Innovation Transformation and Industry-Education Integration:A Study on the Integration Path of Guangxi Zhuang’s Intangible Cultural Heritage and Master of Arts Education in China

This study focuses on the master of arts education in higher education institutions in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region of China,explores the path of integrating Guangxi Zhuang’s intangible cultural heritage with the teaching of master of arts,and puts forward the teaching mode of“thinking guidance-autonomous judgement-program construction.”A theoretical model of innovative transformation of intangible cultural heritage is also summarized.Through the development of this study,it is expected to further enrich the practical teaching mechanism of master of arts education in Chinese universities and form a master of arts teaching model with strong local cultural characteristics.At the same time,the teaching reform based on the integration of Guangxi Zhuang’s intangible cultural heritage and master of arts education also has strong practical significance for promoting the inheritance and innovation of Chinese intangible cultural heritage,promoting the development of cultural and creative industries,and serving the economic and social development of Guangxi.

Strategies for Improving the Effectiveness of Professional Practice for Full-Time Professional Master Degree Postgraduate in Mineral Processing Engineering

In order to gain practical experience and hands-on skills,full-time professional master degree postgraduate in mineral processing engineering should engage in professional practices.Nonetheless,a series of problems,including insufficient time for practice,low management level,inadequate implementation of the double-supervisor system,and poor results of professional practice,has reduced the effectiveness of professional practice.In view of the aforementioned problems and the characteristics of the discipline,this paper proposes several strategies for improving the effectiveness of professional practice for postgraduates in mineral processing engineering.

Discussion on Construction and Mechanism of Practice Bases for Professional Degree Postgraduates Based on the Integration of Production and Education in Local Universities

Under the background of emerging agricultural education,practice bases are an important place to train profession talented person that match social needs,so it is very important to build stable and long-term practice bases.At present,the main problems in the construction of practice bases for postgraduates in local colleges and universities are mainly focusing on construction and neglecting management,imperfect cooperation mechanism and lack of teaching management effectively.It is of great significance to build a long-term management mechanism to ensure the education quality of practice bases.Therefore,constructing the mode of"double integration and double promotion of production and education"with practice bases as the carrier and realizing the organic combination of industrial needs and postgraduate projects is an important idea for local colleges and universities to train professional degree postgraduates to"know agriculture,love agriculture,strengthen agriculture and promote agriculture",and it also provides a reference for the mechanism construction of postgraduate bases.

Exploration and Analysis of the Implementation Plan of the Three-whole Education in Xianyang Normal

Xianyang Normal University,an undergraduate normal college,gives full play to the education advantage of socialist education with Chinese characteristics,with virtue fundamental task,ideal faith education as the core,socialist core values,to improve talent training ability as the key,form full,the whole process,whole person education mode.This paper through the combination of theory and practice,analyzes the connotation of“Three-whole Education”and the current situation of“Three-whole Education”in Xianyang Normal University,and puts forward the implementation path with college characteristics to improve the quality of talent training.Xianyang Normal University through more than 40 years of construction,in three-whole education has made certain achievements and social benefits.The advantages of socialist education with Chinese characteristic adhered to the education orientation and reflected the virtue of fundamental task,outstanding characteristics,speed up the construction of information,integrated the resources and optimized the education process.

Vocational and Technical Education Master's Employment-oriented Study

A Classroom Teaching Quality Evaluation System for the Master of Software Engineering in China Based on Engineering Education Accreditation

Classroom teaching is a vital part of postgraduate education. The deficiencies of traditional classroom teaching quality evaluation methods for the postgraduate education of Master of Software Engineering in China are analyzed. The Engineering Education Accreditation and its education quality evaluation methods are introduced briefly, and the strengths of applying these methods for the classroom teaching quality evaluation are discussed. Based on the ideas and evaluation framework of Engineering Education Accreditation, adopting the merits of the traditional methods, a student-centered classroom teaching quality evaluation system is proposed to evaluate and continually improve the classroom teaching quality of Master of Software Engineering. The quality evaluation system covers teaching goals, teacher performance, student performance, teaching effect, supporting conditions and continual improvement totally six aspects. The advanced concepts and ideas of Engineering Education Accreditation and the merits of the traditional classroom teaching quality evaluation methods are both adopted in the proposed classroom teaching quality evaluation system.

综合性大学加盟研究生层次的教师培养,是提升基础教育师资水平的战略举措,实施的难点是如何围绕高水平复合型教师人才的培养目标,实现课程、教学、导师、实习、评价等环节的跨学科耦合运行。基于中国综合性大学教师教育发展的经验与案例,从教师人才市场需求变化、学术性与实践性的矛盾、专业建设的惯性定势等多角度分析影响和制约教师教育在综合性大学的多学科环境中创新发展的难点与攻坚战,聚焦课程体系、师资团队、评价体制、实践模式四个方面,提出破解跨学科困境的实施方略。

教育硕士实践能力培养路径与实践探索

高校教育硕士培养在为我国基础教育教学和管理输送了许多高层次专门人才的同时,也是推动师范院校进行研究生教育改革、调整研究生教育结构以及坚持为基础教育服务办学方向的重要措施。高素质、专业化、创新型的中小学教师队伍建设,是促进我国基础教育教学及其管理水平提高的重要保障。教师的实践能力是衡量卓越教师的重要指标之一,实践能力直接影响了人才培养的质量。研究采用文献分析与调查研究的方法,对教育硕士实践能力内涵和结构进行了阐释,并对当前教育硕士实践教学能力培养中存在的问题进行了分析。研究以现代教育技术专业为例,从案例教学、技能赛事、优课设计和教育实习四个方面提出对教育硕士教育实践能力的培养对策。

“四位一体”体育硕士专业学位研究生培养模式的价值意蕴、现实困境与纾解路径

结合健康中国、体育强国战略对创新型、应用型、复合型高层次体育专门人才的时代需求,分析提升体育硕士专业学位研究生培养质量的现实困境和纾解路径。研究认为,我国体育硕士专业学位研究生培养存在培养方式与学术学位混同、导师队伍建设亟待加强、课程设置实用性严重不足、教学组织形式与方法陈旧、实践实习缺乏系统性、产教融合与协同培养推进不力、论文选题缺乏针对性和实用性、缺乏论文评阅标准等问题。针对上述困境,遵照国家相关要求,提出以“专业知识+专业技能+职业发展+科研能力”为主体的“四位一体”体育硕士专业学位研究生培养模式:持续深化招生制度改革;优化课程体系、丰富课程资源、改善课程教学;强化实习实践管理、提升专业实践能力;突出论文选题的应用导向和问题意识;完善质量保障体系、强化学位论文过程管理;加强师资队伍建设、落实立德树人任务;强化职业道德与职业伦理教育、提升行业规范;推动产教融合协同育人。

图书情报硕士专业学位(MLIS)教育发展状况调查报告(2023)

[目的/意义]全面、客观地反映我国MLIS教育在2023年的状况和发展变化。[研究设计/方法]采用调查问卷收集MLIS培养单位师资、招生、教育培养、就业等方面的数据,通过统计描述和对比反映现状,揭示发展变化。[结论/发现]我国MLIS教育稳健发展。具体表现为:师资队伍稳定增长,招生规模不断扩大,培养特色鲜明,毕业生就业状况良好,各培养单位的课程设置、教育资源建设和培养过程管理日益规范。[创新/价值]连续11年发布MLIS教育发展状况调查报告,为学位和教育管理部门以及各培养单位决策提供支持。

健康信息方向护理硕士专业学位研究生培养的探索与实践

目的构建健康信息方向护理硕士专业学位研究生人才培养方案并探索初步成效。方法组建跨学科专家组,与芬兰图尔库大学联合开设健康信息方向护理硕士专业学位研究生培养项目,在2019年至2022年期间,对符合录取条件的32名护理硕士专业学位研究生实施“跨学科课程—专业设计实践项目(Capstone)—学位论文”的培养方案,利用自行设计的问卷对项目效果进行评价。结果截至2023年6月,21名研究生根据培养方案完成各阶段学习,顺利毕业并获得复旦大学护理硕士学位和图尔库大学的健康科学硕士学位,毕业学生对项目总体评价良好。结论基于跨学科设计的健康信息学人才培养方案效果较好,未来将根据学生反馈进一步优化培养方案,持续追踪项目效果。

基于服务乡村振兴的农业专业硕士人才培养改革与实践

农业硕士研究生人才培养目标是为农业技术研究、应用、开发及推广等培养具有农业综合职业技能的应用型高层次人才。培养具有创新意识的新型农业技术人员对于加快我国农业现代化进程、推动农业农村经济建设至关重要。结合近些年的实践教学,从农业硕士研究生人才培养目标、课程设置、导师队伍建设以及实践环节等方面分析了全日制农业专业硕士人才培养过程中存在的问题,并探讨解决对策,以期为农业专业硕士人才培养提供经验,提高专业研究生人才培养质量。

基于OBE理念的药学专业硕士能力培养模式探究

研究生教育是高等教育的最高层次,培育优质的研究生人才能够加速医药产业的发展,但是随着药学专业硕士研究生的不断扩招,在培养过程中相继发现药学专业学位硕士培养方案与学术型硕士趋同、学生实践创新意识缺乏、导师对企业生产缺乏了解及校企合作制度不够完善等问题。为解决以上问题,促进医药事业的长足发展,该文提出建立以OBE先进教育理念为支撑的校企育人制度,建设与优化协同创新资源共享平台,构建基于“协同理论”为支撑的导师协同指导制度,希望能从以上三个方面着手不断完善药学专硕培养体系。

思政元素全面融入“粤菜师傅”工程研究

随着时代的发展,思政教育在各类教育和培训中的地位日益凸显。“粤菜师傅”工程是广东省政府为推动人才发展、促进产业发展、传承文化等方面实施的一项重要举措,具有广泛的社会影响。文章在介绍“粤菜师傅”工程与课程思政的背景基础上,分析了思政元素全面融入“粤菜师傅”工程项目的理念,包括思政元素融入“粤菜师傅”工程的价值与意义、融入原则与方法以及主要融入领域。同时,基于课程思政的理念,结合职业技能教育特点和粤菜文化传承与创新的实际情况,按照“粤菜师傅”培训的四个阶段,从课程设计、课程教学、课程实践与课程反馈等,提出思政元素融入“粤菜师傅”工程的具体实施路径,力求构建出一套兼具专业技能培养和社会责任培育的“粤菜师傅”工程教育培训新模式。

职业师范院校职教师资本硕一体化:构建基础与路径选择

探讨了职业师范院校在培养职教师资方面的本硕一体化模式,旨在培养适应现代职业教育发展需求的复合型教师。深入分析职业教育的发展需求、大职业教育观念和层次结构,研究提出职教师资本硕一体化的培养路径,包括确定培养模式、明确培养目标、构建课程体系和优化实施策略。通过本硕一体化,旨在提升教师素质和能力,促进职业教育与社会经济发展的良性互动,满足新时代对高素质技术技能人才的需求。

“医教协同”公共卫生硕士专业学位研究生培养模式现状研究

目的总结当前“医教协同”公共卫生硕士(MPH)专业学位研究生培养模式的问题,以提升MPH专业学位研究生培养质量。方法以陕西中医药大学为例,基于问卷调查并结合文献阅读,分析当前MPH专业学位研究生培养模式存在的问题。结果共计发放问卷60份,收集有效问卷57份,问卷有效率为95.0%。其中研究生导师9名(15.8%)、研究生48名(84.2%)。对于学校课程安排设置,有54.2%的研究生认为课程较为注重理论知识,而41.7%的研究生表示理论与实践安排合理。有66.7%的研究生进入过专业实践,实践地点多在疾病预防控制中心以及医院。“医教协同”MPH专业学位研究生培养中,存在着课程体系设置不合理、师生交流有待加强、社会实践管理不足等问题。实践与教学结合、加强社会实践监管、加强院系与实践机构的联系等措施可有助于MPH专业学位研究生培养质量的提升。结论目前,我国“医教协同”MPH专业学位研究生培养工作仍处于起步阶段,对于培养过程中发现的问题需针对性改善,以提高MPH专业学位研究生的社会实践和专业实践能力。

从“小先生”到“大先生”——跨越百年教育理念的交汇对同伴助教机制发展的启示

同伴教育是师范生大学教育中自我教育的重要组成部分,对激发师范生学习主体性具有重要意义,但在实践层面高等院校课堂中仍存在合作边缘化、互助意识不强、个别学生“一言堂”的现象,师范生尚未建立充分自觉的主体性。本文提出,同伴助教在理念层面可以吸收陶行知“小先生制”思想内核,内化“大先生”的道义内涵,在实践层面借助基于网络媒介的同伴云日志激发师范生的主体自觉性。这一模式旨在让助教身份和先生身份彼此交融,花开并蒂,同时通过搭建青年向的网络平台,促进有效沟通,实现助教身份的迭代更新。同伴互助良性循环能为“教·学”创新提供源动力,赋能数字时代的人文教育。

基于OBE理念构建护理硕士专业学位研究生人才培养方案

引入成果导向教育理念,以学生为中心、最终学习成果为起点,进行反向设计,最终形成一套融“培养目标—毕业要求—课程设置—临床实践—科研训练”于一体的“厚基础、精专业、重临床、育科研”的护理硕士专业学位研究生人才培养方案。

方证辨证下比较思维在中医住院医师规范化培训的运用

目的探讨方证辨证下运用比较思维新型教学模式,培养学生掌握方证的概念和建立以方证为核心的临床辨治思维。方法选取广西中医药大学附属瑞康医院2019级住院医师规范化培训(以下简称“住培”)医师及专硕并轨住培医师50人,分为5组,每组10人,均采用方证辨证下比较思维的教学方法教学。经过1年的学习后,对5组学生进行考核,每个学生需选取1例患者并独立完成整个诊治过程;考核涉及问诊能力及体格检查技能,要求写出处方,并阐述病证、方证及比较思维过程;最后进行评分并且跟踪观察疗效1个周期。结果在方证辨证教学模式下,运用比较思维教学方法培训后,学生的方证辨证能力明显优于培训前(P<0.05)。结论新型方证辨证教学模式下,运用比较思维教学方法培养学生掌握方证的概念和建立以方证为核心的临床辨治思维,能提高其临床诊疗效果,符合当代医学教育改革趋势和目标要求。

美国教育硕士实习质量内部保障机制研究——以斯坦福教师教育项目为例

在以实践取向为中心的教育实习改革背景下,保障教育实习质量成为教师培养质量保障的核心问题。斯坦福教师教育项目采取将外部的要求和标准转化为内部的举措,包括精心设计与组织实习课程,加强实践基地与指导教师团队建设,注重理论融入与反思引导,实施严格的实习评价。美国教师教育机构从质量要求、过程保障、平台保障、师资保障、结果保障等多方面构筑起了严密的教育硕士实习内部质量保障机制,这给我国教育硕士培养机构加强实习质量内部保障、推进实践取向改革提供了参考。
