Effect of Excessive Iodine on Immune Function of Lymphocytes and Intervention with Selenium 被引量:3

In order to study the effect of excessive iodine on immune function of lymphocytes and the role of selenium supplementation with excessive iodine intake, the changes of T lymphocyte number, ratio of subsets, activity of natural killer (NK) cells and lymphocytes proliferation response were investigated. 150 female BALB/C mice were randomly divided into 5 groups in terms of their body weight (n=30 in each group), and 10 of each group were taken as one batch for test. Mice in the 5 groups were orally administrated with iodine 0 (group Ⅰ ), 1500 (group Ⅱ), 3000 (group Ⅲ), 6000 μg/L (group ), iodine 6000 μg/L plus selenium 0.3 mg/L (group Ⅴ) respectively for 30 days. Lymphocyte proliferation response, CD4^+/CD8^+, Th1/Th2 and the activity of NK cells were measured. CD4^+/CD8^+ was significantly lower, while lymphocyte proliferation response stronger, and Th1/Th2 and the activity of NK cells significantly higher in group Ⅳ than in group Ⅰ (P〈0.01). There was no significant difference in all indexes between group Ⅴ and group Ⅰ (P〉0.05). It was suggested that excessive iodine as exogenous chemical materials can induce disorders of T lymphocyte immune function in mice. 0.3 mg/L selenium supplementation can protect mice against toxicity induced by 6000 μg/L iodine. 展开更多

Blood samples of piglets were collected at 20, 35, 50, 60, 70 and 80 days old, respective- ly, to determine neutrophil leukocyte percentage in peripheral blood, lymphocyte trapsformation rate and the levels of antibodies against classical swine fever, porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome disorder. [Result] Applying a certain dose of Echinacea compound could significantly increase neutrophil leukocyte per- centage in peripheral blood and lymphocyte transformation rate (P〈0.05), and ex- tremely significantly improve the levels of antibodies against classical swine fever, porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome disorder (P〈0.01). AIM: To investigate changes in numbers and proliferative function of splenic lymphocytes in patients with hypersplenism due to portal hypertension (PH), to provide evidence for further study of immune status of the spleen during PH. METHODS: Twelve spleens from patients with hypersplenism due to PH served as the PH group, and four spleens from cases of traumatic spleen rupture were regarded as the control group. After weighing the spleen, lymphocytes were separated and counted using a cell counting plate to calculate the lymphocyte count per gram of spleen tissue (relative quantity) and total lymphocyte count in whole spleen (absolute quantity). The immunohistochemical SP method was used to observe the density and distribution of lymphocytes in the spleen. The MTT method was used to observe changes in lymphocyte proliferative function. RESULTS: As compared to the control group, the splenic lymphocytes in the PH group showed that: (1) There was no difference in distribution but a significant decreasein density; (2) the number of lymphocytes per gram of spleen (relative quantity) decreased significantly (0.822 ± 0.157) × 108 vs (1.174 ± 0.254) × 108, P < 0.01]; (3) with the significant increase in the weight of the PH spleen (832.6 ± 278.2 g vs 211.7 ± 85.6 g, P < 0.01), the total quantity of lymphocytes (absolute quantity) increased significantly (0.685 ± 0.072) × 1011 vs (0.366 ± 0.057) × 1011, P < 0.01]; and (4) the proliferative function of lymphocytes was enhanced: T lymphocytes, (0.022 ± 0.005 vs 0.015 ± 0.003, P < 0.05), and B lymphocytes (0.034 ± 0.006 vs 0.023 ± 0.001, P < 0.01). CONCLUSION: Although lymphocyte density in the spleen decreased in patients with PH, the total quantity of lymphocytes increased because spleen weight increased greatly, along with the proliferating function. With respect to changes in lymphocytes, PH spleens may still have immune function, although it may be disordered. However, complete evaluation of the immune function of the spleen in PH requires more research. 展开更多

This study examined the effect of intensive insulin therapy on immune function and inflammatory factors at the early phase after severe trauma. At day 1, 3, 5, 7 after admission, subsets of CD4+ helper T lymphocytes (Th1/Th2) and human leukocyte antigen (HLA)-DR expression on CD14+ monocytes were flow cytometrically measured. Levels of cytokines, including tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α), interleukin-6 (IL-6), interleukin-10 (IL-10) and other immunity markers, such as IgA, IgG, IgM, C3, C4 and C reaction protein (CRP) were examined in two groups. The results showed that TNF-α, IL-6 and CRP levels in the intensive insulin therapy group were significantly lower than those in the conventional therapy group, whereas IL-10 levels were substantially increased after intensive insulin therapy. C3 level at day 3, 5, 7 and C4 levels at day 5, 7 were lower in the intensive therapy group than in the conventional therapy group. Th1/Th2 ratios decreased gradually over time in both groups, and were much lower at day 3, 5, 7 in intensive therapy group. There were significant differences among day 3 to day 7 after admission in HLA-DR expression in CD14+ monocytes. It was concluded that the intensive insulin therapy could decrease pro-inflammatory cytokines and increase anti-inflammatory cytokines in the elderly suffering from severe trauma, at the same time, with complement recovery being delayed. Moreover, intensive insulin therapy promoted immune suppression and, therefore, measures need be taken to address the issue. 展开更多

METHODS: The levels of T lymphocyte subsets and mlL-2R in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) were measured by biotin-streptavidin (BSA) technique in patients with chronic hepatitis B before and after the treatment with liniment levamisole. RESULTS: After one course of treatment with liniment levamisole, the levels of CD3+, CD4+, and the ratio of CD4+/CD8+ increased as compared to those before the treatment but the level of CD8+ decreased. The total expression level of mIL-2R in PBMCs increased before and after the treatment with liniment levamisole. CONCLUSION: Liniment levamisole may reinforce cellular immune functions of patients with chronic hepatitis B. 展开更多

It has been reported that host defense responses, such as phagocytic function of neutrophils and natural killer (NK) cell activity of lymphocytes, are impaired in cirrhotic patients. This review will concentrate on the impairment of innate immune responses in decompensated cirrhotic patients and the effect of the treatment by branched-chain amino acids (BCAA) on innate immune responses. We already reported that phagocytic function of neutrophils was significantly improved by 3-mo BCAA supplementation. In addition, the changes of NK activity were also significant at 3 mo of supplementation compared with before supplementation. Also, Fisher&#x02019;s ratios were reported to be significantly increased at 3 mo of BCAA supplementation compared with those before oral supplementation. Therefore, administration of BCAA could reduce the risk of bacterial and viral infection in patients with decompensated cirrhosis by restoring impaired innate immune responses of the host. In addition, it was also revealed that BCAA oral supplementation could reduce the risk of development of hepatocellular carcinoma in cirrhotic patients. The mechanisms of the effects will also be discussed in this review article. 展开更多

Objective: The aim of the research was to study the effects of low-dose splenic irradiation and radiotherapy on immune system of patients with locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods: Twelve cases of stage III NSCLC in Tumor Radiotherapy Center of our hospital (the Affiliated Hospital of Medical College Qingdao University, China) were collected from July 2011 to July 2012; all patients were under 75 years old with clear pathology, measurable lesions and good personal statement. They were randomly divided into combined treatment group (D1 + D2) and control group (D1). The control group (D1) only received radiotherapy to the chest; combined treatment group (D1 + D2) received low-dose splenic irradiation plus conventional dose irradiation. Flow cytometry was used to detect the peripheral blood T lymphocyte immune indexes of patients before, during and after the treatment, classification by five blood cell analyzer was used to determine white blood cells, neutrophils, hemoglobin and platelet count. The radiation induced toxicity including esophagitis, pneumonia and gastrointestinal reaction was observed, as well as the dose when it happened. Results: There was no significant difference in the ratio between two groups in cells CD4+, CD8+ and CD4+/CD8+ after radiotherapy (P 〉 0.05). There was no change in these indicators in combined treatment group after treatment (P 〉 0.05), but it decreased in control group (P 〈 0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidences of radiation esophagitis, pneumonia, gastrointestinal reactions and bone marrow suppression between two groups (P 〉 0.05), but the patients in combined treatment group seemed to tolerate high dose well (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: Low-dose splenic irradiation combined with radiotherapy to the chest can alleviate the injury degree of acute radiation induced the toxicity of locally advanced NSCLC patients, through affect the patient's immune function. 展开更多

目的观察楮芍凉血汤加减治疗寻常型银屑病的临床疗效和对免疫功能、辅助性T淋巴细胞17(Th17)相关因子的影响。方法选取2020年2月至2021年12月在本院接受治疗64例进行期PV患者,采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组各32例。对照组... 目的观察楮芍凉血汤加减治疗寻常型银屑病的临床疗效和对免疫功能、辅助性T淋巴细胞17(Th17)相关因子的影响。方法选取2020年2月至2021年12月在本院接受治疗64例进行期PV患者,采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组各32例。对照组患者接受常规西药治疗,观察组接受楮芍凉血汤加减治疗,治疗周期为6周。所有研究对象均检测外周血T淋巴细胞亚群、分离单个核细胞(PBMC)情况,分析PBMC中Thl7细胞相关因子白细胞介素17(IL-17)、IL-22、维甲酸相关孤儿受体γ(ROR-γ)mRNA、干扰素γ(INF-γ)mRNA相对表达量,并对比临床总疗效。结果治疗6周后,观察组总有效治疗30例(93.75%),对照组总有效治疗24例(75.00%),2组总疗效差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗6周后,2组患者T淋巴细胞指标CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平均升高,CD8^(+)及Th17相关因子IL-17、IL-22、RORC mRNA、INF-γmRNA相对表达量均降低,组内不同时点和组间同时点比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论楮芍凉血汤可有效治疗寻常型银屑病,且作用机制与T淋巴细胞亚群分布及Thl7细胞相关因子有关,可以提高机体免疫功能,以此减少不良症状,提高临床疗效。 展开更多

研究表儿茶素没食子酸酯(EGCG)对免疫低下小鼠免疫功能的影响。利用环磷酰胺构建免疫低下小鼠模型,测定EGCG对免疫低下小鼠免疫器官指数及脾脏组织病理变化,检测免疫细胞核转录因子PAX5、GATA3表达水平及NFκB、AKT、MAPK信号通路关键... 研究表儿茶素没食子酸酯(EGCG)对免疫低下小鼠免疫功能的影响。利用环磷酰胺构建免疫低下小鼠模型,测定EGCG对免疫低下小鼠免疫器官指数及脾脏组织病理变化,检测免疫细胞核转录因子PAX5、GATA3表达水平及NFκB、AKT、MAPK信号通路关键分子蛋白表达水平。结果表明,EGCG干预后的小鼠脾脏指数(1.95 g/kg)、胸腺指数(0.73 g/kg)与模型组(1.43,0.47 g/kg)相比均显著上升(P<0.05),EGCG可改善免疫低下小鼠的脾脏质量/指数;切片结果显示,EGCG能够缓解免疫低下小鼠脾脏的损伤;部分恢复了B细胞中PAX5和T细胞中GATA3 mRNA的表达(P<0.05);与模型组相比,EGCG组NFκB信号通路蛋白P65、AKT信号通路蛋白AKT和MAPK信号通路蛋白P38的磷酸化水平上调(P<0.05)。综上,EGCG对免疫细胞的发育具有一定的促进以及修复作用,能够增强免疫低下小鼠的免疫功能。 展开更多

目的 探究卡瑞利珠单抗联合仑伐替尼对晚期肝癌疗效及T淋巴细胞亚群的影响。方法 选取2021年8月至2022年6月陕西省核工业二一五医院收治86例晚期肝癌患者,通过随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组43例。对照组给予仑伐替尼治疗,观察组... 目的 探究卡瑞利珠单抗联合仑伐替尼对晚期肝癌疗效及T淋巴细胞亚群的影响。方法 选取2021年8月至2022年6月陕西省核工业二一五医院收治86例晚期肝癌患者,通过随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组43例。对照组给予仑伐替尼治疗,观察组在仑伐替尼的基础上增加了卡瑞利珠单抗。对比及分析两组患者临床疗效、T淋巴细胞亚群(包括CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)以及CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))及不良反应发生率。结果 观察组疾病控制率为(79.07%)高于对照组(53.49%)(χ^(2)=6.295,P<0.05),两组客观缓解率比较差异无统计学意义(55.81%vs 37.21%,χ^(2)=2.991,P>0.05);治疗后,观察组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)及CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)[分别为(72.78±7.21)%、(47.34±6.21)%、(1.98±0.45)]高于对照组[分别为(63.45±6.88)%、(37.02±5.02)%、(1.41±0.32)](t=6.139、8.475、6.769,均P<0.05),观察组CD8^(+)低于对照组[(22.43±2.11)%vs(25.86±2.89)%,t=6.286,P<0.05];两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(11.63%vs 23.26%,χ^(2)=2.019,P>0.05)。结论 卡瑞利珠单抗联合仑伐替尼治疗晚期肝癌的效果显著,有助于恢复T淋巴细胞亚群比例,改善免疫功能,安全性高。 展开更多

目的探讨结肠癌患者外周血CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)细胞、程序性死亡因子-1(PD-1)表达水平及其临床意义。方法选择2022年8月至2023年8月杭州市肿瘤医院与浙江大学医学院附属浙江医院收治的78例结肠癌患者作为观察组,并选择同期杭州市肿瘤医院... 目的探讨结肠癌患者外周血CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)细胞、程序性死亡因子-1(PD-1)表达水平及其临床意义。方法选择2022年8月至2023年8月杭州市肿瘤医院与浙江大学医学院附属浙江医院收治的78例结肠癌患者作为观察组,并选择同期杭州市肿瘤医院与浙江大学医学院附属浙江医院接受体检的70例健康人员作为对照组。比较两组受试者外周血CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)细胞、PD-1水平,比较观察组不同病理特征患者的外周血CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)细胞、PD-1水平,采用Pearson相关性分析法分析外周血CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)细胞、PD-1水平与观察组患者临床病理特征的相关性。结果观察组的外周血CD4^(+)细胞低于对照组,CD8^(+)细胞、PD-1水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);不同肿瘤直径、TNM分期、分化程度、淋巴结转移患者外周血CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)细胞、PD-1水平比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);Pearson相关性分析显示,CD4^(+)细胞与肿瘤直径、TNM分期、分化程度、淋巴结转移均呈负相关,CD8^(+)细胞、PD-1与肿瘤直径、TNM分期、分化程度、淋巴结转移均呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论结直肠癌患者外周血CD4^(+)细胞降低,CD8^(+)细胞、PD-1水平升高,且与肿瘤直径、TNM分期、分化程度、淋巴结转移均具有相关性,应予以密切重视。 展开更多

目的探讨不同巨细胞病毒(cytomegalovirus,CMV)感染状态患者的外周血淋巴细胞亚群特点。方法选取2016年6月至2023年1月北京协和医院的住院CMV感染患者139例,分析不同CMV感染状态患者的外周血淋巴细胞亚群的变化特点,采用多因素logistic... 目的探讨不同巨细胞病毒(cytomegalovirus,CMV)感染状态患者的外周血淋巴细胞亚群特点。方法选取2016年6月至2023年1月北京协和医院的住院CMV感染患者139例,分析不同CMV感染状态患者的外周血淋巴细胞亚群的变化特点,采用多因素logistic回归方程分析CMV病的影响因素。结果139例患者中男68例、女71例,年龄16~90岁,平均(51.0±18.0)岁,其中CMV病72例、亚临床CMV感染42例、潜伏性CMV感染25例。CMV病患者的血浆CMV-DNA载量显著高于亚临床CMV感染和潜伏性CMV感染患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与亚临床CMV感染和潜伏性CMV感染患者相比,CMV病患者外周血淋巴细胞计数显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素logistic回归分析结果显示,合并多重感染(OR=9.783,95%CI:1.964~48.729,P=0.005)、CD8+CD38+/CD8+升高(OR=1.047,95%CI:1.003~1.093,P=0.034)的患者发生CMV病的风险较高。结论CMV病患者存在明显的免疫功能紊乱,多重感染、CD8+CD38+细胞显著激活是CMV病的危险因素。当患者出现多重感染、CD8+CD38+/CD8+比例显著升高时需要警惕CMV病的发生。 展开更多

目的 探讨术前全血细胞衍生炎症标志物[中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比值(NLR)、血小板/淋巴细胞比值(PLR)、单核细胞/淋巴细胞比值(MLR)、全身免疫炎症指数(SII)和全身炎症反应指数(SIRI)]对移植肾功能延迟恢复(DGF)的预警价值。方法 选取2018... 目的 探讨术前全血细胞衍生炎症标志物[中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比值(NLR)、血小板/淋巴细胞比值(PLR)、单核细胞/淋巴细胞比值(MLR)、全身免疫炎症指数(SII)和全身炎症反应指数(SIRI)]对移植肾功能延迟恢复(DGF)的预警价值。方法 选取2018年4月—2021年9月陆军军医大学第一附属医院接受同种异体肾移植术的患者191例,根据术后是否发生DGF,将患者分为DGF组(33例)和肾功能即刻恢复(IGF)组(158例)。收集所有患者的临床资料,并检测血常规,计算NLR、PLR、MLR、SII、SIRI。采用Logistic回归分析评估DGF发生的影响因素。采用受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线评价各项指标判断肾移植受者发生DGF的效能。结果 DGF组与IGF组之间冷缺血时间、热缺血时间、白细胞(WBC)计数、中性粒细胞绝对值(NEUT#)、淋巴细胞绝对值(LYMPH#)和出院时血清肌酐(SCr)差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),其他指标2个组之间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。DGF组术前NLR、PLR、MLR、SII、SIRI均显著高于IGF组(P<0.01)。ROC曲线分析结果显示,术前NLR、PLR、MLR、SII、SIRI单项检测和联合检测判断肾移植患者发生DGF的曲线下面积(AUC)分别为0.736、0.696、0.672、0.744、0.696、0.801。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,热缺血时间和术前PLR、SII是肾移植患者发生DGF的独立危险因素[比值比(OR)值分别为1.672、1.035、0.994,95%CI分别为1.104~2.533、1.008~1.063、0.989~1.000,P<0.05]。结论 术前全血细胞衍生炎症标志物在判断肾移植患者是否发生DGF中有潜在的临床应用价值。 展开更多

高危型HPV感染者外周血T淋巴细胞与阴道微生态的相关性

目的探讨高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染者外周血T淋巴细胞与阴道微生态的相关性。方法选取90例生殖道HPV感染患者,根据HPV亚型不同,将感染高危型HPV的50例患者纳入试验组,感染非高危型HPV的40例患者纳入对照组。收集两组患者阴道微生态... 目的探讨高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染者外周血T淋巴细胞与阴道微生态的相关性。方法选取90例生殖道HPV感染患者,根据HPV亚型不同,将感染高危型HPV的50例患者纳入试验组,感染非高危型HPV的40例患者纳入对照组。收集两组患者阴道微生态菌群和外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的数据,分析HPV的感染情况以及HPV亚型分布情况,比较两组患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群分布情况、阴道菌群阳性率及Nugent评分,分析两组Nugent评分与外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的相关性。结果试验组患者中HPV16型有19例,占38.00%;HPV18型14例,占28.00%;HPV52型有8例,占16.00%;HPV31型有8例,占16.00%;HPV56型1例,占2.00%。对照组患者中HPV42型有16例,占40.00%;HPV43型有13例,占32.50%;HPV11型有4例,占10.00%;HPV6型有4例,占10.00%;HPV81型有3例,占7.50%。试验组患者CD3^(+)(47.52±4.52)%、CD4^(+)(45.20±3.47)%、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)(1.37±0.33)低于对照组的(55.68±4.05)%、(51.62±4.31)%、(2.01±0.40),CD8^(+)(32.98±2.57)%高于对照组的(25.71±3.25)%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者阴道内乳酸杆菌阳性率34.00%低于对照组的55.00%,衣原体、解脲支原体、滴虫阳性率分别为88.00%、84.00%、90.00%,高于对照组的60.00%、55.00%、50.00%,Nugent评分为(7.85±1.20)分高于对照组的(6.84±0.64)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者Nugent评分均与CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)呈负相关,与CD8^(+)呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论高危型HPV感染者的全身免疫功能相对低下,导致发生阴道菌群紊乱的风险增加,纠正患者的免疫功能低下及阴道微生态状况均有利于提升宫颈高危型HPV感染的治疗效果,改善患者预后。 展开更多

目的探究桥本甲状腺炎(HT)病儿血清肿瘤坏死因子受体相关因子6(TRAF6)和神经生长因子受体(NGFR)水平与免疫水平及甲状腺功能的相关性。方法选取2021年3月至2022年3月在承德市妇幼保健院就诊的HT病儿104例作为HT组,根据甲状腺功能分为HT... 目的探究桥本甲状腺炎(HT)病儿血清肿瘤坏死因子受体相关因子6(TRAF6)和神经生长因子受体(NGFR)水平与免疫水平及甲状腺功能的相关性。方法选取2021年3月至2022年3月在承德市妇幼保健院就诊的HT病儿104例作为HT组,根据甲状腺功能分为HT亢进组30例,HT正常组38例,HT减退组36例。采用随机数字表法选取同期在儿科门诊体检健康的儿童95例作为对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附测定(ELISA)检测血清辅助型T细胞1(Th1)因子中的白细胞介素2(IL-2)、γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)、辅助型T细胞2(Th2)因子中的白细胞介素4(IL-4)以及TRAF6、NGFR水平;采用Pearson法分析血清TRAF6、NGFR表达以及二者与甲状腺功能指标、炎症因子的相关性。结果HT正常组、HT减退组和HT亢进组TRAF6的表达水平显著高于对照组[(25.12±3.36)µg/L、(28.16±3.48)µg/L、(22.65±3.27)µg/L比(19.25±2.42)µg/L],HT正常组和HT减退组表达水平显著高于HT亢进组,HT减退组显著高于HT正常组(P<0.05);HT正常组、HT减退组和HT亢进组NGFR的表达水平显著低于对照组[(27.36±3.48)µg/L、(25.02±3.42)µg/L、(29.74±3.56)µg/L比(32.04±3.71)µg/L],HT正常组和HT减退组表达水平显著低于HT亢进组,HT减退组显著低于HT正常组(P<0.05);Pearson相关性分析结果显示,HT病人血清中TRAF6和NGFR表达水平呈负相关(P<0.05);与对照组相比,HT组血清中IL-2、IFN-γ、TPOAb、TGAb、游离三碘甲状原氨酸、血清三碘甲状原氨酸、甲状腺素、甲状腺球蛋白水平显著升高,IL-4、游离甲状腺素水平显著降低(P<0.05);Pearson法分析显示,TRAF6水平与IL-2、IFN-γ、TPOAb、TGAb、游离三碘甲状原氨酸、血清三碘甲状原氨酸、甲状腺素、甲状腺球蛋白水平呈正相关,与IL-4、游离甲状腺素水平呈负相关(P<0.05),NGFR水平与IL-4、游离甲状腺素水平呈正相关,与IL-2、IFN-γ、TPOAb、TGAb、游离三碘甲状原氨酸、血清三碘甲状原氨酸、甲状腺素、甲状腺球蛋白水平呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论HT病人血清TRAF6表达水平异常升高,NGFR水平异常降低,均与免疫水平及甲状腺功能相关。 展开更多
