Copper-based metal-organic frameworks(Cu-MOFs)are a promising multiphase catalyst for catalyzing C-S coupling reactions by virtue of their diverse structures and functions.However,the unpleasant odor and instability of the organosulfur,as well as the mass-transfer resistance that exists in multiphase catalysis,have often limited the catalytic application of Cu-MOFs in C-S coupling reactions.In this paper,a Cu-MOFs catalyst modified by cetyltrimethylammonium bromide(CTAB)was designed to enhance mass transfer by increasing the adsorption of organic substrates using the long alkanes of CTAB.Concurrently,elemental sulfur was used to replace organosulfur to achieve a highly efficient and atom-economical multicomponent C-S coupling reaction. 展开更多

Metal organic frameworks(MOFs)is a research hotspot in the solar fuel production and photo-degradation of pollutants field due to high surface area,rich metal/organic species,large pore volume,and adjustability of structures and compositions.Therefore,in this review,we first summarized the design factors of photocatalytic materials based on MOF from the perspective of"star"MOF.The modification strategies of MOFs-based photocatalysts were discussed to improve its photocatalytic activity and specific applications were summarized as well,including photocatalytic CO_(2)reduction,photocatalytic water splitting and photo-degradation of pollutants.Finally,the advantages and disadvantages of MOFs-based photocatalysts were discussed,the current challenges were highlighted,and suggestions for future research directions were proposed. 展开更多

Thus among these methods that are the most important is the use of architectural and design patterns and software frameworks. Patterns provide known solutions to re-occurring problems that developers are facing. By using well-known patterns reusable components can be built in frameworks.Software frameworks provide developers with powerful tools to develop more flexible and less error-prone applications in a more effective way. Software frameworks often help expedite the development process by providing necessary functionality “out of the box”.?Providing frameworks for reusability and separation of concerns is key to software development today. Checkers become a represent of complete knowledge game that because of it has few chess pieces, and moves easily, So it can reflect the thought of the computer game better. First, the recursive algorithm of artificial intelligence can achieve the independent moves and checkmates in draughts game program. Second, the optimization of evaluation function makes the program choose beneficial move ways. Third, the game tree can improve the level of computer in-depth thinking, simplify the search scope, and save computer thinking time by pruning, which improve the level of chess program. In this paper, overall framework of intelligent checkers is built from board representation, game tree, valuation optimization. Based on the accumulation of experience, algorithm upgrade, depth analysis of existing framework,then we give a more optimized system framework and then strengthen the computer game level. 展开更多

Saudi Arabian banks are deeply concerned about how to effectively monitor and control security threats. In recent years, the country has taken several steps towards restructuring its organizational security and, consequently, protecting financial institutions and their clients. However, there are still several challenges left to be addressed. Accordingly, this article aims to address this problem by proposing an abstract framework based on the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Cybersecurity Framework and International Organization for Standardization/International Electrotechnical Commission (ISO/IEC 27001). The framework proposed in this paper considers the following factors involved in the security policy of Saudi banks: safety, Saudi information bank, operations and security of Saudi banks, Saudi banks’ supplier relationships, risk assessment, risk mitigation, monitoring and detection, incident response, Saudi banks’ business continuity, compliance, education, and awareness about all factors contributing to the framework implementation. This way, the proposed framework provides a comprehensive, unified approach to managing bank security threats. Not only does the proposed framework provide effective guidance on how to identify, assess, and mitigate security threats, but it also instructs how to develop policy and procedure documents relating to security issues. 展开更多

“高效办成一件事”是对“一件事一次办”“一网通办”“跨省通办”等综合政务类政策的集成与升级,其实质是加快实现从“事能办”到“事好办”的转变,其关键在于区县层级政务部门的有效落实。为此,本文立足基层典型的经验反思,着眼“高... “高效办成一件事”是对“一件事一次办”“一网通办”“跨省通办”等综合政务类政策的集成与升级,其实质是加快实现从“事能办”到“事好办”的转变,其关键在于区县层级政务部门的有效落实。为此,本文立足基层典型的经验反思,着眼“高效办成一件事”的实践推进,从学理层面初步提出其系统内涵、实施逻辑与能力体系。系统内涵:结合物理-事理-人理系统方法论思想,认为“高效办成一件事”相应指向“事项”“办理”“体验”三个维度,且贯序统一于“事好办”。实施逻辑:包括事项维度的生命周期与颗粒度逻辑,办理维度的时间与空间逻辑,以及体验维度的服务设计逻辑。能力体系:涵盖环境认知、理念调适与组织变革,服务支撑、服务运行与服务创新,多方合作与知识提升共三个层次的八项能力,同时其与所处的服务生态共生互促。最后,归纳得到“三维度、五逻辑、八能力”的政务服务框架模型,以期对“高效办成一件事”的实践有所助益。 展开更多
