Aiming at the approximate measurement of magnetic rotation angle in optical current sensor based on light intensity detection mode,this paper proposes a current measurement method based on triangular constant transformation to reconstruct magnetic rotation angle,so as to avoid the large current measurement error caused by the approximate measurement of the magnetic rotation angle.By extracting the direct current(DC)component and the alternating current(AC)component of the light intensity signal detected by the photoelectric detector(PD),the sine signal containing the magnetic rotation angle is directly obtained by dividing the two components,and then the triangular identity transformation method is used to linearly demodulate the magnetic rotation angle and reconstruct the current waveform.The experimental results show that the relative error of current measurement does not exceed 1.40%in the current range of 0.05—0.50 A,which is less than the approximate linear measurement(ALM)method,and the magnetic rotation angle and the current have a good linear relationship. 展开更多

对焊件表面及亚表面缺陷进行无损检测是保证焊接产品质量的关键。提出了一种基于法拉第磁致旋光效应的磁光成像焊接缺陷三维重构方法,实现焊接缺陷形状和大小的识别。基于磁光成像原理分析漏磁场磁感应强度与磁光成像的对应关系,以脉冲... 对焊件表面及亚表面缺陷进行无损检测是保证焊接产品质量的关键。提出了一种基于法拉第磁致旋光效应的磁光成像焊接缺陷三维重构方法,实现焊接缺陷形状和大小的识别。基于磁光成像原理分析漏磁场磁感应强度与磁光成像的对应关系,以脉冲激光焊接凹坑(3 mm×0.3 mm×0.25 mm)为研究对象,建立焊接凹坑缺陷三维有限元磁场仿真模型,探索漏磁场磁感应强度分布规律。通过图像数字化技术及磁光成像像素值的分布规律,提取缺陷的二维轮廓信息,并设计梯度-偏差算法构建深度信息,最终获得焊接缺陷的三维轮廓。实验结果表明:缺陷处距离中心点越远磁场应强度越大,场强变化梯度越大处越接近Y轴方向中心点。与共聚焦显微镜获取的缺陷轮廓信息对比,凹坑最大深度均在150~200μm之间,平均深度及深度中位数相差较小,分别为0.1,2μm。磁光成像检测技术具有较高的识别精度,可实现对焊接缺陷的三维轮廓重构。 展开更多

The propagation properties of linearly polarized light in reflection・type one-dimensional magnetoph tonic crystals are studied by using the 4×4 transmission matrix method.The structure models of reflectiotype one-dimensional magnetophotonic crystals are designed,the magnetic field direction control characteristics of reflection spectrum and Kerr rotation angle are discussed,and the effect of applied magnetic field direction and strength on reflection spectrum and Kerr rotation angle are analyzed.The results show that the non-diagonal elements in the dielectric constant of magneto optical materials change when the angle φ between applied magnetic field and optical path changes,the reflectivity and Kerr rotation angle decrease when the angle φ increases;when the applied magnetic field strength changes,the reflectivity and Kerr rotation angle increase when the applied magnetic field strength increases;by adjusting the angleφ and strength of the applied magnetic field,the rotation angle of Kerr can be adjusted to 45°,and a more flat reflection spectrum can be obtained by designing the appropriate structure. 展开更多
