The baryon number in Ω may have been tr...In nuclear collisions at RHIC energies, an excess of Ω hyperons over ■ is observed, indicating that Ω has a net baryon number despite s and s quarks being produced in pairs. The baryon number in Ω may have been transported from the incident nuclei and/or produced in the baryon-pair production of Ω with other types of anti-hyperons such as Ξ. To investigate these two scenarios, we propose to measure the correlations between Ω and K and between Ω and anti-hyperons. We use two versions, the default and string-melting, of a multiphase transport(AMPT) model to illustrate the method for measuring the correlation and to demonstrate the general shape of the correlation. We present the Ω-hadron correlations from simulated Au+Au collisions at ■ =7.7 and 14.6 Ge V and discuss the dependence on the collision energy and on the hadronization scheme in these two AMPT versions. These correlations can be used to explore the mechanism of baryon number transport and the effects of baryon number and strangeness conservation on nuclear collisions.展开更多

The tomat...The study was designed to elucidate the changes in the endogenous hormones of stem apices in tomatoes and the function of correlative endogenous hormones in tomatoes during floral bud differentiation stages. The tomato parents were crossed and reverse crossed by using two inbred lines of multi-locule (MLK1) and few-locule (FL1) with significant difference, and the relationship between endogenous hormones GA3, IAA, and ABA levels and ovary locule numbers of parents and progeny during floral bud differentiation initial stage, floral bud differentiation stage, sepal petal formation stage, carpel formation initial stage, and ovary locule complete formation stage was studied. GA3 levels in P1, P2, F1, and RF1 were consistent with locule numbers, and IAA and ABA levels were reverse to ovary locule numbers during the key stage. The correlation showed that, during sepal petal formation stage, the ovary locule numbers were positively correlated with GA3, GA3/IAA, and GA3/ABA, and were negatively correlated with IAA and ABA. It was speculated that increasing GA3 levels or decreasing IAA and ABA levels of stem apices in tomato might be able to enhance ovary locule numbers. The sepal petal formation stage was an important stage which regulated endogenous hormones in the ovary locule formation.展开更多

D., and ZH...A scale-similarity model of a two-point two-time Lagrangian velocity correlation(LVC) was originally developed for the relative dispersion of tracer particles in isotropic turbulent flows(HE, G. W., JIN, G. D., and ZHAO, X. Scale-similarity model for Lagrangian velocity correlations in isotropic and stationary turbulence. Physical Review E, 80, 066313(2009)). The model can be expressed as a two-point Eulerian space correlation and the dispersion velocity V. The dispersion velocity denotes the rate at which one moving particle departs from another fixed particle. This paper numerically validates the robustness of the scale-similarity model at high Taylor micro-scale Reynolds numbers up to 373, which are much higher than the original values(R_λ = 66, 102). The effect of the Reynolds number on the dispersion velocity in the scale-similarity model is carefully investigated. The results show that the scale-similarity model is more accurate at higher Reynolds numbers because the two-point Lagrangian velocity correlations with different initial spatial separations collapse into a universal form compared with a combination of the initial separation and the temporal separation via the dispersion velocity.Moreover, the dispersion velocity V normalized by the Kolmogorov velocity V_η ≡ η/τ_η in which η and τ_η are the Kolmogorov space and time scales, respectively, scales with the Reynolds number R_λ as V/V_η ∝ R_λ^(1.39) obtained from the numerical data.展开更多

In order to investigate the influence of correlation scale error on the inversion precision of the hydraulic conductivity of the aquifer,the successive linear estimator(SLE)was used to invert the hydraulic conductivit...In order to investigate the influence of correlation scale error on the inversion precision of the hydraulic conductivity of the aquifer,the successive linear estimator(SLE)was used to invert the hydraulic conductivity field of a heterogeneous aquifer based on synthetic experiments.By increasing the numbers of observation wells and pumping tests,we analyzed the difference between the estimated and true values of hydraulic conductivity with different correlation scale errors.The relationships between the observation well number and the error in inversion results,and between the pumping test number and the error in inversion results were investigated.The results show that,if the amount of observed head data is insufficient,there will be errors in inversion results with changing correlation scale.Due to the existence of correlation scale error,the improvement of inversion precision gradually slows down with the increase of the amount of observed head data,which indicates that too much observed head data causes data redundancy.Therefore,for the synthetic experiments described in this paper,the observation well number should be less than 41,the pumping test number should be less than 17,and a more suitable method should be selected according to the precision requirements of specific situations in practical engineering.展开更多

Purpose:This paper studies the relationship between the impact factor(IF)and the number of journal papers in Chinese publishing system.Design/methodology/approach:The method proposed by Huang(2016)is used whereas to a...Purpose:This paper studies the relationship between the impact factor(IF)and the number of journal papers in Chinese publishing system.Design/methodology/approach:The method proposed by Huang(2016)is used whereas to analysis the data of Chinese journals in this study.Findings:Based on the analysis,we find the following.(1)The average impact factor(AIF)of journals in all disciplines maintained a growth trend from 2007 to 2017.Whether before or after removing outlier journals that may garner publication fees,the IF and its growth rate for most social sciences disciplines are larger than those of most natural sciences disciplines,and the number of journal papers on social sciences disciplines decreased while that of natural sciences disciplines increased from 2007 to 2017.(2)The removal of outlier journals has a greater impact on the relationship between the IF and the number of journal papers in some disciplines such as Geosciences because there may be journals that publish many papers to garner publication fees.(3)The success-breeds-success(SBS)principle is applicable in Chinese journals on natural sciences disciplines but not in Chinese journals on social sciences disciplines,and the relationship is the reverse of the SBS principle in Economics and Education&Educational Research.(4)Based on interviews and surveys,the difference in the relationship between the IF and the number of journal papers for Chinese natural sciences disciplines and Chinese social sciences disciplines may be due to the influence of the international publishing system.Chinese natural sciences journals are losing their academic power while Chinese social sciences journals that are less influenced by the international publishing system are in fierce competition.Research limitation:More implications could be found if long-term tracking and comparing the international publishing system with Chinese publishing system are taken.Practical implications:It is suggested that researchers from different countries study natural science and social sciences journals in their languages and observe the influence of the international publishing system.Originality/value:This paper presents an overview of the relationship between IF and the number of journal papers in Chinese publishing system from 2007 to 2017,provides insights into the relationship in different disciplines in Chinese publishing system,and points out the similarities and differences between Chinese publishing system and international publishing system.展开更多
Real-life data introduce noise,uncertainty,and imprecision to statistical projects;it is advantageous to consider strategies to overcome these information expressions and processing problems.Neutrosophic(indeterminate...Real-life data introduce noise,uncertainty,and imprecision to statistical projects;it is advantageous to consider strategies to overcome these information expressions and processing problems.Neutrosophic(indeterminate)numbers can flexibly and conveniently represent the hybrid information of the partial determinacy and partial indeterminacy in an indeterminate setting,while a fuzzy multiset is a vital mathematical tool in the expression and processing of multi-valued fuzzy information with different and/or same fuzzy values.If neutrosophic numbers are introduced into fuzzy sequences in a fuzzy multiset,the introduced neutrosophic number sequences can be constructed as the neutrosophic number multiset or indeterminate fuzzy multiset.Motivated based on the idea,this study first proposes an indeterminate fuzzy multiset,where each element in a universe set can be repeated more than once with the different and/or identical indeterminate membership values.Then,we propose the parameterized correlation coefficients of indeterminate fuzzy multisets based on the de-neutrosophication of transforming indeterminate fuzzy multisets into the parameterized fuzzy multisets by a parameter(the parameterized de-neutrosophication method).Since indeterminate decision-making issues need to be handled by an indeterminate decision-making method,a group decision-making method using the weighted parameterized correlation coefficients of indeterminate fuzzy multisets is developed along with decision makers’different decision risks(small,moderate,and large risks)so as to handle multicriteria group decision-making problems in indeterminate fuzzy multiset setting.Finally,the developed group decision-making approach is used in an example on a selection problem of slope design schemes for an open-pit mine to demonstrate its usability and flexibility in the indeterminate group decision-making problem with indeterminate fuzzy multisets.展开更多

The results show that there is evident correlation between these two algorithms. We also propose that the reciprocal of energy difference between two nearby Dixon dips can be taken as a qualitative measure for the degree of dynamical chaos.展开更多

It has been...The importance of accurate determination of the critical properties of plus fractions in prediction of phase behaviour of hydrocarbon mixtures by equations of state is well known in the petroleum industry. It has been stated in various papers (Elsharkawy, 2001) that using the plus fraction as a single group in equation of state calculations reduces the accuracy of the results. However in this work it has been shown that using the proper values of critical temperature and pressure for the plus fraction group can estimate the properties of hydrocarbon mixtures, and they are accurate enough to be used in reservoir engineering and enhanced oil recovery calculations. In this paper, a new method is proposed for calculating the critical properties of plus fractions of petroleum fluids. One can use this method either in predicting critical pressure and temperature of single carbon numbers (SCNs) after the splitting process or in predicting critical pressure and temperature of the plus fraction as a single group. A comparison study is performed against Riazi-Daubert correlation (Riazi and Daubert, 1987) and Sancet correlations (Sancet, 2007) for 25 oil samples taken from 14 fields from southwest Iran. The results indicate the superiority of the proposed method to the Riazi-Daubert and Sancet correlations.展开更多
针对居住建筑设计方案的多属性决策问题,本文建立了包括建筑性能、适用因素、场地条件、环境协调和经济合理等5方面因素的居住建筑设计方案综合评价决策指标体系。为便于专家对评价指标属性进行评价和真实地表达专家评价信息,采用动态...针对居住建筑设计方案的多属性决策问题,本文建立了包括建筑性能、适用因素、场地条件、环境协调和经济合理等5方面因素的居住建筑设计方案综合评价决策指标体系。为便于专家对评价指标属性进行评价和真实地表达专家评价信息,采用动态三角模糊数对指标属性等级进行赋值与量化。其次,考虑专家知识经验主观和熵值法客观的指标赋权不同影响,采用组合权重使指标赋权更加科学,构建区间值欧氏距离和区间值灰色关联度的改进TOPSIS(technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution)法的居住建筑设计方案综合评价决策模型,解决了指标间重要性差异与指标间相关性的问题。最后,将综合评价决策模型对4个居住建筑设计方案的优劣进行排序,与基于满意度的建筑方案实证评价结果一致。研究结果表明:该综合评价决策模型能够合理选择最优方案,为定量研究居住建筑设计方案综合评价决策提供了新的思路。展开更多

Solving the problem of employment for the people is an important prerequisite for their peaceful living and work, as well as a prerequisite and foundation for building a harmonious society. The employment situation of private enterprises has always been of great concern to the outside world, and these two major jobs have always occupied an important position in the employment field of China that cannot be ignored. With the establishment of the market economy system, individual and private enterprises have become important components of the socialist economy, making significant contributions to economic development and social progress. The rapid development of China’s economy, on the one hand, is the embodiment of the superiority of China’s socialist market economic system, and on the other hand, it is the role of the tertiary industry and private enterprises in promoting the national economy. Since the 1990s, China’s private enterprises have become a new economic growth point for local and even national countries, and are one of the important ways to arrange employment and achieve social stability. 文摘针对居住建筑设计方案的多属性决策问题,本文建立了包括建筑性能、适用因素、场地条件、环境协调和经济合理等5方面因素的居住建筑设计方案综合评价决策指标体系。为便于专家对评价指标属性进行评价和真实地表达专家评价信息,采用动态三角模糊数对指标属性等级进行赋值与量化。其次,考虑专家知识经验主观和熵值法客观的指标赋权不同影响,采用组合权重使指标赋权更加科学,构建区间值欧氏距离和区间值灰色关联度的改进TOPSIS(technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution)法的居住建筑设计方案综合评价决策模型,解决了指标间重要性差异与指标间相关性的问题。最后,将综合评价决策模型对4个居住建筑设计方案的优劣进行排序,与基于满意度的建筑方案实证评价结果一致。研究结果表明:该综合评价决策模型能够合理选择最优方案,为定量研究居住建筑设计方案综合评价决策提供了新的思路。

文摘In the past 30 years, Chinese enterprises have been a hot topic of discussion and concern among the general public in terms of economic and social status, ownership structure, business mechanism, and management level. Solving the problem of employment for the people is an important prerequisite for their peaceful living and work, as well as a prerequisite and foundation for building a harmonious society. The employment situation of private enterprises has always been of great concern to the outside world, and these two major jobs have always occupied an important position in the employment field of China that cannot be ignored. With the establishment of the market economy system, individual and private enterprises have become important components of the socialist economy, making significant contributions to economic development and social progress. The rapid development of China’s economy, on the one hand, is the embodiment of the superiority of China’s socialist market economic system, and on the other hand, it is the role of the tertiary industry and private enterprises in promoting the national economy. Since the 1990s, China’s private enterprises have become a new economic growth point for local and even national countries, and are one of the important ways to arrange employment and achieve social stability. This paper studies the employment of private enterprises and individuals from the perspective of statistics, extracts relevant data from China statistical Yearbook, uses the relevant knowledge of statistics to process the data, obtains the conclusion and puts forward relevant constructive suggestions.
