METHODS Pyrogallic acid was converted to 1,2,3 trimethoxybenzene and followed by Blanc reaction with paraformaldehyde to afford 2,3,4 trimethoxybenzylchloride,which was condensed with bis (4 fluorobenyl) methylpiperazine in presence of triethylamine and salt formation. Lemorizine dihydrochloride was obtained with 43% overall yield from pyrogallic acid. RESULTS The title compound was synthesized. The structure was confirmed by IR, 1HNMR,MS, and elemental analysis data. CONCLUSION Synthesis route and methods is feasible for the preparation of lomerizine dihydrochloride.展开更多
