With trifolium pratense Las ingredient and methanol as solvent,we extracted formononetin by microwave radiation,reflowing and hydroysis.And based on the optimized micrwave power,radiation time,proportion of liquid and ingredient,quantity of extraction liquid and grain-size of the ingredient,we set up the microwave-assisted extraction process:28-32w of microwave power,60mu of grain-size of ingredient,v/w 5∶1 of the proportion of liquid and ingredient,and the reflowing extraction time 30min x 2.The recovery rate is 0.32% with a content of 82.6%.The method is simple and highly effective. 展开更多
