Based on output-oriented education,the OBE(Outcome-Based Education)concept integrates local red culture into the ideological and political course of environmental disciplines,and is an important part of training applied talents of environmental disciplines in the new era.This educational model makes an innovation on the traditional educational and teaching concepts and centers on students.This paper analyzes the value of integrating local red culture into the ideological and political course under the OBE concept,and puts forward an effective implementation path.

Promoting Discipline Construction of Marxist Theory with Construction of Discipline Culture

Discipline culture is the commander and soul of discipline construction. Marxist Theory discipline shouldering the responsibility of socialist ideological and cultural construction as well as the ideological and political education has made great progress due to the attention of relevant departments,but there is still lack of discipline consciousness and problem consciousness.In this paper,the author puts forward the ways to strengthen the construction of discipline culture, and then promote the discipline construction of Marxist Theory.

Discussion about contemporary Chinese cultural criticism and mass culture

Contemporary Chinese cultural criticism is facing traditional three factors. That are： literary criticism, belletristic criticism and Chinese-style criticism; contemporary transformation from western cultural criticism and consciousness of problems in contemporary Chinese culture together form a problem domain of cultural criticism; during the 30 years, literary discipline knowledge has evolved from the aesthetic to the culture and the weakening and missing of beauty and poetry become a weakness of cultural criticism. Concerning about the study of repression mechanism for appreciation as well as strengthening the aesthetic nature is the proper attitude literary researcher should have while intervening cultural criticism.

中国高校文物保护本科专业发展历程与课程体系建设——以西北大学文物保护专业为例

为了解我国文物保护本科专业高等教育人才培养与课程体系建设的现状及存在问题,本文通过对我国文物保护专业发展历程的梳理,以及现阶段各高校文物保护相关专业课程体系的分析,将课程体系分为科学型和美术型两种类别,每个类别下又包含5个模块,厘清了文物保护课程开设的现状及发展最新趋势;基于文物保护课程体系建设提出了我国当前文物保护专业教育的多学科课程教学需求、师资力量相对薄弱、教材缺乏、实验条件有限等教学问题,并以西北大学为例介绍了该校近年来文物保护专业教育的改革举措,以期为我国文物保护专业教育的未来发展提供借鉴。

世界中国学视野下中原学的演进与传播

中原研究作为以河南为中心的特定区域为研究对象的学问,经历了传教士记录研究、专题研究和区域研究三个阶段。在世界中国学视野下,以继承和弘扬中原优秀传统文化、建设中华民族现代文明为指向的中原学,要成为一门面向世界、对接世界文明的学科,亟待在学科化、规范化方面取得更长足的进步,进一步提升其国际影响力。中原学要实现中原文化的创造性转化和创新性发展,就必须深刻理解中华文明的深厚底蕴与世界文明发展的关系,将中原学的深化研究和发展传播建立在中国式现代化的基础上,不断强化中原学“引进来”和“走出去”的能力,提升其世界性、中国性、实践性和包容性,成为真正的中国之学和世界之学。

意大利中央修复院高等教育学院专业体系建设

历经80余年发展,意大利形成了文物专业机构的高级教育学院、美术学院、综合类大学三种文物保护修复人才培养模式,培养文物/艺术品修复师、(不可移动)文化遗产保护工程师以及文物保护科学家。其中以意大利中央修复院(ICR)为主导的文物保护修复教育体系最具特色与国际影响力,是意大利文化部主导的文物保护研究和高等教育人才培养的经典范式,形成了以文物行业发展需要为主导,职业人才需求为牵引,实践与教学深度融合、学科专业高度交叉、遗产保护与教育法律全方位护航的学科专业体系。本文简要溯源了意大利文物保护行业发展史及意大利中央修复院高等教育学院的发展,重点剖析了高等教育学院文物保护与修复专业体系、本硕连读模式与核心课程体系,以及产教融合、职业资格等方面的情况,为中国文物保护与修复学科专业建设提出发展建议。

中国文物保护学科专业建设现状研究

随着文物保护事业的蓬勃发展、科技创新能力的不断提升,文物保护学科专业建设面临着新的迫切需求。为厘清文物保护学科理论体系、人才培养体系,本文通过问卷调查、访谈、专家咨询等形式,调研分析了高校文物保护学科专业设置、文物行业人才需求情况。研究发现,文博行业对高层次文物保护人才的需求量大、要求较高,但目前高校的文物保护学科专业设置、人才培养目标与标准、师资力量、产学研合作规模等方面与行业实践需求存在偏差,培养渠道不畅、毕业生就业存在一定难度。在此基础上,在文物保护学科内涵、培养目标、产教融合和科研资助机制等方面提出建议,探索研究生阶段教育教学路径,为文物保护学科建设改革提供参考。

韩国文化遗产保护学科专业现状分析

基于文化遗产理念从“包含过去历史痕迹的物体”到“丰富人类生活的历史资源”的认知演变,如何做好文化遗产保护传承成为时代焦点问题。本文简要梳理了韩国文化遗产保护与管理机构概况,以及文化遗产保护体系的发展历程;从文化遗产领域行业需求和高等教育供给角度,分享韩国文化遗产学科专业领域发展过程和经验做法,重点剖析了国立公州大学、韩国国立文化遗产大学等文化遗产领域代表性高校在专业设置、核心课程、人才培养等方面内容。通过上述研究,重新认识文化遗产在韩国社会中的重要性,并讨论了文化遗产保护和管理的未来方向。

美国文物保护高等教育:发展、借鉴与反思

在不到百年内,美国的文物保护高等教育与行业协同发展,形成了以职业需求为牵引、专业方向细分、学科高度交叉融合的教育体系,对中国文物保护人才培养有着重要的借鉴意义。本文首先溯源了美国文物保护行业人才培养的发展历史;随后,详细阐述了美国高校文物保护项目的设置情况以及文物修复师、建筑遗产保护工程师和文物保护科学家三类人才的培养体系,并归纳了推动美国文物保护行业与高等教育体系发展的4个关键因素:学术科研平台与期刊交流、科学基金与财政支持、私人募捐、政府决策与社会参与;最终,提出了中国文物保护教育可借鉴的4个方面:清晰定位、学科支持、注重当代、国际共赢。

日本的文化财保护在亚洲地区起步较早,形成了独具特色的文化财保存学行业和教育体系,并在以西方为中心的遗产保护体系下不断为强化文化和遗产的多样性发声。本文在简要梳理日本文化财保护的发展历程后,将研究重点聚焦在日本高等教育体系中文化财保存学的学科设置、课程体系和学研结合等现状;以及日本文化财保存行业发展中科研机构、学术组织与学术期刊,科研项目与经费,文化财相关资格认定等对相应学科高等教育的影响;广泛的社会和学术认同,以及国际合作交流等对文化财保存学的发展必不可少。日本文化财保存行业和学科建设的梳理可为中国的文化遗产保护学科建设提供参考。

全面从严治党背景下公立医院廉洁文化建设实践研究

在全面从严治党背景下,为积极响应中共中央办公厅《关于加强新时代廉洁文化建设的意见》,上海市松江区某医院通过“廉洁文化建设大调研”全面掌握了职工对医疗卫生系统廉洁文化建设的认知情况、对本院廉洁文化建设现状的评价情况以及对建设廉洁医院文化的意见建议等。根据调研结果,探索建立具有公立医院特色的“1+1+N”廉洁医院文化体系,即1个“正风肃纪320”廉洁精神品牌、1个“四面八方话清廉”廉洁阵地、N项管党治党专项行动,进一步凝聚了思想共识、健全了工作机制,并取得了初步成效,在此基础上强调充分认清建设廉洁医院文化的必要性和紧迫性,以期为公立医疗机构开展廉洁文化建设提供参考。

艺术学理论的新探讨与新认识

当前,在中国哲学社会科学自主知识体系建设的进程中,艺术学学科以其跨界特性与交叉融合而受到广泛关注,呈现出包容开放与互联共建的格局,推动了丰富的学术实践与学理探讨,为中国艺术学的学术、学科、话语“三大体系”的发展奠定了坚实的基础。从实践立场来看,“三大体系”重在立足传统、坚持本位,从历史文化基因中确定行动方向,以知行合一引领创新知识体系的发展,推动现代化视野中的学术范式的生成。本次采访从“艺术学理论如何实现自身‘三大体系’建构”这一问题出发,关注中国艺术学“三大体系”的现状与趋向、架构和方法、边界与跨界等内容,对艺术学理论进行新时代、新技术、全球化视野下的新探讨与新认识,并从中国艺术史中的经典理论汲取营养,积极联动中国本土的现实问题,推动方法出新与结构转型,以此凝练中国式的话语主张。

中华文化国际传播的突破口与牵引绳:国际艺术传播学的专业定位及学科建设路径

国际艺术传播学是艺术学和国际传播学交融生成的新兴学科,聚焦国际传播领域中与艺术相关的创作、展演和交流等社会实践活动,以及面向这类实践活动的学术研究和人才培养。艺术因具有鲜明的形象性、直观性特点,而能够较好地突破语言和文化障碍,显著增强中华文化的传播力、影响力,有效提升我国的文化软实力和国际话语权。基于国际艺术传播的全球传播、全民传播和全媒介传播等特征,国际艺术传播学需要从学理逻辑、知识体系和专业技能三个维度开展学科建设。

How to establish a first-class international scientific journal in China?

Hundreds of scientific journals are published in China. However, only scores of them are included in Science Citation Index by the Institute for Scientific Information, with impact factors of only 1 or less. Thus, how to establish a first-class international scientific journal in China is an important but difficult topic that deserves extensive exploration. World Journal of Gastroenterology (WJG) sets a good example although it has experienced setbacks on the road towards success. Concepts and pursuits that affirm the overall development direction, innovation and dreams that provide impetus and aspiration for higher objectives, team work and unique pattern that assure excellent quality and service, and culture and environment that also determine the speed and direction of the development, are believed to be the major factors contributing to the success of WJG. It is recommended that the effective resolution to the above issue is to learn from Chinese examples such as WJG rather than from “how foreign journals do”.

公共文化学科构建的理论支撑与发展思考

我国公共文化事业进入高质量发展的历史新时期,学科建设是推进公共文化理论创新和实践创新的重要抓手。本研究首先从时代背景、学术环境和现实需求出发,阐述构建公共文化学科的政治意义、理论意义和实践意义;其次提出公共文化学科的理论支撑有公共文化传播理论、公共文化梯度理论、公共文化空间理论、公共文化数智理论;最后,指出公共文化学科应以图书馆学、文化学为基础,要加强应用理论研究,将学科建设融入人才培养体系,以期为中国特色公共文化学科建设提供构想、描绘愿景。

重审中国非物质文化遗产研究20年

自2003年非物质文化遗产的概念引介到国内以来,我国的非遗研究迅速跟进,经历了从非遗概念研究到辩证关系思考,从“物观”主导到“人观”引导,从基本理论到非遗实践,从研究之“学”到学科之“学”的研究进程。对国家战略和人民需求的关注及对海外研究成果和实践经验的在地化活化运用是研究取得不俗成绩的关键。研究的局限性主要表现为重复研究的频繁、研究视野的不开阔和研究指导性的不足。鉴于此,未来的非遗研究应秉持立足当下、面向未来的研究取向,以推动非遗学科的建设发展,助力中华传统文化的创造性转化和创新性发展。

教育强国建设中县中文化生态重塑的理论意蕴与实践逻辑

基础教育是教育强国建设的基点。作为县域基础教育龙头的县中,其振兴对于推进教育强国建设具有重要的战略意义。“县中塌陷”背后的核心问题在于其教育文化生态的失衡,县中振兴的关键环节是其文化生态的重构。文化生态学有助于为教育强国建设中县中文化生态重构提供统筹全局的新视角。县中文化生态重构应基于文化生态系统的有机整体性,重构高质均衡的县中文化外生态;基于文化生态系统的多样平衡性,重构多样多元的县中文化中生态;基于文化生态系统的互动开放性,重构主体创新的县中文化内生态。
