It has been evidenced that shallow gas hydrate resources are abundant in deep oceans worldwide.Their geological back-ground,occurrence,and other characteristics differ significantly from deep-seated hydrates.Because of the high risk of well construction and low production efficiency,they are difficult to be recovered by using conventional oil production methods.As a result,this paper proposes an alternative design based on a combination of radial drilling,heat injection,and backfilling methods.Multi-branch holes are used to penetrate shallow gas hydrate reservoirs to expand the depressurization area,and heat injection is utilized as a supplement to improve gas production.Geotechnical information collected from an investigation site close to the offshore production well in the South China Sea is used to assess the essential components of this plan,including well construction stability and gas production behavior.It demonstrates that the hydraulic fracturing of the 60mbsf overburden layer can be prevented by regulating the drilling fluid densities.However,the traditional well structure is unstable,and the suction anchor is advised for better mechanical performance.The gas produc-tion rate can be significantly increased by combining hot water injection and depressurization methods.Additionally,the suitable produc-tion equipment already in use is discussed. 展开更多

The level pillar between open-pit and underground mine had a thickness of 24 m, a length of 300 m and a maximum width of 35 in. As the level pillar contained about 5.2 million ton ore of high nickel grade, it was necessary to recover the level pillar. Because of special need of safety, underhand heading cut-and-fill stoping method was used. For the first two layers of heading, the cemented fill materials were a mix of water and high-aluminum-content cement with silicate gelling agent; and for other heading layers, total tailings was added into the fill mix in order to reduce the cement consumption. The accurate measurement of the fill level in the ball mill has not been resolved because of the interplay of many variable factors, which led the mill to be operated under the uneconomical condition and lost a lot of energy. At present, some methods, such as vibration method and acoustic method, have been applied for measuring the fill level by the researchers. Aiming at the problem of the traditional methods for measuring the fill level, that is, the feature variables of the fill level suffer the influences of the ball load and the water content of the coal, a novel method to measure the fill level is proposed and a possible relation between the fill level and the angular position of the maximum vibration point on the mill shell is investigated. The angular positions of the maximum vibration point on the mill shell for different fill level cases are calculated theoretically under two assumptions, respectively. Meanwhile the charge motions of the mill for different fill level cases are simulated with the discrete element method (DEM). And the simulation results are verified by comparing the motion trajectories of steel balls and power draft of the mill. The simulated movement trajectories of the outmost layer steel balls in the mill are monitored and analyzed to obtain the angular positions of the maximum vibration point on the mill shell. Both the results of the theoretical calculation and the 3D DEM simulation show that the position of the maximum vibration point on the mill shell moves to a lower angular positions as the fill level decreasing, which provides a new idea for measuring the filllevel accurately. 展开更多

In this paper, the attitude stability of liquid-filled spacecraft with flexible appendage is investigated. The motion of liquid sloshing is modeled as the spherical pendulum, and the flexible appendage is approached by a linear shearing beam. Nonlinear dynamic equations of the coupled system are derived from the Hamiltonian. The stability of the coupled system was analyzed by using the energy-Casimir method, and the nonlinear stability theorem of the coupled spacecraft system was also obtained. Through numerical computation, the correctness of the proposed theorem is verified and the boundary curves of the stable region are presented. The increase of the angular velocity and flexible attachment length will weaken the attitude stability, and the change of the filled ratio of liquid fuel tank has a different influence on the stability of the coupled spacecraft, depending on the different conditions. The attitude stability analysis of the coupled spacecraft system in this context is useful for selecting appropriate parameters in the complex spacecraft design. 展开更多

Fluid-structure interaction (FSI) is essentially a dynamic phenomenon and always exists in fluid-filled pipe system. The four-equation model, which has been proved to be effective to describe and predict the phenomenon of FSI due to friction coupling and Poisson coupling being taken into account, is utilized to describe the FSI of fluid-filled pipe system. Terse compatibility equations are educed by the method of characteristics (MOC) to describe the fluid-filled pipe system. To shorten computing time needed to get the solutions under the condition of keeping accuracy requirement, two steps are adopted, firstly the time step Δt and divided number of the straight pipe are optimized, sec-ondly the mesh spacing Δz close to boundary is subdivided in several submeshes automatically ac-cording to the speed gradient of fluid. The mathematical model and arithmetic are validated by com-parisons between simulation solutions of two straight pipe systems and experiment known from lit-erature. 展开更多

Length and generation time of tool paths are both relatively long. In order to solve these problems,a toolpath generation method of NC milling based on space-filling curve is proposed. First,T-spline surface is regarded as the modeling surface,the grid,which is based on the limited scallop-height,can be got in the parameter space,and the influence value of grid node is determined. Second,a box is defined and planned,and the tool paths are got preliminarily,which is based on minimal spanning tree; Finally,based on an improved chamfering algorithm,the whole tool paths are got. A simulation system is developed for computer simulation,and an experiment is carried out to verify the method. The results of simulation and experiment show that the method is effective and feasible,and length and time of the tool paths are reduced. 展开更多

Air entrapped in liquid metal during the mold filling process seriously affects the casting quality, thus it is important to track its behavior in the mold cavity. A liquid-gas two-phase flow model is developed to describe the mold filling process and predict the air entrapment defect. The model is based on the combination of SOLA and Level Set Method. The pressure and velocity fields are calculated by SOLA,and the interface movement is simulated by Level Set method as the most common interface tracking method in recent years.In order to validate the feasibility of the model,the liquid-gas two-phase simulation results were tested by the broken dam problem and the S-shaped experiment. Comparison between the experiments and simulation results show that Level Set method might be a very promising tool in two-phase flow simulation during the mold filling process. 展开更多

针对聚能射流侵彻披挂爆炸反应装甲坦克顶部装甲的高效毁伤问题,提出了一种新型的组合-填充药型罩结构。采用非线性动力学分析软件AUTODYN-2D对射流形成和侵彻靶板过程进行了数值模拟,并分析了填充物材料和起爆方式对射流成型的影响以... 针对聚能射流侵彻披挂爆炸反应装甲坦克顶部装甲的高效毁伤问题,提出了一种新型的组合-填充药型罩结构。采用非线性动力学分析软件AUTODYN-2D对射流形成和侵彻靶板过程进行了数值模拟,并分析了填充物材料和起爆方式对射流成型的影响以及炸高对侵彻性能的影响。研究结果表明:所提出的组合-填充药型罩可以形成首尾相连的两级串联射流,填充物采用铝和特氟龙时射流成型效果较好,但铝成型更加稳定;点环起爆形成的射流动能比单独点起爆形成的前级射流动能提高67.06%,后级射流动能提高29.51%;在炸高区间为2~6 CD(装药直径)时,成型射流均可以侵彻披挂爆炸反应装甲的坦克顶甲,并保持一定的剩余头部速度,且最佳炸高为5 CD。本研究对反披挂爆炸反应装甲坦克顶甲的新结构药型罩设计具有参考意义。 展开更多

采用充填采矿法进行二步骤采场开采时,在两侧均为充填体,且充填体强度一定的条件下,采场结构的稳定性取决于采场侧帮暴露面积的大小。为确定不同充填体强度下的合理侧帮暴露面积,采用Mathews稳定图法研究二步骤开采时一步骤充填体合理... 采用充填采矿法进行二步骤采场开采时,在两侧均为充填体,且充填体强度一定的条件下,采场结构的稳定性取决于采场侧帮暴露面积的大小。为确定不同充填体强度下的合理侧帮暴露面积,采用Mathews稳定图法研究二步骤开采时一步骤充填体合理侧帮暴露面积。通过将稳定数和形状因子绘制在稳定图上,以矿山稳定至破坏崩落过程的实例占比为回归方程的概率,分别对稳定数、形状因子、强度因子、节理方向调整参数、重力调整因子系数分析,并在Q系统分级的基础上,利用若干稳定图确定形状因子,从而估算充填体侧帮暴露面积值。针对马坑铁矿不同采场对应的不同一步骤充填体强度,通过Mathews稳定图法分析得出:1.75、2.35、2.70 MPa等3个不同强度下二步骤采场开采时允许充填体侧向暴露面积分别为3600、5800、6800 m^(2),经马坑铁矿二步骤采场爆破回采,进一步验证基于Mathews稳定图法确定的一步骤充填体暴露面积的合理性。本文成果可为采用嗣后充填采矿法的矿山二步骤回采时充填体选择合理侧向暴露面积提供借鉴。 展开更多

However, there is no certain criterion to choose a parameter appropriately. In this paper, a parameter-free filled function was proposed. The definition of the original filled function and assumptions of the objective function given by Ge were improved according to the presented parameter-free filled function. Thus, a minimizer of the proposed filled function can be obtained easily by using a local optimization algorithm. The obtained minimizer is taken as the initial point to minimize the objective function and a better minimizer will be found. By repeating the above processes, we will find a global minimizer at last. The results of numerical experiments show that the new proposed filled function method is effective. 展开更多

接触面剪切带的细观变形特征是研究结构物与土体相互作用的核心问题。为探明砂土-混凝土接触面剪切带变形特征,利用大型直剪仪开展砂土-混凝土接触面直剪试验,采用灌砂变形标记法实测砂土变形,依据标记线剪应变沿竖向的变化特征对砂土... 接触面剪切带的细观变形特征是研究结构物与土体相互作用的核心问题。为探明砂土-混凝土接触面剪切带变形特征,利用大型直剪仪开展砂土-混凝土接触面直剪试验,采用灌砂变形标记法实测砂土变形,依据标记线剪应变沿竖向的变化特征对砂土变形区域进行划分。在此基础上,研究粗糙度、法向应力和密实度对砂土-混凝土接触面剪切带细观变形特征的影响规律。研究结果表明:1)砂土可分为非剪切区、过渡区和应变集中区,应变集中区仅存在剪切面之上。2)规则型接触面的上剪切带厚度均值为33D_(50),远大于下剪切带9D_(50)和“光滑”接触面剪切带厚度20.4D_(50)。3)密实度对剪切带及其过渡区厚度的影响微弱,而粗糙度对其影响显著;法向应力、密实度对应变集中区厚度影响有限,应变集中区厚度随粗糙度的增大近似线性增大;应变集中区长度随粗糙度的增大先增大后减小,随密实度的增大近似线性增大,随法向应力增大而减小。4)随剪切位移增大,上剪切带厚度不断增大而下剪切带厚度先增大后保持基本不变,应变集中区的长度增大,但剪切位移对应变集中区厚度的影响有限。5)获得归一化剪切带厚度取值h_(t)/D_(50)与D_(50)的关系,在有限元模拟规则型结构与砂土的相互作用时,建议砂土体细化网格单元的范围不小于最大剪切带厚度37D_(50)。研究成果深化了砂土-规则型接触面剪切带变形特征的认识,可为大粗糙度、带肋桩的承载变形特性的精细化有限元模拟分析提供重要参考和依据。 展开更多

To ensure the safety of mining, we build a system of preventing mine water-filling using detailed AHP (analytical hierarchy process) calculation. This system is based on the analysis of mine water-filling factors in order to define the relative importance of the factors. Analysis shows that, although extensively applied in soil mechanics, due to its angular singularity of yielding surface, the Mohr-Coulomb model is not suitable for numerical simulations in large deformation; in this case the rock-fills may be regarded as the Drucker-Prager model and the seaooze as the Prandtl-Reuss model. By comparing experimental data with numerical results, the constitutive model of the seaooze is numerically verified. It shows that, in high strain rate stage forming the blasting crater, the seaooze behaves as ideal non-compressible fluid, while in low strain rate stage during which the reck-fills flow to the blasting crater, the viscosity of the seaooze is negligible. 展开更多

急倾斜极薄矿脉是有色、黄金矿山常见的矿体形态,多采用人工假底的留矿法或削壁充填法回采,研究采动过程中围岩和人工假底的受力分布对于设计假底参数和安全开采具有重要意义。以某金矿削壁充填采场为工程背景,模拟研究了人工假底及围... 急倾斜极薄矿脉是有色、黄金矿山常见的矿体形态,多采用人工假底的留矿法或削壁充填法回采,研究采动过程中围岩和人工假底的受力分布对于设计假底参数和安全开采具有重要意义。以某金矿削壁充填采场为工程背景,模拟研究了人工假底及围岩采动过程中应力变化规律。上、下盘围岩采动后最大主应力和最小主应力减小,回采区域顶板应力集中。假底中心处垂直压力最小,越靠近上、下盘边壁垂直压力增加,随着采高增加,假底各部位的垂直压力增加,最后呈收敛趋势。人工假底主要是剪应力破坏,假底破坏主要是上、下盘高水平应力未作用在同一轴线而产生的剪应力造成的。根据散体侧压力和采动应力变化规律,提出在采场内每隔10m利用混凝土铺底,增加人工假底中混凝土强度及垂直方向的配筋,提高假底抗剪强度,从而提高深部采场回采的安全性和人工假底的稳固性。 展开更多

为提升复杂结构舰船管系的设计灵活性,研究3D打印技术在舰船管系三维建模设计中的应用。利用CAD软件建立舰船管系的二维模型,依据舰船管系三角面片的交线段,确定舰船管系的点、线、面关系,将其转换为舰船管系三维模型。将舰船管系三维模... 为提升复杂结构舰船管系的设计灵活性,研究3D打印技术在舰船管系三维建模设计中的应用。利用CAD软件建立舰船管系的二维模型,依据舰船管系三角面片的交线段,确定舰船管系的点、线、面关系,将其转换为舰船管系三维模型。将舰船管系三维模型,导入切片软件中,利用切片引擎运行3D打印切片引擎增强处理算法,切片处理舰船管系三维模型,输出舰船管系三维模型的Gcode代码文件。将Gcode代码导入3D打印机,采用Z字填充法填充舰船管系3D打印材料,实现舰船管系模型的3D打印。实验结果表明,该方法可以精准打印舰船管系三维模型,打印结果的尺寸偏差小,提升了舰船管系设计的灵活性。 展开更多
