The clinical diagnosis information field which is a specific information field within the information field of human activities consists of all information concerning man’s health. AIM:To compare the imo perimeter,a new portable head-mounted perimeter unit that enables both eyes to be examined quickly and simultaneously,with the Humphrey field analyzer(HFA)perimeter to investigate correlations a...AIM:To compare the imo perimeter,a new portable head-mounted perimeter unit that enables both eyes to be examined quickly and simultaneously,with the Humphrey field analyzer(HFA)perimeter to investigate correlations and their diagnostic ability in glaucomatous eyes.METHODS:The performance of the equipment in 128 glaucomatous eyes and 40 normal eyes were tested.We investigated the correlations of mean deviation,pattern standard deviation,visual field index,and the sensitivity.RESULTS:Measurements of mean deviation(r=0.886,P<0.001),pattern standard deviation(r=0.814,P<0.001),and visual field index(r=0.871,P<0.001)in both perimeters were strongly and positively correlated.The sensitivities in the imo perimeter were 80.5%for mean deviation,81.2%for pattern standard deviation,and 80.5%in visual field index;those in the HFA were 63.3%for mean deviation,74.5%for pattern standard deviation,and 80.5%for visual field index.Both perimeters demonstrated high diagnostic ability.CONCLUSION:The parameters by the imo and HFA in glaucomatous eyes show strong positive correlations with favorable sensitivity,specificity,and diagnostic ability.However,the difference between imo and HFA results increases with the increase in visual field disturbance.展开更多
Rice false smut,caused by Ustilaginoidea virens,is a devastating disease that greatly reduces rice yield and quality.However,controlling rice false smut disease is challenging due to the unique infection mode of U.vir...Rice false smut,caused by Ustilaginoidea virens,is a devastating disease that greatly reduces rice yield and quality.However,controlling rice false smut disease is challenging due to the unique infection mode of U.virens.Therefore,there is a need for early diagnosis and monitoring techniques to prevent the spread of this disease.Lateral flow strip-based recombinase polymerase amplification(LF-RPA)overcomes the limitations of current U.virens detection technologies,which are time-consuming,require delicate equipment,and have a high false-positive rate.In this study,we used a comparative genomics approach to identify Uv_3611,a specific gene of U.virens,as the target for the LF-RPA assay.The designed primers and probe efffectively detected the genomic DNA(gDNA)of U.virens and demonstrated no cross-reactivity with related pathogens.Under optimal conditions,the LF-RPA assay demonstrated a sensitivity of 10 pg of U.virens gDNA.Additionally,by incorporating a simplified PEG-NaOH method for plant DNA extraction,the LF-RPA assay enabled the detection of U.virens in rice spikelets within 30 min,without the need for specialized equipment.Furthermore,the LF-RPA assay successfully detected U.virens in naturally infected rice and seed samples in the field.Therefore,the LF-RPA assay is sensitive,efficient,and convenient,and could be developed as a kit for monitoring rice false smut disease in the field.展开更多

[ Method] Trajectory plume model was used to retrospectively evaluate regional atmospheric improvement degree by fuel gas desulfurization project in Mawan Power Plant of Shenzhen. On this basis, we analyzed applicability of the model in atmospheric prediction of the construction project. [- Re- sult~ Under the situation of complex flow field and variable weather condition, the trajectory plume model displayed good prediction accuracy, to- gether with the use of flow field diagnosis model. Under complex weather condition, this model could be complementary to atmospheric environmen- tal quality prediction model recommended by new atmosphere guidelines, which had the value of popularization in future atmospheric environmental evaluation and planning.
