Construction of University Librarian Team in the Context of Double First-Class Initiative

Data services,knowledge services,and information services are the core service elements of university libraries in the context of the Double First-Class Initiative.Combined with the current situation of insufficient overall service capacity of libraries,this paper proposed strategies and implementation paths for optimizing the service system from three aspects:the construction of the professional qualification system for librarians,the establishment of post institutions,and the construction of library culture.Long-term path:putting library human resource management into the legal track,taking the lead in local legislation,and promoting the construction of library legislation and professional qualification certification system;optimizing the personnel system,implementing hierarchical management and classified assessment for professional librarians and auxiliary librarians.Short-term path:intensive post allocation,namely,assigning the core strength in the core post,and tackling the temporary major work combining multiple forces in the form of a"working group";building an open knowledge service ecosystem,accelerate the cross-border integration of libraries and other organizations,and striving to build the core competitiveness of libraries.

Research on the cultural transmission of college students under the background of the ＂double first-class＂university construction

Throughout the world＇s first-class universities, the university culture is the soul of the universities＇ survival and development, and the cultural competitiveness has become an important symbol of the core competitiveness of the universities. The first-class university culture is very important to the construction of the ＂double first-class＂. Therefore, our country should bring the university cultural construction into the big pattern of the ＂double first-class＂ construction, guide the construction of the university cultures with the socialist core values, strengthen the cultural confidence, inherit the Chinese excellent traditional cultures, pay attention to the rational exchange of the multicultural cultures, highlight the Chinese characteristics of the first-class university cultures, and realize the dream of the Chinese nation of a power of the higher education.

Enlightenment of Intelligent Construction in the Construction of First-Class University Campus

In September 2017,the Ministry of Education,Ministry of Finance,and the National Development and Reform Commission jointly announced the first batch of“double first-class”construction universities,aiming to improve China’s education level and strengthen the country’s core competitiveness.In addition to first-class teaching and first-class scientific research,first-class universities should also have first-class campuses.The campus of a first-class university should have a complete range of infrastructure,scale,and function to meet the requirements of school-running and scientific research;it should also advocate sustainable development,which includes the concept of energy-saving,smart,and green.The traditional production methods and management models of the construction industry are far from being able to meet the needs of the construction and development of first-class campuses.Digital,intelligent,and informatized construction models are the only way for current campus construction.

Research on Striving for Double First-Class Universities

The construction of“double first-class”universities is the strategic goal of the development of Chinese universities in the new period.On the basis of fully researching the domestic“double first-class”talent training model,this paper builds a new type of talent training model with Chinese characteristics suitable for the“double first-class”development requirements through reference,digestion,comparison and integration,hoping to further improve universities Quality of teaching.

Study on the Present Situation and Optimization Path of Gamification Design in Chinese University Libraries

In this paper,137“First-class universities”and“First-class discipline”construction universities in China are selected as the objects of investigation to analyzes the present situation and characteristics of the game design of University Library in China.Taking the university library in other countries as the reference object,this paper compares the differences of the game design of University Library in China and other countries,sums up the deficiency of the gamification service practice in Chinese university libraries.At last,this paper proposes an optimization path of the gamification design of Chinese University Library from six aspects of game type,game service object,game interactive mode,game application,game development and game playability.

Numerical and theoretical study of large-scale failure of strata overlying sublevel caving mines with steeply dipping discontinuities

The deformation and fracture evolution mechanisms of the strata overlying mines mined using sublevel caving were studied via numerical simulations.Moreover,an expression for the normal force acting on the side face of a steeply dipping superimposed cantilever beam in the surrounding rock was deduced based on limit equilibrium theory.The results show the following:(1)surface displacement above metal mines with steeply dipping discontinuities shows significant step characteristics,and(2)the behavior of the strata as they fail exhibits superimposition characteristics.Generally,failure first occurs in certain superimposed strata slightly far from the goaf.Subsequently,with the constant downward excavation of the orebody,the superimposed strata become damaged both upwards away from and downwards toward the goaf.This process continues until the deep part of the steeply dipping superimposed strata forms a large-scale deep fracture plane that connects with the goaf.The deep fracture plane generally makes an angle of 12°-20°with the normal to the steeply dipping discontinuities.The effect of the constant outward transfer of strata movement due to the constant outward failure of the superimposed strata in the metal mines with steeply dipping discontinuities causes the scope of the strata movement in these mines to be larger than expected.The strata in the metal mines with steeply dipping discontinuities mainly show flexural toppling failure.However,the steeply dipping structural strata near the goaf mainly exhibit shear slipping failure,in which case the mechanical model used to describe them can be simplified by treating them as steeply dipping superimposed cantilever beams.By taking the steeply dipping superimposed cantilever beam that first experiences failure as the key stratum,the failure scope of the strata(and criteria for the stability of metal mines with steeply dipping discontinuities mined using sublevel caving)can be obtained via iterative computations from the key stratum,moving downward toward and upwards away from the goaf.

Data Mining Ontology Development for High User Usability

This paper mainly introduces the development and implementation of the user centered data mining service ontology on Universal Knowledge Grid （UKG）. UKG is an ontology-based grid architecture model to build large-scale distributed knowledge discovery system on the grid. The data mining ontology services are the main service offering by UKG. It can meet the user requirements of knowledge discovery in different domains and different hierarchies and make the system exoteric, extensible and high usable. A data min- ing solution for money laundering is introduced.

矿业类高校毕业生就业困境与对策研究

河南理工大学(北校区)校园空间形态变迁及历史建筑解析

河南理工大学①创办于1909年,其前身焦作路矿学堂是英商福公司出资创办的一所私立大学。本文通过梳理学校各个时期的校报、校志以及河南理工大学史,结合实地调研、测绘,从空间形态变迁、历史建筑两个方面得出:中华人民共和国成立之前,校园规划形成教学行政区与学生住宿区分隔,且教学区为美国典型的“Mall”式三合院形态;中华人民共和国成立至改革开放期间,学校重在通过合并院校增加校园面积;改革开放后,校园建设速度加快,形成了新的以工程馆(今校史馆)为中心的东西轴线和以一号教学楼为中心的南北轴线,校园呈现出以教学行政区居中,学生宿舍区和教学区环绕行政区的规划布局形式。校园历史建筑工程馆、理化实验室和科学馆立面比例均衡,突出轴线对称,门窗采用半圆券洞,具有鲜明的西方古典主义建筑元素。

基于多属性综合评价的院校竞赛评估模型

我国普通高校大学生竞赛正处于蓬勃发展期,赛事的举办和参与都呈现出积极向上的态势。大学生学科竞赛能够反映参赛院校的学科发展水平和教学水平,而基于竞赛数据对院校水平进行分析和比较也能够在一定程度上促进院校对竞赛的重视和参与度。在之前的研究和实际应用中,学校的竞赛水平评估大多局限在奖项得分的堆叠上。这种基于“唯奖项”论的模型因为忽略了院校自身发展水平等因素而存在片面性。在这项工作中,参赛院校的竞赛水平可以用参赛积极性、参赛优异度和获奖稳定性3个指标刻画并构建评估模型;通过最大化院校间得分差异确定指标的最优权重,从而获取院校的参赛得分并进行比较和分析。此外,根据学科竞赛的特点,院校在竞赛的不同赛道上的不同表现可以作为更加细化的特征。通过t-SNE降维、可视化与聚类分析,参赛高校被划分成4种类型。对于不同类型的高校,文中分别提供了提高比赛表现的针对性建议。江苏省大学生计算机设计大赛举办至今的数据被用于验证模型的合理性。

校史档案挖掘与大学生思政教育的协同路径研究

高校肩负着培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人的重要使命。校史档案作为学校宝贵的精神财富,蕴含着丰富的思想政治教育资源。分析校史档案在反映学校红色基因、展现学校发展历程、承载学校文化传统等方面的思政教育功能与优势。在此基础上,提出校史档案挖掘与大学生思政教育协同的具体路径:一是充分挖掘校史档案中的思政元素,融入专业课程教学设计;二是利用校史档案开展主题教育与社会实践;三是加强校档案部门与学工部门的协同育人。旨在通过将校史档案与思政教育深度融合,教育引导学生坚定理想信念,厚植爱国情怀,成长为德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人。

基于数据挖掘技术的高校教学管理信息化探索

数据挖掘技术有较强的信息处置能力,即便面对海量数据,仍可在较短时间内完成数据整理分析,数据采集迅捷,在数据分析方面精准度较高,可判断数据信息发生轨迹,成为数据信息内容把控的重要手段。在教育深化改革的背景下,高校重视教学信息化管理工作,引入教学信息化管理系统后,选择分类式方法进行教学管理。基于高校对教学工作的定位,利用教学信息化管理系统整理活动数据,配合数据挖掘技术进行课程设置、学生成绩分析、特征判断和高校领导决策信息提供等工作,为高校教学管理工作赋能,可使教学管理高质量运行。

基于T-LDA2vec的高校图书馆信息素质教育主题挖掘与演化分析

为了深入研究高校图书馆信息素质教育领域的发展趋势和演化过程,收集了1998—2023年的1 606篇相关文献,经过数据清洗和预处理后,构建T-LDA2vec混合模型,用于主题建模和文本分析。在时间趋势上,揭示高校图书馆信息素质教育领域存在学术繁荣期和学术调整期两个关键时期。在学术繁荣期相关文献数量迅速增长,而学术调整期文献数量急剧下降,反映该领域正在经历学术调整。继而,运用T-LDA2vec模型进行主题挖掘,确定每个时期的最佳主题数量,并将主题划分为高校教育评估、师资培养、情报管理、网络化图书馆服务、高校图书馆素质教育服务、心理素质与教育表现、地方信息化与课程发展、数字化图书馆员培养八大类别。结果表明,计算不同时间段内各主题的强度,并通过交互式条形图描述热点主题。研究发现,一些主题在不同时期内保持较高的强度,表明它们在相关文献中具有重要影响力。师资培养、教学改革及高校图书馆资源创新与服务质量等主题在不同时期内维持了较高的强度。通过主题演化分析,揭示了不同时期内主题之间的关联和演化过程,指出高校图书馆信息素质教育研究的关注焦点逐渐从基础服务向资源创新、知识管理和在线教育等领域演化。该研究有助于更全面地理解该领域的研究动态,为未来的研究方向和政策制定提供有益的参考,同时也为文本分析方法的应用提供了有益的方法论示范。

基于图书馆大数据的大学生成绩预测模型研究

基于高校图书馆大数据的大学生成绩预测对于推动高校图书馆的服务创新和高等教育数字化转型具有重要意义。文章针对鲜有图书馆利用数据用于大学生成绩预测模型构建的现状,结合高校教务处学业数据和图书馆利用数据,基于机器学习方法构建了大学生成绩预测模型。实验结果表明,对逻辑思维要求较高的科目对学生成绩有显著的正相关性;图书馆利用数据(如图书借阅、入馆次数等)与平均学分绩点(Grade Point Average,GPA)呈现明显的正相关关系。该研究旨在为高校图书馆精准化服务提供有力支持,并为高等教育数字化转型提供有益参考。

井陉矿区红色文化在地方高校中的传承实践探索

面对高校校友管理的多种属性资源信息,建构多层高校校友资源管理的信息化系统,设置涵盖数据字段名、字段类型、字段说明、备注等的数据库表,进行校友注册和访问、校友账号和密码恢复、校友属性信息、校友会活动、校友信息分类和存储等系统化管理,为广大校友组织信息管理服务、校友活动提供支持。
