Research on the Reform of School-Enterprise Cooperation Teaching and Education Mode for Computer Majors

This paper discusses the innovative methods of school-enterprise cooperation education mode in computer applied talent training.An innovative training model based on school-enterprise cooperation is proposed to promote the cultivation of students’practical and innovative skills,so as to better adapt to the needs of society.By analyzing the key links and influencing factors of the training mode,this paper puts forward some concrete suggestions and measures to provide guidelines for universities and enterprises in personnel training.

Mode Innovation of School-Enterprise Cooperation on Food Safety Testing Laboratory Reform

In view of the difficulties about school-enterprise cooperation on food safety testing laboratory reform,the current training program,teaching methods and teaching forms are not suitable for the new platform.This paper provides new ideas and modes to solve these problems,such as integrating the resource elements between school and enterprise,establishing new platforms with the help of external force and innovating the cooperation modes to improve the laboratory,which can fully serve teaching,scientific research and enterprise production.

School-Enterprise Cooperation in Excellent Engineer Education and Training Program at UESTC

School of Information and Software Engineering at University of Electronic Science and Technology of China(abbreviated hereafter as "SISE") joined Excellent Engineer Education and Training Program launched by Ministry of Education of China in 2011. This paper discussed nine models of school-enterprise cooperation practiced at SISE since 2011. The school-enterprise cooperation model effectively broadens the students' horizons and improves the students' practical ability and has been recognized by academic circles.

A Comparative Study of School-enterprise Cooperation and Work-study Combination System Construction in Vocational Education at Home and Abroad

In this paper, based on the experience and practice of school-enterprise cooperation in developed countries, the current situation ofschool-enterprise cooperation in China was studied. Through analysis and comparison, the mode of school-enterprise cooperationsuitable for higher vocational education in China was explored to promote the development of higher vocational education inChina. The current situation and existing problems of work-study integration in higher vocational education in China wereanalyzed, and different modes of work-study combination in foreign higher vocational education were compared. Under thecurrent situation, earnestly studying and drawing lessons from the experience of foreign developed countries is of greatsignificance to the continuing development of school-enterprise cooperation and the talent training mode of work-studycombination in national model colleges and key universities.

Many scholars take in-depth research of the issues and come up with many innovative ideas. Currently, much tourism management major of higher colleges gradually embarked on the road of school-enterprise cooperation. This study is under the background of the booming Chinese tourism higher education, school-enterprises cooperation have continued deepen, from both theoretical and practical aspects have a deep thinking in tourism management professional school-enterprise cooperative education issues systems.

An Exploration on Undertaking Commercial Projects in School-Enterprise Cooperation from the Perspective of Applied Talents Cultivation

With the vibrant growth of IT and strong encouragement from the "Internet Plus" policy, China's craving for high-end IT talents has been aroused to another high level. With norms in IT talents requirement become more diverse and demanding, IT talents are pushed to embody both solid theoretical software knowledge and high capability in practice. All of these make it an extremely urgent task for strengthening applied talents with their practice capability in commercial projects. This paper, based on cultivating applied talents and by exemplifying the applied IT major in one university in H province, reinforced educational and cultivating reform, explored the undertaking of commercial projects in school-enterprise cooperation and contemplated the mode construction of applied talents cultivation to raise the cultivation quality and employment of applied talents in universities, effectively enhance the commercial value of education as well as its capability in serving local economy and finally achieve the goal of intensifying the link of talents cultivation through practice.

An empirical study of the new mode of educating people through the school-enterprise cooperation in private universities based on "Intemet+"

With the use of the MIntemet+" thinking, vigorously carry out the innovation of the school-enterprise cooperation mode, and improve and promote the quality of the school-enterprise cooperation, which is a major task faced by all kinds of the private colleges and universities. 加入合作社对家庭农场适度规模经营的影响

本文在探讨家庭农场适度规模经营两种理论观点之争的基础上,基于中国社会科学院农村发展研究所2020年中国乡村振兴综合调查(CRRS)数据,采用普通最小二乘法(OLS)系统考察了家庭农场加入合作社的规模扩大效应及其作用机制。研究发现:首先,加入合作社能够扩大家庭农场经营规模,推动家庭农场适度规模经营。经测算,当前中国家庭农场最优经营规模为188亩,因而家庭农场经营规模仍有扩大的空间。其次,家庭农场加入合作社的规模扩大效应存在异质性,收入水平高、社会资本水平低和自有机械化水平低的家庭农场加入合作社的规模扩大效应更明显。再次,加入合作社扩大家庭农场经营规模主要来自内部服务获取机制和外部资源获取机制,且合作社所提供的销售服务和金融支持对家庭农场经营规模扩大具有更强的促进效应。最后,耕地细碎化程度负向调节家庭农场加入合作社的规模扩大效应,耕地细碎化不利于加入合作社的家庭农场扩大经营规模。本文的研究为推动家庭农场适度规模经营,促进其与合作社融合发展提供了理论指导和决策依据。

外部技术网络嵌入、知识重组能力与制造企业节能减排

在加快发展方式绿色转型的战略部署下,作为绿色转型的关键实施主体,制造企业不断利用网络嵌入和知识重组以促进其在能源消耗和污染排放工作的平稳、有序推进。本文以中国制造业A股上市公司为研究对象,收集整理企业联合申请发明专利数据,采用社会网络分析软件对外部技术网络嵌入的技术网络地位和网络有效规模进行测算,基于“外部合作-知识重组-节能减排”的逻辑思路分别探索外部技术网络嵌入对制造企业节能减排的直接效应,以及从知识重组视角探讨知识再创造和知识再利用在其中的中介作用。结果表明:技术网络地位和网络有效规模显著有利于降低合作企业的能源消耗和污染排放,知识重组能力在技术网络地位与网络有效规模对节能减排的影响中存在显著中介作用。据此提出相应的管理启示以提高制造企业节能减排成效,为推进“统筹发展与绿色低碳转型,深入实施绿色制造”提供一定的经验证据。

功能化和安全化:大国战略竞争与亚太经济合作的双向演进

2023年美国拜登政府加快了“印太经济框架”谈判,亚太地区经济秩序发展方向之争趋向激烈。随着地区权力结构的变化,亚太地区经济关系的战略意蕴日益复杂,大国如何利用经济合作影响战略关系成为一个关键问题。贸易协定的战略效应不仅包括其对合作者之间的“战略稳定效应”,还包括对非参与者的“战略外部性”,它们受到经济合作深度的调节,构成了“功能化”和“安全化”两个基本路径。近十年来,中国支持东盟引领地区经济合作,贸易协定的“战略稳定效应”推动着经济合作的功能化演进,美国则基于地缘利益考虑而利用贸易协定的“战略外部性”,刺激地区经济合作不断趋向安全化,亚太地区形成了“功能化”与“安全化”并行的双向演进格局。

高管团队外部关系网络、合作创新与企业数字化转型

以2012—2020年我国沪深两市A股制造业上市公司为研究对象,基于本文挖掘方法获取年报披露的数字化转型数据,探究高管团队外部关系网络对企业数字化转型的影响及作用机制。研究发现,高管团队外部关系网络能够显著促进企业数字化转型,并且对数字化转型头部企业的促进作用更大。分维度检验结果表明:高管团队的商业、政治、金融、科研关系网络均能够对企业数字化转型产生显著的正向促进效应,其中高管团队科研关系网络的正向促进效应最大,商业关系网络次之;从作用机制来看,高管团队外部关系网络可以显著提升企业合作创新水平,进而推动企业数字化转型发展;异质性分析结果表明,高管团队外部关系网络在非国有企业、动态能力强和地区数字化转型水平高的样本中具有更明显的数字化转型赋能效应。

外部研发合作对企业创新绩效的影响——基于知识网络视角

创新绩效提升是企业可持续发展的重要议题。已有研究构建了企业外部研发合作与企业创新绩效之间的研究框架,但忽略了知识的网络特性。基于知识基础理论,文章从知识网络视角探讨了外部研发合作对企业创新绩效的影响以及知识网络在其间的作用机制,利用2010—2019年工业机器人领域203家企业的1117条发明专利数据,采用负二项回归、调节效应检验等方法开展实证研究。结果表明:外部研发合作促进企业创新绩效的提升;知识网络中心度对企业创新绩效具有“倒U”型影响,并对外部研发合作与企业创新绩效之间的关系具有“倒U”型调节效应;知识网络结构洞对企业创新绩效具有“倒U”型影响,其正向调节外部研发合作与企业创新绩效之间关系。研究内容丰富了关于外部研发合作与企业创新绩效之间关系的探讨,为知识网络特性在企业创新活动中的复杂作用提供了实证检验,研究结果对企业开展知识管理和优化创新决策具有借鉴意义。

网络化开放创新与知识产权保护:悖论情境下的协同机理与价值实现

跨边界的知识流动与外部联结为组织网络化开放创新提供了无限机会,但也会让组织陷入知识产权保护悖论困境。以网络化创新下知识产权保护悖论情境为理论观察点,探寻悖论情境下的知识产权保护与价值实现路径具有重要意义。研究发现:在网络化开放创新下,传统的内生式封闭创新和链式协作创新难以满足企业创新发展的需求,面对竞合和开放悖论,需要建构一种新的知识创新和价值转化范式。在网络化开放创新范式下,创新主体参与协同创新既有竞争性与矛盾性的一面,又有价值共创与利益互补的一面。企业网络化创新和价值共创是创新过程的横向协同和创新价值的纵向融合;企业知识产权的市场和资产属性的要素组合决定着企业知识产权保护和价值实现策略选择,网络化外部效应决定着价值创造模式和知识产权保护边界。
