Exploration and Application of the Flipped Classroom Based on Outcome-Oriented Educational Principles in Vocational Nursing Practical Training

Purpose:To explore the practical effects of using the flipped classroom approach based on outcome-oriented educational concepts in nursing practical training at vocational colleges.Methods:From February 2023 to February 2024,a total of 62 nursing trainees from our school were sampled and randomly divided into a study group and a control group using a randomized controlled trial design,with 31 students in each group.The control group received conventional training,while the study group received practical training based on the outcome-oriented educational concept in flipped classrooms.Comparison was made between the two groups on assessment scores,teaching satisfaction,and self-directed learning ability ratings.Results:Statistical comparisons showed that the study group’s assessment scores,teaching satisfaction,and self-directed learning ability ratings were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The flipped classroom model based on outcome-oriented educational concepts in nursing practical training at vocational colleges can improve students’assessment scores and self-directed learning abilities,and enhance teaching satisfaction,demonstrating potential for wider application and dissemination.

A Study on the Work Process-Based Practical Training Model for Basic Nursing Skills in Vocational Colleges

Objective:To explore and analyze the work process-based practical training teaching model for basic nursing skills in vocational colleges and its implementation effects.Methods:A total of 82 nursing students from our school were selected for the study,which was conducted from April 2023 to April 2024.Using a random number table method,the students were divided into an observation group and a control group,each with 41 students.The control group received conventional practical training teaching,while the observation group followed the work process-based practical training model for basic nursing skills.The assessment scores and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:The comparison of assessment scores showed that the observation group performed significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).The comparison of teaching satisfaction also indicated that the observation group had significantly higher satisfaction than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The work process-based practical training teaching model for basic nursing skills in vocational colleges can improve students’assessment scores and enhance teaching satisfaction,demonstrating its value for wider application.

Research on the Application of the OSCE Model in Vocational Nursing Comprehensive Practical Training

The objective of this study is to examine the application effect of the Objective Structured Clinical Examination(OSCE)model in the comprehensive practical training course for higher vocational nursing.Based on the evaluation dimensions of core nursing competencies,the OSCE framework was constructed with the clinical nursing work process as the main focus and supported by a nursing case database.A questionnaire survey revealed that over 80%of students in the experimental group were satisfied with the application of OSCE in the nursing comprehensive practical training course,and more than 90%believed that OSCE assessment enhanced their theoretical knowledge and practical skills.The OSCE was also considered helpful in transforming learned knowledge and skills into professional competencies.

The Impact of Internships on the Skill Acquisition Among Nursing Students in Vocational Colleges of Shandong Province

This research investigates the impact of internships on skill acquisition among nursing students in vocational colleges in Shandong Province.By employing a mixed-methods approach involving surveys and interviews,the study re-veals the positive influence of internships on students’clinical competencies,professional qualities,and readiness for the workforce.Survey findings indicate heightened practical capabilities and increased confidence among students.Interviews emphasize the pivotal role of mentors in guiding skills development and professional growth.However,challenges such as resource constraints and workload imbalances during internships are also highlighted.These insights contribute to the en-hancement of nursing education and the preparation of competent nursing professionals in the region.

Construction and Application of An Interdisciplinary Team Teaching Model for Foreign-Related Nursing English in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Ecolinguistics

Under the background of globalization,there are severe challenges in the cultivation of the professional skills of nursing staff,especially the English skills of foreign-related nursing,which has become an important part of the training of nursing talents.At present,most English teaching of foreign-related nursing in higher vocational colleges follows the traditional grammar teaching model.However,as most of the teaching staff for medical English are English teachers who have limited nursing professional knowledge,the industry characteristics of medical English are not fully demonstrated in the teaching process,and the lack of practicality inevitably reduces the quality of medical English teaching.Therefore,the traditional nursing English teaching model in higher vocational colleges can no longer meet the actual teaching needs.There is an urgent need to implement an interdisciplinary team teaching model that completely fits the industry environment of foreign-related nursing English and apply it flexibly to improve the quality of foreign-related nursing English teaching in higher vocational colleges,and lay a solid foundation for professional practice of nursing staff.Based on the perspective of ecolinguistics,this article explores the application strategies of the interdisciplinary team teaching model for foreign-related nursing English in higher vocational colleges,with the view to provide guidelines for the actual teaching of foreign-related nursing English.

Nursing-Mini-CEX联合DOPS教学法在高职实习护生临床教学中的应用

目的:探讨迷你临床演练评估(Nursing-Mini-CEX)与操作技能直接观察评估(DOPS)在高职实习护生临床教学中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年6月-2022年2月在德阳市人民医院感染科实习的60例高职护生作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组给予传统教学模式,观察组在对照组基础上给予Nursing-Mini-CEX联合DOPS教学法。比较两组能力考核评分、教学满意度。结果:观察组理论知识测试、操作测试成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组教学总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.010)。结论:Nursing-Mini-CEX联合DOPS教学法在高职实习护生临床教学中的应用效果较好,能够提高实习生理论知识测试、操作测试成绩,实习生教学满意度高。

Correlation among academic self-efficacy,professional identity,and professional attitude of higher vocational nursing students

Objective:To analyze the influence of professional identity and academic efficacy on the professional attitude of higher vocational nursing students.Methods:A total of 656 higher vocational nursing students were investigated with general information questionnaire,academic self-efficacy scale,professional identity scale,and professional attitude scale of nursing students.Results:The score of professional attitude of higher vocational nursing students was(106.34±9.86),which is found to be in the upper middle level.The professional attitude of higher vocational nursing students is positively correlated with academic self-efficacy(P<0.05),and with learning ability self-efficacy(P<0.01).Professional cognition,professional will,and professional values have a positive predictive effect on the professional attitude of higher vocational nursing students(P<0.05).Conclusions:Academic self-efficacy and professional identity are important predictors of professional attitude.Learning behavior self-efficacy,professional cognition,professional will,and professional values have a significant impact on the establishment of positive professional attitude.

产教融合背景下高职护理专业校企合作创新教材建设

教材是衡量学校教育与培养目标一致性的最基础、最直接的文本,教材的改革是教学改革的窗口。2020年1月教育部印发的《职业院校教材管理办法》强调要“专业课程教材要充分反映产业发展最新进展,对接科技发展趋势和市场需求,及时吸收比较成熟的新技术、新工艺、新规范等”,建设一批符合时代要求的、高质量的高职护理专业教材是高职教材发展的趋势。基于产教融合、校企合作是我国高职教育的最大特色与成功之处,本课题分析了高职护理专业现用教材存在问题,包括职业特色不够凸显、缺少临床护理工作一线人员参与、教材内容更新慢、教材编写方式及内容均不利于学生通过护士执业资格考试、落后于数字化信息时代发展的要求及思政元素和职业素养融入不足等,指出产教融合背景下高职护理专业校企合作开发教材的必要性,提出校企合作创新教材建设路径,即组织编写人员到本地医院调研,组建由临床护理专家和校内专业课骨干教师组成的高水平教材编写梯队,制定器官系统化教材编写模式,由临床护理专家、校内专任教师和学生三方进行教材评审,编写过程中坚持做到校内教师与临床护理专家三个充分的合作、做到临床护理专家两种方式三个层面的参与、做到两个切实一个融入、做到突出三个结合、做到一整合一完善。

“岗课赛证”背景下基础护理技术课程教学改革路径与实践成效

目的探讨“岗课赛证”融通背景下基础护理技术课程教学改革路径与实践成效。方法在“岗课赛证”融通背景下,以护士典型临床工作任务为主线,打造一门融合最新岗位技术、对接竞赛标准、满足考取“1+X”证书需求的基础护理技术课程,包括线上网络课堂、虚拟仿真课堂、线下理实课堂及社会实践4种形式。以引入问题、寻找方法、科学分析、有效解决和效果评价5个步骤对2020级护理专业326名学生(试验组)展开教学;对2019级护理专业319名学生则采用改革前的无“岗课赛证”融通设计的混合式教学。教学后,比较两组综合职业能力考核成绩和自主学习能力得分。结果教学后,试验组综合职业能力考核成绩、自主学习能力得分均高于对照组(均P<0.05),师生对线上课程资源的反馈良好。结论基于“岗课赛证”融通的基础护理技术课程改革,有利于增强学生的综合职业能力,提高教学质量。

“一树四位六步”的理实一体教学模式在五年一贯制高职内科护理教学中的应用

目的:构建“一树四位六步”的理实一体教学模式并探讨其在五年一贯制高职护理专业内科护理课程中的教学效果。方法:选取五年一贯制高职护理专业一年级的121名学生为研究对象,分为试验组59人和对照组62人。对照组采用线上线下混合式教学,试验组采用基于“一树四位六步”的理实一体教学,即以“智慧树”形式整合知识点,采用学生本位、理实一体、线上线下混合、情景模拟教学的四位一体教学模式,通过课前感知-课中情景模拟-小组讨论-反思总结-课后主题活动-感悟内化的六步教学方法。比较两组学生的课程成绩和自主学习能力。结果:试验组实训成绩、期末卷面成绩、期末总评成绩高于对照组,自主学习能力优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于“一树四位六步”的理实一体教学模式有助于提高五年一贯制高职护理专业学生的学习成绩和自主学习能力。

本科护理毕业生的职业认同感及影响因素分析

目的:评估本科高校护理毕业生在新冠疫情常态化下职业认同感及影响因素。方法:采用整群抽样法对浙江省4所高校384名应届本科护理毕业生进行问卷调查。采用单因素分析、多元线性回归分析职业认同感及影响因素。结果:本科护理毕业生的职业认同感得分为(85.04±16.95)分,期望薪酬、首选就业单位性质、认为疫情增强了使命感和认为疫情后护理行业地位提高是应届本科护理毕业生职业认同感的影响因素。结论:鉴于新冠疫情对护理工作的长期影响,建议应该适当提升护理毕业生就业薪酬,并对其进行正向的择业和就业指导。

高职高专院校实习护生人文执业能力现状调查及影响因素分析

目的:调查高职高专实习护生人文执业能力水平及其影响因素,为职业院校人文护理教育教学改革提供依据。方法:采取多阶段便利抽样法,对全国18所高职高专护理专业的1256名实习生进行线上问卷调查,调查工具包括一般资料调查表、护士人文执业能力量表。结果:实习护生人文执业能力总分为(100.47±15.94)分,标准分为77.28分;其中伦理与法律实践能力维度得分为(11.70±1.98)分,标准分为77.97分;人文关怀实践能力维度得分为(38.73±6.23)分,标准分为77.46分;人际沟通能力维度得分为(23.25±3.82)分,标准分为77.49分;心理调适能力得分为(15.48±2.48)分,标准分为77.39分;自我管理能力维度得分为(11.32±1.80)分,标准分得分75.47分。多元线性回归分析显示,报考志愿选择、成绩排名、护理人文教育重要性认知、学校或实习医院人文环境和氛围、教师人文素养和人文示范进入回归方程,能解释32.9%的变异,是影响实习护生人文执业能力的主要因素。结论:高职高专院校实习护生人文执业能力处于中等水平,但自我管理能力较弱。护理教育者应加强高职高专护生专业兴趣的培养,提高学生对护理人文教育的认识;要注重学校和实习单位人文环境建设,营造人文氛围,重视护理人文师资队伍建设,提升教师人文素养和人文示范作用,多途径促进护生人文执业能力提高。

高职护生对精神障碍患者的疾病态度与其同理心的相关性

目的了解高职护生对精神障碍患者的疾病态度与其同理心现状,并探索两者间的相关性。方法于2020年9月至12月采用分层抽样选取泰州职业技术学院2019级在校护理学生278人进行问卷调查,完成医学生版临床医生对精神疾病态度量表(MICS-MS,中文版)和杰弗逊同理心量表护生版(JSPE-NS)问卷。结果高职护生的MICA-MS总分(43.83±7.96)分,具有一定歧视态度;JSPE-NS总分(101.80±15.93)分,总体水平偏低。女生对精神疾病态度明显好于男生,其对患者的同理心水平明显高于男生;家庭文化背景较好的护生疾病态度和同理心水平明显高于家庭文化背景偏低者,亲属有患精神疾病和与精神障碍患者有共同生活史的护生对精神疾病歧视态度较轻,且其同理心水平较高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。高职护生同理心水平可影响其对精神障碍患者的疾病态度(P<0.001),且呈负相关(P<0.01);性别、家庭背景、亲属患精神疾病、与精神障碍患者有频繁接触或生活史等4个其他因素也明显影响护生对精神障碍患者疾病态度(P<0.001)。结论高职护生对精神障碍患者同理心水平偏低,总体表现为悲观歧视态度,护理教育者需分析其诸多影响因素,有的放矢,努力改善并提升护生对精神障碍患者护理工作的岗位胜任力。
