The diurnal variation was observed in some transporters regulated by nuclear receptors. We investigated whether diurnal variation in PXR and CAR exists in mice. We also examined the effect of food intake on the diurnal rhythm of hepatic PXR and CAR using fed and fasted mice. In liver and small intestine of fed mice, the mRNA levels of PXR and CAR were unchanged between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM. In contrast to fed mice, fasting mice partly exhibited the diurnal variation in PXR, not in CAR. The mRNA levels of PXR at 7:00 AM were significantly higher than that those at 7:00 PM in liver of fasting mice. These results indicated the different effects of fasting in mice on diurnal variation of PXR in each tissue.展开更多

In detail, we have used alpha brain stimulation ...In the present research, we have used the brain entrainment (BWE) treatment simultaneously recording time series data of R-R intervals of the ECG during rest condition. In detail, we have used alpha brain stimulation and we have found that it induces an enhancement of HRV, particularly in Total Variability and Vagal Modulation activities. The experiment has been performed by us on ten subjects with age ranging from 20 to 70 years old. The risk induced from low HRV is by this time well known in literature. Therefore, the obtained result promises to be of valuable interest not only in terms of the basic neurological investigation but also because it delineates new possibilities in terms of clinical application.展开更多
目的探讨空腹血糖水平对合并2型糖尿病的中老年高血压患者血压昼夜节律的影响。方法选取2017年1月—2019年10月首都医科大学宣武医院综合科原发性高血压住院患者311例,根据有无2型糖尿病分为对照组(n=151)及观察组(n=160),比较2组血糖...目的探讨空腹血糖水平对合并2型糖尿病的中老年高血压患者血压昼夜节律的影响。方法选取2017年1月—2019年10月首都医科大学宣武医院综合科原发性高血压住院患者311例,根据有无2型糖尿病分为对照组(n=151)及观察组(n=160),比较2组血糖、血脂水平,进行24 h动态血压监测,分析空腹血糖对血压昼夜节律的影响。结果观察组空腹血糖(FPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)高于对照组,24小时收缩压(24 h SBP)、日间收缩压(DSBP)、夜间收缩压(NSBP)高于对照组,NSBP下降率低于对照组(t/P=82.908/0.000、4.921/0.027、9.633/0.002、7.392/0.007、12.583/0.000、6.682/0.010),2组的昼夜节律构成比例不同,差异有统计学意义(χ2/P=6.765/0.034)。在杓型组、非杓型组及反杓型组中,空腹血糖水平及糖尿病比例逐渐升高(t/P=6.904/0.001,χ2/P=6.765/0.034)。Logistic回归分析发现,空腹血糖水平升高是昼夜节律异常的危险因素[OR(95%CI)=1.157(1.016~1.318),P=0.028]。结论合并2型糖尿病中老年高血压患者发生血压昼夜节律异常的风险高于未合并2型糖尿病患者,空腹血糖水平升高是其发生血压昼夜节律异常的危险因素。展开更多
文摘随着人们生活方式和饮食结构的变化,脂肪肝、糖尿病和肥胖症等代谢性疾病的患病率显著上升,严重危害了居民的身心健康,探究健康、普适和科学的饮食模式已然成为了现如今社会各界重点关注的议题。限时饮食(time-restricted eating,TRE)是一种限制每日进食时间的饮食模式,通常将每日进食时间限制在4~12 h,以延长处于禁食状态的时间,因其在减轻体重、改善葡萄糖耐量和调控代谢紊乱等方面的益处而受到了广泛的推崇。因此,该文通过中国知网、PubMed、Web of Science和世界卫生组织等官网与相关数据库,检索并梳理相关文献资料,对TRE促进代谢健康的临床证据及潜在机制进行分析并提出展望,以期为TRE在防治代谢性疾病领域中的应用提供一定的参考。
