With the continuous development of the times, the connotation of education is constantly advancing with the times. Therefore, English teaching team management can not be ignored with the aim to serving education system better and adapting to the trends of the times. This paper aims to exploring the specific management measures and methods of private college English teaching team based on the theory of Learning Organization.

Bottom-Up Teaching Reformation for the Undergraduate Course of Computer Organization and Architecture

According to the building requirements of “China’s double first class” discipline, traditional computer organization and architecture (COA) course has new challenges including various course expectations and the limited teaching hours. Considering the hierarchy feature of COA, a bottom-up teaching mode is adopted in teaching reformation to meet the challenges. In this paper, details about COA teaching reforms were shown from aspects of teaching contents, teaching methods, handson assignments, and examination methods. These reform experience will benefit teachers who embark on courses related to computer hardware.

Classroom Organization： from Teachers to Students

In the present article, the author looks into several influential questions that are too often given insufficient emphasis in the classroom teaching and the following conclusions are reached through the research： （1） Classroom is a behavior setting where students of different characteristics come to bring about desirable changes. Different strategies must be used to meet their needs; （2） Teachers are not just transmitters of knowledge; they must be an educator as well as a helpful person; （3） Students should be encouraged to communicate with teachers and their peers to achieve a conducive classroom climate.

Teaching Effectiveness of Integrating Task-based Approach into Inorganic and Analytical Chemistry Course

From the perspective of students,the effectiveness of task-based approach in In-organic and Analytical Chemistry course were summarized.The strength and weak points of TBA were analyzed,and the specific suggestions for obtaining better effect were put forward.The result showed a satisfactory achievement and unexpected result in showing the effectiveness of this teaching model.Not only could this TBA enhance student's overall knowledge of discipline but also cultivate students' multi-dimensional competence:competence in searching literatures, communication and management,autonomous,co-operative and reflective learning,and competence in analyzing and problem-solving,as well as improving their language expression ability,and skills in using multi-media and internet technology into their academic course learning and research.The implication of this research on the classroom teaching practice will shed light on the future teaching reform of other courses in China.

The Present Situation of Vocabulary Teaching in High School and Suggested Strategies

This paper first explores the aims, tasks, and content of teaching vocabulary in the context of ELT practice in China. Then the present situation of teaching vocabulary in high school has been investigated through questionnaires and interviews, which is further analysed from the perspective of teachers and students'attitudes, methods and effects about vocabulary learning. It is found that vocabulary teaching in high school is very important, and most students lack good methods of vocabulary learning, and teachers'ways of vocabulary teaching are also limited. Finally three strategies are suggested, i. e. combining pronunciation and form, using prefixes, suffixes and roots, and using graphic organizers.

English Classroom Language and Teaching Efficiency

Classroom language is an extremely important form of talk. In a foreign language classroom, the teacher has to organize language teaching by using the target language. Therefore, classroom language in foreign language teaching seems more important. In a foreign language classroom, the teacher has to take several roles: the guide, the coach, the organizer etc. Besides teaching the foreign language, he has to do a lot of other things simultaneously, and all these things guarantee the success of the teaching. Adapting the Concept Attainment Strategy to Teach Math

This paper argues for the adoption of concept attainment strategy when teaching math and shows the structure of this curriculum design that can substantially improve math instruction and comprehension in K-12 education.Initial findings based on informal surveys of teacher candidates indicate many of them do not have a clear understanding of the concepts they are expected to teach.The concept attainment strategy is a proven effective method used in social studies for teaching powerful concepts like democracy and liberty.One reason for many students feeling inadequate about their math skills stem from their lack of understanding of the key math concepts like area,perimeter,percent,and others.Poor understanding of the math fundamentals in early grades if not rectified,develops into a dislike for an incomprehensible subject.The concept attainment strategy is an inductive approach that allows the students to participate in knowledge construction and master the fundamental math skills.This paper shows how the structure of this social studies curriculum design can be adapted for teaching mathematics and invites practitioners and scholars to consider this approach to improve math instruction.

PBL联合CBL教学法在实验诊断学住培教学中的应用

目的研究以问题为基础的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)联合案例教学法(case-based learning,CBL)在住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)医师实验诊断学以系统-器官疾病为中心的教学改革中的应用效果。方法选取2017年6月—2020年6月哈尔滨医科大学附属第四医院检验科内设置的医学检验专业住培基地的住培医师60名为研究对象,随机选取2017~2018年度住培医师30名纳入对照组,采用普通五年制教材传统教学法。将2019~2020年度住培医师30名纳入观察组,采用PBL联合CBL教学法。比较2组住培医师考试成绩、学习效果及教学满意度。结果观察组的优良率为100%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组住培医师学习主动性、思辨力、团队协作、有效沟通4个维度的得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组住培医师的总满意度为100%,高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PBL联合CBL教学法在住培医师实验诊断学以系统-器官疾病为中心的教学改革中的应用效果较好,提高了住培医师成绩,锻炼了住培医师解决临床问题的综合能力。

有组织教研:人工智能环境下教师研修的有序进化

传统教师教研形式因客观性不强、持续性不够、衔接性不足,与时代所需要的高质量教研相悖,影响了教师的专业发展。基于生态进化理论,建构以人工智能技术为教师提供选题、过程支持、资源制度、工具辅助和协同机制的有组织教研模式,以提升教研与教师的个体适配,形成有组织的多主体行动网络,并在有序原理和整体原理的框架下,建构了智能技术支持的教师有组织教研运行模型。有组织教研的关键问题是教师动态需求的系统捕获、内容进化的智能控制、自适应路径的有效调节、研修空间的适应性调整、语义关联的建立,并形成面对理论与实践冲突、转化机制异化、主体与相关要素不适切等问题的处理机制。要实现人工智能支持的有组织教研,需要按照有组织教研的运行建立设计人工智能元平台,布局大数据采集平台,开发教育人工智能的算力,并在制度和理念的双向演进中通过实践进行优化,实现人工智能下教师研修模式的迭代。

基于“雨课堂”的植物生理学混合式教学设计与探索

随着多媒体工具和网络覆盖普及,基于互联网的在线教育愈加便捷,但其优势并未在高校的课程教学中得到体现和充分应用。该文针对植物生理学的学科特点和教学现状,充分利用线上教学资源,针对性地选择教学内容和方法,以学生为主体、教师为主导,基于“雨课堂”等教学平台进行线上线下混合式教学模式初探,以期利用有限的学时和丰富的线上教学资源,整合线上和线下教学的优势,通过有效的管理方式组织实施,为深化信息化教学改革、提高植物生理学的教学效果奠定基础。

面向林学专业群的有机化学实验教学内容改革实践与探索

作为高等学校公共基础课,有机化学实验因教学资源不足,普遍存在教学内容千篇一律、与专业特色契合度低等问题,导致学生学习动力不足。本文结合西南林业大学实际,尝试将具有植物资源培养、开发、利用的相关专业组成林学专业群,并针对该专业群,构建了以天然产物提取、分离、纯化、鉴定为主线的有机化学实验教学体系。学生期末考试表现及问卷调查结果表明,新教学体系对提升学生学习兴趣、改善学生培养质量具有显著的推进作用,同时也为在教学体系中融入农林特质提供了思路。

职业教育新形态教材内容的设计与组织研究

针对职业教育新形态教材研究与开发中存在的不足,提出了职业教育新形态教材内容的设计与组织逻辑的内在要求,通过对理论知识与操作技能概念、情境性学习理论、图式理论、技能学习相关理论、职业道德及职业精神培育相关理论的分析探讨,形成了指导新形态教材内容的设计与组织的创新性依据。据此,设计了新形态教材内容的设计与组织模型,并从纸质教材的理论知识设计与组织、技能知识设计与组织、思政育人设计与组织、教材开发系统和数字资源系统等方面进行了可行性论证。

贯通式项目制教学模式是新工科背景下的工程教育新模式,贯穿大学本科四年,通过在做中学的实践,培养学生综合运用知识的能力和解决问题的能力。面向贯通式项目制教学的虚拟教研室是跨学科、跨专业、跨课程的校企联合的新型基层教学组织,是教学研究改革专题虚拟教研室。遵循教学问题导向原则,探讨实践了虚拟教研室的人员组成和人员管理模式。实践了充分运用信息技术,突破时空限制,开展高效便捷、形式多样、线上线下结合的教研新模式,提出了基于国家虚拟教研室平台的贯通项目制教学优质教学资源和教师培训的建设方案,为新型基层教学组织建设提供了一种新思路。
