Discussion on the Classroom Teaching Management of the Art and Design Major in Higher Vocational Colleges

As a teaching aid, the classroom management model of art and design major courses undoubtedly should follow the rules of art education. Compared with colleges and universities, the teachers in higher vocational colleges often need to educate many students of poor foundation and bad habits, so the management model should be explored more deeply and specifically. Through the depth analysis of the teaching environment, objects, and objectives, a relatively solid, perfect management system including discipline management and system control, mental management and standard attitudes, process management, incentive and interaction, evaluation management, and ability goal is proposed, for the purpose of providing a powerful guarantee for the classroom teaching effect of the an and design major in higher vocational colleges by using reasonable classroom management methods and means. As a result, a solid foundation is laid for the an and design students to become the professionals of the sustainable development.

Cooperative secondary and higher vocational education has been gradually launched in China,however,the curriculum system for the transition between both has not been fully established in many professional fields,such as art and design major,and has been confined by many disadvantages and perception problems.Taking the students of art design and production major co-cultivated by Nanjing Vocational College of Industry and Technology,Nanjing Xuanwu Secondary School,Jiangsu Dingyi International Cultural Creative Industry Co.,Ltd.,this paper explored the contents and methods of constructing curriculum system in sectionalized secondary and higher vocational education,in order to provide references for the art and design curriculum transition between secondary and higher vocational education,and to further promote the transition between secondary and higher vocational education.

Analysis on the Development Trend of the Art Education in Higher Vocational Colleges

Higher vocational colleges are an important part of higher educational institutions, and train a large number of high-quality skilled personnel each year and solve the personnel demand problems of enterprises and other employing units. In recent years, art is not ordy a popular program in higher vocational colleges, but also an academic specialty difficult to control in higher vocational education. Higher vocational education is an important component of higher education in China. How to explore teaching characteristics and advantages of higher vocational education, and distinguish and complement teaching direction of traditional "academic" university is an urgent task of higher vocational college. Studio teaching construction has been accepted by more and more higher vocational colleges. However, there is not relatively mature running mode and teaching experience for the new thing. School of Arts and Design, Nanjing Vocational Institute of Industry Technology actively carries out the exploration and construction of "art workshop" teaching mode in recent years, which obtains better echo and recognition of society, teachers and students. It plays a leading role in research and exploration of studio teaching mode in higher vocational college, and could be taken as a typical case for analysis and summary.

针对现阶段高职院校物联网专业实施“岗课赛证”融通教学过程中存在职业岗位普适性较低、课程项目化程度不高、技能大赛融合不紧密、职业证书缺乏选择性等问题,分析岗课赛证四要素融通的基本逻辑,提出以课程为核心,以岗位为依据,以竞赛为载体,以证书为评价标准的教学改革思路。以物联网系统设计课程中的模块1为例,在教学设计、教学实施、教学效果三个方面,开展“岗课赛证”融通的教学改革实践。
