Colitis-associated colorectal cancer(CAC)is defined as a specific cluster of colorectal cancers that develop as a result of prolonged colitis in patients with inflammatory bowel disease(IBD).Patients with IBD,includin...Colitis-associated colorectal cancer(CAC)is defined as a specific cluster of colorectal cancers that develop as a result of prolonged colitis in patients with inflammatory bowel disease(IBD).Patients with IBD,including ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s disease,are known to have an increased risk of developing CAC.Although the incidence of CAC has significantly decreased over the past few decades,individuals with CAC have increased mortality compared to individuals with sporadic colorectal cancer,and the incidence of CAC increases with duration.Chronic inflammation is generally recognized as a major contributor to the pathogenesis of CAC.CAC has been shown to progress from colitis to dysplasia and finally to carcinoma.Accumulating evidence suggests that multiple immune-mediated pathways,DNA damage pathways,and pathogens are involved in the pathogenesis of CAC.Over the past decade,there has been an increasing effort to develop clinical approaches that could help improve outcomes for CAC patients.Colonoscopic surveillance plays an important role in reducing the risk of advanced and interval cancers.It is generally recommended that CAC patients undergo endoscopic removal or colectomy.This review summarizes the current understanding of CAC,particularly its epidemiology,mechanisms,and management.It focuses on the mechanisms that contribute to the development of CAC,covering advances in genomics,immunology,and the microbiome;presents evidence for management strategies,including endoscopy and colectomy;and discusses new strategies to interfere with the process and development of CAC.These scientific findings will pave the way for the management of CAC in the near future.展开更多

However, the limited computational resources of sate...In mega-constellation Communication Systems, efficient routing algorithms and data transmission technologies are employed to ensure fast and reliable data transfer. However, the limited computational resources of satellites necessitate the use of edge computing to enhance secure communication.While edge computing reduces the burden on cloud computing, it introduces security and reliability challenges in open satellite communication channels. To address these challenges, we propose a blockchain architecture specifically designed for edge computing in mega-constellation communication systems. This architecture narrows down the consensus scope of the blockchain to meet the requirements of edge computing while ensuring comprehensive log storage across the network. Additionally, we introduce a reputation management mechanism for nodes within the blockchain, evaluating their trustworthiness, workload, and efficiency. Nodes with higher reputation scores are selected to participate in tasks and are appropriately incentivized. Simulation results demonstrate that our approach achieves a task result reliability of 95% while improving computational speed.展开更多
Urban tourism is considered a complex system,and multiscale exploration of the organizational patterns of attraction networks has become a topical issue in urban tourism,so exploring the multiscale characteristics and...Urban tourism is considered a complex system,and multiscale exploration of the organizational patterns of attraction networks has become a topical issue in urban tourism,so exploring the multiscale characteristics and connection mechanisms of attraction networks is important for understanding the linkages between attractions and even the future destination planning.This paper uses geotagging data to compare the links between attractions in Beijing,China during four different periods:the pre-Olympic period(2004–2007),the Olympic Games and subsequent‘heat period’(2008–2013),the post-Olympic period(2014–2019),and the COVID-19(Corona Virus Disease 2019)pandemic period(2020–2021).The aim is to better understand the evolution and patterns of attraction networks at different scales in Beijing and to provide insights for tourism planning in the destination.The results show that the macro,meso-,and microscales network characteristics of attraction networks have inherent logical relationships that can explain the commonalities and differences in the development process of tourism networks.The macroscale attraction network degree Matthew effect is significant in the four different periods and exhibits a morphological monocentric structure,suggesting that new entrants are more likely to be associated with attractions that already have high value.The mesoscale links attractions according to the common purpose of tourists,and the results of the community segmentation of the attraction networks in the four different periods suggest that the functional polycentric structure describes their clustering effect,and the weak links between clusters result from attractions bound by incomplete information and distance,and the functional polycentric structure with a generally more efficient network of clusters.The pattern structure at the microscale reveals the topological transformation relationship of the regional collaboration pattern,and the attraction network structure in the four different periods has a very similar importance profile structure suggesting that the attraction network has the same construction rules and evolution mechanism,which aids in understanding the attraction network pattern at both macro and micro scales.Important approaches and practical implications for planners and managers are presented.展开更多

In this paper,a novel robust fault-tolerant control scheme based on event-triggered communication mechanism for a variable-speed wind energy conversion system(WECS)with sensor and actuator failures is proposed.The non...In this paper,a novel robust fault-tolerant control scheme based on event-triggered communication mechanism for a variable-speed wind energy conversion system(WECS)with sensor and actuator failures is proposed.The nonlinear WECS with event-triggered mechanism is modeled based on the Takagi-Sugeno(T-S)fuzzy model.By Lyapunov stability theory,the parameter expression of the proposed robust fault-tolerant controller with event-triggered mechanisms is proposed based on a feasible solution of linear matrix inequalities.Compared with the existing WECS fault-tolerant control methods,the proposed scheme significantly reduces the pressure of network packet transmission and improves the robustness and reliability of the WECS.Considering a doubly-fed variable speed constant frequency wind turbine,the eventtriggered mechanism based fault-tolerant control for WECS is analyzed considering system model uncertainty.Numerical simulation results demonstrate that the proposed scheme is feasible and effective.展开更多

Due to the multiplicity of cloud locations where data resides anddue to the lack of a centralized user authority for granting or denying cloud userrequests, there must be several security strategies and models to overcome theseissues. Another major concern in IAM services is the excessive or the lack ofaccess level to different users with previously granted authorizations. This paperproposes a comprehensive review of security services and threats. Based on thepresented services and threats, advanced frameworks for IAM that provideauthentication mechanisms in public and private cloud platforms. A threat modelhas been applied to validate the proposed authentication frameworks with different security threats. Finally,it came up with recommendations for optimizing farmers' specialized cooperatives: building democratic decision making mechanism with coordination of cooperative members and able personnel,establishing supervision mechanism suitable for self demands,improving internal incentive mechanism,establishing talent introduction and cultivation mechanism in proper time,and strengthening internal member management of cooperatives.

文摘In this paper,a novel robust fault-tolerant control scheme based on event-triggered communication mechanism for a variable-speed wind energy conversion system(WECS)with sensor and actuator failures is proposed.The nonlinear WECS with event-triggered mechanism is modeled based on the Takagi-Sugeno(T-S)fuzzy model.By Lyapunov stability theory,the parameter expression of the proposed robust fault-tolerant controller with event-triggered mechanisms is proposed based on a feasible solution of linear matrix inequalities.Compared with the existing WECS fault-tolerant control methods,the proposed scheme significantly reduces the pressure of network packet transmission and improves the robustness and reliability of the WECS.Considering a doubly-fed variable speed constant frequency wind turbine,the eventtriggered mechanism based fault-tolerant control for WECS is analyzed considering system model uncertainty.Numerical simulation results demonstrate that the proposed scheme is feasible and effective.

文摘Identity management is based on the creation and management of useridentities for granting access to the cloud resources based on the user attributes.The cloud identity and access management (IAM) grants the authorization tothe end-users to perform different actions on the specified cloud resources. Theauthorizations in the IAM are grouped into roles instead of granting them directlyto the end-users. Due to the multiplicity of cloud locations where data resides anddue to the lack of a centralized user authority for granting or denying cloud userrequests, there must be several security strategies and models to overcome theseissues. Another major concern in IAM services is the excessive or the lack ofaccess level to different users with previously granted authorizations. This paperproposes a comprehensive review of security services and threats. Based on thepresented services and threats, advanced frameworks for IAM that provideauthentication mechanisms in public and private cloud platforms. A threat modelhas been applied to validate the proposed authentication frameworks with different security threats. The proposed models proved high efficiency in protectingcloud platforms from insider attacks, single sign-on failure, brute force attacks,denial of service, user privacy threats, and data privacy threats.

文摘Within the background of the need to promote the construction of ecological civilization and the current confl ict between the economic growth and the constraints of environment and resources, after a review of the theoretical study and practical exploration of ecological civilization, the article makes an analysis of the status quo of ecological civilization development in Beijing, Tianjin, and Hebei area, sums up the main problems there, and explores the development strategic framework to improve the regional ecological environment. It comes to the following conclusions: as the ecological and environmental problems in the BTH area are mainly the air pollution and so on, we should seek to build a mechanism of environmental management for sustainable development from the different aspects of industrial distribution, energy utilization, institution construction and market participation. We should capitalize on the chance to construct the ecological civilization, promote to change the regional economic growth pattern, improve the quality and effi ciency of development, and fi nally promote the synergetic development of ecological environment in the BTH area.

A number of factors that influence pain response include age, gender, personal pain threshold, mood and stress level of the person, cultural differences and types of orthodontic treatment. Pain is a often overlooked subject by orthodontists, it is nevertheless important to understand the source and mechanism of the pain that occurs during treatment, as well as the methods for managing and controlling this pain. This review attempts to overview the mechanism, duration and current management strategies of orthodontic treatment.
