Discussion on the Problems Faced by Film and Television Education and the Development Trends in the New Media Environment

With the development of the economy,film and television education has gradually received more and more attention.With the rapid development of new media technologies,there are still some problems in film and television education in the new media environment.This paper mainly analyzes the problems faced by film and television education in the new media environment,and the development direction of film and television education in the new media era,and explores the forms of film and television education and film industry integration.

The Current Situation, Problems, and Suggestions of Film and Television Education in Primary and Middle Schools

This study investigates the current situation of the film and television education in primary and secondary schools in China. The purpose is to find out the problems existing in the current film and television education in primary and secondary schools, and give improvement measures. A questionnaire was designed in this study and teachers in 89 primary and secondary schools in Liaocheng City, Shandong Province filled in the questionnaires. A total of 355 valid questionnaires were collected. This study analyzed the survey data, and drawn a series of conclusions about the current situation of film and television education in primary and secondary schools on the basis of data analysis. Based on the results of the survey, some suggestions are given to provide reference for the development of film and television education in primary and secondary schools.

On the Challenge to Traditional Film and Television Cultural ＆ Creative Industry from the Fourth Media

The emergence and development of the "fourth media" will become the focal competition power in the subsequent development of the film and television cultural & creative industry.This paper,on the one hand,will illustrate the characteristics of the "fourth media" in the terms of history;on the other hand,it will emphasize that the economic benefits of the traditional media have been replaced by social contact media.The advantages of the "fourth media" are obvious and it will keep developing.We hope that the "fourth media" market in China could improve constantly with strategic vision and integrate into the world market.

On international distribution strategy of Chinese film & television works

Nowadays,with the rapid development of economy and technology,Chinese film&television industry has made great advancement,owning a prosperous domestic market and gaining a lot of profits.However,the overseas market of Chinese film&television works is still lagging behind.As the economic globalization has fastened the free trade in the world,its international distribution is important for it could represent Chinese cultural values and help to spread Chinese"soft power".Therefore,some strategies would be proposed in the essay,in order to solve the existing problems in the international distribution of Chinese film&television works,such as box-office deficits,cultural discounts and trade barriers,etc.

A modular flat-screen liquid crystal television display is described. The picture elements of the modules may be emissive, reflective or transmissive. The flat-screen liquid crystal television also comprised of an electrical control circuit capable of categorizing incoming television picture signals corresponding to the modules in the array and directing the electrical signals to the drive circuits of each module according to the portion of the television picture to be reproduced by the picture elements of that module. The picture elements are preferably formed in a light modulating film composed of a liquid crystal dispersion in a polymeric binder. A color display was also produced by placing a patterned red-green-blue filter adjacent the active matrix so that each picture element could also be coordinated with the color components of a color video signal.

2023年中国影视剧研究现状与前沿议题

本文对2023年中国影视剧研究主要学术议题进行了分析、综述。相关议题既有影视剧基础理论研究,包括影视剧本体、美学、文化等;也有影视剧创作与传播研究,包括叙事风格、类型结构、人物塑造、地域形象、对外传播等;还有影视剧产业与运营以及影视剧与新媒体等研究。不过,相关研究在研究方法、理论与视野方面尚存在一定局限性,需要进一步创新。

文化记忆是一个民族凝聚群体、实现文化认同的重要内核,其中族群仪式作为一种具体的文化行为深嵌于特定的社会情景场域,对集体记忆和文化记忆的构筑起到关键作用,一直是人类学研究的重要议题。民族志动画通过一套特别的视觉媒介符号体系进行知识生产与意义呈现,在表达回忆、经历等抽象经验方面可跨越“在场”时空屏障,为新时代的影视人类学提供新的范式实验和新的模态可能。基于湘西苗族仙娘仪式影像实践,通过与文化持有者开展互为主体性合作和反身性对话,可生成饱含原住民真切情感的民族志动画影像文本,在影像志的“抒写”中实现仪式记忆的“再现”与族群文化记忆的表达。

多模态语境重构与中国影视文化的传播——以影片《我和我的祖国》字幕翻译为例

数字媒体技术的发展使得影视文化已逐步成为具有重大影响力的传播方式。鉴于此,本研究以影片《我和我的祖国》为例,在量化分析软件ELAN的技术支持下,通过整合语境重构理论与三维语境分析模式,分析并总结了字幕翻译在影视文化传播中的多模态语境重构过程与原则。研究表明:多模态语境重构涉及各个模态之间的交互融合与意义构建,具体表现为要素添加、要素删减、要素替代和要素转换;此外,在多模态语境重构过程中,译者须遵循灵活筛选、准确输出、动态对等、有效传递和即时反馈的原则,以进一步提高字幕翻译质量并促进影视文化的传播。本文旨在探索多模态语境重构在字幕翻译中的运用,以期为推动影视文化传播的应用研究领域提供可借鉴路径。

影视表演者权利通过合同行使和实现由来已久,合同保护有其独特价值。互联网环境下影视表演者权利合同行使存在双方地位实质性不平等、演艺经纪合同纠纷多、集体合同无法有效发挥作用等问题。结合中国集体合同主体缺陷,借鉴英美法系影视表演者集体合同先进经验,在《视听表演北京条约》和新《著作权法》生效的背景下,建议积极筹建影视表演者的行业性工会组织,对相关演艺合同进行细致立法,在未来《著作权法实施条例》修订时,进一步区分电影电视剧作品和其他视听作品,为不同作品中影视表演者和制片者的不同合同约定提供可预期的前提。
