It was used for forecasting the rate of copper extraction from the primary sulfide ore during a laboratory microbial column leaching experiment. The precision of the forecasted results were examined and modified via "posterior variance examination". The results show that the forecasted values coincide with the experimental values. GM (1,1) model has high forecast accuracy; and it is suitable for simulation control and prediction analysis of the original data series of the processes that have grey characteristics, such as mining, metallurgical and mineral processing, etc. The leaching rate of such copper sulphide ore is low. The grey forecasting result indicates that the rate of copper extraction is approximately 20% even after leaching for six months.展开更多

The results showed that the transfer rate of silymarin from milk thistle seeds increased with the microwave output power and temperature during MAE processing. The apparent extraction rate constant k (s-1) was 1.2028×10-2 , 1.2248×10-2 , and 1.2485×10-2 , and diffusion coefficient D (m2·s-1 ) was 4.21×10-10, 4.29×10-10 , and 4.37×10-10 at the microwave temperatures of 383, 393, and 403 K, respectively, in the silymarin MAE process. With the help of scanning electron microscopy (SEM), the microstructures of the samples extracted by MAE were observed. The results revealed that the increased efficiency and rate of MAE of silymarin could be attributed mainly to the subsequent cell change resulting from superheating effects during MAE.展开更多

Based on this question, our team modified D2EHPA to synthesize new extractants. This paper presents a comprehensive study on the extraction of rare earth ions (RE3+) from phosphate leach solution using emulsion liquid membrane (ELM) in concentrated nitric acid medium. The ELM system is made up of (RO)2P(O)OPh-COOH as carrier, polyisocrotyl succinimide (T154) as surfactant, sulfonated kerosene as diluent, phosphoric acid (H3PO4) as stripping solution. Different chemical parameters such as type and concentration of carrier, surfactant, stripping solution, volume ratio of oil phase to internal phase, and volume ratio of emulsion ratio to external phase were analyzed. The extraction of RE^3+ was evaluated by the yield of extraction. In addition, the demulsification process was also investigated. The proposed method of ELM using (RO)2P(O)OPh-COOH as carrier can he expected to provide an efficient, simplify operation, and facilitated method for extractine RE^3+.展开更多

Effects of compositions of feed and emulsion liquid phase, flow rates on both sides of membrane, and hollow fiber module parameters were investigated. The stability of the emulsion liquid phase without surfactant and the effect of buffer in the feed phase on the extraction rate were also evaluated. It is found that the stability of the emulsion phase without surfactant is poor. Higher flow velocity gives shorter residence time for the emulsion liquid phase on the tube side, reducing the effect of particle coalescence on the separation process. The extraction rate increases with the increase of feed phase pH, carrier concentration, hydrogen ion concentration in the stripping phase, and ef- fective hollow fiber area. The phase ratio in the emulsion liquid phase has a negative effect on extraction rate. The flow rates on both sides have little influence on the extraction performance of the HFSELM, while buffer addition in the feed solution improves the extraction efficiency.展开更多

Nowadays, this technology has become a leading candidate for the portable electronics market and for electric vehicles due to its good performance. As a result, the demand for Libs containing critical metals, rare earth elements and precious metals is increasing day by day with the accelerated upgrades of consumer electronics, which promotes the supply risk of many mining resources. In addition, the problems associated with the production of end-of-life Lib are increasing on a global scale. Used Libs are e-waste containing significant levels of critical raw materials (such as Co, Li, Mn and Ni) along with harmful substances. Without proper management of Lib waste, these precious metals and toxic substances may end up in nature and cause environmental and public health problems. In order to preserve nature, ensure sustainable resource management and stimulate the circular economy, it has become crucial to properly manage and recycle end-of-life Li-ion batteries. By the way, conventional methods focusing on pyrometallurgical treatments combined with hydrometallurgical treatment are widely studied to recover design metals from Libs waste. It is in this context that we have conducted this bibliographic synthesis, focusing on the efficiency of the solvents employed and their competitiveness for a more environmentally friendly economic management. In this manuscript, recent leaching, solvent extraction, electrodeposition and precipitation strategies to recover precious metals from end-of-life Li-ion battery designs are reviewed and the evolution of these processes is discussed.展开更多

Various experiments have been conducted to study electrochemical reactions and geochemical processes in the electrochemical extraction using different experimental apparatuses. This paper presents the development of a new closed two-dimensional(2D) apparatus that can better simulate the field application of the technology and accurately monitor the most important electrochemical parameters to understand the process. The innovative features of the new apparatus include the outer and inner electrodes designed to apply a non-uniform electrical field across the specimen as in the field electrochemical remediation process, the probes installed to measure the 2D distribution of electrical voltage, and the gas and fluid volume measurement devices used to accurately monitor the gas generation and electroosmotic flow rates at both electrodes as a function of time. The components of this new apparatus and the features of each component are described. The operating procedure and some typical results from three experiments with the apparatus are demonstrated. The results show that the variation of the gas generation rate is in good agreement with the electric current. Their relation provides a valid evaluation for electrochemical behavior of the system and Faraday's laws of electrolysis. The 2D profiles of cadmium concentration and voltage distribution at the end of the experiment reveal the great effects of a non-uniform electrical field on the contaminant mobilization.展开更多

At the regional scale, the extraction rate showed a positive relationship with loss on ignition, when the extraction rate was lower than 60%. The extraction rate had no relationship with the loss on ignition when the extraction rate was higher than 60%. The extraction rate showed a negative relationship with p H, which means that the extraction rate was higher in acidic sediment and lower in alkaline sediment. The ratio of TC/TN(the ratio of total carbon to total nitrogen) was considered to represent the origin of organic matter in the sediment. The extraction rate was high when the TC/TN ratio was lower than 20, meanwhile the extraction rate decreased as the TC/TN ratio increased. The results show that the origin of organic matter in sediment significantly affects the Na OH-EDTA extraction rate. This study will give theoretical support for building an effective and general solution ^(31)P-NMR analysis method.展开更多

文摘Recovery of copper ions from wastewater using a hollow fiber supported emulsion liquid membrane (HFSELM) was studied with LIX984N as carrier, kerosene as diluents, and sulfuric acid solution as stripping phase. The flow rates on both sides have little influence on the extraction performance of the HFSELM, while buffer addition in the feed solution improves the extraction efficiency.
文摘Li-ion batteries (Libs) are a mature technology widely used for energy storage in various electronic devices. In this manuscript, recent leaching, solvent extraction, electrodeposition and precipitation strategies to recover precious metals from end-of-life Li-ion battery designs are reviewed and the evolution of these processes is discussed.

文摘Income inequality in China has evolved substantially amid rising productivity since reform and opening up in the late 1970s.Based on the group decomposition equation for Gini coefficient, this paper estimates China’s inequality possibility frontier(IPF)and the inequality extraction rate(IER).Results indicate that:(i)From 1978 to 2017,China’s IPF continuously expanded amid improving productivity, and the maximum feasible Gini coefficient rose from 0.2281 to 0.8446.(ii)Meanwhile,China’s overall IER decreased from 123%to 55%.More specifically,China’s IER fell sharply over the period 1978-1980,stabilized in the period from the mid-1980s to 2012,and further declined after the 18th CPC National Congress in 2012.Currently,55%of China’s maximum feasible inequality has been converted into actual inequality. The correlation between inequality and productivity is recognized in academia but seldom explored in the literature. To fill this void, this paper empirically measures inequality in light of productivity development. Our research conclusions explain why yawning income gaps in China have been tolerated since reform and opening up,and offer empirical evidence for setting income distribution policies according to economic development in the new era.

文摘Electrochemical extraction of contaminants from soils is a promising soil decontamination technology. The 2D profiles of cadmium concentration and voltage distribution at the end of the experiment reveal the great effects of a non-uniform electrical field on the contaminant mobilization.

文摘Stripping dispersion hollow fiber liquid membrane system(SDHFLM) containing feed phase adding acetate buffer solution and dispersion solution with HNO_3 solution as the stripping solution and membrane solution of 2-ethyl hexyl phosphoric acid-mono-2-ethylhexyl ester(PC-88A) dissolved in kerosene, has been studied for the extraction of Sm^(3+).Many factors including pH value, volume ratio of membrane solution to stripping solution(OAV) and carrier concentration on Sm^(3+) extraction were investigated. Experimental results indicate that the optimum extraction conditions of Sm^(3+) were obtained as that PC-88A concentration was 0.120 mol/L,and OAV was 1.00 in the dispersion phase, and pH value was 4.80 in the feed phase. When initial Sm^(3+) concentration was 1.20×10^(-4) mol/L,the extraction percentage of Sm^(3+) was up to 92.8%in 160 min.

文摘In this work, xanthophylls were extracted from Marigold using supercritical CO_(2).A response surface experimental design was used to optimize operating conditions for extraction pressure(22-30 MPa),extraction temperature(50-60℃),CO_(2) flow rate(9-15 kg/h).The maximum concentration of xanthophyll in extracts was determined to be 35.8%by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC),and optimum xanthophylls extraction was obtained at 55℃,26 MPa and 12 kg/h.The optimization results demonstrated that for xanthophylls extraction, all variables(temperature, pressure and CO_(2) flow rate)were to be the influential variables, with the statistical significant effect p-value was smaller than 0.05.

文摘Solution ^(31)P nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy( ^(31)P-NMR) is a useful method to analyze organic phosphorus(Po), but a general procedure for the analysis method is lacking. The authors used solution ^(31)P-NMR, which was found to be an effective method for analysis of Po in Haihe River sediment, to analyze the Po in the surface sediment in Eastern China at the regional scale, and found that the Na OH-ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid(EDTA)extraction rate was affected by environmental factors. This study will give theoretical support for building an effective and general solution ^(31)P-NMR analysis method.
文摘A phased array radar seeker(PARS) must be able to effectively decouple body motion and accurately extract the line-of-sight(LOS) rate for target missile tracking. In this study, the realtime two-channel beam pointing error(BPE) compensation method of PARS for LOS rate extraction is designed. The PARS discrete beam motion principium is analyzed, and the mathematical model of beam scanning control is finished.According to the principle of the antenna element shift phase, both the antenna element shift phase law and the causes of beam-pointing error under phantom-bit conditions are analyzed, and the effect of BPE caused by phantom-bit technology(PBT) on the extraction accuracy of the LOS rate is examined.A compensation method is given, which includes coordinate transforms, beam angle margin compensation, and detector dislocation angle calculation. When the method is used, the beam angle margin in the pitch and yaw directions is calculated to reduce the effect of the missile body disturbance and to improve LOS rate extraction precision by compensating for the detector dislocation angle. The simulation results validate the proposed method.
