Integrated flotation therapy for emotional regulation during the viral recovery period: Applying “form and spirit co-nourishing” in Chinese medicine

Objective:The objective of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of flotation therapy combined with psychological resilience training in improving emotional regulation and sleep quality in patients recovering from viral infections and to assess the application of the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)theory of“form and spirit co-nourishing”in modern healthcare interventions.Methods:A total of 20 patients recovering from viral infections with anxiety and sleep disturbances were randomly assigned to the experimental group(n=10)and the control group(n=10).The experimental group received a combination of resilience training,targeting five key areas:physiological regulation,cognitive restructuring,emotional management,self-efficacy,and social support,alongside flotation therapy,with 45-min weekly sessions.The control group received conventional medical treatment.Anxiety levels were measured using the Hamilton Anxiety Scale,while sleep quality was assessed using the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,both before and after the intervention.Results:Compared with intervention before,the resilience level of the experimental group significantly increased after the intervention(P<0.001),while no notable changes were detected in the control group(P>0.05);the experimental group demonstrated significantly lower anxiety level and sleep disorder level and higher resilience level compared to the control group after the intervention(all P<0.001).Conclusion:The combined use of flotation therapy and resilience training,grounded in the TCM principle of“form and spirit co-nourishing,”significantly improves emotional regulation and sleep quality in patients recovering from viral infections.This integrative approach supports both physical and psychological healing,aligning with the TCM holistic treatment model,and offers a promising avenue for modern mental health interventions.

Doctor Song Fuyin's Experience in Treating Hashimoto's Thyroiditis Based on Qi,Blood Essence and Spirit Syndrome Differentiation Stage Classification

The paper systematically summarizes the experience of Director Song Fuyin in treating Hashimoto's thyroiditis which is a typical emotional disease that causes obvious changes in organ morphology and endocrine and body fluid metabolism.It belongs to the category of psychosomatic diseases,and is the embodiment of a series of pathogenesis processes of qi disease,blood disease,essence disease and deformation in TCM theory.The whole course of the disease is dominated by the dialectical relationship of mutual influence,mutual control,mutual root and mutual use among the deity disease,qi disease,blood disease,essence and spiritual disease.Therefore,the treatment emphasizes the dialectical relationship based on qi,blood,essence and spirit.At the beginning,the treatment focuses on regulating qi and clearing heat and eliminating phlegm;at the middle stage,the treatment focuses on replenishing essence and promoting yang and eliminating wind and calming the deity;at the late stage,the treatment focuses on replenishing qi and eliminating phlegm and promoting collages.Flexible use of calming the spirits,regulating qi,dispersing essence,eliminating phlegm,promoting blood and other methods of stage classification treatment,can be targeted,improve the cure rate of the disease.This article aims to clarify the experience of Director Song Fuyin in treating Hashimoto's thyroiditis based on syndrome differentiation of qi,blood essence and spirit.

Taking the scenic windows in classical Suzhou gardens for example,such as the Master-of-Nets Garden (Wangshi Yuan),Pavilion of Surging Waves (Canglang Ting) and Lingering Garden (Liu Yuan),this study discussed the definition,functions and classification of scenic window,further elaborated its formal and spiritual beauty from the perspectives of 'shape','pattern' and 'in-position and in-motion view',and analyzed the aesthetic beauty of scenic windows in classical gardens.

Influence of “Conception Forming” in Traditional Chinese Landscape Painting on Landscape Art

"Conception forming" in traditional Chinese landscape painting is created by artists to describe mental state, but not images, so it is also called "virtual environment". In the construction of Chinese gardens, participation of literati and artists successfully transformed the "virtual environment" of traditional Chinese landscape painting into "real environment". This paper explored the inf luence of "form and spirit" in "conception forming" of traditional Chinese landscape painting on landscape art from 4 perspectives, so as to figure out the relationship between "form and spirit" and "virtuality and reality", and that the most artistic part of the relationship between "form and spirit" is the natural transformation between "virtuality and reality".

规范形Qi系统的Hopf分岔分析及控制

文章研究了一个Qi系统的Hopf分岔控制问题.根据计算的极限环曲率系数,判定原系统的Hopf分岔类型,并采用washout滤波器控制该系统的分岔行为.首先讨论了控制器的线性增益对Hopf分岔点位置的影响,然后引入规范形计算方法,求出受控系统的Hopf分岔规范形.分析了规范形中系数对控制参数的选择原则所产生之影响,以及对Hopf分岔类型及极限环幅值的影响.理论和仿真结果表明,控制器的线性增益能使原系统的Hopf分岔点延迟或消失,而非线性增益能则改变极限环的稳定性和极限环幅值的大小.最后把washout滤波器和线性控制器的控制效果作了对比,发现washout滤波器比之线性控制器具有一定的优势.

基于状态反馈和Washout滤波器的Qi系统Hopf分岔控制

针对一类Qi系统的Hopf分岔问题,首先,通过计算分岔稳定性指标判定系统的Hopf分岔类型;然后分别采用状态反馈控制器及Washout滤波器控制系统的分岔行为,并采用Normal Form(规范型)方法讨论控制参数对分岔位置及分岔极限环幅值的影响,同时借助Matlab软件对理论结果进行数值仿真.理论结果和数值仿真表明:控制器中的线性增益能提前、延迟甚至消除原系统Hopf分岔行为,控制器中的非线性增益能改变原系统的Hopf分岔类型.最后对两种控制方法进行对比,结果表明,Washout滤波器相对于含线性项和非线性项的状态反馈控制器而言,控制效果较明显.

Core mechanism and therapeutic methods of aging revealed by Qi-collateral theory in traditional Chinese medicine

Aging,a complex and multisystem process,has increasingly become a hot issue of global concern.Traditional Chinese medicine has accumulated rich understanding of aging during thousands of years of development,which provides valuable references for the in-depth study of overall aging.According to the Qi-collateral theory in traditional Chinese medicine,essence is the origin of life;Qi is the driving force of life;and spirit is the embodiment of life.This theory interprets key scientific issues such as the formation of life,the driving force of life,the function of Zang-Fu organs,and the spirit and consciousness.Furthermore,it reveals the key mechanism of aging.That is,the deficiency of kidney essence is the root of aging;the loss of vitality is the key of aging;and the depletion of body and spirit is the manifestation of aging.Based on the experience of medical practitioners in the past dynasties,such as nourishing essence,black food tonifying the kidney,and supplementing essence with flesh-blood products,the treatment method of invigorating kidney and supplementing essence,harmonizing Yin and Yang,reinforcing the vitality,and nourishing the body and spirit was proposed.Furthermore,an innovative Chinese patent medicine,Bazi Bushen capsules,is developed,which exerts the antiaging effect by replenishing Qi,invigorating the spirit,and nourishing the body and spirit.Pharmacological and clinical studies have confirmed that this preparation has antiaging effects and are effective in the prevention and treatment of age-related diseases.Experimental studies have shown that Bazi Bushen capsules can delay the overall aging,reduce the DNAmethylation and extend the healthy life of naturally aging mice,mitigate the age-related cognitive dysfunction,improve neurological function,maintain redox homeostasis and telomere integrity,and inhibit apoptosis.Moreover,Bazi Bushen capsules can increase the dermal thickness and the collagen fiber and elastic fiber content to prevent skin aging.In addition,Bazi Bushen capsules can correct the lipid metabolism disorders and ameliorate multisystem age-related diseases such as osteoporosis in surgically induced menopausal rats.This article discusses the pathogenesis,treatment,and prescription of aging and the antiaging theory,aiming to provide a basis for delaying aging and preventing related diseases.

Study on Continuity of Temple of Local Land God in Rural Construction Based on the Perspective of Place Spirit

Temple of local land god is a kind of traditional sacrificial architecture in China's village,and is cultural landscape generated under special farming system of China,which reflects the spiritual world of the working people and bears the history of the village. Its protection and continuity must take inheriting the cultural spirit as the most important prerequisite,and "place spirit" established by Norberg Schultz provides important theoretic basis for it. In this paper,based on "place spirit","place spirit" of temple of local land god is interpreted,and important role of "place spirit" in its protection and continuity and the ways to create "place spirit" of temple of local land god are explored.

名中医王国华从“虚、毒、瘀”辨治高危型人乳头瘤病毒感染经验

高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HR-HPV)持续感染可造成癌前病变、宫颈癌、宫颈上皮内瘤变等疾病,是目前妇科常见疾病之一。西医治疗HR-HPV感染效果有一定局限性。王国华教授临证发现HR-HPV感染多与“虚、毒、瘀”互结有关,认为虚实错杂是其病机本质。紧扣“虚”为HR-HPV感染之发病基础,“毒”为HR-HPV感染之致病关键,“瘀”为HR-HPV感染之病情转枢,认为“虚、瘀、毒”贯穿HR-HPV感染发病始终,自拟益气解毒化瘀汤加减以扶正祛邪,巧用经验对药,灵活加减,治疗同时注重形神同调,身心合治,疗效显著。

基于“阳化气,阴成形”理论辨治痿证

津气两伤是痿证的病变基础,亦是“阳化气,阴成形”失衡的结果。阳化气不足,阴成形失衡,而致脏腑功能失调,水饮痰瘀内生,四肢九窍失养,发为痿证。本文基于“阳化气,阴成形”理论,探讨高颖教授采用助阳化气法治疗阳化气不足的重症肌无力,益肾调形法治疗阴成形失衡的多发性硬化,阴阳双补法治疗阴阳俱损的运动神经元病。治疗痿证,需审证求因,明辨阴阳,调整偏颇,在疾病早期给予中医药治疗,以延缓疾病演变进程、改善预后。

从“阳化气,阴成形”探讨慢性咳嗽之因机证治

慢性咳嗽是以咳嗽为主症或唯一症状、病程持续8周以上的呼吸系统疾病。慢性咳嗽病因复杂,病程较长,病势缠绵,且极易复发。西医诊断该病过程繁琐,治疗手段有限,而中医药以整体观念和辨证论治思想为指导,在缓解临床症状、预防疾病复发方面具有独特优势。该文以“阳化气,阴成形”为抓手,分析阴阳在慢性咳嗽因机证治全周期的重要意义,认为慢性咳嗽之病机关键为“阳化气,阴成形”功能失衡,以肺之气血失和、阴阳虚损为本,阳化而气行不畅、周流有碍,阴变而凝结停滞、壅塞肺络为标。治疗上,需要补肺、脾、肾阴阳之不足,泄气滞、水湿、痰饮、瘀血、热毒之有余,以恢复“阳化气,阴成形”之平衡。具体用药方面,主张以偏纠偏,以药物气味之偏性纠正人体阴阳之偏颇。另附典型医案二例,加以验证说明,以期为中医药防治慢性咳嗽提供新的诊疗思路和方法。

调神治癌在肿瘤治疗中的应用探讨

精神心理因素在肿瘤发病中具有重要作用,其异常可导致神经内分泌、免疫功能的紊乱,促使肿瘤的发生发展。当前肿瘤治疗总体以肿瘤的“有形实邪”即“形”为主,而对患者心理、精神情志等“神”因素的调控重视不够。“调神治癌”理论被课题组初步提出,并构建综合研究平台,验证其在中医肿瘤临床治疗中的指导价值,同时探索其调控精神-神经-内分泌-免疫轴发生作用的机制。通过对调神治癌理论构建、临床应用与实验研究方面的梳理,以期进一步用现代科学技术体系挖掘调神治癌理论在恶性肿瘤治疗中的重要价值。

“从气守神”推拿法治疗广泛性焦虑症患者的临床疗效及对血清5-羟色胺、P物质的影响

目的观察“从气守神”推拿法对广泛性焦虑症(generalized anxiety disorder,GAD)的治疗效果及对血清5-羟色胺(5-hydroxytryptamine,5-HT)、P物质(substance P,SP)水平的影响。方法将58例GAD患者随机分为试验组和对照组,每组29例;试验组采用“从气守神”推拿法治疗,对照组采用常规推拿法治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后汉密尔顿焦虑量表(Hamilton anxiety scale,HAMA)、焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)、肝气郁结型中医证候量表、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(Pittsburgh sleep quality index,PSQI)量表评分,血清5-HT、SP水平。结果试验组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者HAMA、SAS、肝气郁结证中医证候量表及PSQI量表评分均较治疗前显著减少(P<0.05);试验组HAMA、SAS及PSQI量表评分较对照组显著减少(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,两组患者治疗后血清5-HT水平均显著升高(P<0.05),SP水平均显著降低(P<0.05),试验组升高和降低程度较对照组更显著(P<0.05)。结论“从气守神”推拿法可调节GAD患者血清5-HT、SP水平,调节脑—肠轴,从而有效改善患者情绪焦虑、失眠等临床症状。

慢性腰痛(chronic low back pain,CLBP)具有病程长、发病率高、复发率高、致残率高等特点,降低CLBP的复发是一个重要课题。影响CLBP复发的西医角度内外因素有年龄、性别、脊柱先天畸形、前庭功能、心理因素、遗传、职业、平素姿势及中医角度的气血、体质、神。不仅要从结构上认识CLBP,还要从体质、气血、神等方面,在辨证体系指导下做综合调整,方能激活自身的自愈功能,实现降低CLBP的复发。

形质与体用:对朱子理气哲学研究之省察

近年来,港台新儒家心性论研究逐渐式微,港台学者开始逐渐重视东亚儒学思想中的反理学思潮即“气学”思想。但事实上,宋代儒学创立伊始,关于“气”“气禀”“气质”“气质之性”的讨论就占有半壁江山的地位。通过考察冯友兰、钱穆、牟宗三、张东荪、唐君毅、陈来、杨儒宾、杨立华等学者对宋明理学尤其是朱子理气哲学的研究,可知理解朱子的理气关系尤其是其气论,不能停留在形质论的层面,而应该深入到体用论的层面。

吕晓东论治肺结节经验撷菁

总结吕晓东教授运用中医药治疗肺结节的临床经验和学术思想。吕晓东教授基于阳化气,阴成形的两个基本生理功能观,考察肺结节的发生、发展的病理环节,认为肺结节形成之机理复杂,病因纷繁,为阴分邪气积聚为肺,但病性基础变化总体以阳虚为关键,病理以气滞痰瘀胶着于肺络为核心。在肺络病的指导原则下,运用扶阳抑阴、通补肺络的手段,恢复阳主阴从,一气周流,肺络调和的生理状态,从而调复肺脏的异常功能状态、消弭肺结节的病理改变,恢复身心健康的目的,临床每获良效,具有推广应用的价值。
