First, with the endeavor of Chen Zhongfan, Dean of Chinese Department, PKFHNC gathered lots of leading scholars both from old school and new school during May Fourth Movement; second, these leading scholars＇ diversified academic thoughts, political ideas, and educational experiences encouraged students to think freely and critically; finally, their deep concerns about the future of China society, academic disciplines, and women＇s liberation and education caused all superficial changes and differences of PKFHNC to form an united spiritual power, which promoted this group of female students＇ development deeply.

Research on the system of the performance-based salary in colleges and universities -- Taking M University as an example

新时代高职院校思政课教师队伍建设现状调查研究——基于六省(市)的实证分析

为深入了解高职院校落实《新时代高等学校思想政治理论课教师队伍建设规定》等中央文件情况,掌握高职院校思政课教师队伍建设现状,在全国六个省(市)高职院校开展调研,结果显示,高职院校在全面领导思政课教师队伍建设、建立常态化思政课教研机制等四个方面取得实效,但仍然存在思政课教师教材使用不规范、马克思主义学院等二级机构设置不规范、思政课教师准入与退出机制不健全、思政课教师企业实践活力不足等突出问题。基于调查,着重从统一编写高职院校思政课选修课教材、建立院企党组织“手拉手”工作机制等四个方面提出参考性建议。

师范专业认证背景下地方综合性高校地理科学专业人才培养模式构建──以宁波大学为例

师范专业认证是衡量高校师范素质教育的一个重要指标,对指导地方综合性大学教师教育专业的人才培养具有重要意义。立足师范认证的核心理念,结合宁波大学地理科学(师范)的专业现状,提出“1234”新课程体系人才培养模式。并在此基础上,对通识课程、专业课程、教师教育课程、综合实践课程等教育平台的建设和改革进行了探讨:以区域综合为特点,打造通识课程平台;以学生兴趣为导向,搭造专业课程平台;以师范性为中心,打造教师教育课程中心;以实践教学资源为依托,搭建综合实践课程平台。通过构建一套完整的评价与持续改进体系,以期为师范认证背景下的专业建设和人才培养提供参考。

《教师法》修订背景下公立高校教师师德失范行为的识别与治理

当前高校教师师德失范行为屡屡发生,高校相应调查处理存在诸多争议,师德失范行为的认定存在识别标准、治理程序和评判依据模糊等问题。在厘清公立高校教师法律地位基础上,我国应遵循程序正义与比例原则,明确高校教师师德规范边界;建立和完善以调查与听证为核心的高校教师师德失范行为治理程序;基于主客观标准、初再犯情节以及后续行为三方面评估教师师德失范行为过错程度,合理确定教师师德失范行为惩戒等级。

“她”的困与解:高职院校青年女教师职业发展之探——基于X省4所高职院校342名教师样本的分析

青年女教师是教师群体的重要组成部分,是高职院校高质量发展的先锋军。聚焦该群体职业发展中的困与解,通过针对性问卷调研和深度访谈,深度拆解“她”的职业发展现状发现,由于职业生涯初期的投入与产出焦虑,家庭分工与教养子女的外在期待,以及高职教育新发展带来的新要求等,“她”的职业发展陷入不同程度的困境,包括职场初始段嵌套重叠家庭生命周期关键段、教学胜任力与高质量科研产出的双重压力、企业实践要求与个体安定感追求的矛盾、难破“工作赚钱与顾家养娃”的两难选题,以及职业发展缺乏持续有效的社会支持系统等。对此,建议通过搭建多元化职业发展平台、构建系统的社会支持体系,以及唤醒职业发展内驱力、培养行动力等途径助力高职院校青年女教师职业发展。

党建引领与学科建设深度融合的高校“双一流”教师基层党支部创新模式探讨

高校开展新时代教师评价改革的逻辑、机制与限度

从中观层面把握教师评价改革的逻辑和机制是一条重要的路径。研究从组织视角出发,认为基于合法性和效率的双重逻辑组织,高校教师评价改革呈现出强制、竞争、模仿和学习四种发生机制。四种机制对教师评价改革的创新性、有效性和持续性产生了一定的限制。教师评价改革应该重视学术逻辑的作用,在学术、合法性、效率三重逻辑间形成新的张力,进而产生社会网络、自我建构两种新的改革机制。在不同的逻辑组合下,教师评价改革会呈现出多项机制兼容与并存,改革机制发生阶段化变化,且不同类型高校的改革机制之间会有显著的差异性三种特征。

建党以来我国高校教师专业发展制度的变迁及反思

历史制度主义者的制度变迁理论将制度分为正式制度和非正式制度,作为正式制度的教师政策等是教师专业发展制度的重要组成部分。建党以来,我国高校教师专业发展经历了干部教育、以苏为师、专业培训和师德建设等四个阶段。通过对相关政策文本的分析发现,高校教师专业发展制度变迁受宏观环境制约,体现从高度集权模式到准市场经济模式、从革命式变迁到渐进式变迁趋势。教师专业发展制度创新要实现高校、教师、教育行政部门等多方行动者的利益均衡。高校要积极疏通教育行政部门与教师对话的桥梁;教师要主动顺应制度变迁,基于高校实际探寻自我特色的发展路径。此外,教育行政部门和高校要关注制度创新的“路径依赖”现象,弱化以往教师制度中“糟粕”成分对新制度建设的影响,实现旧制度与新制度的良性衔接。

高校专业课教员课程思政能力提升问题研究

在新时代高等教育发展背景下,立德树人已经成为教育的根本任务,是高等院校立身之本。同时,高等院校也成了当前社会技术型人才与应用型人才的摇篮。分析了高等院校专业课开展思政教育改革的紧迫性,指出了专业课教员开展思政教育存在的问题,深入探究了专业课教员课程思政能力提升问题,并给出强化课程思政协同育人的理念、消除“思政”会冲淡专业教学的思想顾虑和误解、不断提高专业课教员的综合素养、不断增强专业课教员的课程思政融合能力等对策建议,为进一步在高等院校全面开展有效“思政教育”提供了有益的参考,使得立德树人根本任务更好落实。

人工智能时代高校外语教师智能素养提升研究

随着人工智能时代的到来,我国高校外语教学传统的教学模式已经无法满足当代大学生的学习需求,提升智能素养成为我国高校外语教师的当务之急。本文试指出在人工智能时代,高校外语教师应具备相应的智能素养。同时,进一步从教师个人、学校、权威外语学术组织和科技公司四个层面提出提升高校外语教师智能素养的具体措施,以期为高校外语教师智能素养的提升与发展提供借鉴。

宁夏高职院校教师企业实践研究——基于宁夏13所高职院校的问卷调查

高等职业院校教师企业实践是建设“双师型”师资队伍的重要途径之一。通过对宁夏13所高职院校进行调研,发现高职院校教师企业实践存在政策制定不健全、激励制度不完善、企业接收高职院校教师实践动力不足、高职院校责任意识淡薄、教师企业实践内部动机不强等问题。针对这些问题,提出健全企业实践政策内容、优化企业实践激励制度、激发企业接收教师入企实践的动力、增强高职院校的责任担当意识、强化教师企业实践的内部动机等对策。

“正常”在联大不是一个褒词——论西南联大教师的“怪”

西南联大的教师形象怪、言语怪和行为怪。“怪”是他们的群体性特征,所以是正常的。“怪”也是美好的,因为透露了他们的心灵秘密:一是真性情;二是真才学;三是真风度。对西南联大教师“怪”的记录、描写、欣赏和传颂,至少有两点启示:一是好大学要有“怪人”“怪事”,理解和包容“怪人”“怪事”是大学精神的重要体现;二是“怪”是好老师个人魅力的重要体现,不少好老师正是依靠以“狂狷”“真气”为核心的个人魅力,达成启迪和身教的目标。

北京地区高校青年教师队伍建设及对策研究

当前,北京市已经形成了一支数量规模满足需求、结构更趋合理、发展态势良好的教师队伍,其中高校青年科技人才规模和结构同增。然而,北京地区高校青年教师的总体工作满意度仅处于一般水平,最不满意的是收入福利与工作评价。同时,青年教师队伍建设还存在教学专业化水平低、缺少高层次人才、青年后备人才培养薄弱、现有人才政策对青年支持不足、薪酬激励机制不健全、职称晋升制度不完善等问题。建议加强高校青年教师政策体系的顶层设计,健全多元化的人才培养机制,突出高层次人才和后备人才培养,完善薪酬体系,完善考核晋升和职称制度,推动北京地区高校青年教师全面发展。

新文科背景下地方高校“双师型”大学英语教师队伍建设研究

新文科建设对地方高校应用型英语人才培养提出了新要求。立足于新文科背景,应用“英语+专业”协同教学模式培养“英语运用能力+专业技能”的应用型、复合型、技术技能型英语人才,使学生英语能力更具行业导向性,才能满足应用型人才个性化培育需求,服务地方经济。为了突出地方高校大学英语教学的实用性、专业性和职业性,建设“双师型”大学英语教师队伍势在必行,这要求大学英语教师在专业化过程中实现向“双师型”教师角色的转变。该文基于此,明晰“双师型”大学英语教师的基本素质构成,分析其师资现状及困境,探索地方高校“双师型”大学英语教师队伍的建设路径,为新文科背景下地方高校应用型英语人才的创新培养赋能助力。
