目的探讨经阴道超声结合微血管血流(MV-Flow)成像技术在育龄期女性排卵期子宫内膜超声特点分析中的应用价值。方法选取2022年5-7月在解放军总医院第一医学中心超声诊断科行经阴道妇科超声检查的74例育龄期女性,年龄22~48(34.4±5.0)... 目的探讨经阴道超声结合微血管血流(MV-Flow)成像技术在育龄期女性排卵期子宫内膜超声特点分析中的应用价值。方法选取2022年5-7月在解放军总医院第一医学中心超声诊断科行经阴道妇科超声检查的74例育龄期女性,年龄22~48(34.4±5.0)岁,其中≥35岁的高龄组女性35例,<35岁的低龄组女性39例。根据是否临床诊断为不孕分为不孕组(n=27)与健康对照组(n=47)。于患者排卵日利用经阴道超声测量子宫内膜的厚度、蠕动性评分及容积,子宫螺旋动脉的搏动指数(PI)和阻力指数(RI),双侧子宫动脉的PI和RI,三维能量多普勒血流参数[血流指数(FI)、血管化指数(VI)、血管化血流指数(VFI)]及内膜微血流血管化指数(VIMV)并进行组间比较。结果低龄组与高龄组的不孕病史差异无统计学意义(P=0.281)。低龄组子宫螺旋动脉RI低于高龄组(P<0.05),而内膜三维能量多普勒血流参数(VI、FI、VFI)及内膜VIMV均明显高于高龄组(P<0.05)。不孕组与健康对照组年龄分层差异无统计学意义(P=0.281)。不孕组子宫内膜的厚度、蠕动性评分、容积、三维能量多普勒血流参数(VI、FI、VFI)及VIMV均明显低于健康对照组(P<0.05)。结论经阴道超声检查可在一定程度上评估育龄期女性排卵期子宫内膜的特点,尤其VIMV可定量分析子宫内膜的微血流灌注情况。 展开更多

The present paper proposes a Lagrangian criterion of unsteady flow separation for two-dimensional periodic flows based on the principle of weighted averaging zero skin-friction given by Haller (HALLER, G. Exact theory of unsteady separation for two-dimensional flows. Journal of Fluid Mechanics, 512, 257-311 (2004)). By analyzing the distribution of the finite-time Lyapunov exponent (FTLE) along the no-slip wall, it can be found that the periodic separation takes place at the point of the zero FTLE. This new criterion is verified with an analytical solution of the separation bubble and a numerical simulation of lid-driven cavity flows. 展开更多

A computational model is established to investigate the effects of a periodic gust flow on the wake structure of ventilated supercavities.The effectiveness of the computational model is validated by comparing with available experimental data.Benefited from this numerical model,the vertical velocity characteristics in the entire flow field can be easily monitored and analyzed under the action of a gust generator;further,the unsteady evolution of the flow parameters of the closed region of the supercavity can be captured in any location.To avoid the adverse effects of mounting struts in the experiments and to obtain more realistic results,the wake structure of a ventilated supercavity without mounting struts is investigated.Unsteady changes in the wake morphology and vorticity distribution pattern of the ventilated supercavity are determined.The results demonstrate that the periodic swing of the gust generator can generate a gust flow and,therefore,generate a periodic variation of the ventilated cavitation numberσ.At the peakσ,a re-entrant jet closure appears in the wake of the ventilated supercavity.At the valleyσ,a twin-vortex closure appears in the wake of the ventilated supercavity.For the forward facing model,the twin vortex appears as a pair of centrally rolled-up vortices,due to the closure of vortex is affected by the structure.For the backward facing model,however,the twin vortex appears alternately as a pair of centrally rolled-up vortices and a pair of centrally rolled-down vortices,against the periodic gust flow. 展开更多

The governing equations are ... A numerical investigation has been carried out to examine turbulent flow and heat transfer characteristics in a three-dimensional ribbed square channels. Fluent 6.3 CFD code has been used. The governing equations are discretized by the second order upwind differencing scheme, decoupling with the SIMPLE (semi-implicit method for pressure linked equations) algorithm and are solved using a finite volume approach. The fluid flow and heat transfer characteristics are presented for the Reynolds numbers based on the channel hydraulic diameter ranging from 104 to 4 ′ 104. The effects of rib shape and orientation on heat transfer and pressure drop in the channel are investigated for six different rib configurations. Rib arrays of 45° inclined and 45° V-shaped are mounted in inline and staggered arrangements on the lower and upper walls of the channel. In addition, the performance of these ribs is also compared with the 90° transverse ribs. 展开更多

Liquid composite moulding (LCM) processes are used to manufacture high quality and complex-shaped composite parts in the automotive, marine, aerospace and civil industries. On-line sensing plays an important role in controlling the quality of the final product in the LCM manufacturing environment. The long-period fiber grating (LPG) technology, a new real-time fiber optic sensor system, was developed to monitor the flow front progression. The sensor operation and characterization under various process conditions were discussed in detail. The experimental results showed that LPG sensors were robust and reliable to detect the arrival of resin at pre-selected locations in structures with low-medium fiber volume fraction; however were limited at different depths in structures with high fiber volume fraction. 展开更多

The flow control mechanism of plasma actuators with periodic pulsed discharge to control the bi-stable vortices over a cone-cylinder is investigated. The actuators are installed on the leeward surface near the apex of a cone which has a semi-apex angle of 10°. The effectiveness of the plasma actuation under different free-stream velocities and angles of attack is analyzed. The pressure distributions over the conical forebody are measured by both steady and dynamic pressure transducers. The transient dynamic pressure distribution tends to gradually become steady as the free-stream velocity increases, that is, the pulsed actuation approximates a continuous one. Furthermore, the flow control effectiveness becomes less noticeable as the free-stream velocity or the angle of attack increases under certain controlling electrical parameters. 展开更多

The instantaneous variations of the hydraulic characteristics take place in centrifugal pumps during their start-up,shutdown and other variable speed operations.In this paper,the variable speed method was proposed to simulate the transient internal flow field and the external performance of the pump during starting and stopping periods.The terms of accelerations due to variable speeds in the flow governing equations were analyzed in a multiple reference of frame(MRF).A transient CFD simulation was performed for a typical centrifugal pump by using ANSYS-CFX with the standard k-εturbulence model.The entire simulation process was composed of four stages:start-up,normal run,shutdown and post-shutdown.The function of rotating speed with regard to time was set by CEL language directly into the impeller domain in the pre-processor of the software to conduct variable speed simulation.The variations of the flow field in the centrifugal pump were obtained from the transient simulation.The changing laws of flow rate,head and other performance parameters over time were also analyzed and summarized. 展开更多

针对储层裂隙中段塞流流动规律认识不清、控制因素不明确的问题,利用气液两相运移产出微观流动模拟实验装置,研究了段塞流在裂隙中的流动规律,分析了裂隙直径、气液两相流量等对段塞流流动关键参数的影响及流量波动特征。研究表明:气液... 针对储层裂隙中段塞流流动规律认识不清、控制因素不明确的问题,利用气液两相运移产出微观流动模拟实验装置,研究了段塞流在裂隙中的流动规律,分析了裂隙直径、气液两相流量等对段塞流流动关键参数的影响及流量波动特征。研究表明:气液两相段塞流在裂隙中呈现周期性特征,从形成到消失可分为气塞形成、气塞扩大、气塞主导3个阶段;裂隙直径与段塞频率呈线性负相关,与气液相流量波动幅度呈线性正相关;当液相流量为15.00、20.00、25.00、30.00 cm^(3)/min时,随着气相流量的增加,段塞频率的变化速率分别为0.130、0.012、0.009、0.007,持液率变化速率分别为1.503、1.175、0.918、0.820。该研究结果对煤层气开发过程中段塞流机理研究具有指导意义。 展开更多

However,the body force periodic boundary condition(FPBC) commonly used to cut down the huge computational cost of such simulation has faced accuracy concerns. In this study, a novel two-region periodic boundary condition(TPBC) is presented to remedy this problem, with the flow driven in the region with body force and freely evolving in the other region. With simulation cases for simple circulating fluidized bed risers, the validity and advantages of TPBC are demonstrated with more reasonable heterogeneity of the particle distribution as compared to the corresponding case with FPBC. 展开更多

泥石流危险区研究涉及触发条件、物源与地形等多种因素,需要开发快速、有效的方法进行危险范围分析。本文基于Laharz基本原理,以泥石流样本为数据基础拟合得到修正模型,并以重庆市巫溪县杨家湾沟为例,采用修正的Laharz ArcGIS工具包,在... 泥石流危险区研究涉及触发条件、物源与地形等多种因素,需要开发快速、有效的方法进行危险范围分析。本文基于Laharz基本原理,以泥石流样本为数据基础拟合得到修正模型,并以重庆市巫溪县杨家湾沟为例,采用修正的Laharz ArcGIS工具包,在不同降雨重现期条件下对泥石流堆积范围进行模拟计算。结果表明:1)采用修正参数使Laharz模型统计量参数的和方差(SSE)和均方根误差(RMSE)减小,确定系数(R^(2))增大,拟合优度得到明显提高;2)基于数字高程模型,结合现场调查推算的物源体积,在ArcGIS平台采用Laharz工具包可快速模拟不同降雨重现期(10、20、50、100 a)条件下的泥石流堆积范围,并且模拟泥石流堆积宽度与现场调查堆积范围接近,大部分重合;3)采用Laharz修正模型与传统的FLO-2D软件模拟进行对比,其中最远冲出距离、最大堆积宽度和堆积面积在两种方法下模拟结果的差值比率分别在10.00%、15.00%和20.00%量级,采用两种方法模拟结果与实地勘查结果也相近,表明Laharz修正模型具可靠性。 展开更多

针刺联合吞咽康复训练治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍临床研究

目的:研究针刺联合吞咽康复训练治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍的临床疗效。方法:选择脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者150例,按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各75例。两组均接受吞咽康复训练,观察组在此基础上联合针刺治疗,比较两组治疗前后洼田饮水试验... 目的:研究针刺联合吞咽康复训练治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍的临床疗效。方法:选择脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者150例,按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各75例。两组均接受吞咽康复训练,观察组在此基础上联合针刺治疗,比较两组治疗前后洼田饮水试验评分、视频透视吞咽检查量表(VFSS)评分、功能性经口摄食量表(FOIS)评分、神经功能缺损症状积分,以及左椎动脉、右椎动脉、基底动脉血流速度,比较两组临床疗效及观察组不同时期吞咽障碍患者临床疗效。结果:治疗后两组洼田饮水试验评分较治疗前降低,VFSS评分、FOIS评分较治疗前升高(P<0.05);治疗后观察组洼田饮水试验评分低于对照组,VFSS、FOIS评分高于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗后两组左椎动脉、右椎动脉、基底动脉血流速度均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),且观察组左椎动脉、右椎动脉、基底动脉血流速度均高于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗后两组神经功能缺损症状积分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组各神经功能缺损症状积分均低于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组治疗总有效率90.67%,高于对照组的78.67%,两组临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组口腔前期患者的临床疗效优于口腔准备期、口腔期(P<0.05)。结论:针刺联合吞咽康复训练治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍效果显著,能够改善患者吞咽能力,快速减轻症状,并促进血液循环,尤其是口腔前期患者的疗效更为理想。 展开更多

目的:分析无创通气(NIV)间歇期经鼻高流量湿化氧疗(HFNC)治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重(AECOPD)临床效果及对气管插管率、血气指标的影响。方法:回顾性收治的105例AECOPD患者资料,将患者分为对照组52例[接受无创通气(NIV)治疗与常规氧疗... 目的:分析无创通气(NIV)间歇期经鼻高流量湿化氧疗(HFNC)治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重(AECOPD)临床效果及对气管插管率、血气指标的影响。方法:回顾性收治的105例AECOPD患者资料,将患者分为对照组52例[接受无创通气(NIV)治疗与常规氧疗]和观察组53例(接受NIV联合HFNC治疗),比较两组患者临床指标、血气指标、治疗失败原因及不良反应。结果:观察组呼吸支持时间、NIV间歇歇息次数、NIV每日平均使用时间、ICU住院时间均短(小)于对照组(均P<0.05),两组气管插管率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组动脉血氧分压(PaO_(2))比治疗前明显升高,动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO_(2))比治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),但两组治疗后PaO_(2)、PaCO_(2)水平比较差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05);观察组患者呼吸困难加重率、治疗不耐受率均低于对照组(均P<0.05),两组CO_(2)潴留加重率、低氧血症加重率比较差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05);观察组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:NIV间歇期给予HFNC治疗AECOPD患者对气管插管率及血气指标的影响与常规氧疗差异不显著,但可改善患者其他临床指标,减少治疗失败情况及不良反应。 展开更多

为提高泵站-水库原水调水系统中泵站的运行效益,最大限度降低输水系统的运行成本.通过分析该类输水系统特性以及供水方式,基于遗传算法构建泵站机组流量分配模型,优化分配泵站运行流量.在此基础上,考虑泵站时间维度上的运行方式,结合亳... 为提高泵站-水库原水调水系统中泵站的运行效益,最大限度降低输水系统的运行成本.通过分析该类输水系统特性以及供水方式,基于遗传算法构建泵站机组流量分配模型,优化分配泵站运行流量.在此基础上,考虑泵站时间维度上的运行方式,结合亳州加压泵站的工程状况和区域分时电价,以单位提水费用最小为优化目标,构建经济运行模型.将该方法应用于亳州供水工程,结果表明模型效果显著,并对历史运行区间内周期输水量进行离散计算,拟合得出周期内单位提水费用最低工况,进而对拟合结果进行分析.结果表明:所构建经济运行模型具有较好的适用性,可降低工程运行费用,为工程优化调度提供指导;受到泵站运行效率和分时电价的影响,泵站单位提水费用随调水量增加先降低后升高. 展开更多

为研究衡重参数对超空泡航行器振荡特性的影响规律,结合流体体积多相流模型、Realizable k-ε湍流模型、Schnerr-Sauer空化模型和刚体运动方程组,建立超空化流场和刚体运动相耦合的仿真模型,并与试验结果对比,验证仿真模型的合理性。通... 为研究衡重参数对超空泡航行器振荡特性的影响规律,结合流体体积多相流模型、Realizable k-ε湍流模型、Schnerr-Sauer空化模型和刚体运动方程组,建立超空化流场和刚体运动相耦合的仿真模型,并与试验结果对比,验证仿真模型的合理性。通过仿真计算研究超空泡航行器的自由运动特性,定量总结质量和质心位置的改变对超空泡航行器振荡特性的影响规律。研究结果表明:所建模型仿真结果与试验结果变化规律一致,俯仰角和偏航角相位差1/4个周期,振荡周期约为0.0795 s,偏差不超过3.38%,仿真模型可靠;超空泡航行器的自由运动表现出类圆锥动态振荡特性;随航行器质量的减小,姿态角的振荡幅度基本不变,弹道的振荡周期逐渐减小,质量减小33.33%,周期减小13.26%;随着航行器质心位置的前移,姿态角的振荡幅度逐渐增大,弹道的振荡周期逐渐减小,质心前移25%,周期减少14.29%。 展开更多
