paper and established by the authors is a preliminary expert system to solve the policy-making problems for mining under structures by means of computers ...The expert system MUST (Mining Under Structures) shown in this paper and established by the authors is a preliminary expert system to solve the policy-making problems for mining under structures by means of computers instead of humanbeing. Based on the experience of relative experts,the authors established a knowledge base about the minings under structures,researched into reasonable method to simulate thinking processes of human experts when they are solving the problems, established the network of an expert system and named it ' MUST system' . MUST system uses the method of the structural system analysis approach. A kind of methods of Turbo Prolog and Fortran 77 language alternations is designed to meet the needs of exchange information within the MUST system. Based on this kind of methods MUST system has been constructed and realised on IBM-PC computer. For verifying the correctness, suitability and reliablity of MUST system,some practical examples of minings under structures were tentatively solved using MUST system,whose results are satisfactory.展开更多

It consists of knowledge edition, machine learning, steering fuzzy inference engine and synchronous explanation subsystems. Expert systems aimed at the general design of projectiles can implement a series of intelligent designs, such as the design of HE shell, the scheme expounded and proved, the emulation analysis and calculation, etc. Ai...Expert systems aimed at the general design of projectiles can implement a series of intelligent designs, such as the design of HE shell, the scheme expounded and proved, the emulation analysis and calculation, etc. Aiming at the product design feature, the expert system adopts the object-oriented knowledge representation and all kinds of inference control engines to describe and reason the relevant knowledge regarding the product through the microcomputer. It embodies the foundation of emulation analysis and simulated manufacturing of the shell. It makes use of the method that knowledge expression is combined with condition of inference to carry out the overall design and emulation and reference. The paper gives the ways through which the functions can be achieved, gives the modularization of reference and the design methods of systematization, puts forward the method of knowledge expression and working interface, and supplies a platform for similar products of the shell category that can be quickly designed.展开更多

The diagnosis of liver fibrosis(LF)is crucial as it is a deadly and life-threatening disease.Artificial intelligence techniques aid doctors by using the previous data on health and making a diagnostic system,which hel...The diagnosis of liver fibrosis(LF)is crucial as it is a deadly and life-threatening disease.Artificial intelligence techniques aid doctors by using the previous data on health and making a diagnostic system,which helps to take decisions about patients’health as experts can.The historical data of a patient’s health can have vagueness,inaccurate,and can also have missing values.The fuzzy logic theory can deal with these issues in the dataset.In this paper,a multilayer fuzzy expert system is developed to diagnose LF.The model is created by using multiple layers of the fuzzy logic approach.This system aids in classifying the health of patients into different classes.The proposed method has two layers,i.e.,layer 1 and layer 2.The input variables used in layer 1 for diagnosing liver fibrosis are Appetite,Jaundice,Ascites,Age,and Fatigue.Similarly,in layer 2,the input variables are Platelet count,White blood cell count,spleen,SGPT ALT(Serum Glutamic Pyruvic Transaminase Alanine Aminotransferase),SGOT ALT(Serum Glutamicoxalacetic Transaminase Alanine Aminotransferase),Serum bilirubin,and Serum albumin.The output variables for this developed system are no damage,minimal damage,significant damage,severe damage,and cirrhosis.This research work also presents the examination of results based on performance parameters.The proposed system achieves a classification accuracy of 95%.Moreover,other performance parameters such as sensitivity,specificity,and precision are calculated as 97.14%,92%,and 94.44%,respectively.展开更多
