A fault-tolerant control law based on adaptive super-twisting sliding mode control(SMC)is designed for the attitude command tracking problem of a launch vehicle with actuator faults,considering the uncertainties arisi...A fault-tolerant control law based on adaptive super-twisting sliding mode control(SMC)is designed for the attitude command tracking problem of a launch vehicle with actuator faults,considering the uncertainties arising from unknown external disturbances,fuel consumption of the launch vehicle,and the perturbation due to the change in rotational inertia caused by tank sloshing,as well as the potential system model changes due to actuator fault and unmodeled dynamics.This control algorithm integrates the super-twisting SMC,the fuzzy logic control,and the adaptive control.First,a super-twisting sliding surface is selected to mitigate the“chattering”phenomenon inherent in SMC,ensuring that the system tracking error converges to zero within a finite time.Second,building upon this sliding surface,the fuzzy logic control is used to approximate the unknown system function,which includes fault information.Adaptive parameters are used to approach the system parameters and enhance disturbance rejection.The stability and finite-time convergence of the launch vehicle attitude tracking control system are verified by the Lyapunov method.Numerical simulations demonstrate the effectiveness and robustness of the proposed adaptive super-twisting SMC algorithm.展开更多
Shear-type structures are common structural forms in industrial and civil buildings,such as concrete and steel frame structures.Fault diagnosis of shear-type structures is an important topic to ensure the normal use o...Shear-type structures are common structural forms in industrial and civil buildings,such as concrete and steel frame structures.Fault diagnosis of shear-type structures is an important topic to ensure the normal use of structures.The main drawback of existing damage assessment methods is that they require accurate structural finite element models for damage assessment.However,for many shear-type structures,it is difficult to obtain accurate FEM.In order to avoid finite elementmodeling,amodel-freemethod for diagnosing shear structure defects is developed in this paper.This method only needs to measure a few low-order vibration modes of the structure.The proposed defect diagnosis method is divided into two stages.In the first stage,the location of defects in the structure is determined based on the difference between the virtual displacements derived from the dynamic flexibility matrices before and after damage.In the second stage,damage severity is evaluated based on an improved frequency sensitivity equation.Themain innovations of this method lie in two aspects.The first innovation is the development of a virtual displacement difference method for determining the location of damage in the shear structure.The second is to improve the existing frequency sensitivity equation to calculate the damage degree without constructing the finite elementmodel.Thismethod has been verified on a numerical example of a 22-story shear frame structure and an experimental example of a three-story steel shear structure.Based on numerical analysis and experimental data validation,it is shown that this method only needs to use the low-order modes of structural vibration to diagnose the defect location and damage degree,and does not require finite element modeling.The proposed method should be a very simple and practical defect diagnosis technique in engineering practice.展开更多

Meanwhile,the Lyapunov theory is used to analyze the stability of the closed-loop attitude systems. First, FCM clustering is employed to classify the data into different clusters, which helps to estimate whether there is a fault and how many fault types there are. If fault signals exist, the fault vibration signals are then demodulated and decomposed into different frequency bands by MMEMD in order to be analyzed further. In order to overcome the mode mixing defect of empirical mode decomposition (EMD), a novel method called MMEMD is proposed. It is an improvement to masking empirical mode decomposition (MEMD). By adding multi-masking signals to the signals to be decomposed in different levels, it can restrain low-frequency components from mixing in highfrequency components effectively in the sifting process and then suppress the mode mixing. It has the advantages of easy implementation and strong ability of suppressing modal mixing. The fault type is determined by Hilbert envelope finally. The results of simulation signal decomposition showed the high performance of MMEMD. Experiments of bearing fault diagnosis in wind turbine bearing fault diagnosis proved the validity and high accuracy of the new method.展开更多
Based on feature compression with orthogonal locality preserving projection(OLPP),a novel fault diagnosis model is proposed in this paper to achieve automation and high-precision of fault diagnosis of rotating machi...Based on feature compression with orthogonal locality preserving projection(OLPP),a novel fault diagnosis model is proposed in this paper to achieve automation and high-precision of fault diagnosis of rotating machinery.With this model,the original vibration signals of training and test samples are first decomposed through the empirical mode decomposition(EMD),and Shannon entropy is constructed to achieve high-dimensional eigenvectors.In order to replace the traditional feature extraction way which does the selection manually,OLPP is introduced to automatically compress the high-dimensional eigenvectors of training and test samples into the low-dimensional eigenvectors which have better discrimination.After that,the low-dimensional eigenvectors of training samples are input into Morlet wavelet support vector machine(MWSVM) and a trained MWSVM is obtained.Finally,the low-dimensional eigenvectors of test samples are input into the trained MWSVM to carry out fault diagnosis.To evaluate our proposed model,the experiment of fault diagnosis of deep groove ball bearings is made,and the experiment results indicate that the recognition accuracy rate of the proposed diagnosis model for outer race crack、inner race crack and ball crack is more than 90%.Compared to the existing approaches,the proposed diagnosis model combines the strengths of EMD in fault feature extraction,OLPP in feature compression and MWSVM in pattern recognition,and realizes the automation and high-precision of fault diagnosis.展开更多

Aiming at these problems, an optimal test selection method for fault detection and isolation in the multi-operating mode system is proposed by using the fault pair coding and rollout algorithm. Firstly,the faults in fault-test correlation matrices under different operating modes are combined to fault-pairs, which is used to construct the fault pair-test correlation matrices under different operating modes.Secondly, the final fault pair-test correlation matrix of the multioperating mode system is obtained by operating the fault pair-test correlation matrices under different operating modes. Based on the final fault pair-test correlation matrix, the necessary tests are selected by the rollout algorithm orderly. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by examples of the optimal test selection in the multi-operating mode system with faults isolated to different levels. The result shows that the proposed method can effectively mine the fault detection and isolation ability of tests and it is suitable for the optimal test selection of the multi-operating mode system with faults isolated to the replacement unit and specific fault.展开更多

It is a gigantic fault system with complex mechanical behaviours incl...The Altun (or Altyn Tagh) fault displays a geometry of overlapping of linear and arcuate segments and shows strong inhomogeneity in time and space. It is a gigantic fault system with complex mechanical behaviours including thrusting, sinistral strike slip and normal slip. The strike slip and normal slip mainly occurred in the Cretaceous—Cenozoic and Plio-Quaternary respectively, whereas the thrusting was a deformation event that has played a dominant role since the late Palaeozoic (for a duration of about 305 Ma). The formation of the Altun fault was related to strong inhomogeneous deformation of the massifs on its two sides (in the hinterland of the Altun Mountains contractional deformation predominated and in the Qilian massif thrust propagation was dominant). The fault experienced a dynamic process of successive break-up and connection of its segments and gradual propagation, which was synchronous with the development of an overstep thrust sequence in the Qilian massif and the uplift of the Qinghai-Tibet plateau. With southward propagation of the thrust sequence and continued uplift of the plateau, the NE tip of the Altun fault moved in a NE direction, while the SW tip grew in a SW direction.展开更多
Based on the working principle of satellite radars, the earthquake deformation field measured by interferometric synthetic aperture(InSAR) is the projection of ground displacement associated with the seismogenic fau...Based on the working principle of satellite radars, the earthquake deformation field measured by interferometric synthetic aperture(InSAR) is the projection of ground displacement associated with the seismogenic fault in the line of sight(LOS) of the satellite. However, LOS projections are complex, and are not only related to the ascending/descending modes and incidence angles of SAR data, but also related to the strike and motion senses of the fault. Even for the same earthquake, the LOS deformation derived from different ascending/descending data can be almost identical in one case, but quite different in another case, which makes the interpretation of InSAR seismic deformation and its comparison with field observations difficult. In this study, we undertook a quantitative analysis of the relationships between LOS observation sensitivity of InSAR and fault strike, fault motion sense, and ascending/descending modes, as well as 3D deformation fields. We studied the features and differences of the LOS deformation fields in different types of earthquakes using ascending/descending modes, with a particularly detailed analysis of the relations for a strikeslip type of earthquake. We also summarized the characteristics of LOS deformation fields of faults with different strikes and optimal observational data modes. Taking the strike-slip Yushu earthquake and the normal Gaize event as examples, we used SAR data of the ascending/descending modes to verify the results of quantitative calculations. These analyses will not only provide a more reasonable interpretation of InSAR seismic deformation fields and but also help understand the differences of seismic deformation fields revealed by data with different observational modes, therefore promoting the application of InSAR technology in seismology.展开更多
Tibetan Plateau is known as the roof of the world.Due to the continuous uplift of the Tibetan Plateau,many active fault zones are present.These active fault zones such as the Anninghe fault zone have a significant inf...Tibetan Plateau is known as the roof of the world.Due to the continuous uplift of the Tibetan Plateau,many active fault zones are present.These active fault zones such as the Anninghe fault zone have a significant influence on the formation of special geomorphology and the distribution of geological hazards at the eastern edge of the Tibetan Plateau.The Anninghe fault zone is a key part of the Y-shaped fault pattern in the Sichuan-Yunnan block of China.In this paper,high-resolution topographic data,multitemporal remote sensing images,numerical calculations,seismic records,and comprehensive field investigations were employed to study the landslide distribution along the active part of the Anninghe.The influence of active faults on the lithology,rock mass structures and slope stress fields were also studied.The results show that the faults within the Anninghe fault zone have damaged the structure and integrity of the slope rock mass,reduced the mechanical strength of the rock mass and controlled the slope failure modes.The faults have also controlled the stress field,the distribution of the plastic strain zone and the maximum shear strain zone of the slope,thus have promoted the formation and evolution of landslides.We find that the studied landslides are linearly distributed along the Anninghe fault zone,and more than 80%of these landslides are within 2–3 km of the fault rupture zone.Moreover,the Anninghe fault zone provides abundant substance for landslides or debris flows.This paper presents four types of sliding mode control of the Anninghe fault zone,e.g.,constituting the whole landslide body,controlling the lateral boundary of the landslide,controlling the crown of the landslide,and constituting the toe of the landslide.The results presented merit close attention as a valuable reference source for local infrastructure planning and engineering projects.展开更多

Fault activation has been the focus of research community for years.However,the studies of fault activation remain immature,such as the fault activation mode and its major factors under constant normal stiffness(CNS)c...Fault activation has been the focus of research community for years.However,the studies of fault activation remain immature,such as the fault activation mode and its major factors under constant normal stiffness(CNS)conditions associated with large thickness of fault surrounding rock mass.In this study,the rock friction experiments were conducted to understand the fault activation modes under the CNS conditions.Two major parameters,i.e.the initial normal stress and loading rate,were considered and calibrated in the tests.To reveal the response mechanism of fault activation,the local strains near the fault plane were recorded,and the macroscopic stresses and displacements were analyzed.The testing results show that the effect of displacement-controlled loading rate is more pronounced under the CNS conditions than that under constant normal load(CNL)conditions.Both the normal and shear stresses drop suddenly when the stick-slip occurs.The decrease and increase of the normal stress are synchronous with the shear stress in the regular stick-slip scenario,but mismatch with the shear stress during the chaotic stick-slip process.The results are helpful for understanding the fault sliding mode and the prediction and prevention of fault slip.展开更多
An equivalent sliding mode fault-tolerant control method with continuous switching is proposed for vertical tail damage.First,the nonlinear damage model of aircraft and the estimation of stability and control derivati...An equivalent sliding mode fault-tolerant control method with continuous switching is proposed for vertical tail damage.First,the nonlinear damage model of aircraft and the estimation of stability and control derivatives are introduced.Secondly,the linear sliding surface and the equivalent sliding mode controller are constructed,and the sufficient conditions for the stability of the damaged aircraft motion model are given by using the Lyapunov technique.The damage-tolerant controller is designed based on an adaptive sliding mode control for analyzing damaged aircraft systems.Furthermore,the hyperbolic tangent function is utilized to replace the symbolic function in the controller.The feasibility of the hyperbolic tangent function as the switching function is analyzed theoretically.Finally,the Boeing-747100/200 model is taken as an example to demonstrate the efficiency of theoretical results by recognizing the structural fault of aircraft.Numerical results show that the control law has a positive impact on the performance of the closed-loop system,and it also has a better fault tolerance and robustness towards external disturbance compared with traditional methods of damaged aircraft stabilization control.展开更多

Multi-bandwidth mode manifold(Triple M, TM) is one variation of the VMD, which units mul...Variational mode decomposition(VMD) has been proved to be useful for extraction of fault-induced transients of rolling bearings. Multi-bandwidth mode manifold(Triple M, TM) is one variation of the VMD, which units multiple fault-related modes with different bandwidths by a nonlinear manifold learning algorithm named local tangent space alignment(LTSA). The merit of the TM method is that the bearing fault-induced transients extracted contain low level of in-band noise without optimization of the VMD parameters. However, the determination of the neighborhood size of the LTSA is time-consuming, and the extracted fault-induced transients may have the problem of asymmetry in the up-and-down direction. This paper aims to improve the efficiency and waveform symmetry of the TM method.Specifically, the multi-bandwidth modes consisting of the fault-related modes with different bandwidths are first obtained by repeating the recycling VMD(RVMD) method with different bandwidth balance parameters. Then, the LTSA algorithm is performed on the multi-bandwidth modes to extract their inherent manifold structure, in which the natural nearest neighbor(Triple N, TN) algorithm is adopted to efficiently and reasonably select the neighbors of each data point in the multi-bandwidth modes. Finally, a weight-based feature compensation strategy is designed to synthesize the low-dimensional manifold features to alleviate the asymmetry problem, resulting in a symmetric TM feature that can represent the real fault transient components. The major contribution of the improved TM method for bearing fault diagnosis is that the pure fault-induced transients are extracted efficiently and are symmetrical as the real. One simulation analysis and two experimental applications in bearing fault diagnosis validate the enhanced performance of the improved TM method over the traditional methods. This research proposes a bearing fault diagnosis method which has the advantages of high efficiency, good waveform symmetry and enhanced in-band noise removal capability.展开更多
Objective To explore the differences in three different registration methods of cone beam computed tomography(CBCT)-guided down-regulated intense radiation therapy for lung cancer as well as the effects of tumor locat...Objective To explore the differences in three different registration methods of cone beam computed tomography(CBCT)-guided down-regulated intense radiation therapy for lung cancer as well as the effects of tumor location,treatment mode,and tumor size on registration.Methods This retrospective analysis included 80 lung cancer patients undergoing radiotherapy in our hospital from November 2017 to October 2019 and compared automatic bone registration,automatic grayscale(t+r)registration,and automatic grayscale(t)positioning error on the X-,Y-,and Z-axes under three types of registration methods.The patients were also grouped according to tumor position,treatment mode,and tumor size to compare positioning errors.Results On the X-,Y-,and Z-axes,automatic grayscale(t+r)and automatic grayscale(t)registration showed a better trend.Analysis of the different treatment modes showed differences in the three registration methods;however,these were not statistically significant.Analysis according to tumor sizes showed significant differences between the three registration methods(P<0.05).Analysis according to tumor positions showed differences in the X-and Y-axes that were not significant(P>0.05),while the autopsy registration in the Z-axis showed the largest difference in the mediastinal and hilar lymph nodes(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment mode was not the main factor affecting registration error in lung cancer.Three registration methods are available for tumors in the upper and lower lungs measuring<3 cm;among these,automatic gray registration is recommended,while any gray registration method is recommended for tumors located in the mediastinal hilar site measuring<3 cm and in the upper and lower lungs≥3 cm.展开更多

文摘Shear-type structures are common structural forms in industrial and civil buildings,such as concrete and steel frame structures.Fault diagnosis of shear-type structures is an important topic to ensure the normal use of structures.The main drawback of existing damage assessment methods is that they require accurate structural finite element models for damage assessment.However,for many shear-type structures,it is difficult to obtain accurate FEM.In order to avoid finite elementmodeling,amodel-freemethod for diagnosing shear structure defects is developed in this paper.This method only needs to measure a few low-order vibration modes of the structure.The proposed defect diagnosis method is divided into two stages.In the first stage,the location of defects in the structure is determined based on the difference between the virtual displacements derived from the dynamic flexibility matrices before and after damage.In the second stage,damage severity is evaluated based on an improved frequency sensitivity equation.Themain innovations of this method lie in two aspects.The first innovation is the development of a virtual displacement difference method for determining the location of damage in the shear structure.The second is to improve the existing frequency sensitivity equation to calculate the damage degree without constructing the finite elementmodel.Thismethod has been verified on a numerical example of a 22-story shear frame structure and an experimental example of a three-story steel shear structure.Based on numerical analysis and experimental data validation,it is shown that this method only needs to use the low-order modes of structural vibration to diagnose the defect location and damage degree,and does not require finite element modeling.The proposed method should be a very simple and practical defect diagnosis technique in engineering practice.

文摘An active fault tolerant control scheme is investigated for the attitude control systems of spacecraft with external disturbance and actuator faults by using the sliding mode technique. Firstly,the dynamic equations and kinematic equations of spacecraft are given. For the dynamic mode of spacecraft in faulty case,a fault diagnosis component is used for fault detection and estimation by using a nonlinear observer. According to the fault estimation information obtained during the fault diagnosis,the fault tolerant control scheme is developed by adopting the backstepping sliding mode control technique. Meanwhile,the Lyapunov theory is used to analyze the stability of the closed-loop attitude systems. Finally,simulation results for the attitude dynamics models show the feasibility of the proposed fault tolerant scheme.

文摘A fault tolerant control methodology based adaptive sliding mode(ASM) backstepping is proposed for near space vehicle(NSV) attitude control system under engine faults. The proposed scheme combined adaptive backstepping with the sliding mode control strategy could guarantee the system’s stability and track desired signals under external disturbances and engine faults. Firstly, attitude mode description and the engine faulty model are given. Secondly, a nominal control law is designed.Thirdly, a sliding mode observer is given later in order to estimate both the information of engine faults and external disturbances. An adaptive sliding mode technology based on the previous nominal control law is developed via updating faulty parameters. Finally,analyze the system’s fault-tolerant performance and reliability through experiment simulation, which verifies the proposed design of fault-tolerant control can tolerate engine faults, as well as the strong robustness for external disturbance.
文摘This paper proposes an adaptive sliding mode observer(ASMO)-based approach for wind turbines subject to simultaneous faults in sensors and actuators.The proposed approach enables the simultaneous detection of actuator and sensor faults without the need for any redundant hardware components.Additionally,wind speed variations are considered as unknown disturbances,thus eliminating the need for accurate measurement or estimation.The proposed ASMO enables the accurate estimation and reconstruction of the descriptor states and disturbances.The proposed design implements the principle of separation to enable the use of the nominal controller during faulty conditions.Fault tolerance is achieved by implementing a signal correction scheme to recover the nominal behavior.The performance of the proposed approach is validated using a 4.8 MW wind turbine benchmark model subject to various faults.Monte-Carlo analysis is also carried out to further evaluate the reliability and robustness of the proposed approach in the presence of measurement errors.Simplicity,ease of implementation and the decoupling property are among the positive features of the proposed approach.

文摘Based on Multi-Masking Empirical Mode Decomposition (MMEMD) and fuzzy c-means (FCM) clustering, a new method of wind turbine bearing fault diagnosis FCM-MMEMD is proposed, which can determine the fault accurately and timely. First, FCM clustering is employed to classify the data into different clusters, which helps to estimate whether there is a fault and how many fault types there are. If fault signals exist, the fault vibration signals are then demodulated and decomposed into different frequency bands by MMEMD in order to be analyzed further. In order to overcome the mode mixing defect of empirical mode decomposition (EMD), a novel method called MMEMD is proposed. It is an improvement to masking empirical mode decomposition (MEMD). By adding multi-masking signals to the signals to be decomposed in different levels, it can restrain low-frequency components from mixing in highfrequency components effectively in the sifting process and then suppress the mode mixing. It has the advantages of easy implementation and strong ability of suppressing modal mixing. The fault type is determined by Hilbert envelope finally. The results of simulation signal decomposition showed the high performance of MMEMD. Experiments of bearing fault diagnosis in wind turbine bearing fault diagnosis proved the validity and high accuracy of the new method.

文摘Based on feature compression with orthogonal locality preserving projection(OLPP),a novel fault diagnosis model is proposed in this paper to achieve automation and high-precision of fault diagnosis of rotating machinery.With this model,the original vibration signals of training and test samples are first decomposed through the empirical mode decomposition(EMD),and Shannon entropy is constructed to achieve high-dimensional eigenvectors.In order to replace the traditional feature extraction way which does the selection manually,OLPP is introduced to automatically compress the high-dimensional eigenvectors of training and test samples into the low-dimensional eigenvectors which have better discrimination.After that,the low-dimensional eigenvectors of training samples are input into Morlet wavelet support vector machine(MWSVM) and a trained MWSVM is obtained.Finally,the low-dimensional eigenvectors of test samples are input into the trained MWSVM to carry out fault diagnosis.To evaluate our proposed model,the experiment of fault diagnosis of deep groove ball bearings is made,and the experiment results indicate that the recognition accuracy rate of the proposed diagnosis model for outer race crack、inner race crack and ball crack is more than 90%.Compared to the existing approaches,the proposed diagnosis model combines the strengths of EMD in fault feature extraction,OLPP in feature compression and MWSVM in pattern recognition,and realizes the automation and high-precision of fault diagnosis.

文摘A novel satellite fault diagnosis scheme is presented based on the predictive filter and empirical mode composition(EMD).First,the predictive filter is utilized to obtain the fault estimation,which is corrupted by noise.Then the EMD method is introduced to decompose the fault estimation into a finite number of intrinsic mode functions and extract the trend of faults for fault diagnosis.The proposed scheme has the ability of diagnosing both abrupt and incipient faults of the actuator in a satellite attitude control subsystem.A mathematical simulation is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.

文摘The complex systems are often in the structure of multi-operating modes, and the components implementing system functions are different under different operation modes, which results in the problems that components often fail in different operating modes, faults can be only detected in specified operating modes, tests can be available in specified operating modes,and the cost and efficiency of detecting and isolating faults are different under different operating modes and isolation levels. Aiming at these problems, an optimal test selection method for fault detection and isolation in the multi-operating mode system is proposed by using the fault pair coding and rollout algorithm. Firstly,the faults in fault-test correlation matrices under different operating modes are combined to fault-pairs, which is used to construct the fault pair-test correlation matrices under different operating modes.Secondly, the final fault pair-test correlation matrix of the multioperating mode system is obtained by operating the fault pair-test correlation matrices under different operating modes. Based on the final fault pair-test correlation matrix, the necessary tests are selected by the rollout algorithm orderly. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by examples of the optimal test selection in the multi-operating mode system with faults isolated to different levels. The result shows that the proposed method can effectively mine the fault detection and isolation ability of tests and it is suitable for the optimal test selection of the multi-operating mode system with faults isolated to the replacement unit and specific fault.
文摘The Altun (or Altyn Tagh) fault displays a geometry of overlapping of linear and arcuate segments and shows strong inhomogeneity in time and space. It is a gigantic fault system with complex mechanical behaviours including thrusting, sinistral strike slip and normal slip. The strike slip and normal slip mainly occurred in the Cretaceous—Cenozoic and Plio-Quaternary respectively, whereas the thrusting was a deformation event that has played a dominant role since the late Palaeozoic (for a duration of about 305 Ma). The formation of the Altun fault was related to strong inhomogeneous deformation of the massifs on its two sides (in the hinterland of the Altun Mountains contractional deformation predominated and in the Qilian massif thrust propagation was dominant). The fault experienced a dynamic process of successive break-up and connection of its segments and gradual propagation, which was synchronous with the development of an overstep thrust sequence in the Qilian massif and the uplift of the Qinghai-Tibet plateau. With southward propagation of the thrust sequence and continued uplift of the plateau, the NE tip of the Altun fault moved in a NE direction, while the SW tip grew in a SW direction.

文摘Based on the working principle of satellite radars, the earthquake deformation field measured by interferometric synthetic aperture(InSAR) is the projection of ground displacement associated with the seismogenic fault in the line of sight(LOS) of the satellite. However, LOS projections are complex, and are not only related to the ascending/descending modes and incidence angles of SAR data, but also related to the strike and motion senses of the fault. Even for the same earthquake, the LOS deformation derived from different ascending/descending data can be almost identical in one case, but quite different in another case, which makes the interpretation of InSAR seismic deformation and its comparison with field observations difficult. In this study, we undertook a quantitative analysis of the relationships between LOS observation sensitivity of InSAR and fault strike, fault motion sense, and ascending/descending modes, as well as 3D deformation fields. We studied the features and differences of the LOS deformation fields in different types of earthquakes using ascending/descending modes, with a particularly detailed analysis of the relations for a strikeslip type of earthquake. We also summarized the characteristics of LOS deformation fields of faults with different strikes and optimal observational data modes. Taking the strike-slip Yushu earthquake and the normal Gaize event as examples, we used SAR data of the ascending/descending modes to verify the results of quantitative calculations. These analyses will not only provide a more reasonable interpretation of InSAR seismic deformation fields and but also help understand the differences of seismic deformation fields revealed by data with different observational modes, therefore promoting the application of InSAR technology in seismology.

文摘Tibetan Plateau is known as the roof of the world.Due to the continuous uplift of the Tibetan Plateau,many active fault zones are present.These active fault zones such as the Anninghe fault zone have a significant influence on the formation of special geomorphology and the distribution of geological hazards at the eastern edge of the Tibetan Plateau.The Anninghe fault zone is a key part of the Y-shaped fault pattern in the Sichuan-Yunnan block of China.In this paper,high-resolution topographic data,multitemporal remote sensing images,numerical calculations,seismic records,and comprehensive field investigations were employed to study the landslide distribution along the active part of the Anninghe.The influence of active faults on the lithology,rock mass structures and slope stress fields were also studied.The results show that the faults within the Anninghe fault zone have damaged the structure and integrity of the slope rock mass,reduced the mechanical strength of the rock mass and controlled the slope failure modes.The faults have also controlled the stress field,the distribution of the plastic strain zone and the maximum shear strain zone of the slope,thus have promoted the formation and evolution of landslides.We find that the studied landslides are linearly distributed along the Anninghe fault zone,and more than 80%of these landslides are within 2–3 km of the fault rupture zone.Moreover,the Anninghe fault zone provides abundant substance for landslides or debris flows.This paper presents four types of sliding mode control of the Anninghe fault zone,e.g.,constituting the whole landslide body,controlling the lateral boundary of the landslide,controlling the crown of the landslide,and constituting the toe of the landslide.The results presented merit close attention as a valuable reference source for local infrastructure planning and engineering projects.
文摘The effect of heat treatment mode on the microstructure of Fe-Cr-B cast iron alloys was investigated inthis paper by comparing the difference of precipitation patterns of secondary particles after thermal cycling treatment(TCT) with those after normal heat treatment (NHT). No obvious differences were found in precipitation patterns ofsecondary particles between TCT and NHT when experimental temperature was below Ar1. However, whentemperature was over Ar1, there were significant differences, with secondary particles prominently segregated at thegrain boundaries under TCT, while the particles evenly distributed in the matrix under NHT. The reason for themicrostructure differences could be associated with the development of non-equilibrium segregation of boron duringTCT.
文摘In the background of the design and construction of Smart Grid Operation Supporting System for District Power Networks, this paper established the weighted fault probability model of the overhead line which is based on equipment operating status, utility theory and fuzzy theory. In this model, the proper membership function is adopted to describe the influence of lightning, wind speed, line ice and temperature, and the outage rate of overhead line, derived from historical statistics, is amended. Based on this model, the power supply risk analysis software is developed to calculate the online risk indicators of district grid, and provide real-time decision support information based on risk theory for scheduling operations personnel.

文摘Fault activation has been the focus of research community for years.However,the studies of fault activation remain immature,such as the fault activation mode and its major factors under constant normal stiffness(CNS)conditions associated with large thickness of fault surrounding rock mass.In this study,the rock friction experiments were conducted to understand the fault activation modes under the CNS conditions.Two major parameters,i.e.the initial normal stress and loading rate,were considered and calibrated in the tests.To reveal the response mechanism of fault activation,the local strains near the fault plane were recorded,and the macroscopic stresses and displacements were analyzed.The testing results show that the effect of displacement-controlled loading rate is more pronounced under the CNS conditions than that under constant normal load(CNL)conditions.Both the normal and shear stresses drop suddenly when the stick-slip occurs.The decrease and increase of the normal stress are synchronous with the shear stress in the regular stick-slip scenario,but mismatch with the shear stress during the chaotic stick-slip process.The results are helpful for understanding the fault sliding mode and the prediction and prevention of fault slip.

文摘An equivalent sliding mode fault-tolerant control method with continuous switching is proposed for vertical tail damage.First,the nonlinear damage model of aircraft and the estimation of stability and control derivatives are introduced.Secondly,the linear sliding surface and the equivalent sliding mode controller are constructed,and the sufficient conditions for the stability of the damaged aircraft motion model are given by using the Lyapunov technique.The damage-tolerant controller is designed based on an adaptive sliding mode control for analyzing damaged aircraft systems.Furthermore,the hyperbolic tangent function is utilized to replace the symbolic function in the controller.The feasibility of the hyperbolic tangent function as the switching function is analyzed theoretically.Finally,the Boeing-747100/200 model is taken as an example to demonstrate the efficiency of theoretical results by recognizing the structural fault of aircraft.Numerical results show that the control law has a positive impact on the performance of the closed-loop system,and it also has a better fault tolerance and robustness towards external disturbance compared with traditional methods of damaged aircraft stabilization control.

文摘Variational mode decomposition(VMD) has been proved to be useful for extraction of fault-induced transients of rolling bearings. Multi-bandwidth mode manifold(Triple M, TM) is one variation of the VMD, which units multiple fault-related modes with different bandwidths by a nonlinear manifold learning algorithm named local tangent space alignment(LTSA). The merit of the TM method is that the bearing fault-induced transients extracted contain low level of in-band noise without optimization of the VMD parameters. However, the determination of the neighborhood size of the LTSA is time-consuming, and the extracted fault-induced transients may have the problem of asymmetry in the up-and-down direction. This paper aims to improve the efficiency and waveform symmetry of the TM method.Specifically, the multi-bandwidth modes consisting of the fault-related modes with different bandwidths are first obtained by repeating the recycling VMD(RVMD) method with different bandwidth balance parameters. Then, the LTSA algorithm is performed on the multi-bandwidth modes to extract their inherent manifold structure, in which the natural nearest neighbor(Triple N, TN) algorithm is adopted to efficiently and reasonably select the neighbors of each data point in the multi-bandwidth modes. Finally, a weight-based feature compensation strategy is designed to synthesize the low-dimensional manifold features to alleviate the asymmetry problem, resulting in a symmetric TM feature that can represent the real fault transient components. The major contribution of the improved TM method for bearing fault diagnosis is that the pure fault-induced transients are extracted efficiently and are symmetrical as the real. One simulation analysis and two experimental applications in bearing fault diagnosis validate the enhanced performance of the improved TM method over the traditional methods. This research proposes a bearing fault diagnosis method which has the advantages of high efficiency, good waveform symmetry and enhanced in-band noise removal capability.

文摘Objective To explore the differences in three different registration methods of cone beam computed tomography(CBCT)-guided down-regulated intense radiation therapy for lung cancer as well as the effects of tumor location,treatment mode,and tumor size on registration.Methods This retrospective analysis included 80 lung cancer patients undergoing radiotherapy in our hospital from November 2017 to October 2019 and compared automatic bone registration,automatic grayscale(t+r)registration,and automatic grayscale(t)positioning error on the X-,Y-,and Z-axes under three types of registration methods.The patients were also grouped according to tumor position,treatment mode,and tumor size to compare positioning errors.Results On the X-,Y-,and Z-axes,automatic grayscale(t+r)and automatic grayscale(t)registration showed a better trend.Analysis of the different treatment modes showed differences in the three registration methods;however,these were not statistically significant.Analysis according to tumor sizes showed significant differences between the three registration methods(P<0.05).Analysis according to tumor positions showed differences in the X-and Y-axes that were not significant(P>0.05),while the autopsy registration in the Z-axis showed the largest difference in the mediastinal and hilar lymph nodes(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment mode was not the main factor affecting registration error in lung cancer.Three registration methods are available for tumors in the upper and lower lungs measuring<3 cm;among these,automatic gray registration is recommended,while any gray registration method is recommended for tumors located in the mediastinal hilar site measuring<3 cm and in the upper and lower lungs≥3 cm.

文摘A set of ENE\|trending fault which locates in the rigid Tarim massif and flexible Qilian massif in the same dynamic system of the uplift of the Qinghai—Tibetan plateau is referred to as the Altun Fault (ALF). ALF displays a linear geometry or a geometry of overlapping of linear and arcuate segments and a growth and development process of the breakdown segment\|by\|segment, connection segment\|by\|segment and propagation gradually (northeastward migration of the northeast tip, southwestward growth of the southwest tip). The formation of the Altun fault began in the middle or upper Carboniferous. It was characteristic of the sinistral strike\|slip\|thrust before Eocene, of the thrust\|sinistral strike\|slip during Oligocene—Miocene, and of the normal slip, and thrust\|sinistral strike\|slip simultaneously since Miocene.
