Research on the Management Mechanism of Teachers in Public Security Colleges and Universities Based on Psychological Contract

Factors Preventing Technical Colleges and Universities from Cultivating Foreign Language Talents

This article discusses about the cultivation of foreign language talents,through which it can be appreciated that the emphasis is to be laid on improving their comprehensive qualities.Only in this way can foreign language talents adapt to the needs of the market,integrate into the ranks of technical personnel in the field of engineering,and be warmly welcomed by employers or employing units.Nevertheless,in order to achieve this aim,three factors should be overcome to avoid the hindrance faced by technical colleges and universities from cultivating foreign language talents with comprehensive qualities.This article probes into the three negative factors:first,students are not fluent in their mother tongue;second,foreign language majors lack basic knowledge of science and technology so much so that they are not able to do well in such translation;third,they lack the ability to perform simultaneous interpretation Simultaneous interpreting.In regard to those factors,this article then provides several suggestions as countermeasures to those three negative factors,so as to cultivate talents that can satisfy the needs of the market.

该文旨在通过叙事的方法对“非升即走”下六位大学青年女教师学术发展的困境进行调查与反思,以期提出相应的对策。经调查,高校青年女教师学术发展存在的巨大压力和多重阻碍主要在以下层面。聘用制度层面,“非升即走”给未来带来巨大的不确定性;学术环境层面,学术发表和课题申请是压在青年女教师头上的两座大山;社会文化氛围层面,大龄未婚和生育养育后代是青年女教师不得不面对的巨大责任;角色建构层面,青年女教师面临传统身份和现代身份的冲突、职业角色和家庭角色的失衡。为此,她们只有在困顿中突破并超越自己,以学术为业,选择独立之人格,不断追求自我突破。

如何成为“大先生”?--高校教书育人楷模生成机理的质性研究

高校教书育人楷模是“大先生”的典型代表,符合新时代党和人民对高校教师队伍建设的整体性期待。基于22位高校教书育人楷模的生命历程分析,探讨高校教书育人楷模的生成机理,研究发现,高校教书育人楷模的形成要经过萌芽、生长、开花、结果四个阶段,并受到历史时空、重要事件、个体能动性和重要他人的影响。因此,新时代高校教师队伍建设应从优化顶层制度设计、加强师德师风建设和促进教师能力提升三个方面入手。

新入职护理学专业教师TEAM规范化培养模式探索

目的探究“双一流”建设战略背景下新入职护理学专业青年教师规范化培养模式。方法采用混合式研究设计中的聚敛式设计,于2023年3-6月,围绕青年教师规范化培养需求,针对上海交通大学护理学院的31名护理学专业教师进行问卷调研,并针对其中11名教师进行质性访谈。结果根据调研和访谈结果,提炼出关于新入职护理学专业青年教师规范化培养的五大需求,并初步构建了TEAM规范化培养方案,即课堂理论与临床实践教学结合(T)、教育(E)与科研(A)共同发展的双导师制(M)培养模式。结论基于护理学的学科特点及教师需求构建的TEAM规范化培养方案,有利于优化护理学专业教育质量,促进高水平护理学专业人才培养和师资队伍建设。

高校党的建设和课程思政建设是落实立德树人根本目标和构建“大思政”格局的关键举措,二者具有高度的一致性、耦合性和契合度。相关研究成果丰硕,但仍缺乏基于特定学科视角的意义论证和实践探索。首先,该文论述高校党建引领外语课程思政建设的重要意义。其次,基于某校外国语学院大学外语部党支部的顶层设计方案,从思想建设、组织建设、制度建设三个层面提出党建引领课程思政建设的总体思路。最后,以党支部开展的教学实践和拓展活动为例,从“点、线、面”三个维度提出高校党建引领外语课程思政建设的具体举措。

教育数字化转型背景下高校外语教师数字素养及其提升路径研究

师范专业认证背景下无机化学实验教学改革探索与实践——以溶液的配制为例

无机化学实验可以培养化学专业学生的实验操作技能,强化和训练学生逻辑能力和创新思维。首先对我校化学专业的无机化学实验课程概况及教学中存在的问题进行了阐述,然后对“溶液的配制”实验项目的教学现状进行了分析,最后在此基础上提出了相应的教学改革措施,分别从挖掘课程思政元素、优化课堂教学内容、加大安全教育力度、改进教学模式与方法、变革课程考核形式等方面进行了实践探索。通过改革实践提高了学生的实验操作技能,培养了学生严谨认真的实验态度与实事求是的做事风格,取得了较好的教学效果,可为其他高校无机化学实验教学改革和人才培养提供一定的借鉴与参考。

自适应学习支持下的美国高校课程设计和教师角色研究--以科罗拉多理工大学IntelliPath项目为例

自适应学习系统为高等教育带来了诸多优势,如何充分利用自适应学习系统进行教学成为高校教师亟须解决的问题。基于此,文章通过剖析已规模化应用自适应学习系统的美国科罗拉多理工大学,发现该校重构了以掌握学习为理念、多级贯通结构、自主创设多倍资源的课程设计模式,认为教师是施行自适应学习系统的关键因素,以教学策略的施行者、学习监管者、学生引导者三方面转换了教师的角色定位,并已形成"以教师教学为中心"的自适应教学文化,最大化地满足了学生的个性化学习需求。最后,文章建议我国高校以MOOC为基础,以教师为中心来重构系统化、高质量、联结化、去学期化的自适应学习课程,并帮助教师掌握技术以更成功地开展课程。
