Methods: A total of 2242 students from different schools in Ngamring County,Xigaze City, Tibet from September 2019 to September 2020 were selected for screening. The students were examinedthrough the inquiry of their current medical history and family history, cardiac auscultation and a physicalexamination, in order to screen out the suspected cases of CHD, and then the suspected cases were confirmed bycardiac color ultrasound examinations. After that, positive patients were be transferred to Shandong Province forfree treatment. Results: The prevalence of CHD among children in Ngamring County was 3.70% (83 cases),which is the highest incidence rate ever reported. The most common type of CHD was patent ductus arteriosus(PDA), accounting for 55.42% of the total number of cases screened, followed by atrial septal defect (ASD) andventricular septal defect (VSD), accounting for 28.92% and 12.05%, respectively. The prevalence of CHD in childrenat high altitude was significantly higher than that in children at low altitude. The children with CHD weretransferred to Shandong Province for surgery, the operations were successful and their recoveries went well.Conclusions: The results show that high altitude is closely related to the prevalence of CHD, and the incidencein Ngamring County is much higher than that in previous reports.展开更多

Even though there still were many difficulties, China had obtained great achievements...As the severity of the HIV epidemic in China grew, National Free Antiretroviral Treatment (ART) Program was announced since 2003. Even though there still were many difficulties, China had obtained great achievements in fighting against HIV.Over 52 000 adult patients had received first-line HAART thus far and the mortality of AIDS in China decreased significantly. This paper presents an overview of the HIV/AIDS epidemic in China; the status of national free ART program,the difficulties suffered and the achievements made since the initiation of program and the challenges ahead for continued progress for China. The microstructure resulting from different heat treatment conditions has a great influence on hardness. The microstructure resulting from different heat treatment conditions has a great influence on hardness. Fine Ni Ti particles precipitate from the supersaturated V-matrix solid solution at 750 °C, increase in quantity until 800 °C, and then dissolve back into the V-matrix at 850 °C. The resultant hardness decreases with temperature until 800 °C, and then increases from 800 to 850 °C. The microstructure containing small Ni Ti precipitates resulting from the treatment of 18 h at800 °C has a good soft condition for workability. PFZ formed at the grain boundary of V-matrix during heat treatment was observed. Vacancies depletion in V-matrix maybe led to the formation of PFZ.展开更多
Vaccination is the best way to build an immune barrier to control a new infectious disease.Considering the limited production capacity at the initial stage of vaccine production,the problem of multistage vaccine produ...Vaccination is the best way to build an immune barrier to control a new infectious disease.Considering the limited production capacity at the initial stage of vaccine production,the problem of multistage vaccine production and allocation is studied under the policy of free treatment for infected patients by the government.Given the population and infection rates of different regions and the vaccine production capacity of each stage,an integer programming model is established to minimize the sum of production-and-vaccination cost and treatment cost of infected patients,which is solved by the GUROBI solver.The correctness of the model is verified by simulation,and the necessity of considering the treatment cost of infected patients in the objective function is further analyzed,which confirmed the correctness of the free treatment policy for patients in China.A heuristic algorithm is designed to solve the large-scale problem and numerical experiments are conducted to verify the efficiency of this algorithm.Furthermore,based on the sensitivity analysis results of parameters,the optimal vaccine production and allocation strategy are proposed,which provide the decision basis for the government departments to make reasonable vaccine production and vaccination plan.展开更多
