A test was carried out to evaluate. the effect of Qinggong Changchun capsule on de-creased fluid intelligence associated with aging. Nootropil and a placebo were used as the control drugs.Random, single-blind and self-control observation methods were applied. Ninety days were spent for clini-cal study. One hundred and fifty-four elderly subjects were divided into three groups (Test 63, nootropil60, placebo 31) . The method of measuring intelligence was gauged by communication between subject and computer. The measure included eight parameters. The main results were as follows: In the testgroup, there were significant differences (P<O. 01) in speed of calculation (5. 9±2. 5 s, 5. 1 ±12. 1 s) ,speed of digits and pictures (24. 2±6. 2 s, 21. 7±16. 7 s) , two-digit span (2. 8± 1. 0, 3. 2±0. 8) and an-other two parameters before and after treatment. In the nootropil group, some parameters were also im-proved significantly. But in the normal control there was not any evident change. The results suggest thatthe treatment is an effective therapy for decreased fluid intelligence with aging. 展开更多

By reviewing the current status of drilling fluid technologies with primary intelligence features at home and abroad,the development background and intelligent response mechanisms of drilling fluid technologies such as variable density,salt response,reversible emulsification,constant rheology,shape memory loss prevention and plugging,intelligent reservoir protection and in-situ rheology control are elaborated,current issues and future challenges are analyzed,and it is pointed out that intelligent material science,nanoscience and artificial intelligence theory are important methods for future research of intelligent drilling fluid technology of horizontal wells with more advanced intelligent features of"self-identification,self-tuning and self-adaptation".Based on the aforementioned outline and integrated with the demands from the drilling fluid technology and intelligent drilling fluid theory,three development suggestions are put forward:(1)research and develop intelligent drilling fluids responding to variable formation pressure,variable formation lithology and fluid,variable reservoir characteristics,high temperature formation and complex ground environmental protection needs;(2)establish an expert system for intelligent drilling fluid design and management;and(3)establish a real-time intelligent check and maintenance processing network. 展开更多

For the purpose of the replacement of Magnetic Fluid (MF) which is effective in the production of an artificial soft and tactile skin for the robot, etc. by utilizing a rubber solidification method with electrolytic polymerization, we proposed a novel magnetic responsive intelligent fluid, Hybrid Fluid (HF). HF is structured with water, kerosene, silicon oil having Polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) and Polyvinyl Alcohol (PVA) as well as magnetic particles and surfactant. The state of HF changes as jelly or fluid by their rates of the constituents and motion style. In the present paper, we presented the characteristics of HF: the viscosity and the magnetization are respectively equivalent to those of other magnetic responsive fluids, MF and their solvents. For the structure, HF is soluble simultaneously with both diene and non-diene rubbers. The diene rubber such as Natural Rubber (NR) or Chloroprene (CR) has a role in the feasibility of electrolytic polymerization and the non-diene rubber such as silicon oil rubber (Q) has a role in defense against deterioration. Therefore, the electrolytically polymerized HF rubber by mixing NR, CR as well as Q is effective for the artificial soft and tactile skin. It is responsive to pressure and has optimal property on piezoelectricity in the case of the mixture of Ni particles as filler. HF is effective in the production of the artificial soft and tactile skin made of rubber. 展开更多
