Concept Planning of Ecological Landscapes on Urban Fringes——A Case Study of Landscape Concept Planning of Shiling Area in the Eastern New District of Chengdu City, Sichuan Province of China

With Shiling Area of Eastern New District in Chengdu City as a background, concept design scheme was put forward from the perspective of ecological landscape through analyzing present development and ecological landscapes of the study area, applying philosophic thinking and Abstract concepts, and also combining with actual conditions of Chengdu, and meanwhile, concepts, orientation and functional structure of the eco-landscape concept planning were proposed. Key points of the planning were elaborated from 4 perspectives of spatial structure, traffic organization, spatial sequence and plant configuration to discuss spatial configuration of ecological landscapes on the fringes of Chengdu City, then further improve functions of ecological landscapes and quality of ecological environment, and put the concept planning into the construction practice of urban fringes.

Design and Study on Management Tools of Land Data Center for Integration of Urban and Rural Areas

The rapid development of urbanization requires land management business should change the former single systematic pattern, and advance to integration of functions and data sharing. In order to meets the requirement, this paper presents a new thinking for land management pattern, and management tools of data center for integration of urban and rural areas. The tools were based on MapGIS, which have made the management of multi-subjects, multi-areas, multi-sources and multi-measurement data possible. The techniques of this system are designed accord with national related standard. Experimental result shows that the tools have obvious technical advantage in land resource business integration management.

Status Quo of Maker Spaces in Main Urban Area of Chengdu

This paper, based on the literature review and field investigation, studied the status quo of maker spaces in main urban district of Chengdu at a time when the development of the maker spaces has received strong support from national and local governments. In addition to introducing the related concepts and policy support of the maker space, it summarized its distribution characteristics, audience characteristics, and status quo as well as problems and presented the direction for the development of the maker space in main urban area of Chengdu grounded on a survey of the status quo of national maker spaces in main urban area of Chengdu.

The Three Kingdoms Culture and the City of Chengdu

The Three Kingdoms Culture is regarded as the most influential part in the colorful traditional cultures of Chengdu. In this paper, the relationship between the Three Kingdoms Culture and the City of Chengdu is discussed in three respects based on the definition of Three Kingdoms:(1) Chengdu is the core of the original culture of the Three Kingdoms;(2) it is the center for inheritance of the Culture;(3) it is the research center of the Culture. The research of the Three Kingdoms Culture is a topic worth considering in the process of Chengdu's growing into an International metropolis.

Differentiation and restructuring-new space for development of urban center area:a case study of Shizhong District of Ji'nan City

Taking the development tendency of current world industrial development as the background, this paper restructures the internal space of urban center area by illustrating reasons for internal space differentiation of urban center area, that is to say, according to the tertiary industry interior's high-end of value chain after convergence among the primary, the secondary and the tertiary industries, the space structure of urban center area will form the space development mode with characteristic modern service industry cluster districts through vertical segmentation, horizontal derivatization and block aggregation and realize perfect space renewal of urban center area in the end.

New Strategy and Kinetic Energy Regeneration for the Developmen of China’s Urban Agglomeration

The rapid development of modern urban agglomerations has reshaped the territory of China’s economic geography and reconstructed the spatial forms of Chinese cities and regions.Since the reform and opening-up,China’s urban agglomerations have experienced three stages,i.e.spontaneous cultivation,rapid growth,and the super leading role of planning.The gian development area composed of super urban agglomerations is becoming an emerging geographic unit that improves the urban development quality promotes regional integration processes and participates in global industria competition and innovative resource allocations in China.While encountering challenges such as insufficient innovation kinetic energy and implementation difficulties of cross-regional coordination mechanisms,it has also ushered in new opportunities brought about by the shift of the global urban network system focus,the accelerated formation of high-speed rail urban belts,the rise of innovative geographic unit communities,etc.As entering the new era,centering on the high-quality development requirements of urbanization and urban agglomerations,China should establish a new mechanism for more effective coordinated regional development,build an urban pattern of coordinated development of large,medium and small cities and towns with urban agglomerations as the main body,comprehensively enhance the competitiveness of urban agglomerations and regions,and take a steady and innovation-driven road to modernization.

Study on Rural Ecotourism Development in Yingshan Area of Chengyu Urban Agglomeration

Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration covers a large number of rural areas.These areas have unique topographic conditions,diverse landscape types,and beautiful natural environment,but the economic conditions are underdeveloped;the ecological environment is fragile and the tourism carrying capacity is low.At the same time,they are facing the problems of lack of tourism facilities and low management level of scenic spots.Taking Yingshan area as an example,this paper evaluates the rural tourism development conditions from the aspects of location conditions,complementarity of tourism resources,highlights of tourism resources,tourist source conditions,and ecological environment,and makes a detailed plan for the functional zoning and tourism products of rural tourism development.The research shows that in order to realize the sustainable development of rural tourism resources,Chengdu Chongqing urban agglomeration should take the global tourism concept as the scientific guidance,ecological protection as the premise,agricultural resources as the basis,and culture as the soul,carry out rational,orderly,and scientific rural ecotourism development,and create high-quality rural ecotourism products.

Improvements of City Logistics Methods in Thriasio Area, Greece

Urban freight transport is a very important part of the logistics chain. Creating the right conditions for the economic and commercial development of urban transport is extremely important. The purpose of this paper is to explore the concept of city logistics while presenting the situation in Greece, a country lagging in the implementation of good practices, and some suggestions for improving the existing reality of urban transport. In order to achieve the objectives of the present work, a review of the relevant literature and primary research, was conducted through personal interviews for the implementation of urban freight transport. The results, according to the literature, have shown that designing the right way and organizing an appropriate route for the product increases the quantities produced that are shipped for sale, either directly from the producers, through traders, suppliers, or logistics companies, which simply carry the products. Wrong design, on the other hand, leads to a complex system with significant losses, both in cost and quality. Also, according to primary research, businesses now active in the Thriasio area report the importance and positive impact they have had on the wider local community, as well as that urban shopping centers play a very important role, organizing and coordinating freight transport in the city centers. Moreover, the establishment of businesses in the center of Thriasio gives a positive impact on their establishment as their business has evolved and increased.

基于POI数据的城市功能识别与分布特征研究——以长春市区为例

长春市是国家新型城镇化综合试点城市,识别长春市中心城区功能,针对当前存在的问题提出对策建议,对城市空间的优化与协调具有重要意义。以兴趣点(Point of Interest,POI)数据及开放街道地图(Open Street Map,OSM)数据为基础,结合核密度分析、实地调查验证等方法,识别长春市中心城区城市功能类型。结果表明:单一功能区中,商业功能区数量最多,居住功能区最少;主导—混合功能区中的商业主导功能区及交通主导功能区形成对商业聚集区与轨道交通系统的重要补充;细分—混合功能区特征显示功能混合程度从市中心向周边逐渐加大。经验证,城市功能识别结果符合长春市实际,由此提出对策建议:未来长春市中心城区应注重多中心发展格局,并加强绿地空间和公共服务设施建设。

成都市主城区绿色基础设施遥感解译及其生态服务现状研究

城市绿色基础设施(Urban Green Infrastructure,UGI)的广泛应用,正在持续重塑全球城市景观,对城市生态系统服务产生重要影响。成都作为紧邻川西高原的内陆盆地城市,其城市景观在UGI构成的多样性等方面与中国其他城市具有显著差异。以成都城市景观为中心展开综合调查,使用地理信息系统、生态服务建模和空间分析来量化UGI对生态服务的影响,并采用系统化方法将UGI整合到优化城市生态系统服务的规划建议中,为快速城市化中的成都主城区UGI空间布局优化,特别是空间聚集程度冷点区域改善,提供具体的解决策略。总结出三个关键趋势:(1)成都市的土地利用发生了重大变化,以城市区域绿色空间的显著缩小和建设用地的显著扩大为特征,主要归因于人口增长和土地利用模式的变化;(2)空间聚集程度热点和冷点的调查分析显示,主城区大多数温度冷点位于成都的东部,而基于其价值的热点最高集中度位于南部地区;(3)对UGI内碳密度的分析显示,生态系统服务集中度的峰值出现在城市中心区域。

城镇中心区域建设高压燃气管道的可行性分析

高压燃气管道的建设有其建设的必要性,尤其是随着城镇规模的不断扩大及天然气需求量的增加,势必需要建设高压力级别的天然气管道,实现上游天然气气源的接入及天然气的输送和调峰储气功能,进而保障用户的用气需求。针对高压燃气管道建设的相关规范进行了梳理,针对城镇规划、建筑物建设以及高压燃气管道泄漏后发生火灾事故造成的后果等影响因素,分析了高压燃气管道在城镇中心区域建设的可行性,可为高压燃气管道的建设提供相关参考。

突发公共卫生事件下成渝城市群智慧化治理

突发公共卫生事件因成因复杂、种类多样、影响广泛等特点给城市群治理建设带来挑战。为解决成渝地区双城经济圈缺少行之有效的突发公共卫生事件预警与应急机制、公共卫生安全应急信息管理存在疏漏、突发公共卫生事件应急管理纵向链条过长、城市群社区智治水平有待提升、城市交通体系应对突发公共卫生事件能力不足等问题,构建成渝地区双城经济圈应急管理联动指挥机制,实现突发公共卫生事件管理智慧化,构建成渝一体化智慧城市政务系统,提高智慧城市群社区智治水平,实现基于新技术的智慧化交通治理等,从而不断提升成渝地区双城经济圈应对突发公共卫生事件的能力。

中心城市边缘区域景点进出交通系统优化研究——以成都市大熊猫繁育研究基地为例

顶流景区是引领文旅产业持续健康发展的关键载体,面对游客大量的进出需求,其交通系统需要充分保障顺畅有序、高效安全、舒适集约.本文以成都市大熊猫繁育研究基地为例,通过多元数据分析得到现状游客出行存在“车行主导、供不及需”“公交不便、客流不足”“过度集中、交织无序”“平峰游客与高峰出游需求差异较大”的四大特征.为应对“基地”2期项目开园带来更大的交通需求,同时提升游客进出体验和效率,本文提出“分门进出、智慧诱导”“绿色转型、品质提升”“剥离交织、有序进出”“分时利用、区域共享”四大交通优化策略,切实提升了“基地”2期项目开园时游客出行效率、体验和秩序.本文涉及的研究方法、规划逻辑和优化策略可为其他旅游景区优化交通系统提供参考.

成片调迁改造区域营造成为城市中心区的路径研究——以成都凤凰山片区为例

在有限的城市空间中,成片调迁改造区域成为具有重要战略意义的机会地区,这样的机会地区往往演化为城市中心,为城市注入新的活力。通过大量案例研究国内外城市中心的核心动能、功能体系、用地规模及构成、核心营造路径等一般演进规律,并以成都凤凰山片区为例,探讨如何基于在地条件判识打造城市中心的可能性以及营造城市中心的规划路径。

以场景营城助推成都都市圈消费副中心建设的眉山对策研究

眉山作为成都都市圈重要节点城市,拥有较为突出的地理区位、空间承载、生态文化优势。随着同城一体化发展的加快,眉山主动承接大都市功能疏解,借助都市圈推动优势资源向发展成果转化,打造成都都市圈消费副中心,将成为眉山提升城市发展能级的重大契机。眉山成都都市圈消费副中心打造过程中存在的困难主要有:消费能级不高,区域发展不均衡;主体培育不足,商业集聚度不足;品质场景缺乏,消费吸附力较弱等。据此,文章提出从场景营城的角度探索适用于眉山消费场景营造的对策建议,以期助力眉山打造都市圈消费副中心。

成都都市圈工业建筑遗产活化利用现状及策略研究

在城市更新语境下,探索成都都市圈工业建筑遗产保护的现状问题与活化策略。通过对现有的文创产业园、商业空间、博览建筑、城市公园四个模式进行分析梳理,发现地区工业建筑遗产存在荒废与拆毁、更新模式同质化、改造绿色效能较低、缺乏有效的规划引导以及公众认知不足等问题,并提出延续工业文化价值、提升居民生活品质、城市功能性再拓、融合文化品牌再塑、完善政策法规、提高公众参与度的解决方案及策略。

成都中心城区推进城乡融合发展: 基础、挑战与路径

成都具有“大城市带大农村”的典型特征,是全国探索城乡融合发展的先行区。近年来,成都通过优化城乡空间格局,塑造公园城市新形态,畅通城乡要素流动,推进产业融合共兴,打造“人城境业”和谐相融城市,创造幸福美好生活,全面提升城乡融合发展质量,不断筑牢中心城区发挥极核引领作用的基础。在新形势下,成都中心城区城乡融合发展面临着城市化惯性与城乡融合发展的内在矛盾、超大城市辐射效应与虹吸效应的平衡困境、高位推进与持续创新的现实难题等一系列挑战。对此,成都中心城区要以顶层设计为先导,强化规划融合联动,以产业融合发展为牵引促进要素有序流动,以现代生活条件为基础提高治理融合水平,不断拓展城乡融合发展路径。

基于夜间灯光遥感的成都市建成区扩张时序演变分析

【目的】探究2007—2017年成都市建成区扩张变化及发展趋势。【方法】以成都市为研究区,基于夜间灯光数据,利用支持向量机法提取2007、2012、2017年成都市建成区,结合城市扩张强度、扩张速度、重心等指标,探讨10年间成都市建成区扩张演变趋势。【结果】结果表明:(1)2007—2012年,成都市建成区面积扩张了106.87 km^(2);2012—2017年,成都市建成区面积扩张370.08 km^(2),10年间建成区面积扩张明显,城市发展迅速。(2)2007—2017年,成都市建成区主要以成华、青羊、武侯为中心向四周扩张,各区县建成区连贯性和面积均有所增加,城市发展重心逐渐往东南方向迁移,整体呈现“中心聚集,环状向外扩张”特征。【结论】研究结果能够为成都市城市建设和发展提供参考。

基于夜光遥感的成都都市圈城市扩张动态分析

成都都市圈是引领带动成渝双城发展的重要极核,本文利用NPP-VIIRS夜间灯光数据提取成都都市圈2012—2021年建成区空间分布,采用夜间灯光统计分析、标准差椭圆、重心变动、景观格局指数等方法,定量分析成都都市圈10年间建成区扩张及空间格局演变,揭示其演变特征,为成都都市圈后续发展规划提供参考。结果表明:2012—2021年,成都都市圈灯光距平值区域化特征明显,呈现中间高、周边低的核心-边缘结构。都市圈内部城市扩展动态变化较明显,建成区面积增幅达78.8%,城市扩张在原有基础上实现新增并连片发展。都市圈斑块总面积不断增加,斑块数量增长47.4%,新兴建成区不断涌现,成都对周边城市的带动作用较明显,都市圈内部呈协调发展趋势。

强中心城市近郊区轨道交通线网规划研究

为适应强中心城市的资源分布特征,应科学编制其近郊区轨道交通线网规划,充分发挥线网规划的引领和带动作用。首先,明确强中心城市和近郊区的概念,分析强中心城市近郊区的交通需求特征;然后,综合考虑近郊区紧邻中心城区的区位优势、与中心城区间旺盛的通勤需求以及内部出行活跃等特征,从规划范围、线网规模、线网框架、方案比选和实施规划5个方面提出近郊区线网规划重点;最后,以广州市番禺区为例,在交通需求预测基础上,提出“井字+放射”的线网框架,并结合市级线网规划制定番禺区线网规划方案,以解决其与中心城区之间交通廊道拥堵、东西向通道缺乏的问题,充分发挥番禺区承接中心城区疏解人口、协同南沙新区发展、作为广佛同城门户的功能。希望能够为后续强中心城市近郊区轨道交通规划工作提供参考和借鉴。
